he crown jewel of Saudi Arabia‘s 2034 FIFA World Cup bid was unveiled Thursday on the sidelines of the Paris Olympics: a 46,000-seat stadium perched on a cliff more than 1,150 feet above the ground in NEOM, the country’s planned forthcoming smart city.
THE MEGAPROJECT ALONG THE RED SEA COAST IS “DESIGNED TO STAND OUT AMONG THE WORLD’S MOST ICONIC LANDMARKS,” according to the first World Cup master plan published by Saudi soccer officials and presented to FIFA president Gianni Infantino.
THE WORLD CUP BID IS A KEY ELEMENT OF SAUDI ARABIA’S VISION 2030, DRIVEN BY CROWN PRINCE MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN, WITH NEOM AS ONE OF ITS MOST AMBITIOUS PROJECTS. THE CITY, WITH AN EXPANSIVE $500 BILLION BUDGET, IS ENVISIONED AS A LINEAR METROPOLIS EXTENDING ACROSS THE DESERT AND MOUNTAINOUS REGIONS, SPANNING 106 MILES.
“We aim to provide a diverse tourism, cultural, and sport experience in a great historical and civilizational heritage,” the crown prince, known widely as MBS, said in a foreword to the 250-page project document.
The NEOM STADIUM will be part of the city’s first phase, called the Hidden Marina, that includes training pitches, hotels and a fan festival site. Beyond some basic renderings, few details are available about the design of the NEOM STADIUM, and its architect has not been made public.
Saudi Arabia plans to build 11 new stadiums should it be given the World Cup. The oil-rich kingdom has been confirmed as the only candidate to put in a bid for the 2034 event, with FIFA’s final confirmation set for Dec. 11 at a meeting of its 211 member federations.
According to the Saudi plan, the Cup will be hosted across 15 STADIUMS IN FIVE CITIES: RIYADH, JEDDAH, AL KHOBAR, ABHA, AND NEOM. Riyadh, the capital, will feature eight of these stadiums, including the planned 92,000-capacity King Salman International Stadium, which will host the opening and final matches. This stadium will later serve as the NATIONAL STADIUM FOR SAUDI ARABIA.

Hosting sports and entertainment events is key to the Vision 2030 plan to diversify the Saudi economy and society. The scale of construction is likely to cost the Saudis hundreds of billions of dollars over the next decade.

Saudi Arabia’s NEOM is set to receive a fleet of electric hydrofoil ships that glide above the water to transport passengers across the futuristic site, marking another step towards sustainable urban mobility in the region.
NEOM has ordered eight Candela P-12 vessels, THE WORLD’S FIRST ELECTRIC HYDROFOIL SHIPS, to service its planned water network.
This order represents the largest in Candela’s history, with Gustav Hasselskog, CEO and founder of the company, saying: “The P-12 is designed to create zero-emission water transport systems which have significant improvements over traditional water commuting.”
The Candela P-12, set to debut in Stockholm’s public transport in fall 2024, promises to REDEFINE MARITIME TRANSIT. Using computer-guided underwater wings, or hydrofoils, these vessels consume 80 percent less energy than conventional ships of similar size.
“Unlike legacy systems with large, slow, and energy-inefficient conventional ferries, the Candela P-12 is a smaller and faster unit, allowing much more frequent departures and quicker journeys for passengers,” Hasselskog explained.
With a top speed of 25 knots and over two hours of endurance, the P-12 currently holds the title for the fastest and longest-range electric passenger ship.
This combination of speed and efficiency could significantly reduce commute times within NEOM’s ambitious urban layout.
A life cycle analysis by the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm revealed that a P-12 vessel would emit 97.5 percent less CO2 during its lifetime compared to a conventional diesel vessel of the same size. This aligns with NEOM’S VISION OF SUSTAINABLE URBAN DEVELOPMENT.

The hydrofoil technology also promises enhanced passenger comfort.
“Passengers will fly smoothly over the Red Sea, as the P-12’s digital flight control system balances the ship 100 times per second by adjusting the hydrofoils’ angle of attack, keeping it stable even in winds and waves,” Hasselskog said.
Moreover, the electric Candela C-POD motors, located in underwater pods, operate with minimal noise and disturbance to marine wildlife.
The negligible wake created by these vessels allows for quicker journeys in areas where conventional ships face speed restrictions due to their disruptive wakes.
The first batch of eight vessels is scheduled for delivery in 2025 and early 2026.
“We’re extremely proud to provide a vessel system designed with both passengers and the environment in mind,” Hasselskog said. “Short waiting times, quick connections, and a very enjoyable experience without taxing the environment with wakes, emissions, and noise will revolutionize how we travel on water.”
Al Arabiya English reported earlier this year how NEOM is pressing ahead with the mega business and tourism project, with more than 140,000 construction workers developing key regions across the futuristic site.

Saudi Arabia’s NEOM has unveiled a new progress video showing rapid development being made on the mega business and tourism project, with more than 140,000 construction workers developing key regions across the futuristic site.
The progress film shows real-world footage of the large-scale construction across the mega site and revealed its workforce has doubled over the past year.
Key regions – THE LINE, Oxagon, Sindalah and Trojena – are rapidly gathering pace, according to the footage unveiled in the video.
The three-minute video vision, entitled ‘NEOM in Progress’, shows how Saudi Arabia’s masterplan is becoming a step toward reality every day.
“NEOM IS ACCELERATING HUMAN PROGRESS. A NEW FUTURE IS COMING. THIS PROUD SAUDI PROJECT FOR THE WORLD IS PROGRESSING FAST. Significant construction work is already complete. We are developing the first phase of our cognitive city THE LINE.” It said work continues at “the reimaged industrial city Oxagon, our mountain destination Trojena, luxury island Sindalah and Gulf of Aqaba destinations.”
It said “A NEW FUTURE IS EMERGING” across 14 sectors; food manufacturing, entertainment and culture, tourism, sport, design and construction, financial services, health and well-being, education, energy, water, mobility, technology and digital, and media.
It showed progress outside the Kingdom’s borders, with new offices in London and New York designed to create global partners and business opportunities.
More than 100 NATIONALITIES ARE NOW INVOLVED IN NEOM’S DIVERSE WORKFORCE, according to the video.

It also unveiled progress on NEOM’s new luxury island Sindalah which is set to rival top global tourist destinations such as the likes of Monaco and Athens with its year-long luxury offerings. There, guests can expect to see a world-class yachting destination curated by a famed Italian designer, three mega luxury hotels, a golf course, an array of restaurants and an international luxury retail offering dubbed ‘The Village,’ which will be home to over 50 luxury retail outlets.

The video also showed work underway at the mountain destination Trojena – the megacity’s snow-capped district, which will be the first major outdoor skiing destination in the GCC and will host the 2029 Asian Winter Games – the first nation in western Asia to do so – with more than 32 countries due to take part.
It also showed progress made on Saudi Arabia’s revolutionary THE LINE project – a 170km -long city to eventually house up to nine million people and which will be the heartbeat of NEOM.

The NEOM Green Hydrogen Company is also developing and has received its first wind turbines at the Port of NEOM. The $8.4 billion green hydrogen production plant aims to put the Kingdom on the global map for clean energy transition. The plant will be operational in 2026 under the NEOM Green Hydrogen Company.
The video revealed updates on the launch of NEOM Investment Fund with a focus on PIONEERING COMPANIES, NEXT-GEN INDUSTRIES, DEVELOPING JOINT VENTURES AND PARTNERSHIPS, WITH MULTINATIONALS AND INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS.
Its food sector company Topian is now live and aims to drive sustainable food production through regenerative aquaculture and novel foods.
Momentum is also building across NEOM’s sports sector, with partnerships with the McLaren Formula E racing team, and India’s Premier T20 cricket team, the Rajasthan Royals. NEOM Sports Club football team has also participated in the Saudi First Division.
In the entertainment sector, major TV and film production are also being filmed at the mega site, with Tomb Raider film director Simon West making an epic feature Antara against the backdrop of the dramatic landscapes at NEOM.
“NEOM IS HAPPENING NOW, AT THE CROSSROAD OF THREE CONTINENTS,” said spokespeople in the video. “We are open for business.”

This video is the latest film in an ongoing series showing key milestones and progress in the development of NEOM.
Last night I had a dream, that is very graphic and very sobering. I submit it with a knowledge that the days are numbered, and that WE MUST BE FOUND IN CHRIST NOW. I am typing the dream as it occurred and I will leave the interpretation up to the Lord, if it is other than literal as I saw it…
Part-I
I dreamed of a man standing on a platform before a huge concrete coliseum or pavilion of sorts. HE WAS OLIVE OR DARK COMPLEXIONED AND HAD DARK HAIR, AND WAS TALKING TO THE PEOPLE THAT WERE ASSEMBLED AND SEATED IN THE COLISEUM. There were only stone bench slabs for seats. No chairs or cushions. Rows and rows of stone benches.
Interpretation:
THE ANTICHRIST HAS HIS OWN PLATFORM THAT IS REVEALED ONLY TO THOSE PEOPLE OF GOD WHO LISTEN TO THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH AND WHO ABIDE IN CHRIST JESUS. This platform is not seen by those who have been deceived by him. This huge concrete coliseum is the one false religion on which he relies. It is the Babylonian religion. It has spread over all the denominational churches including Pentecostals. His character is described in this dream. HE WAS OLIVE OR DARK COMPLEXIONED. HE IS THE MAN OF SIN OR THE SON OF PERDITION. HE TALKS TO THOSE WHO LISTEN TO HIM, SEATED IN THE COLISEUM. THIS COLISEUM IS NOT OF THE BODY OF CHRIST. There were only stone seats. The people are seated on stone benches only. They are not seated in the green pastures where the Good Shepherd feeds them. These stone benches in rows are MEN-MADE DOCTRINES AND TRADITIONS.

THE MAN WAS VERY STRONG AND FORCEFUL IN HIS SPEECH, AND HE WAS VERY FOREBODING. HIS VOICE WAS COMPELLING AND IT HELD YOU WHEN YOU HEARD IT. HE WAS TO BE FEARED. I knew he was the antichrist. He was speaking in either Hebrew or another foreign language, (but I don’t know why I thought it was Hebrew, somehow in the dream that is what I thought it was.) and he was giving orders to those who were seated, and they were staring at him and not moving. You could feel the tension and the fear in the air. He had a man standing next to him off to the side a little.
Interpretation:
Daniel 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, A KING OF FIERCE COUNTENANCE, AND UNDERSTANDING DARK [POLITICAL] SENTENCES, SHALL STAND UP [RISE UP ON THE WORLD’S STAGE].
ANTICHRIST ATTRACTS THE PEOPLE BY HIS ORATORY ONLY. He influences the ministers of God deceived by him and makes use of their oratorical skill. Thousands of the people of God would be deceived by his speech (made through these ministers of God deceived by him). He targets only those ministers of God who are in a position to preach to the millions through their oratorical skills. He speaks either in Hebrew or in a foreign language. This shows that he attracts the people of God through HIS LANGUAGE WHICH IS FOREIGN TO THEM – WHICH IS FOREIGN TO THE BIBLE DOCTRINES. HE APPEALS TO THE PEOPLE THROUGH HIS LANGUAGE WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM THE LANGUAGE OF THE SCRIPTURES. HE WAS GIVING ORDERS TO THOSE WHO ARE SITTING BEFORE HIM. He cannot give orders to those who listen to the Spirit of the truth – those who abide in Christ Jesus. These days, the people of God do not want to listen to the Spirit of the Truth but want to hear what the popular evangelists or pastors speak to the millions. He had a man standing next to him. This shows that he needs the help of men deceived by him. He operates through them.
THE FALSE POPE, PROPHET OR PONTIFF CAUSES THE WORLD’S WORSHIP OF THE BEAST, ANTICHRIST OR MAHDI
THE WORSHIP OF MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN AS THE ISLAMIC MAHDI OR CHRISTIAN ANTICHRIST.
Part-III
I was sitting on one of the stone benches on the front row. I had a very small infant with me. I was tending to it’s needs, and trying to listen too. I knew this was not a good place to be at.
Interpretation:
The small child is typical of the young believers in the Body of Christ. It is the responsibility of the ELDERS IN THE BODY OF CHRIST to take care of this infant who is going to be poisoned by this man. Yes, that place was not a good place for the infant to grow. There are many churches who do not preach the right doctrines to the young believers. The Antichrist tries to trap this infant through his false doctrines.
He preaches a gospel of comfort and material blessings which is against the gospel of Christ – a life of sufferings with a narrow way.
Part-IV
A person was brought forth up onto the platform that the man was standing on in front of the people. The man next to the antichrist, moved towards this person, and he had AN AXE IN HIS HAND. THE PERSON WAS FORCED TO KNEEL AND THE MAN THEN CHOPPED THE PERSON’S HEAD OFF. THE HEAD FLEW OFF AND DOWN OFF OF THE PLATFORM. The antichrist was them threatening the people who were seated. I looked around frantically for others who could see the evil for what it was. No one moved.
Interpretation:
The man next to the Antichrist is being used by the latter to annihilate his victims who are seated before him. The man here is represented by those servants of God deceived by him. THROUGH THIS MAN, THE ANTICHRIST BRINGS HIS VICTIMS TO BE SPIRITUALLY DESTROYED. THE HEAD OF THE VICTIM IS CHOPPED.
The brain which is the repository of the Word of God is destroyed by him through false and pernicious doctrines. He also threatens the people who are seated before him. Those who are seated before him but continue to listen to the apostles and prophets in the Body of Christ are threatened by the deceived ministers of God/Pastors with excommunication, etc if they do not dance to their “revelations” or “end-time” revelations which are outside the Written Word of God. So long as these people get themselves seated before the Antichrist, they are susceptible to his influence. The people of God have to remain in fellowship with the true apostles and prophets in the Body of Christ and should not be UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THE BABYLONIAN KINGDOM AND ITS RELIGION. These people who are seated before him did not move. THEY DID NOT LISTEN TO THE VOICE OF THE TRUMPET BEING SOUNDED BY YOU.

Then others were brought up. Scene after many scenes, I watched various manners of execution. From being pulled apart literally and their bodies bursting in many directions, to others being beaten, and severed afterwards. Some of the body parts flew all around us, and some of it landed on me. There were men and women, IT MATTERED NOTHING TO THIS MAN. HE WAS IN CONTROL.
Interpretation:
The antichrist spiritually kills those who are seated before him, one by one. The manner He annihilates the people of God spiritually is described here. He uses many methods to kill them spiritually. Their bodies are hacked to pieces. Those who are under his influence are made to commit abominable sins of adultery, homosexuality, etc. These sins are justified by his ministers who would quote from the Word of God, laying special emphasis on the mercy and compassions of the Lord. They would throw to wind the righteousness and judgment of God.
The spiritual bodies of these victims will be pierced through sins and will be destroyed thoroughly. The Blood of Christ cannot heal or restore their spiritual lives because they “fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put Him to an open shame..” (Heb.6:6). “If after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them…..” (II Pet.2:20-22). Some of their bodies landed on the sister who had seen this dream. This means that this would be witnessed by the people of God.

I tried warning others, but no one would listen. I got up, and took the baby, and began looking for a way out of there. I warned people, but no one came with me. No one heard me.
Interpretation
ONLY A REMNANT LIKE YOU GETS THE REVELATION ABOUT THE ANTICHRIST, and not those who are seated before him. Even if you warn them, they will not believe your words. This is like the days of Noah.
