Good Question. No, I don’t he needs to ink anything, literally. The Bible just says ‘HE CONFIRMS’ that could be verbal, written, a handshake, who knows. A signed document, sure! I doesn’t matter the mechanism of its officiality. My discernment is that he will “suggest” a seven year period to work toward full palestinian control of their ‘state’ (whatever bizarre configuration that becomes). My research indicates that the palestinians are in no way, shape or form, capable of managing or governing themselves (for many obvious and practical reasons). That is why Tony Blair is being considered as a ‘governor’ in the interim, until the palestinians can get a working government up and running. Also, it will take seven years investment and work to rebuild the regions infrastructure (power, telecom, etc.) Every article I have read indicates that ‘some time frame’ will need to involved in order to create a working ‘state’ for the palestinians. Their ‘state’ won’t happen overnight, except perhaps on a signed paper document by all parties involved. In one of my posts, I included what looks a policy document or ‘covenant’ that seems to tie together trumps plan with approval by the Arabs. I copied the PDF and included, unfortunately, the font size is small and its hard to read for old folks like me.
