REVELATION CHAPTER 13: THE BEAST’S IMAGE, MARK & NUMBER

THE MARK OF THE BEAST

Rev 13:16-17 He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, (17) so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark…

This next verse doesn’t get any lighter. Everyone, small and great, will be forced to take a mark, without which you cannot buy or sell. It seems that Satan again tries to imitate God who places His own mark upon His servants’ foreheads (Rev 7:3-4). But while God works through free-will, Satan works through forced coercion. So note the word ‘forced’ here. The False Prophet will force everyone to take this mark. There is no choice. and no one will be able to escape the coming system. Free and slave, rich and poor… even the elites will be caught in this system.

What matters are the implications of the level of control that is coming. People that oppose this coming global leader, his system and do not take his mark will likely be on the run. Try to imagine a world where you are not allowed to buy and sell. Even in our day we see the stage being set for this global control. Many politicians, world leaders and financial experts are speaking of a coming great reset of the entire financial system as most countries wallow in unresolvable levels of debt. What they need to do this is just the right war or similar scale crisis. 

CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL CURRENCIES

One aspect to keep an eye on is the move to CBDC’s – Central Bank Digital Currencies. A recent quote from reuters.com said “A total of 130 countries representing 98% of the global economy are now exploring digital versions of their currencies, with almost half in advanced development, pilot or launch stages, a closely-followed study shows.” 

Russia has the digital Ruble, Europe is working on the digital Euro. THESE DIGITAL CURRENCIES WILL EVENTUALLY ELIMINATE CASH ALTOGETHER AND WITH IT GOES HUMAN PRIVACY. UNDER CBDC’S, EVERYTHING THAT IS BOUGHT WILL BE LOGGED AND SCANNED BY AI SYSTEMS. COMBINED WITH A GLOBAL DIGITAL ID FOR EVERY CITIZEN, IT IS THE PERFECT TOTALITARIAN SYSTEM FOR THESE DIGITAL CURRENCIES THAT WILL ALSO BE ‘PROGRAMMABLE’.

That is, the powers that be will not only see what is bought but also be able to control what you are allowed to buy, and even ‘if’ you are allowed to buy. This will be according to your purchase activity and current social credit score. It is the perfect system of control for it you truly want to control someone simply control their ability to feed themselves and their family.

China already has a social credit score for its 1 billion plus citizens, and its companies, ranking them on a number of criteria. A high score brings benefits while a low score brings various punishments. potentially affecting their ability to travel, seek employment, access finance and enter into other contracts and agreements.   

In the tribulation the ultimate world-wide control grid under the ultimate world- wide dictator will be set up. And again, no one will escape. It doesn’t matter if you are part of the super rich elite or a poor homeless man begging on the street. Everyone will have to take this mark if you want to buy and sell. It will be the ultimate dystopian nightmare.   

NO ONE CAN TAKE THE MARK TODAY SINCE IT IS UNDER DEVELOPMENT, OR TAKE IT ACCIDENTLY WITHOUT KNOWING IT IN THE NEAR FUTURE WHEN IT DOES EXIST.

The mark of the beast first requires the beast to be present and he hasn’t been revealed yet. The mark of the beast won’t be in operation until the Beast is in full control in the second half of the Tribulation. 

No one will ever take the mark of the beast ‘accidently’. We read in Revelation 14 that even an angel in heaven will be proclaiming the solemn consequences if someone takes the mark. Taking the mark is ultimately about declaring worship and allegiance to Satan over God and thus God makes it very clear on that day that the judgment of taking this mark is eternal. Isa 42:8 “I am the LORD, that is My name; I will not give My glory to another, Nor My praise to graven images.’

Let me remind all true believers that we, the Church, are given promises that we will not see this time (Luke 21:36, 1 Thes 1:10, Rev 3:10). Our hope and expectation is in the coming of the Lord Jesus for His bride. We look for Christ, not the Antichrist. But as we see the signs of Revelation 13 rising we know even more that the days of Jesus’ return are at hand!  

THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST

Rev 13:17-18 …no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. (18) This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man’s number. His number is 666.

The Bible tells us that this mark will either be in the name of the beast or his number. So it’s not just a mark – it is specifically the Beast’s name or number. This has caused people to go a little crazy over the centuries trying to find out who has a name related to ‘666’.

A BIBLICAL BOTTOMLESS PIT OF EVIL: SEVEN SAUDI KINGS AND THE 8TH BEAST

So how can his name be calculated? We have another name in scripture that, when ‘calculated’ reveals something important about their character. And who is this? It is none other than Jesus! You probably know that every letter in both Hebrew and Greek, the two languages used to write the Bible. have a numeric value. This means that every word and name in both Hebrew and Greek also have a numeric value. What happens when we look at the names ‘Jesus’ and ‘Jesus Christ’ in Greek? Something VERY cool happens. Jesus, in Greek, is ‘Iesous’ which has the amazing numeric value of ‘888’. In the Bible, 8 is the number for new life and resurrection so this is telling us that there is perfect resurrection and new life in Jesus! But it doesn’t stop there.  

The name of the Antichrist will total 666. 6 is the number of man as he was created on the 6th day and always falls short of God’s complete number 7. We’ve seen pictures of the coming Antichrist in the Old Testament which are associated with ‘6’. Goliath, you might remember, was 6 cubits and a span tall (1 Sam 17:4).

And as mentioned, King Nebuchadnezzar’s image that he set up to be worshipped was 60 cubits high and 6 cubits across (Dan 3:1). So yes, people will be able to ‘calculate’ the number of the beast. But again, THIS IS FOR THOSE THAT FIND THEMSELVES LIVING WHEN HE IS REVEALED. And HE IS NOT FULLY REVEALED UNTIL THE RESTRAINER, THE HOLY SPIRIT, ALONG WITH THE CHURCH THAT HE WORKS THROUGH, ARE TAKEN OUT OF THE WAY (2 THES 2:7-8). 

666. THE NUMBER OF THE PRINCE, BEAST, ANTICHRIST, MAHDI, 12TH IMAM

You may see this differently, but in my Christian life the biggest world-wide event giving a prophetic glimpse into what is coming, as seen in Revelation 13, was the world’s response to Covid19. There we saw a global approach where the nations were suddenly singing from the same sheet and all implementing the same laws. Even when those laws didn’t always make much sense.

Society, at least in the West, was divided into those with and without the jab and the pressure to conform was intense. I remember a reporter asking the then Prime Minister of my country about THE CREATION OF TWO CLASSES OF CITIZENS, THE VACCINATED AND UNVACCINATED, TO WHICH SHE SAID WITH A SMILE “THAT IS WHAT IT IS. YEP.” THE COORDINATED MESSAGING WAS FULL SWING.

Countries that fought to be free were suddenly against free-speech and thought. Again our Prime Minister at the time, like someone straight out of 1984’s ‘Ministry of Truth’, actually said “We will continue to be your single source of truth… Unless you hear it from us it is not the truth.” Um, actually no, only God can say that. I’m not sure what it was like for you, but in my country we were told not to go out, don’t talk to your neighbors and even inform on those that were breaking these rules. COERCION WAS IN, ‘INFORMED CONSENT’ WAS OUT. MANDATES AND LOCKDOWNS WERE IN, FREE CHOICE WAS OUT. It was ‘safe and effective’, until it wasn’t. People lost their jobs and in some cases their homes and businesses… all because they believed there was a bigger agenda at work or simply because they didn’t want their bodies to be guinea pigs for a new experimental injection with no long term safety data. Friendships and even families were forced apart, backed by the constant daily message of fear.

That was, you could say, but a small glimpse of what is coming in days of Revelation 13, where the propaganda, the pressure, the dictates, the loss of liberty, the ‘ratting’ on fellow citizens and the consequences of not going along with the coming global leader will be far, far, far more intense and life-threatening. But it was still a glimpse into the type of global control that many desire, are actively working on today and will ultimately achieve under the Antichrist tomorrow.

CONCLUSION

So as we conclude you may ask ‘why concentrate on the beast if he won’t be revealed until the restrainer, the Holy Spirit, and the Church, is taken out of the way?’ It is a fair question. Consider the following:  

While true members of the Church won’t see this coming Antichrist, we do already see the spirit of antichrist working and increasing in the world right now. And we see ‘antichrists’ with a lowercase ‘a’ acting and deceiving in that spirit. So the need to be alert and watchful is important right here, right now.  

The setup for what is coming is already affecting believers today. As mentioned we are already seeing the groundwork today with lockdowns, removal of rights, CBDC’s and social credit scores. They are laying a platform and rehearsing now for the main event.

Studying what is to come helps explain why the world is currently in the state it’s in. So we are not surprised or unprepared when we see things moving in a darker direction in the world. As we explore where things end up, we can more clearly see where we currently sit in the plan of God. And as we can see various technologies, attitudes and players moving into position these all point to the season of His return. And that is the good news!   

THE SILVER LINING

People are ‘waking up’ to the truth. While many in our generation have gone ‘woke’, others are waking up! I’ve read and heard of numerous people with a renewed interest in the Lord recently and many of them came through seeing and sensing a darkness coming over the earth. They are, in their own words, seeing that evil exists and coming to the realization that if the darkness is real, then so is the light… if evil exists, then so must God. And many are turning back to God and His word.

I’ll mention next time a prominent example in my own country where a former leader of a political party has just become a Christian, and is openly speaking about his journey in coming to know the Lord on secular radio. And it has been the events of the last few years that have opened his eyes and increased his search for truth… and that truth was found in Christ! It is so good and so encouraging. Silver in the Bible speaks of ‘redemption’ and ‘salvation’ and this is the silver lining to the days in which we live. People are waking up and it is truly awesome to see what God is doing. And we see this again with the recent atrocities that Hamas committed in Israel. Out of even the horrific, good can come.

So God is always at work but it’s even more evident when the enemy comes in like a flood. God will always use dark days for His good! You’ve probably heard leaders in the world say ‘never let a crisis go to waste’. They normally mean it for their own selfish plans and purposes. But God is the ultimate One who never lets a crisis go to waste.  So always be encouraged about what God is, and will do, during the time we have left.

The evolution of international collaboration on biometric technologies faces real challenges. Different systems and rules across countries make collaborative efforts complex. In the UK, we have a strong history with biometric data, having utilized DNA since the late 1980s and retaining a significant amount of biometric data. Despite leaving the European Union, we still share DNA and fingerprint information with our European neighbors under agreements like the Prüm Decisions. Different countries in the EU are at different levels of biometric data sharing, and only about 14 of the 25 EU Member States meet the required standards to participate fully. The next stage involves sharing facial images, and the UK will need to decide on its participation. Ultimately, it’s crucial that policing and law enforcement agencies share as much data as they can with appropriate safeguards. By doing so, we can effectively counteract the borderless operations of criminals.

The EU’s digital vaccination card, planned long before the pandemic, is quietly creating a global surveillance network that strips citizens of their rights, invades their privacy, and hands control over to unelected communist bodies like the WHO—all while the public remains in the dark.

In an alarming turn of events, the European Union has quietly begun the first steps toward a future where your freedom could depend on your vaccination status. The rollout of a digital vaccination card, already underway in five EU countries, signals a dangerous expansion of technocratic control over citizens’ lives. This new initiative, led by the body known as European Vaccination Beyond Covid (EUVABECO), is responsible for linking individuals’ vaccination records to their personal identification numbers—without their explicit consent. What was once a matter of public health has now transformed into an unprecedented invasion of privacy.

According to lawyer Meike Terhorst, who recently spoke with Blckbx, the gravity of this development is going largely unnoticed. “There is no real discussion about this,” she emphasized. What is unfolding isn’t just a health initiative—it’s a far-reaching data grab that could allow the EU to exert a level of control over its population that would have been inconceivable just a few years ago.

A FUTURE WHERE TRAVEL HINGES ON COMPLIANCE

Imagine waking up to find that your ability to travel or even participate in daily life hinges on whether your vaccination records are “up-to-date.” That dystopian future is no longer just a speculative possibility—it’s already in motion. Under the European vaccination card system, a citizen’s ability to move freely across borders may soon be tied directly to their vaccination status. Those who fail to comply could find themselves grounded and unable to travel.

“It’s all in the 2018 roadmap from the European Commission,” Terhorst revealed. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, the EU had already laid out a blueprint for a vaccination card or passport for all citizens. The pandemic merely accelerated the deployment of this invasive infrastructure, pushing a plan long in the works. By 2026, this digital vaccination passport is expected to be fully operational across all EU member states.

In fact, “In 2018, there was the Roadmap to Vaccination Passport. It was started by the European Commission… So it’s been prepared for a long time,” Terhorst added. This shows that what is happening today was not a spontaneous public health decision but a long-term plan put into action, only accelerated by the pandemic.

THE EU’S QUIET POWER GRAB

For years, the EU has used public health as a means to increase its control, but the implementation of this vaccination card marks a dramatic escalation. Pilot programs have already been launched in Latvia, Greece, Belgium, Germany, and Portugal—without any meaningful public consultation about their broader implications. The most troubling aspect is the direct link between citizens’ medical records and their personal identification numbers—an authoritarian move thinly veiled as administrative efficiency.

“Without the consent of the people involved, a link is made between vaccination data and personal numbers,” Terhorst warned. This not only constitutes a serious invasion of privacy but represents a full-scale assault on individual freedoms. Meanwhile, most of the public remains in the dark about how their sensitive data is being manipulated.

The European Union is effectively building a vast digital infrastructure that funnels personal data into a system operating outside legal boundaries. Terhorst emphasized that the EU has transferred enormous power to public health bodies, bypassing the fundamental rights of its citizens. “They are doing things that are not legally possible at all,” she remarked ominously. This power shift sets a dangerous precedent, where personal data far beyond vaccination records could be centralized and controlled by unelected authorities.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has eagerly adopted the EU’s technological framework, turning the European digital COVID certificate into a global standard. “The WHO is proud today to launch the Global Digital Health Certification Network… The EU’s digital infrastructure has been handed over to the WHO, allowing for a seamless integration of medical data across borders,“ Terhorst explained. The vaccination card is no longer a regional issue—it’s becoming a global tool of control.

“The QR code technology has been taken over by the WHO, and 80 countries are connected to it,” added Terhorst. This expansion means that the technology behind the vaccination certificate is designed to be non-falsifiable and impossible to evade, locking individuals into a global surveillance network.

“If you’re not vaccinated, you may be locked out of basic freedoms like travel or access to public spaces,” Terhorst emphasized. This is not about health—it’s about creating a global system of oversight where unelected bodies like the WHO hold immense power over individuals. The global network of control is already in place, and the public is losing its ability to resist.

THE THREAT TO SOVEREIGNTY AND INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS

The EU has also passed laws that give public health bodies unprecedented control over citizens. “All EU member states have passed laws to ensure that sovereignty over these matters has been surrendered to public health law,” Terhorst explained. This means that in future health crises, European ministers will have the power to impose vaccination mandates without public consent.

Worse yet, the next step involves transferring sovereignty to unelected global bodies. “With the next change in the law, part of that sovereignty is transferred to the WHO,” Terhorst revealed. This poses serious questions about democratic oversight and the dangers of centralizing control in a global institution that operates outside national borders.

This trajectory stands in stark contrast to the European Charter of Fundamental Rights, which grants citizens the right to refuse medical interventions, including vaccinations. Yet the EU is forging ahead, effectively stripping people of their rights by linking vaccination status to mobility and public participation.

A FUTURE OF UNCHECKED SURVEILLANCE AND CONTROL

The implications of the digital vaccination card go far beyond merely ensuring people are vaccinated. “It’s not just about controlling vaccinations; it’s about integrating personal data into a system that cannot be falsified or copied,” Terhorst warned. Initially used for health purposes, this system could easily expand to encompass financial transactions or even social behavior, creating a vast network of surveillance and control over individual lives.

“The minister has been given far-reaching powers during crises and pandemics,” Terhorst explained. The concentration of such power under the guise of public health sets a dangerous precedent. This is no longer about safeguarding health—it’s about determining who can participate in society and how.

By 2026, every EU country could be operating under this regime of digital vaccination passports, and the consequences are dire. “They are doing things that are not legally possible at all,” Terhorst ominously remarked.

THE DIGITAL SERVICES ACT: EUROPE’S CENSORSHIP SUPERWEAPON

A highly relevant parallel to the UK’s Online Safety Act is the European Union’s Digital Services Act (“DSA”), a comprehensive legislative framework designed to regulate digital platforms under the guise of addressing disinformation, hate speech and other harmful content. Much like the UK legislation, the DSA poses significant threats to free speech in Europe by granting governments and regulators unprecedented powers to control online content.[34]

The DSA allows for heavy fines and penalties for platforms that fail to comply with its regulations, much like the UK’s Ofcom enforcement under the Online Safety Act. What makes the DSA especially concerning is its ability to enforce its regulations across national borders, effectively acting as a “censorship superweapon” that gives the EU sweeping power over online discourse beyond its own member states.[35]

This raises concerns that the DSA, much like the UK Online Safety Act, could serve as a blueprint for other regions to implement similarly draconian censorship laws. The increasing coordination between global bodies, such as the WHO, EU and NATO, in promoting these laws suggests that a global censorship regime may be closer than we think.[36]

THE WORLD HEALTH SUMMIT (“WHS”) IS AN ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND NETWORK THAT BRINGS TOGETHER “STAKEHOLDERS” FROM POLITICS, SCIENCE, THE PRIVATE SECTOR AND CIVIL SOCIETY TO SET THE AGENDA FOR A “HEALTHIER” FUTURE. Established in 2009, the summit is held in Berlin, Germany, and also offers online participation.

This year’s WHS WAS HELD BETWEEN 13 AND 15 OCTOBER UNDER THE SLOGAN “BUILDING TRUST FOR A HEALTHIER WORLD.”

At this stage they can only be seen as delusional; due to their own actions and words the trust is gone and there is no “BUILDING TRUST.”  They will never regain trust and as time goes on fewer and fewer people are trusting the UN and its “specialised agency” the World Health Organisation (“WHO”).  Beating the same old drum is making it worse for them, not better.

During the opening address on Sunday, TEDROS THE TERRORIST set the tone for the gathering by giving his delusional ramblings on how to “BUILD TRUST.”  He said:

According to Bill Gates, online misinformation is the No. 1 unsolvable problem facing today’s young people.   Gates spends a lot of his time and money pushing global climate change mitigation measures and vaccines but, as CNBC noted, ONE PROBLEM HAS HIM STUMPED –  WHAT HE REFERS TO AS “MISINFORMATION.”

RECENTLY, GATES PROPOSED AI FOR REAL-TIME CENSORSHIP OF WHAT HE DEEMS “VACCINE MISINFORMATION,” ARGUING THAT WHILE FREE SPEECH IS IMPORTANT, IT SHOULD HAVE LIMITATIONS, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT INCITES VIOLENCE OR DISCOURAGES VACCINATION.

Gates, a prominent advocate for vaccines through his “philanthropic” organisations, believes that THOSE WHO ADVISE AGAINST VACCINES ARE “INCITING VIOLENCE” AND HINDERING PUBLIC HEALTH. HE ENVISIONS AI AS A TOOL TO ESTABLISH AND ENFORCE SPEECH “BOUNDARIES” TO CONTROL THE NARRATIVE SURROUNDING VACCINES.

RIYADH: The third Global Artificial Intelligence Summit will be held from Sept. 10 to 12 with more than 300 speakers and experts in artificial intelligence from about 100 countries.

Organized by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, the summit will be held at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh.

The event marks a milestone in the journey of technological advancement the Kingdom is undergoing thanks to innovations in data and artificial intelligence technologies.   

Riyadh will welcome an international gathering of specialists in AI technologies, influential policy and system makers in building these technologies, and heads of technology companies.

Among these experts is Stefan Schnorr, state secretary at the German Federal Ministry of Digital Affairs and Transport, Julie Sweet, CEO of Accenture, and Doug Schmitt, CEO of Dell Technologies Services.

Several agreements and memoranda of understanding are expected to be signed at the summit.

The Saudi leadership aspires for the Kingdom to become a prominent global example in AI, equipped with advanced capabilities to embrace the latest advancements and innovations and to contribute to global initiatives in the field.

The summit will include more than 120 dialogue sessions and workshops during which speakers will review the international interest in data and artificial intelligence.

The summit will play an important role in advancing the objectives set under Saudi Vision 2030, which is focused on developing a knowledge and technology-driven economy. It is also part of the accelerated efforts to fulfill the ambitious goals of the data and AI authority, with 66 of 96 goals directly or indirectly linked to the vision.

Aside from Brazil and Saudi Arabia, a team from Indian institutions recently released a report, at the close of its turn heading the intergovernmental forum, that is likely to shape the future of DPI development globally. The report, from India’s G20 Task Force on DPI outlines the impact of DPI on India’s digital economy and how similar strategies can be applied in other countries to promote economic growth, financial inclusion, and digital governance.

Additionally, ambassador at large for cyberspace and digital Policy Nathaniel C. Fick was also in attendance and focused on the topic introduced under the Indian Presidency of the G20 in 2023 (DPI), as well as digital inclusion, connectivity, information integrity, and AI.

Brazil’s leadership in this area, particularly through its DPI initiatives, underscores the importance of regional players in driving global digital transformation. DIGITAL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE A PILLAR OF UN’S AMBITIOUS GLOBAL DIGITAL COMPACT

DIGITAL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE (DPI) HAS MADE IT INTO THE UNITED NATION’S AMBITIOUS PACT FOR THE FUTURE, DESIGNED TO BOOST COOPERATION AND MULTILATERALISM AMONG MEMBER NATIONS.

The pact, adopted last weekend during the UN’s Summit of the Future in New York, outlines several goals that are to be achieved by 2030, including increased investment into digital public goods and digital public infrastructure, especially in developing countries. The Pact supports adopting open standards and interoperability and promises to develop safeguards for “INCLUSIVE, RESPONSIBLE, SAFE, SECURE AND USER-CENTERED” DIGITAL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE. Another goal is to exchange best practices and use cases of DPI to inform governments, the private sector and other stakeholders.

“We recognize that there are multiple models of digital public infrastructure and that each society will develop and use shared digital systems according to its specific priorities and needs. Transparent, safe and secure digital systems and user-centered safeguards can PROMOTE PUBLIC TRUST AND USE OF DIGITAL SERVICES,” the document states.

THE PACT FOR THE FUTURE IS VIEWED AS THE BRAINCHILD OF UN CHIEF ANTÓNIO GUTERRES and an attempt to boost participation inside the UN. Counting 56 action points, the document covers everything from BRIDGING DIGITAL DIVIDES AND MANAGING AI TO CLIMATE CHANGE ACTION and the UN Security Council reforms. ONE OF ITS INITIATIVES IS THE GLOBAL DIGITAL COMPACT, A SET OF PROPOSALS FOCUSED ON THE RESPONSIBLE USE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AND BRIDGING THE DIGITAL DIVIDE.

Critics, however, argue that the new plan lacks specifics and that its impact will be limited, according to The Guardian.

Despite these fears, the new UN initiative has already brought some concrete results. Among them is the first version of the Universal Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) Safeguards Framework, released this month.

The document lays out guidelines for DPI design and implementation, minimizing risks and ensuring adherence to standards and regulations. Work on the Framework started in 2023 under the UN Secretary-General’s Envoy on Technology (OSET) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with a goal to accelerate progress on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The initiative involved the World Bank, the Digital Public Goods Alliance (DPGA), GovStack, the Centre for Digital Public Infrastructure, Co-Develop as well as governments of Bangladesh, Estonia, Germany and more.

FIRST UN RESOLUTION ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE — AIMED AT ENSURING WORLD HAS ACCESS

UNITED NATIONS: The United States is spearheading the first United Nations resolution on artificial intelligence, aimed at ensuring the new technology is “safe, secure and trustworthy” and that all countries, especially those in the developing world, have equal access.

The draft General Assembly resolution aims to close the digital divide between countries and make sure they are all at the table in discussions on AI — and that they have the technology and capabilities to take advantage of its benefits, including detecting diseases, predicting floods and training the next generation of workers.

The draft recognizes the rapid acceleration of AI development and use and stresses “the urgency of achieving global consensus on safe, secure and trustworthy artificial intelligence systems.” It also recognizes that “the governance of artificial intelligence systems is an evolving area” that needs further discussions on possible governance approaches.

US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said the United States turned to the General Assembly “to have a truly global conversation on how to manage the implications of the fast-advancing technology of AI.”

The resolution “would represent global support for a baseline set of principles for the development and use of AI and would lay out a path to leverage AI systems for good while managing the risks,” he said in a statement to The Associated Press.
If approved, Sullivan said, “this resolution will be a historic step forward in fostering safe, secure and trustworthy AI worldwide.”

The United States began negotiating with the 193 UN member nations about three months ago, spent hundreds of hours in direct talks with individual countries, 42 hours in negotiations and accepted input from 120 nations, a senior US official said. The resolution went through several drafts and achieved consensus support from all member states this week and will be formally considered later this month, the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly.

Unlike Security Council resolutions, General Assembly resolutions are not legally binding but they are an important barometer of world opinion.
A key goal, according to the draft resolution, is to use AI to help spur progress toward achieving the UN’s badly lagging development goals for 2030, including ending global hunger and poverty, improving health worldwide, ensuring quality secondary education for all children and achieving gender equality.
The draft resolution encourages all countries, regional and international organizations, technical communities, civil society, the media, academia, research institutions and individuals “to develop and support regulatory and governance approaches and frameworks” for safe AI systems.

It warns against “improper or malicious design, development, deployment and use of artificial intelligence systems, such as without adequate safeguards or in a manner inconsistent with international law.”

Lawmakers in the European Union are set to give final approval to the world’s first comprehensive AI rules on Wednesday. Countries around the world, including the US and China, or global groupings like the Group of 20 industrialized nations also are moving to draw up AI regulations.

The US draft calls on the 193 UN member states and others to assist developing countries to access the benefits of digital transformation and safe AI systems. It “emphasizes that human rights and fundamental freedoms must be respected, protected and promoted throughout the life cycle of artificial intelligence systems.”
US Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield recalled President Joe Biden’s address to the General Assembly last year where he said emerging technologies, including AI, hold enormous potential.

She said the resolution, which is co-sponsored by dozens of countries, “aims to build international consensus on a shared approach to the design, development, deployment and use of AI systems,” particularly to support the 2030 UN goals.
The resolution responds to “the profound implications of this technology,” Thomas-Greenfield said, and if adopted it will be “a historic step forward in fostering safe, security and trustworthy AI worldwide.”

THE BEGINNINGS OF ABSHER PLATFORM

Absher initially focused on enhancing the efficiency of civil registration, passport issuance, and traffic management; the platform has since expanded its scope to include a wide range of government and private sectors. Encouraging access to more reasonable and secure banking solutions is a primary goal of the Financial Sector Development Program, which operates under Vision 2030. With a 95 percent reduction in license and review times and savings of nearly SAR 23 billion (US$6.1 billion), Absher’s digital services have increased efficiency. Absher has transformed service delivery for citizens and communities by reducing bureaucracy and streamlining government processes, making interactions with the government easier and faster. Through the promotion of a more effective, connected, and accessible public sector, this digital transformation contributes to improvements in general quality of life and is aligned with the larger objectives of Saudi economic diversification set out in Vision 2030. Beyond just being expedient, the platform is significant because it represents a significant advancement in the Kingdom’s continuous efforts to modernize its economic and governance framework.

The World Bank report shows that in Saudi Arabia, 74 percent of adults now have a bank account, and considerable progress has been made in increasing financial inclusion. There are still issues, though, since an estimated 6.7 million people do not have a bank account. The percentage of people who use digital payments is rising to 73 percent. However, gender differences exist; as compared to men, fewer women utilize these services.

Mobile phone infrastructure is critical in facilitating this expansion, with mobile subscriber identity rates reaching 132.4 percent and near-universal internet use. Regulatory frameworks for digital money and digital ID systems have assisted in making financial transactions more secure and efficient. Despite these advances, disparities in financial access remain, particularly across urban and rural areas and across income levels. Continued efforts are required to close these gaps and ensure that all citizens benefit from financially inclusive services, especially through laws that encourage equal access to digital banking.

SAUDI ARABIA’S FINANCIAL SYSTEM STABILITY ASSESSMENT

According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) report, September 2024 Financial System Stability Assessment for Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom’s financial sector is strong despite the rapid economic transition under Vision 2030. The report emphasizes that banks are well-funded, profitable, and resilient to major macroeconomic shocks. However, concerns remain, notably in controlling the risks linked with expanding credit and real estate markets. To address severe lapses, the IMF advises boosting systemic risk monitoring, increasing the supervisory authority of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), and improving data collection. In addition, tighter macroprudential tools and legislative frameworks are required to ensure long-term financial stability.

At the Authenticate conference, Mastercard executives Jonathan Grossar, VP, product management, and Fred Tyler, VP, emerging digital products for North America, delivered a presentation on THE FUTURE OF DIGITAL PAYMENTS, emphasizing the case against passwords and THE RISE OF BIOMETRIC AUTHENTICATION. As online fraud continues to challenge the e-commerce sector, they outline Mastercard’s multi-layered security strategy, which includes the adoption of payment passkeys to improve both security and user experience.

Grossar, from Mastercard’s global authentication product team, introduced the concept of the payment passkey, highlighting its role in addressing issues related to online security and friction in e-commerce transactions. Tyler, from the North American product team, provided context on the evolution of card-present fraud prevention techniques, such as CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS AND EMV CHIPS, AND EMPHASIZED THE NEED TO EXTEND SIMILAR LEVELS OF SECURITY TO THE DIGITAL REALM.

“Even though e-commerce has been around for over 20 years, there continues to be a lack of trust with ecommerce transactions,” Tyler states. He pointed out that existing methods like one-time passwords, though convenient, are vulnerable to phishing and SIM swapping attacks. This is where biometric authentication comes into play, offering a secure alternative by leveraging devices’ built-in fingerprint and FACIAL RECOGNITION CAPABILITIES.

A key component of their discussion focused on enhancing the user experience while ensuring security compliance. Mastercard’s solution integrates FIDO and W3C standards in a bid to make biometric authentication more user-friendly. Grossar mentioned ongoing discussions to further improve the security landscape with tokenization, dynamic linking, and network tokenization to replace traditional plastic card numbers, making transactions more secure and fraudsters’ efforts less effective.

With pilots already in place, the Mastercard team emphasizes the potential for widespread adoption of payment passkeys, particularly as they work toward a consistent user experience. They also outline the Secure Payment Confirmation (SPC) standard, which will further improve transaction security by linking payment details and providing a browser-based authentication experience.

Elsewhere, Mastercard has introduced a new Identity Attribute Verification service designed to enhance online interactions. The service aligns with the latest industry standards set by EMVCo, aiming to provide more secure and seamless identity verification for digital transactions.

WHAT’S IN A DIGITAL ID WALLET?

What is a digital identity wallet? While they have been used for some years and have been included in some of the most important policy documents across the globe, there seems to be as many definitions of digital ID wallets as there are approaches to creating them.

At this year’s Authenticate Conference, hosted by the FIDO Alliance, representatives from Idemia, 1Kosmos, Uniken and Spherical Cow Consulting examined underlying assumptions behind digital ID wallets in different areas of the world — from the EU Digital Identity Wallet to mobile driving licenses in the U.S. and everything in between.

For some, A DIGITAL ID WALLET IS CREATED BY A GOVERNMENT AGENCY TO ALLOW CITIZENS TO KEEP THEIR IDENTITY IN A CRYPTOGRAPHICALLY SECURE FRAMEWORK. It’s not necessarily a mobile app – it can be a smart card. For others, it’s a group of generally verifiable attributes in a cryptographic container that is built to defined standards. And SOME DEFINE IT AS A NEW FORM OF IDENTITY DATA DELIVERY MECHANISM FOR BUSINESSES, FOCUSING MORE ON DATA AND STANDARDS AND LESS ON ORCHESTRATION AND POLICY.

“There is no technical specification for a wallet, says Heather Flanagan, principal at Spherical Cow Consulting. “There are lots of specifications for credentials that go in the wallet, and there are lots of pilots and efforts and frameworks and regulations.”

One of the ways of understanding wallets could be by looking at the standards behind them. While some countries have opted to come out with draft specifications on which prototypes are built, others are approaching them from a different mindset and letting the market decide on the right solution.

Digital ID wallet standards are often not technical specifications in the same way many think of standards. The Open Wallet Foundation, for instance, has been doing work on development tools, while the EU has been building up the Architecture Reference Framework.

“There is standard work being done on the credential level, and oftentimes, maybe the wallet, the container of these credentials, is not as important,” says Theresa Wu, vice president of smart credentials at Idemia.

A lot of the development of digital ID wallets is happening in localized formats. It is important to go beyond the U.S.-centric perspective on how wallets should work and have a global perspective, says Nishant Kaushik, chief technology officer at Uniken.

THE “FUZZINESS” IN DEFINING DIGITAL ID WALLETS GETS EVEN MORE INTERESTING WHEN WE CONSIDER THAT THEY WILL BECOME A PIECE OF INFRASTRUCTURE THAT IS GOING TO HANDLE PERSONAL DATA. HUGE AMOUNTS OF EFFORT AND DISCUSSIONS ARE GOING INTO GLOBAL INTEROPERABILITY AND CROSS-BORDER USE CASES.

In the end, however, most users don’t care about how digital ID wallets are made, they just want them to work. Operators still need to solve many practical challenges around availability and accessibility and account recovery, the panel said.

HALF A BILLION WILL REGULARLY USE DIGITAL IDENTITY WALLETS WITHIN 2 YEARS: GARTNER

Digital identity wallets are in the process of taking off, with 500 million smartphone users regularly using them by 2026, according to research from Gartner.

The market analysis firm suggests that portable digital identity (PDI) is emerging as an alternative to the challenge of traditional identity verification.

“The market is entering a transition period as PDI solutions are starting to mature, which in the next five years, will reduce the demand for standalone IDV,” said Akif Khan, VP Analyst at Gartner, speaking at the company’s Security & Risk Management Summit in London.

Part of the reason for this is that portable digital identities are better-suited to proving a wider range of claims, such as of qualifications or employment, than scanning an ID document and selfie biometrics. The announcement also notes the value of verifiable credentials for privacy-preserving proof of age and other attributes.

Market demand is being filled by private sector vendors, Gartner notes, but also government action, with the EU mandating the issuance of digital identity wallets by 2026. The EU began the process of establishing a cybersecurity certification scheme for digital identity wallets this week.

Khan encourages organizations to proactively adopt digital identity wallets in the announcement.

“For example, in the workforce, CISOs can use a readily available decentralized identity wallet product and issue it to their employees. The wallet could then be integrated into their employee onboarding, account recovery and IT help desk workflows. This is ultimately improving security by introducing strong authentication and improving UX by removing the need for repeated IDV.”

Goode Intelligence forecasted a year ago that 1.5 billion people will use digital identity wallets by 2029.

Juniper Research says digital wallets will be used to make transactions worth a total of $10 trillion in 2024. That figure will rise to $17 trillion in 2029, according to the “Global Digital Wallets Market: 2024-2029” report. The report focusses on the use of digital wallets for payments, rather than digital ID.

THE “50 IN 5” CAMPAIGN

The “50 in 5” bills itself as “a country-led advocacy campaign. BY 2028, THE 50-IN-5 CAMPAIGN WILL HAVE HELPED 50 COUNTRIES DESIGN, LAUNCH, AND SCALE COMPONENTS OF THEIR DIGITAL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE,” according to the official announcement. The 50 countries are designated as global testbeds, (guinea pigs) and the DPI’s will first in Africa (sub-Saharan, particularly) and India but the plan is to roll digital IDs globally by 2030 to include all citizens of UN member-states, according to Planet Today

“50 in 5” campaign is also unsurprisingly a collaboration between the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the United Nations Development Program, the Digital Public Goods Alliance, and Co-Develop. Co-Develop was founded by The Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Nilekani Philanthropies, and the Omidyar Network. The Digital Public Goods Alliance lists both the Gates and Rockefeller foundations in its roadmap showcasing “activities that advance digital public goods,” along with other organisations and several governments. DIGITAL IDS ARE BEING ROLLED OUT GLOBALLY; FROM EUROPE TO ETHIOPIA TO AUSTRALIA

Here is a collection of news items and social media posts from the last week relating to the rollout of digital identities in various countries.  But first, a brief look at who is behind the push to be able to digitally identify every person on Earth.

1. Bill Gates’ Inclusive Financial Systems: Gates’ goal is to expand access to his digital financial services to people in the lowest-income communities around the globe.

“We work with our partners to support public and private investment in digital payment infrastructure, new regulatory standards, and gender equality initiatives such as digitised government benefit payments, to ensure continued progress toward the promise of financial inclusion,” the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation webpage for its Inclusive Financial Systems states.

2. ‘Digital IDs are an effective tool against poverty’: This is the deceptive title of an article, one of the updates for Gates’ Inclusive Financial Systems mentioned above, published by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

“DIGITAL ID SYSTEMS ARE ONE OF THE THREE PILLARS OF WHAT’S KNOWN AS DIGITAL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE (DPI); THE OTHERS ARE DIGITAL PAYMENT SYSTEMS AND DATA EXCHANGE SYSTEMS,” the article stated.

The article goes on to note that Gates is offering his Modular Open Source Identity Platform (“MOSIP”) to all countries so they can build their own national identity systems for free.  For free?  Really? Nothing is for free. Just because Gates is not asking for money upfront, it does not mean that he is not taking something in return.

 “The original inspiration for MOSIP was India’s national digital ID system, Aadhaar, which launched in 2009. THIS AMBITIOUS EFFORT WOULD EVENTUALLY ENROL OVER 99% OF ALL INDIAN ADULTS,” THE BILL AND MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION SAID.

3. Philippines experts weigh in on leveraging fintech, blockchain solutions: With insights from industry leaders, the discourse on ‘REBUILDING TRUST IN THE NEW GLOBAL DIGITAL ECONOMY AND DIGITAL IDENTITY’ highlighted how blockchain offers secure, transparent, and efficient avenues for global trade and financial inclusion.

Andrew Chung, Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer of TradeLink, EMPHASISED THE NEED TO ESTABLISH A UNIVERSAL MECHANISM FOR DIGITAL IDENTITY IN CROSS-BORDER TRANSACTIONS. HE HIGHLIGHTED THE SIGNIFICANCE OF LEVERAGING ELECTRONIC PASSPORTS AND DIGITAL CERTIFICATES TO AUTHENTICATE PEOPLE GLOBALLY.

“We need to find a solution that can be used, no matter where you are, as long as you are wanting to do business with your friends from the Philippines, people in Hong Kong, or other countries,” Chung said.

4. National Digital IDs for refugees in Ethiopia: The Government of Ethiopia, through its Refugees and Returnees Service (“RRS”) in partnership with the National ID Program (“NIDP”) and the UN Refugees Agency (“UNHCR”) launched an initiative to include refugees and asylum seekers into the Ethiopian Digital ID system.

The cards, which contain a unique identification number dubbed Fayda, are intended to enable this category of persons to get access to important social services, according to an announcement by the UNHCR.

5. Digital wallet use in Greece: During March, 105,237 Greek citizens downloaded the Gov.gr Wallet application on their mobile phones.  The number of Greeks who have downloaded the digital wallet since its launch in July 2022 is estimated at 1,877,032. The government recently expanded the application’s use making it mandatory for entrance in stadiums as of 9 April.

The Gov.gr Wallet allows a person to create, store and control their digital documents. Digital ID cards, digital driving licenses, digital disability cards, DYPA digital cards and digital cards are already supported.

The new digital ID card, digital driver’s license, digital disability card, the DYPA digital card and the digital ring card are digital documents issued through Gov.gr and are fully equal to the paper documents. They are not international travel documents.

6. Digital ID at centre of Europe’s data sharing changes: The European Digital Identity (“EUDI”) Wallet inches closer to reality.

The Centre of Excellence for Data Sharing and Cloud (CoE DSC), an international initiative for data sharing based in the Netherlands, has published a guide on what the European digital identity will mean for data spaces, including service providers and data sharing initiatives.

COMMON EUROPEAN DATA SPACES ARE THE CONTINENT’S ATTEMPT TO CREATE A SINGLE MARKET FOR DATA, ENSURING THAT MORE DATA BECOMES AVAILABLE FOR USE IN THE ECONOMY, SOCIETY AND RESEARCH.

“Digital Identity (DI) is a key building block for data spaces,” the paper notes.

DATA SPACES ARE SET TO BENEFIT FROM THE EU-WIDE DIGITAL IDENTITY WHICH WILL ENABLE CROSS-SECTORAL DATA SHARING AND INTEROPERABILITY.

The Centre of Excellence for Data Sharing and Cloud provides an analysis of the upcoming eIDAS 2.0 regulation, which aims to introduce new trust services and regulate the EUDI Wallet for natural persons and the “Organisational Digital Identity Wallet” (ODIW) for legal entities.

7. Australia Digital Identity Bill: Tweeting a video yesterday, Russell Broadbent, member of the House of Representatives for Monash, said: I’ve had a gut full of being told what I can and can’t do,  say and think. Now, Australia is fast heading toward a ‘Digital Prison’ where everything will be known about you, leading to dangerous and unprecedented levels of control over your life. Speak up while you still can!”

In his video, he said: ”Just before Easter the Senate rammed through the Digital Identity Bill.  No debate, no consultation and no respect for the Australian people or the Parliament … If the past four years have taught me anything, it’s that our government and governments across the world are increasingly using tyrannical tactics to achieve their goals of increased control over every aspect of our lives.”

8. Hacker publishes data of almost the entire population of El Salvador: On 6 April, a hacker decided to make the personal information of 5.1 million Salvadorans available for free on the dark web: names, dates of birth, phone numbers, residential addresses, email addresses, and unique identity numbers (Documento Único de Identidad or DUI) numbers. The file includes millions of high-definition photos of Salvadoran citizens.  The breach affects the majority of adults in the country.

It has not yet been confirmed whether the stolen data comes from registrations on the Chivo wallet app, the government’s electronic wallet introduced with the Bitcoin Law on 7 September 2021 to maintain both Bitcoin and US dollars. However, the suspicion is quite concrete, considering that the leaked information matches the data required for registration on the wallet.

DIGITAL IDS: HOW TO ACCELERATE GLOBAL INTEROPERABILITY

If you work on developing digital IDs and interoperable global systems, you’re well aware that this field is rife with contrasts.

On the one hand, there is the immense energy and potential of CREATING AN INTERNATIONAL INTERCONNECTED SYSTEM to raise growth and efficiency. However, there are also so many significant challenges that we’re constantly facing the risk of paralysis.

GLOBAL DIGITAL IDENTITIES CAN TRANSFORM INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND DRIVE ECONOMIC GROWTH. McKinsey calculates that expanding digital ID coverage in just seven countries they analyzed could generate economic value equivalent to 3 percent to 13 percent of these nations’ GDP by the end of the decade.

A United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific report emphasizes how global digital identities could improve supply chains and trade by improving resilience and efficiency.

Despite these incentives, creating a globally connected system has proven complicated and has deterred most players so far.

The list of hurdles is long. Differences in technology, legal systems, and visions about privacy hinder collaboration. The technological integrations required to ensure data crosses borders safely and seamlessly are complex.

The absence of international unified legal frameworks compounds the difficulty of harmonising different technological standards. Key market players’ power, which can influence the adoption of benchmarks that may not be universally applicable, further complicates the issue.

The sheer magnitude of these obstacles can make many of us feel disheartened and lead to immobility.

LEADING BY EXAMPLE

So, how can we avoid this scenario despite so many difficulties?

We must concentrate on gradual and decentralized implementation by promoting bilateral or consortium agreements.

This strategy offers several advantages. It enables countries and companies to test and refine solutions, identifying and improving the most viable alternatives through practical application. It also promotes trust by creating channels of collaboration that facilitate the exchange of experiences and reduce misunderstandings or concerns.

ANOTHER SIGNIFICANT BENEFIT OF CREATING AND IMPLEMENTING BILATERAL AGREEMENTS IS THAT THEY CREATE USE CASES SHOWCASING THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC BENEFITS OF A GLOBALLY ALIGNED SYSTEM.

For example, in Australia, marginalized communities and digitally excluded people, particularly within First Nations Australians, require solutions that can support their identification process. These important solutions can overcome barriers to accessing essential services, such as education, employment, and healthcare.

Successful examples like this can NUDGE RELUCTANT NATIONS TO COOPERATE AS THEY WILL TRY TO AVOID BEING LEFT BEHIND.

However, IT IS CRUCIAL THAT THESE INITIATIVES ALIGN WITH PARAMETERS ESTABLISHED BY LARGER ENTITIES, SUCH AS THE UN OR THE EUROPEAN UNION, AND ARE FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO ENSURE THAT BILATERAL SYSTEMS CAN EVENTUALLY INTEGRATE WITHIN BROADER FRAMEWORKS.

If we fail to ensure local and bilateral efforts align with globally interoperable technical standards, we will just create another challenge to further integrate countries. That is why IT’S CRITICAL TO ENSURE THAT EVEN BILATERAL AGREEMENTS CAN BE EXPANDED AND INTEGRATED WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT DIFFICULTIES.

By learning from each initiative and building on its successes, we can move closer to THE DREAM STATE WE ALL WANT TO SEE, WHERE DIGITAL IDENTITIES ARE SEAMLESSLY INTEGRATED INSIDE COUNTRIES AND ACROSS BORDERS, MINIMISING RISKS, MAKING LIFE EASIER, DRIVING ECONOMIC GROWTH AND FOSTERING GLOBAL COOPERATION. It is time to act decisively and transform this potential into reality.

Participants also claimed alleged man-made “climate change” was helping fuel the threat. The allegations echo claims made by global “public health” leaders arguing that everything from gun violence and racism to global warming are “public-health” emergencies requiring urgent action.

The international news media was largely silent on the important Rio summit, even as more and more OFFICIALS AND “EXPERTS” WARNED OF A POTENTIAL BIRD-FLU PANDEMIC THAT COULD CAUSE UNPRECEDENTED FATALITIES. THE U.S. GOVERNMENT IS ALREADY FUNNELING TAXPAYER FUNDS TO MODERNA AND OTHER BIG PHARMA INTERESTS UNDER THE GUISE OF PREPARING A BIRD-FLU “VACCINE.”

Meanwhile, policymakers and Big Pharma officials are preparing for the “International Bird Flu Summit” in D.C. from October 2-4. The objective of the summit is to prepare for, among other possibilities, a “MASS FATALITY MANAGEMENT PLANNING,” DELIVERY OF “VACCINES,” AND “SURVEILLANCE,” THE WEBSITE FOR THE EVENT EXPLAINS.

“With the emergence of a highly virulent strain of bird flu affecting both cattle and humans, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE COME TOGETHER TO DISCUSS PREPAREDNESS, RESPONSE STRATEGIES, AND THE FUTURE IMPLICATIONS OF THIS EVOLVING SITUATION,” THE SITE CONTINUES, URGING GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, BUREAUCRATS, AND BIG PHARMA OPERATIVES TO SIGN UP.

THAT IS ALL HAPPENING AS THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION PREPARES FOR AN EMERGENCY MEETING TO DISCUSS THE POSSIBILITY OF DECLARING A “PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY OF INTERNATIONAL CONCERN” THIS WEEK. IF THE “PHEIC” IS DECLARED, THE WHO PURPORTS TO HAVE BROAD AUTHORITIES TO COMBAT THE “EMERGENCY” EVEN AS IT SEEKS TO USURP BROADER POWERS STILL.     

At the CEPI summit at the end of July, an unspecified “Disease X” was officially the topic of discussion — the same subject addressed by the most recent WEF summit in Davos. But growing hysteria surrounding bird flu and even monkeypox suggests either or both may soon be declared an “emergency” supposedly justifying global Covid-style tyranny.  

“Nowhere in the CEPI business plan is there mention of therapeutics and treatment of patients for an acute illness,” he told The New American. “CEPI IS ESSENTIALLY A VACCINE INCUBATOR FULLY SYNDICATED IN THE BIO-PHARMACEUTICAL COMPLEX WHICH HAS POSITIONED ITSELF FOR MASSIVE INVESTMENTS AND PROFITS WITH THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC BEING A TEMPLATE.”

However, the model is dangerously flawed, explained the prominent physician and cardiologist who exposed the “Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex” in a major book and who gained an international reputation as a top medical leader during Covid. “VACCINES SHOULD NEVER BE USED IN WIDELY PREVALENT PANDEMICS SINCE THEY FOSTER RESISTANT STRAINS AND ARE DESTINED TO FAIL AND PROLONG THE PANDEMIC,” he said, echoing concerns of other leading experts in the field.

Still, despite the possible effort to try the same CEPI business plan again, Dr. McCullough said he did not think Brazil or the world would “fall for it” again.

CEPI’s background is causing great concern among the medical experts who exposed the Covid tyranny. Consider that it was created as a partnership between BIG PHARMA, BILLIONAIRE POPULATION-CONTROL ZEALOT BILL GATES, AND THE PRO-COMMUNIST CHINA WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM (WEF) FOUNDED BY “GREAT RESET” PEDDLER KLAUS SCHWAB.

The group practically wrote the script for the Covid pandemic in its 2017 business plan, Harvard-trained psychiatrist Dr. Peter Breggin — author of COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are The Prey — told The New American by phone. His book devotes almost an entire chapter to the shady organization.  

“This is just catastrophic,” Breggin said when asked about the pandemic meetings. “They got more than they ever could have imagined with Covid. They can’t wait to hammer us again.”

“They now know that all they have to do is fake a terrorizing event of any kind whatsoever — a disease or something else — and the whole world will cave in,” explained Dr. Breggin, widely known as the “Conscience of Psychiatry.”

While CEPI remains an obscure organization as far as the public is concerned, it has played a major role behind the scenes in everything from pandemic response to SEED-FUNDING THE MRNA INJECTIONS DEPLOYED UNDER THE GUISE OF FIGHTING COVID, Breggin warned. For instance, CEPI seed-funded THREE “SUCCESSFUL” COVID VACCINES, INCLUDING THE MODERNA MRNA SHOT.

“It doesn’t even matter what it is, they just need to scare us and get our president and all the other governments to step up the totalitarianism and take our wealth,” warned Breggin, who has labeled those responsible for the Covid disaster as “GLOBAL PREDATORS” WHO SEEK TO KILL AND ENSLAVE.

“In our first book, we called CEPI’s preliminary business plan the actual plan for the entire unfolding of what happened with COVID,” he continued. “The CEPI business plan was developed with all the villains — they all had input — and they did the dirty work afterward.”

Breggin also pointed to CEPI boss Dr. Richard Hatchett and his connections to U.S. biodefense agency BARDA, as well as his successor, Rick Bright. Among other posts, Bright served at the Rockefeller Foundation, which in 2010 released a report that included a section called “LOCKSTEP,” WHICH IMAGINED A PANDEMIC RESULTING IN A DRACONIAN GLOBAL GOVERNMENTAL RESPONSE ALMOST EXACTLY LIKE WHAT HAPPENED WITH COVID A DECADE LATER.

“He’s the one who stopped hydroxychloroquine,” said Breggin, noting that HCQ was known to be effective in the fight against Covid.

The controversial players and organizations involved with CEPI, which is fully aligned with the UNITED NATIONS 2030 AGENDA SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGS), suggest that Breggin is right to be concerned.

Meanwhile, SCHWAB AND HIS WEF — key partners behind CEPI — have been building up the mass-murdering Chinese Communist Party for decades while seeking to impose its “model” on the world.

Global “health” bureaucrats are also key, hammering their usual talking points during the Rio summit.

“We need … science and political resolve to come together as we prepare for the next pandemic,” declared World Health Organization boss Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, a former ethno-Marxist terror leader installed to lead WHO by Bill Gates and the CCP. “Advancing our knowledge of the many pathogens that surround us is a global project requiring the participation of scientists from every country.”

TEDROS CONTINUED BY THREATENING HUMANITY WITH MORE DANGER FROM MORE PANDEMICS IF POLITICIANS DID NOT JUMP ON THE BANDWAGON. “History teaches us that the next pandemic is a matter of when, not if,” he said. “It also teaches us the importance of science and political resolve in blunting its impact.”

The leader of CEPI, former leader of the U.S. military’s controversial “biodefense” bureaucracy Dr. Hatchett, also hinted at the agenda in his official comments for the Global Pandemic Preparedness Summit.

“WHO’S SCIENTIFIC FRAMEWORK FOR EPIDEMIC AND PANDEMIC RESEARCH PREPAREDNESS IS A VITAL SHIFT IN HOW THE WORLD APPROACHES COUNTERMEASURE DEVELOPMENT, AND ONE THAT IS STRONGLY SUPPORTED BY CEPI,” explained Dr. Hatchett.

He added, “As presented at the GLOBAL PANDEMIC PREPAREDNESS SUMMIT 2024 IN RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL, this framework will help steer and coordinate research into entire pathogen families, a strategy that aims to bolster the world’s ability to swiftly respond to unforeseen variants, emerging pathogens, zoonotic spillover, and unknown threats referred to as pathogen X.”

CEPI is a perfect example of the WEF-backed “stakeholder” model, in which Big Business and Big Government team up in a fascist-style partnership. In fact, even officially, CEPI’s goal was to forge partnerships between governments, the business sector, and phony tax-exempt “philanthropies” TO DEVELOP AND PUSH VACCINES FOR FUTURE PANDEMICS.

In reality, the model simply removed natural checks and balances between government, business, the press, and civil society organizations by bringing them all under the same umbrella. REMAINING DISSENTERS NOT DEPENDENT ON THE MACHINE ARE THEN MARGINALIZED, DEMONIZED, CENSORED, AND, IN SOME CASES, ATTACKED.

Leading vaccine peddlers associated with the machine such as Dr. Peter Hotez are NOW CALLING FOR DEPLOYMENT OF THE MILITARY AND NATO AGAINST THOSE WHO RESIST THE MASS-VACCINATION-AT-GUNPOINT AGENDA.

IN THE MONTHS LEADING UP TO COVID, THE WEF AND THE GATES FOUNDATION TEAMED UP TO HOST “EVENT 201” AT JOHNS HOPKINS, WAR-GAMING THE TOTALITARIAN RESPONSE TO A NOVEL RESPIRATORY VIRUS. The exercise featured incredible similarities with what actually happened just a few months later. Critics of CEPI suggested these conferences could be playing a similar role.  

The goal of all these efforts does not appear to be protecting humanity from pandemics, genuine health experts say. RATHER, IT ALL SEEMS AIMED AT ALLOWING POWERFUL FORCES TO EXTRACT ENORMOUS AMOUNTS OF RESOURCES FROM THE PUBLIC UNDER THE GUISE OF CREATING “VACCINES,” AND THEN PROTECT EVERYONE INVOLVED FROM LIABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY WHEN THE PUBLIC IS MAIMED AND KILLED BY THE ALLEGEDLY “SAFE AND EFFECTIVE” PRODUCTS.

The U.S. government is fully on board with the agenda of CEPI and its elements. In fact, just last month, THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ANNOUNCED THAT IT WOULD BE FUNNELING OVER $175 MILLION OF AMERICANS’ TAXPAYER MONEY TO MODERNA, THE DISGRACED COMPANY BEHIND THE FAILED AND DEADLY MRNA COVID “VACCINES.”

All of this federal spending is not just unwise, it is unconstitutional. Now that even the National Institutes of Health’s own leaders have admitted under OATH THAT NIH DELIBERATELY AND KNOWINGLY FUNDED GAIN-OF-FUNCTION RESEARCH AT THE WUHAN INSTITUTE OF VIROLOGY, A MUCH BETTER WAY OF PROTECTING HUMANITY FROM PANDEMICS (AND “PLANDEMICS”) WOULD BE TO HOLD EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THE LAST ONE ACCOUNTABLE.

COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD SHOULD SIGN UP TO THE GLOBAL DIGITAL HEALTH CERTIFICATION NETWORK (GDHCN) TO ALIGN HEALTH CHECKS FOR SEAMLESS VERIFICATION ACROSS BORDERS IN PREPARATION FOR THE NEXT GLOBAL HEALTH CRISIS, THE WORLD TRAVEL & TOURISM COUNCIL (WTTC) SAYS.

The GDHCN is operated by the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION, and WTTC President and CEO Julia Simpson writes in an article that TO AVOID A GLOBAL TOURISM SHUTDOWN IN THE EVENT OF ANOTHER PANDEMIC, A UNIFIED PLAN INCLUDING DIGITAL HEALTH PASSES SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED.

THE CALL FOR RENEWED EFFORT ON UNIVERSALLY-RECOGNIZED DIGITAL HEALTH PASSES CAME AS THE WHO MET FOR THE WORLD HEALTH ASSEMBLY IN GENEVA. The Assembly approved a series of amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations (2005), but they do not address the GDHCN.

Frenzied efforts to establish and integrate digital health passes abounded during the COVID-19 pandemic, including passes introduced by the International Air Travel Association and national and regional authorities. The WHO produced guidance on interoperability and other issues, and interoperability was also highlighted as A CRITICAL FEATURE FOR BOTH HEALTH PASSES AND DIGITAL IDS by Zetes, just as the EU Digital Covid Certificate began winding down. The EU DCC later became the starting point for the WHO’s GDHCN.

The Ada Lovelace Institute raised a series of questions about the long-tail impact of digital health passes and the identity systems influenced by or derived from them, suggesting that the technology should only be repurposed with great care.

The WTTC notes that tourism accounts for $10 trillion of the global economy each year, and 330 million jobs. The impact of tourism also extends to social and cultural connections that deserve to be protected, the WTTC argues.

When the COVID-19 pandemic was declared in March 2020, governments worldwide were caught off guard. Having faced no health emergency of this magnitude in generations, states were left scrambling to protect their populations and shield their economies.

Now that life has largely returned to normal following years of social distancing, travel controls and trade disruption, global health experts are calling on governments to prepare for the next pandemic — ominously dubbed “Disease X.”

Such is the sense of foreboding that the mere mention of “Disease X” — x being the algebraic symbol for the unknown — at this year’s WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM SPARKED PANIC ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS PEOPLE TOOK THE HYPOTHETICAL WARNING LITERALLY.

SAUDI ARABIA’S MINISTRY OF HEALTH WAS FORCED TO ISSUE A STATEMENT TO ALLAY FEARS OF A NEW OUTBREAK, CLARIFYING THAT “DISEASE X” WAS MERELY A PLACEHOLDER NAME ISSUED BY THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION TO REFER TO THE POSSIBILITY OF A FUTURE PANDEMIC.

The ministry also emphasized that cautionary statements from the WHO and scientists were only intended to promote greater global preparedness in the face of new and emerging threats to public health.

“The recurring message year after year is that humans are vulnerable to epidemics due to our coexistence with numerous viruses and germs,” the ministry said.

Indeed, although health experts were not announcing the emergence of a sinister new disease, they were VOICING CONCERNS ABOUT THE LIKELIHOOD OF ANOTHER PANDEMIC IN THE FUTURE — one that could be even more deadly than COVID-19 and that the world is still ill-prepared for.

“IF AND WHEN IT OCCURS, it would have the potential to cause death and devastation,” Dr. Fabrizio Facchini, a consultant pulmonologist at Medcare Hospital Al-Safa in Dubai, told Arab News.

According to Dr. Facchini, microbiologists and epidemiologists are concerned that a new virus could emerge in the future which would have a similar impact to the deadly Spanish flu of 1918-20.

To put that in perspective, the Spanish flu, or “Great Influenza,” killed an estimated 50 million people and infected approximately one-third of the global population.

By comparison, COVID-19 killed around 7 million people and infected 700 million as of January 2023, according to WHO figures. The pandemic was officially declared over in May that year, although the virus continues to travel.

“DEFINING THIS POTENTIAL THREAT AS ‘DISEASE X’ IS INTENDED TO PRIORITIZE PREPARATIONS FOR DEALING WITH A DISEASE THAT WOULD NOT HAVE VACCINATIONS OR MEDICATIONS IN PLACE AND COULD CAUSE A SIGNIFICANT EPIDEMIC OR PANDEMIC IN THE FUTURE,” Dr. Facchini said.

Two years into the pandemic, the WHO attributed approximately 1.4 million deaths in the Middle East and Asia to COVID-19. While some nations in the region fared better than others, experts believe there are still lessons to be learned for future outbreaks.

“Although the UAE did well in COVID-19 pandemic preparedness compared with most other countries, there are still steps they should take to prepare for a ‘Disease X’ or other possible epidemics,” Chandulal Khakhar, a Sharjah-based pharmacist, told Arab News.

Khakhar believes hospital capacity is something authorities must examine, considering the “significant strain” experienced by healthcare facilities during the pandemic. Additionally, critical care should be prioritized in health centers and hospitals.

“To do this, healthcare should begin in communities, and preventive care should be done at home,” he said.

As the COVID-19 pandemic progressed, TECHNOLOGY INCREASINGLY PLAYED A LARGER ROLE IN EVERYDAY LIVES AND HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS.

“WEARABLE DEVICES TO TRACK HEALTH PROGRESS AND COMMUNITY HEALTH PROGRAMS SHOULD BE LAUNCHED,” said Khakhar. “And REMOTE CHECKUPS SUCH AS TELEHEALTH SHOULD BE IMPROVED AND ENFORCED.”

The number of COVID-19 deaths associated with countries in the Middle East and North Africa relative to other regions remained low during the pandemic, both in total and per capita terms, according to data from the Brookings Doha Center.

This trend may be influenced these countries’ relatively young populations, as well as the ROBUSTNESS OF HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS, PARTICULARLY IN GULF STATES.

Initially, research showed the highest number of deaths per million population were in Lebanon and Iraq. However, the Gulf states experienced an uptick by June 2020, coinciding with some of the highest infection rates in the region.

By autumn, the Gulf countries reported some of the lowest fatality figures in the region, while numbers rose notably in Iraq, Jordan, Oman and Tunisia amid a second wave of deaths in the late summer.

Still, cumulative deaths have remained low in the Gulf despite many parts of the region having grappled with a surge in fatalities when subsequent waves of the virus strained healthcare systems.

This was especially evident for Jordan, Lebanon, and Tunisia, where the overall number of deaths increased significantly from 2021 onward.

HEALTH EXPERTS WANT TO SEE A MORE JOINED-UP APPROACH TO PANDEMIC PREPARATION AND RESPONSE, IN PART TO MAKE PUBLIC HEALTH OUTCOMES MORE EQUITABLE BETWEEN WEALTHY AND DEVELOPING NATIONS.

In a joint statement issued at the WEF, TWO DOZEN HEADS OF STATE CALLED FOR A COMPREHENSIVE SHIFT INVOLVING ALL SECTORS OF GOVERNMENT AND SOCIETY, FORMING THE BASIS OF A “PANDEMIC TREATY.” SUCH AN APPROACH AIMS TO ENHANCE NATIONAL, REGIONAL AND GLOBAL CAPACITIES AND RESILIENCE IN PREPARATION FOR FUTURE PANDEMICS.

Because public health and national defense experts are concerned the next pandemic could be even more damaging than COVID-19, Dr. Facchini said it was incumbent on countries to prepare for “whatever biology brings, whether it is from nature, engineering, or a laboratory accident.”

THE WHO FIRST INTRODUCED THE TERM “DISEASE X” IN 2017 WHEN DISCUSSING PRIORITY DISEASES alongside conditions like Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, Ebola, Lassa fever, Zika, and then COVID-19, which is considered the first “Disease X” — of more to come.

These viruses were flagged as international priorities, emphasizing the need for states to increase their research and development into their symptoms, spread, treatment and inoculation.

WHO RESEARCHERS ANTICIPATE THE NEXT “DISEASE X” WILL BE CAUSED BY A NEW VIRUS DERIVED FROM ONE OF APPROXIMATELY 25 VIRAL FAMILIES WHICH HAVE ALREADY DEMONSTRATED THE ABILITY TO INFECT HUMANS.

“The next pandemic pathogen may not be a coronavirus at all. Experts are looking into a range of bird flu strains due to increased transmission to and among mammals, as well as several recent human cases in various parts of the world,” Dr. Facchini said.

Millions of people have been vaccinated since the emergence of COVID-19, greatly reducing the severity of symptoms and improving survivability. However, immunization against this particular coronavirus does not guarantee protection against new ones.

“Coronaviruses have caused some of the most deadly outbreaks in recent decades,” said Dr. Facchini. These viruses — commonly transmitted from animal hosts to humans and causing fatal respiratory infections — have been observed at least three times this century.

While populations may not be protected against the next “DISEASE X,” GOVERNMENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS CAN LEVERAGE THE POTENTIAL OF MRNA VACCINE TECHNOLOGY TO EXPEDITE THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW VACCINES IF AND WHEN NEEDED. THE WHO HAS ALREADY INITIATED MEASURES IN PREPARATION FOR FUTURE OUTBREAKS, DIRECTOR-GENERAL TEDROS ADHANOM GHEBREYESUS REVEALED AT THIS YEAR’S WEF.

Proactive steps include the establishment of a pandemic fund and creation of a “TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER HUB” IN SOUTH AFRICA, IN PART TO ADDRESS VACCINE INEQUITY BETWEEN HIGH AND LOW INCOME COUNTRIES.

Moreover, GHEBREYESUS CALLED ON COUNTRIES TO SIGN THE WHO’S PANDEMIC TREATY, SO THE WORLD CAN BETTER PREPARE FOR INEVITABLE FUTURE OUTBREAKS. “THE PANDEMIC AGREEMENT CAN BRING ALL THE EXPERIENCE, ALL THE CHALLENGES THAT WE HAVE FACED, AND ALL THE SOLUTIONS INTO ONE,” he said.

Regarding the ability to address potential outbreaks effectively, Dr. Facchini stressed the IMPORTANCE OF EARLY DETECTION, SURVEILLANCE AND MONITORING of possible diseases in both animal and human populations.

“Investing in research and development of new vaccines, global cooperation, public awareness, and education can all help to halt the next pandemic,” he said.

And, while individuals cannot control every aspect of their health, Dr. Facchini said basic steps can be taken to maximize personal well-being.

These include engaging in regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight and refraining from smoking and other vices which heighten susceptibility to diseases.

“One of the lessons we learnt from the pandemic was that people in less favorable conditions fared worse,” said Dr. Facchini. “Those in worse health bore the burden of hospitalizations.”

WHAT IS DISEASE X?

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) there is a short list of “priority diseases” that could “cause the next deadly pandemic.” We are familiar with the names of most of these diseases — Ebola, SARS and Zika, but the most recent addition to the list is named “Disease X.”

The term Disease X is used by the WHO as “a placeholder” name to describe a disease that is as yet, unknown to medical science as a cause of human infections, and as of yet they do not even know whether they will introduce it as a virus, a bacterium, a fungus or other agent.

THE WHO HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ALERT US TO AN “UNKNOWN AND SURPRISE DISEASE OUTBREAK” WHICH THEY SAY “COULD SPREAD ACROSS THE WORLD IN AS LITTLE AS 36 HOURS, KILLING UPWARDS OF 80 MILLION PEOPLE” The Express reported in September 2019. “And we are not prepared, new research has shockingly claimed.”

Some public health experts believe “the next Disease X will be zoonotic, meaning it will originate in wild or domestic animals, then spill over to infect humans. Ebola, HIV/AIDS and COVID-19 were zoonotic outbreaks. However, there are other sources of diseases and bioterrorism could be the cause of the next pandemic.”

“The possibility of an engineered pandemic pathogen also cannot be ignored,” said the authors of a 2021 article in the journal Infection Control & Hospital Epidemiology. “The release of such pathogens, either through laboratory accidents or as an act of bioterrorism, might lead to a disastrous Disease X as well and has been remarked as a global catastrophic risk,” the authors added.

Choices choices!…whatever they decide it is, we are clearly meant to be afraid already, as it “isn’t the stuff of science fiction,” according to Dr. Richard Hatchett, of the CEPI, who told the Telegraph, “This is a scenario we have to prepare for.” – “This is Disease X.” he said,

Hatchett of CEPI was the one to name whatever it will be, “Disease X.” back in 2018, and has prepared a vaccine for it, with the financial help from the BILL AND MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION. Which was fortunate as “It is not an exaggeration to say that there is potential of a DISEASE X EVENT JUST AROUND THE CORNER,” according to Dr. Pranab Chatterjee, researcher at the Department of International Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health told the National Post. 

GATES FUNDING

Back in January 2022 the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) announced that the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Wellcome pledged $300 million to them to fight COVID-19 and combat threat of future pandemics. According to CEPI the new funding commitments would support their goal to “condense new vaccine development timelines to 100 days, a third of the time it took to develop a COVID-19 vaccine.” Source

Recently, organizations including the World Health Organization (WHO), Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, among others, have touted the potential BENEFITS OF NON-NEEDLE VACCINE DELIVERY TECHNOLOGIES INCLUDING MICROARRAY PATCHES, as “groundbreaking,” “game changers” and “the future of vaccination.”

They claim these technologies have the potential to make vaccines accessible to remote areas, particularly in the Global South, where infrastructure for the cold storage necessary for vaccines is lacking, especially for mRNA vaccines which require ultra-cold temperatures of -20 degrees Celsius to -80 C.

They also say these technologies can “help promote vaccine uptake in areas of vaccine hesitancy” and reduce the need for providers by making it possible for people to self-administer vaccines.

Under the terms of the agreement with CEPI, Jurata committed to ensuring vaccine supply for the Global South by producing a volume of vaccines “required to meet public health needs,” setting affordable prices for Global South countries and potentially transferring the technology to Global South manufacturers.

THERMOSTABLE NEEDLE-FREE TECHNOLOGIES are being widely promoted even though few clinical trials on any of these technologies have been completed and no such vaccine has yet been approved by regulators.

CHD Staff Scientist J. Jay Couey, Ph.D., told The Defender he thought the hype around such technologies is a “red herring” meant to make the public think any problems with these vaccines are technical questions of storage or delivery method — rather than the much more serious threat posed by mRNA transfection technologies themselves.

Despite all the boosterism around new vaccine delivery methods, the first-ever clinical trial of vaccine patches in children for the measles-rubella vaccine tested in Gambia was only shared in May by Micron Biomedical during the Microneedles 2023 conference in Seattle.

Of the $17.5 million CEPI is dedicating to thermostable vaccine development, it has already awarded $2 million to Tiba Biotech for its RNA nanoparticle delivery platform and $4.3 million to Vaxxas for pre-clinical trials on a microarray patch, $3.6 million to Gennova Biopharmaceuticals for a self-amplifying mRNA platform and $1.6 million to AvaxziPen — a needle-free platform to deliver solid-dose vaccine formulations via a pen applicator.

IMMUNISATION AGENDA 2030: BILL GATES’ LATEST PLAN TO VACCINATE EVERY MAN, WOMAN AND CHILD ON EARTH

A UN-led global immunisation strategy was launched in April 2021 – the Immunisation Agenda 2030 (IA2030).  It unites WHO, UNICEF, GAVI, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and other partners to focus on vaccination throughout life, from infancy through to adolescence and older age.

IA2030 sets an overarching global vision and strategy for vaccines and immunisation for the decade 2021–2030.  The specified goal of their unprecedented agenda is to vaccinate every man, woman, and child on Earth by the year 2030.

“The covid-19 pandemic has reminded the world of the power of vaccines to fight disease, save lives, and create a healthier, safer, and more prosperous future,” WHO claims attempting to sell the IA2030 strategy.  “Immunisation … is an indisputable human right.  It’s also one of the best health investments money can buy.”

IS IA2030 UN-LED?

According to the United Nations (“UN”), IA2030 is a UN-led global immunisation strategy.  But we beg to differ considering the partnerships and the funding.

In April, Andrew Bridgen MP gave a speech during a Westminster Hall debate. “The second-largest donor after Germany is the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and I think Gavi is the fifth, so if we add those together, they are the biggest donors to the WHO,” he said.

Bill & Melinda Gates set up their Foundation in 1994.  Since then, vaccines have become the Gates Foundation’s biggest investment.  In 1999, the Gates Foundation set up the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (“GAVI”).

GAVI is a public-private partnership between UN agencies, governments, the vaccine industry, the private sector and civil society.  GAVI’s partners are the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (the key partner), the World Health Organisation (“WHO”), the United Nations Children’s Fund (“UNICEF”) and the World Bank.

IA2030’s partners are WHO, UNICEF, GAVI and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.  Excepting for the World Bank, IA2030 partners are GAVI’s partners.  And, GAVI’s founder and key partner is Bill Gates.  So, we can assume that IA2030 is, in fact, a Gates initiative.

It is not the first time Gates has attempted to profiteer from vaccinating the world.  In 2012, at the World Health Assembly, Bill Gates became the leader of the 2012-2020 Global Vaccine Action Plan (“GVAP”), the global immunisation plan of the so-called “decade of vaccines.” According to Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger, in 2016, an assessment of GVAP showed that the plan to vaccinate the world had failed.  “They were very upset because they did not [vaccinate] the whole world,” she told Reiner Fuellmich early last year.

WHO IS LYING TO YOU

Before we get to IA2030, it is important to put WHO’s documents into context and to establish the integrity of WHO’s statements about vaccines.  To demonstrate that WHO is not truthful to the public, below is a comparison of what is said by a senior WHO official in promotional material to what was said at a WHO summit.

On 2 to 3 December 2019, WHO convened the Global Vaccine Safety Summit in Geneva, Switzerland. The summit aimed to “take stock of [the] accomplishments” of WHO’s Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety (GACVS) and to work toward finalising the agency’s Global Vaccine Safety Blueprint 2.0 strategy 2021-2030.

On 28 November 2019, paediatrician Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, WHO’s Chief Scientist, assured the public in a commercial that “vaccines are very safe” and that vaccine safety tracking is robust, and examining the data lets them promptly address problems. They are “thoroughly monitored.”

Four days later, at the WHO Global Vaccine Safety Summit, Dr. Swaminathan admitted: “We really don’t have very good safety monitoring systems in many countries. We can’t give answers about the deaths. We need to put mechanisms in place to monitor what’s going on. With many drugs, we only learn about adverse events after they are introduced to the populations.”

‘YET ANOTHER CONTROLIGARCH-BACKED INITIATIVE’

CEPI describes itself as “an innovative global partnership between public, private, philanthropic and civil society organisations” launched at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos in 2017, “to shorten the response time to epidemics by creating vaccines that could be released quickly once an outbreak occurs.”

The Gates Foundation co-founded CEPI with a $460 million investment. The Wellcome Trust and the WEF also are funders. CEPI CEO, Dr. Richard J. Hatchett, previously was acting director of the U.S. Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority. (Brenda Baletti, Ph.D).

Explaining why he founded CEPI, Bill Gates said: “Unfortunately, even though there is substantial risk for epidemics, there is not a natural market for vaccines. You have to get governments to create the right incentive structure. If you can predict what the pathogens are going to be and can get vaccines stockpiled, then that would be a very good response.”

Gates Foundation employees hold both voting and non-voting positions on CEPI’s board, as do WHO employees.

“CEPI IS YET ANOTHER ‘CONTROLIGARCH’-BACKED INITIATIVE THAT SEEKS TO UNDERMINE NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY AND INDIVIDUAL AUTONOMY UNDER THE GUISE OF PHILANTHROPY AND SAVING LIVES,” Seamus Bruner, author of “Controligarchs: Exposing the Billionaire Class, their Secret Deals, and the Globalist Plot to Dominate Your Life,” told The Defender.

The current funding is part of CEPI’s $3.5 billion pandemic preparedness plan, launched in March 2021 to develop technologies to ramp up the speed and scale of vaccine development for emerging pandemics so vaccine development times can be compressed to 100 days.

Vaccines have historically taken 10-15 years to develop. The mRNA COVID-19 vaccines were developed under Operation Warp Speed in less than a year.

The number of adverse events reported in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) from the COVID-19 vaccines alone has been unprecedented in vaccine history, with 1,872,034 events reported as of Nov. 24, 2023.

CEPI’s mission under its preparedness plan is to fund the development of “rapid response platforms to develop vaccines against ‘Disease X’” — the WHO’s placeholder name for a disease that is currently unknown or not in existence, but that has the potential to be devastating for humanity.

The specter of Disease X was part of the rationale for the World Health Assembly to increase the WHO’s budget by 20% in June.

CEPI argues “the faster an effective vaccine is developed and deployed, the faster a potential pandemic threat can be contained and controlled if it is used.”

“The endless regimen of DRUGS AND GENE THERAPIES that CEPI is working on — DELIVERED VIA INJECTIONS AND OTHER MECHANISMS — may end up being voluntary. BILL GATES ANNOUNCES OFFICE IN RIYADH AT SAUDI WEF MEETING

Saudi Arabia on Sunday pledged $500 million to a polio vaccination initiative that counts the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (B&MGF) among its private-sector partners. In exchange, the GATES FOUNDATION AGREED TO OPEN AN OFFICE IN THE SAUDI CAPITAL CITY OF RIYADH.

“In Afghanistan and Pakistan, the last remaining polio-endemic countries, we have seen significant progress, yet work remains to be done as the world pushes towards making eradication possible. The pledge from Saudi Arabia today will enhance the innovation and collaboration needed to eradicate this disease,” said Dr. Abdullah A. al-Rabeeah, supervisor-general of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center.

“Together with our partners, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (B&MGF), the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, the Islamic Development Bank and key countries across the region, our support will not only aim to end polio but to also strengthen health systems in these countries,” Dr. al-Rabeeah said as the pledge was announced.

“Polio is a horrific disease that deserves to be in the history books once and for all. I am proud to see the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, together with partners across the Middle East, step up to help deliver more polio vaccines, measles immunisations, and other vital health services to millions of children every year,” Bill Gates said in response.

“This global health investment will help strengthen and build more resilient health systems and communities, at a time of multiple crises around the world,” Gates said.

THE ANNOUNCEMENT WAS MADE DURING A TWO-DAY MEETING OF THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM (WEF) IN RIYADH TO DISCUSS INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION ON “GLOBAL CHALLENGES,” including polio. The paramount concern of the meeting was the projection for “subdued” growth around the world in 2024, part of “the slowest half-decade of GDP growth in 30 years” thanks to the Wuhan coronavirus and the disappointing post-pandemic recovery.

B&MGF is one of six private-sector partners in the Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI), which is coming up about $1.2 billion short of its $4.8 billion budget for the next three years. GPEI has missed its funding and vaccination targets every year since 2000, when the Wuhan coronavirus epidemic began.

Despite this funding shortfall, GPEI says its efforts have reduced polio cases worldwide by 99 percent since it was founded in 1988 and two of the three known “wild poliovirus” strains (WPV) have been completely eliminated. GPEI describes its current program as the “Polio Endgame Strategy,” with the goal of effectively eliminating the last strain, WPV1, by 2026.

Gates complained last week that the global economic slowdown, “complacency” about polio among developed nations, and the unstable security situation in the worst polio hotspots were cutting into donations.

“It’s not guaranteed that we will succeed. I feel very strongly that we can succeed, but it’s been difficult,” he said.

“If we’re still here ten years from now, people might be urging me to give up. But I don’t think we will be. If things go well, we’ll be done in three years,” he added.

During the meeting, they reviewed aspects of cooperation on a number of joint development programs and projects. The meeting was attended by Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the US Prince Khalid bin Salman and the official delegation accompanying the crown prince.

RIYADH — THE BILL & MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION IS SET TO ESTABLISH ITS FIRST REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS IN THE MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN NON-PROFIT CITY IN RIYADH. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WAS MADE ALONGSIDE THE UNVEILING OF A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE GATES FOUNDATION AND THE MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN FOUNDATION (MISK), aimed at enhancing youth engagement in the non-profit sector.

THE COLLABORATION WAS REVEALED AT THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM SPECIAL MEETING IN RIYADH. THE NEW REGIONAL OFFICE WILL SERVE AS A HUB FOR THE GATES FOUNDATION’S ACTIVITIES ACROSS THE REGION, enhancing its capabilities to support and develop programs in areas like education, health, and technology.

This move is part of a broader agreement signed by Misk CEO Dr. Badr Al Badr and Joe Cerrell, managing director of the Gates Foundation for Europe, Middle East, and East Asia, which also aims to empower Saudi youth and foster a conducive environment for impactful global outcomes.

Saudi Arabia and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have joined forces to help eradicate polio – protecting 370 million children annually – and lift millions more from poverty across 33 Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) member countries, the two parties announced in a press release sent to Al Arabiya English on Sunday.

A fund exceeding $620 million was announced at the World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Riyadh by Dr. Abdullah al-Rabeeah, Advisor to the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) and Fahad bin Abdurrahman al-Jalajel, Saudi Arabia’s minister of health, in the presence of WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION’S DIRECTOR GENERAL DR. TEDROS ADHANOM ALONGSIDE GATES.

“THE PLEDGE FROM SAUDI ARABIA TODAY WILL ENHANCE THE INNOVATION AND COLLABORATION needed to eradicate this disease.”

Since Africa became wild polio-free in 2020, the only two wild polio endemic countries remaining are Pakistan and Afghanistan. THE DIRECT ENGAGEMENT OF MIDDLE EASTERN COUNTRIES, INCLUDE SAUDI ARABIA, has helped drive polio cases in those countries down from more than 300 cases in 2014 to 12 in 2023.

The LATEST COMMITMENT FROM SAUDI ARABIA toward the Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI) is the largest multiyear pledge, ensuring that essential health services are provided to hundreds of millions of children each year.

“Polio is a horrific disease that deserves to be in the history books once and for all,” Gates said in the press release.

He added: “I AM PROUD TO SEE THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA, together with partners across the Middle East, step up to help deliver more polio vaccines, measles immunizations, and other vital health services to millions of children every year.”

$500 million to the Global Polio Eradication Initiative

SAUDI ARABIA HAS PLEDGED $500 MILLION OVER THE NEXT FIVE YEARS to the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, a public-private partnership led by national governments with six partners, including the BILL & MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION.

This is the largest contribution made by the Kingdom to polio eradication efforts. This contribution will help deliver vital health services along with polio vaccines to underserved populations through the WHO and UNICEF.

Since polio eradication efforts began, the GPEI has reduced polio cases by 99 percent globally, eradicated two of three wild poliovirus strains, and helped save more than 20 million people from polio paralysis.

$17 million to Polio Legacy Challenge

Saudi Arabia and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have pledged $3 million and $15 million respectively over three years to support the Polio Legacy Challenge.

As Afghanistan, one of the last polio-endemic countries, approaches critical milestones for polio eradication, the Polio Legacy Challenge will be spearheaded by the ministries of health in countries across the region, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar, with the support of the WHO EMRO Regional Subcommittee for Polio Eradication and Outbreaks.

REGIONAL OFFICE IN RIYADH

To support the implementation of the programs, THE BILL & MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION WILL ESTABLISH A REGIONAL OFFICE IN RIYADH, IN MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN NONPROFIT CITY, and partner with the MiSK Foundation to support youth engagement.

As part of their collaboration, KSrelief and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation are each allocating $4 million as a humanitarian relief grant to meet the acute humanitarian needs in Gaza, which have disproportionately impacted women and children.

The Modular Open Source Identity Platform (MOSIP) has released a draft of its Claim 169 specification for INTEROPERABLE, QR CODE-BASED BIOMETRICS SYSTEM for public review and feedback

. The Claim 169 Working Group is accepting comments from now until October 31, 2024.

The Working Group is made up of representatives from MOSIP, ThoughtWorks, PWC, Get Group and Tech5.

Claim 169 was introduced in May TO SUPPORT OFFLINE SCENARIOS FOR BIOMETRIC AUTHENTICATION, INCLUDING CROSS-BORDER INTEROPERABILITY. IT CONSISTS OF A JSON OBJECT AND MAKES USE OF VERIFIABLE CREDENTIALS, AND SUPPORTS FACE AND FINGERPRINT BIOMETRIC MODALITIES.

MOSIP says in a LinkedIn announcement that the latest draft introduces “significant improvements in the handling of biometric attributes, particularly focusing on refining the sequence of attributes numbered 50 to 65.”

The revised draft is available at GitHub.

25 countries and counting

MOSIP IS NOW AT SOME STAGE OF ADOPTION IN 25 COUNTRIES, with 188 million people registered, according to officials at an August 27 meeting with Indo-Pacific region media members at the IIIT-Bangalore, reported by the Khmer Times. The group is ready for more, TELLING ATTENDEES OF THE MEETING THAT COUNTRIES WHICH ARE YET TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL DIGITAL IDENTITY SYSTEM SHOULD FOLLOW THE OTHERS.

GOOGLE WALLET IS ROLLING OUT SUPPORT FOR AMERICAN BIOMETRIC PASSPORTS, according to an X post from code leaker Assemble Debug.

The post, spotted by Android Police, specifies that the feature will only be available in the U.S. to start.

Users scan their passport with Google Wallet to add it as an ID pass, and can then perform identity verification by connecting their phone to an NFC scanner or scanning a QR code generated by the ID pass. They are still recommended to carry a physical copy of their passport, however.

The feature is not currently live, but EXPECTED TO BE INCLUDED IN AN IMMINENT UPDATE.

Code for integrating passports was shipped with the beta version of the DIGITAL WALLET, AND APPLE WALLET HAS REPORTEDLY ALREADY BEGUN BUILDING A SIMILAR CAPABILITY INTO ITS APIS.

A feature guide at the time of the beta release stated that the feature is intended for use at “select TSA checkpoints.”

Tom’s Guide notes that DIGITIZED PASSPORTS COULD IN THEORY ALSO BE USED FOR AGE OR IDENTITY VERIFICATION, LIKE DIGITAL IDS STORED IN APPLE WALLET, but Google has yet to comment on this possibility.

YOUR PASSPORT TO EVERYTHING (BROUGHT TO YOU BY GOOGLE)

GOOGLE WALLET ALSO ADDED SUPPORT FOR 29 MORE BANKS TO ITS PAYMENT FEATURE IN JUNE, AND IS UP TO 170 ADDED THIS YEAR ALONE, INDICATING THE FOCUS REMAINS ON PAYMENTS, FOR NOW.

Mobile driver’s licenses from several states are already available in Google Wallet, however, like Georgia, Arizona, Colorado and Maryland, so SOME AMERICANS HAVE ALREADY BEEN USING IT AT AIRPORTS.

GOOGLE WALLET HAS ALSO INTEGRATED ACCESS CONTROL CREDENTIALS FROM HID GLOBAL.

IN EUROPE, WHERE MEMBER STATES ARE WORKING TOWARDS LAUNCHING INTEROPERABLE DIGITAL WALLETS FOR ALL CITIZENS, THEY WILL STORE NATIONAL ID CARDS THAT FUNCTION AS TRAVEL IDS WITHIN THE EU, and are also being implemented for access to restricted content online.

The potential market, therefore, is neither specific to the U.S. or travel, but IN THEORY COULD EXTEND TO INCLUDE EVERY APPLICATION THAT PEOPLE CAN PRESENT THEIR PASSPORTS FOR, INCLUDING ONLINE FINANCIAL SERVICES AND GOVERNMENT INTERACTIONS. With no equivalent to the EU Digital Wallet, THE AMERICAS SEEM HEADED TOWARDS A SYSTEM WHERE DIGITAL IDS ARE SERVED THROUGH MOBILE WALLETS PROVIDED BY THE USUAL TECH GIANT INCUMBENTS.

FACETEC INTRODUCES SCANNABLE PROTOCOL FOR PRIVACY-PRESERVING BIOMETRIC ONLINE IDV

A new biometric protocol for online identity verification has been developed by FaceTec for use with a wide range of end-user devices.

UR Codes store face biometric data which is digitally signed and binds the code-holder with their identity data. FaceTec says in an announcement that they provide unprecedented confidence, and protect the privacy of the user with signed data that cannot be reverse engineered into a facial image.

The UR Code protocol uses quick response (QR) encoding, and can be compared to the three dimensions of a live person’s face, or scanned by an application with free matching software for biometric matching and liveness detection. A single UR Code can also store multiple faces or biometric modalities.

Asymmetrical digital signatures enable validation while providing anti-tampering protection. The protocol combines security and privacy by design with universal support and very low implementation costs, FaceTec says.

The issuing authority encodes data from a 2D photo or 3D FaceMap, plus the appropriate PII for the use case and an account number. The biometric data, PII and account number are bound together for fast, safe and low-cost two-party interactions, with no PII passed to third parties.

The codes can be displayed on a screen or printed, including on ID documents like birth certificates or other official documents like diplomas or credit cards. They can be stored digitally in mobile driver’s licenses (mDLs), digital wallets, photo reels or blockchain.

FaceTec says its biometric matching delivers a false acceptance rate (FAR) of 1 in 2 million at a false rejection rate (FRR) of less than 1 percent.

The face verification software will be offered as a standalone product and built into FaceTec’s identity verification software suite. The FaceTec software suite is installed 2.6 million times each day, on average, and has been installed 1.8 billion times, according to the announcement.

Addressing an altered landscape

Online identity verification is typically performed with an uploaded photo of an ID document and a selfie for biometric comparison, FaceTec notes. This personally identifiable information (PII) is then passed onto a third-party KYC service, which must determine the authenticity of the document that forms the root of trust, for processing. The introduction of generative AI renders this approach impractical, and creates a need for a long-term solution for users, identity issuers and relying parties alike.

FaceTec compares the innovation to the launch of electronic biometric passports containing NFC chips back in 2005, which it says is the most notable attempt to fix identity security. The company acknowledges the security of this approach, but notes that challenges with usability, durability, and prohibitive costs prevent it from being use in most ID documents.

The company’s SVP of North American Operations Jay Meier argued that for maintaining the trustworthiness of digital IDs, “what matters is whether the stored data, however and wherever it’s stored, cannot be reused” in a recent examination with Biometric Update of the Digital Travel Credentials derived from the ICAO 9303 standard for biometric passports.

FaceTec says it is committed to keeping UR Codes free to encode for government entities issuing IDs, schools, non-profit and humanitarian organizations.

Demos are available for both UR Code encoding and verification.

WALMART TESTS INVISIBLE BARCODES TO CURB SELF-CHECKOUT THEFT AND STREAMLINE SHOPPING

Walmart has implemented new technology to help deter potential shoplifters from getting away with goods. The new method is encasing products in an invisible barcode that will register on the computer no matter where you scan.

Walmart has implemented new technology to stop thieves from getting away with goods while at the retailer’s self-checkout lines. THE CHAIN RETAILER HAS STARTED TESTING INVISIBLE BARCODES ON THEIR GREAT VALUE ITEMS, WHICH WOULD ALLOW SHOPPERS TO SIMPLY MOVE THE ITEM OVER THE SCANNER FOR IT TO BE REGISTERED.

THE INVISIBLE BARCODE WAS FIRST INTRODUCED BY WALMART IN 2019 through the discount chain’s partnership with Digimarc, reports The Daily Mail. According to the outlet, EVEN THOUGH THE BARCODE IS INVISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE, IT IS PRINTED ALL OVER THE ITEM.

DIGIMARC CREATED THE BARCODE TO HELP SPEED UP A CUSTOMER’S CHECKING OUT PROCESS BY MAKING IT EASIER TO SCAN AND NOT HAVING TO LOCATE THE BARCODE AND ANGLE THE ITEM TO GET THE SCAN.

“The scanning speed goes up significantly,” Digimarc told the outlet. “Hunting for barcodes during the scanning process becomes unnecessary, which eases the self-scanning for customers.”

They added: “The imaging cameras can also pick up several products at the same time.” THE BARCODE ALSO SERVES AS A DETERRENT FOR POTENTIAL THIEVES LOOKING TO TAKE OFF WITH THE UNPAID GOODS AS GROCERY STORES HAVE CONTINUED TO SEE A RISE IN SHOPLIFTING.

If a potential thief attempts to fake a scan of the item with the barcode, the computer will still register the code and register it for payment. Walmart is not the only place to adopt the new method of scanning, OTHER SUPERMARKETS SUCH AS WEGMANS HAVE BEGUN USING THE NEW PAYMENT METHOD.

The news of the anti-shoplifting method comes after one shopper voiced their complaint about a brand-new self-checkout policy implemented by Walmart. According to Mitch Hastings, he was forced to spend an obscene amount of time checking out $400 worth of groceries.

“This will be my last Walmart trip. Apparently, weekday mornings are now down to self-checkout only,” the man complained on Facebook. “No cashier working. So I just spent 30 mins checking out $400 of groceries with the machine showing error every other item while an associate stood behind me to scan in eve time.”

Hastings also complained that he had to ask an employee to watch over his cart while he went to go ask a second person to help him carry his bags. Adding to his stress level was the fact he then had to show his receipt to leave the building. “Had to ask her to watch my cart so I could go to the front of the store to get an empty cart to put my bags in,” he wrote in the post.

“Then on the way out someone sitting at the entrance tried to stop me to see my receipt, ‘no thanks’ and kept walking,” he added. “At this point, they are just mocking us as consumers.”

Many people commented on the status agreeing with the customer’s dislike of the new policy. “This is why I don’t go to Walmart anymore, especially getting groceries,” one person wrote while another chimed in with “I haven’t shopped at Walmart since 2019.” “I used to do all my shopping at Walmart with all 4 kids. The self-checkout got to be way too much for me,” a third disgruntled customer said.

On Friday, the World Health Organisation declared mpox a public health emergency of international concern (“PHEIC” pronounced “fake”) for the second time in two years.

It was known that a tabletop exercise in May 2021 had “predicted” a monkeypox outbreak to occur almost to the day when Tedros the Terrorist unilaterally declared mpox a PHEIC in May 2022. The tabletop exercise “predicted” the death of 270 million people. According to Dr. David Martin, the new variants that will kill will be in the vaccines.

Below is a reminder of that prediction and what it means for humanity.

In November 2022, the World Health Organisation (“WHO”) renamed monkeypox to mpox.   After monkeypox was named a PHEIC in 2022, Dr. David E. Martin, founder and CEO of M-CAM, called it a cover story for injuries and deaths from vaccines.

In 2022, Jonathan Otto interviewed Dr. Martin for his ‘Unbreakable’ series.  The interview was included in episode 12 of ‘Unbreakable Revelation: The Global Agenda & Their Use of Bioweapons’.

During the interview, Dr. Martin spoke about CRISPR gene-editing technology and the use of snail venom and many other toxins.  He also spoke about monkeypox, the NTI’s tabletop exercise in March 2021 and the associated report published in November 2021.

During a 2021 tabletop exercise, the Nuclear Treat Initiative (“NTI”) predicted a laboratory-engineered vaccine-resistant monkeypox outbreak with 271 million deaths. This is a coverup for the fatalities of those who have been covid injected. WHO is a criminal organisation led by Bill Gates, Rockefellers and the Wellcome Trust.

Dustin Moskovitz sponsored the live pandemic simulation of the laboratory-engineered vaccine-resistant monkeypox outbreak with 3.2 billion cases around the world and 271 million deaths. Moskovitz is the founder of Open Philanthropy and co-founder of Facebook and wants CRISPR gene editing technology used on all humanity.

In November 2021, NTI published the results of the tabletop exercise in a report titled ‘NTI Paper: Strengthening Global Systems to Prevent and Respond to High-Consequence Biological Threats’.  NTI’s report stated:

Executive Summary:

In March 2021, the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) partnered with the Munich Security Conference (MSC) to conduct a tabletop exercise on reducing high-consequence biological threats. Conducted virtually, the exercise examined gaps in national and international biosecurity and pandemic preparedness architectures and explored opportunities to improve capabilities to prevent and respond to high-consequence biological events. Participants included 19 senior leaders and experts from across Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe with decades of combined experience in public health, biotechnology industry, international security, and philanthropy.

The exercise scenario portrayed a deadly, global pandemic involving an unusual strain of monkeypox virus that emerged in the fictional nation of Brinia and spread globally over 18 months. Ultimately, the exercise scenario revealed that the initial outbreak was caused by a terrorist attack using a pathogen engineered in a laboratory with inadequate biosafety and biosecurity provisions and weak oversight. By the end of the exercise, the fictional pandemic resulted in more than three billion cases and 270 million fatalities worldwide. [Pg. 6]

They plan to use the invisibility of a pathogen to bring the world to its knees, Dr. Martin told Otto.  “This is when people really need to stand up and pay attention because we are on the verge of the cover-up of all times – which according to Pfizer CEO can lead to the loss of half of the world’s population … This entire thing is programming the public to accept a genocide of global proportions,” he warned.

Every year, a lack of vaccination leads to about 1.5 million preventable deaths, primarily in developing nations. One factor that makes vaccination campaigns in those nations more difficult is that there is little infrastructure for storing medical records, so there’s often no easy way to determine who needs a particular vaccine.

MIT researchers have now developed a novel way to record a patient’s vaccination history: storing the data in a pattern of dye, invisible to the naked eye, that is delivered under the skin at the same time as the vaccine.

“In areas where paper vaccination cards are often lost or do not exist at all, and electronic databases are unheard of, this technology could enable the rapid and anonymous detection of patient vaccination history to ensure that every child is vaccinated,” says Kevin McHugh, a former MIT postdoc who is now an assistant professor of bioengineering at Rice University.

THE RESEARCHERS SHOWED THAT THEIR NEW DYE, WHICH CONSISTS OF NANOCRYSTALS CALLED QUANTUM DOTS, CAN REMAIN FOR AT LEAST FIVE YEARS UNDER THE SKIN, WHERE IT EMITS NEAR-INFRARED LIGHT THAT CAN BE DETECTED BY A SPECIALLY EQUIPPED SMARTPHONE.

McHugh and former visiting scientist Lihong Jing are the lead authors of the study, which appears today in Science Translational Medicine. Ana Jaklenec, a research scientist at MIT’s Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research, and Robert Langer, the David H. Koch Institute Professor at MIT, are the senior authors of the paper.

AN INVISIBLE RECORD

Several years ago, the MIT TEAM SET OUT TO DEVISE A METHOD FOR RECORDING VACCINATION INFORMATION IN A WAY THAT DOESN’T REQUIRE A CENTRALIZED DATABASE OR OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE.

“In order to be protected against most pathogens, one needs multiple vaccinations,” Jaklenec says. “In some areas in the developing world, it can be very challenging to do this, as there is a lack of data about who has been vaccinated and whether they need additional shots or not.”

TO CREATE AN “ON-PATIENT,” DECENTRALIZED MEDICAL RECORD, THE RESEARCHERS DEVELOPED A NEW TYPE OF COPPER-BASED QUANTUM DOTS, WHICH EMIT LIGHT IN THE NEAR-INFRARED SPECTRUM. THE DOTS ARE ONLY ABOUT 4 NANOMETERS IN DIAMETER, BUT THEY ARE ENCAPSULATED IN BIOCOMPATIBLE MICROPARTICLES THAT FORM SPHERES ABOUT 20 MICRONS IN DIAMETER. THIS ENCAPSULATION ALLOWS THE DYE TO REMAIN IN PLACE, UNDER THE SKIN, AFTER BEING INJECTED.

THE RESEARCHERS DESIGNED THEIR DYE TO BE DELIVERED BY A MICRONEEDLE PATCH rather than a traditional syringe and needle.

The microneedles used in this study are MADE FROM A MIXTURE OF DISSOLVABLE SUGAR AND A POLYMER CALLED PVA, AS WELL AS THE QUANTUM-DOT DYE AND THE VACCINE. WHEN THE PATCH IS APPLIED TO THE SKIN, THE MICRONEEDLES, WHICH ARE 1.5 MILLIMETERS LONG, PARTIALLY DISSOLVE, RELEASING THEIR PAYLOAD WITHIN ABOUT TWO MINUTES.

BY SELECTIVELY LOADING MICROPARTICLES INTO MICRONEEDLES, THE PATCHES DELIVER A PATTERN IN THE SKIN THAT IS INVISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE BUT CAN BE SCANNED WITH A SMARTPHONE THAT HAS THE INFRARED FILTER REMOVED. THE PATCH CAN BE CUSTOMIZED TO IMPRINT DIFFERENT PATTERNS THAT CORRESPOND TO THE TYPE OF VACCINE DELIVERED.

“IT’S POSSIBLE SOMEDAY THAT THIS ‘INVISIBLE’ APPROACH COULD CREATE NEW POSSIBILITIES FOR DATA STORAGE, BIOSENSING, AND VACCINE APPLICATIONS THAT COULD IMPROVE HOW MEDICAL CARE IS PROVIDED, PARTICULARLY IN THE DEVELOPING WORLD,” LANGER SAYS.

EFFECTIVE IMMUNIZATION

Tests using human cadaver skin showed that the QUANTUM-DOT PATTERNS COULD BE DETECTED BY SMARTPHONE CAMERAS AFTER UP TO FIVE YEARS OF SIMULATED SUN EXPOSURE.

THE MARK OF THE BEAST: WILL YOU RESIST IT?

The researchers also tested this vaccination strategy in rats, using MICRONEEDLE PATCHES THAT DELIVERED THE QUANTUM DOTS ALONG WITH A VACCINE. They found that those rats generated an immune response similar to the response of rats that received a traditional injected polio vaccine.

“THIS STUDY CONFIRMED THAT INCORPORATING THE VACCINE WITH THE DYE IN THE MICRONEEDLE PATCHES DID NOT AFFECT THE EFFICACY OF THE VACCINE OR OUR ABILITY TO DETECT THE DYE,” Jaklenec says.

The researchers now plan to survey health care workers in developing nations in Africa to get input on the best way to implement this type of vaccination record keeping. THEY ARE ALSO WORKING ON EXPANDING THE AMOUNT OF DATA THAT CAN BE ENCODED IN A SINGLE PATTERN, ALLOWING THEM TO INCLUDE INFORMATION SUCH AS THE DATE OF VACCINE ADMINISTRATION AND THE LOT NUMBER OF THE VACCINE BATCH.

The researchers believe the quantum dots are safe to use in this way because they are encapsulated in a biocompatible polymer, but they plan to do further safety studies before testing them in patients. 

“Storage, access, and control of medical records is an important topic with many possible approaches,” says Mark Prausnitz, chair of chemical and biomolecular engineering at Georgia Tech, who was not involved in the research. “This study presents a NOVEL APPROACH WHERE THE MEDICAL RECORD IS STORED AND CONTROLLED BY THE PATIENT WITHIN THE PATIENT’S SKIN IN A MINIMALLY INVASIVE AND ELEGANT WAY.”

In a research article published in Nature Biotechnology, a team from the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at MIT details their journey in devising an EXCITING NEW METHODOLOGY FOR DELIVERING VACCINES SUCH AS THE COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE. VACCINE PRINTER COULD HELP VACCINES REACH MORE PEOPLE

THE PRINTER GENERATES VACCINE-FILLED MICRONEEDLE PATCHES THAT CAN BE STORED LONG-TERM AT ROOM TEMPERATURE AND APPLIED TO THE SKIN.

Getting vaccines to people who need them isn’t always easy. Many vaccines require cold storage, making it difficult to ship them to remote areas that don’t have the necessary infrastructure.

MIT researchers have come up with a possible solution to this problem: A MOBILE VACCINE PRINTER THAT COULD BE SCALED UP TO PRODUCE HUNDREDS OF VACCINE DOSES IN A DAY. THIS KIND OF PRINTER, WHICH CAN FIT ON A TABLETOP, COULD BE DEPLOYED ANYWHERE VACCINES ARE NEEDED, THE RESEARCHERS SAY.

“We could someday have ON-DEMAND VACCINE PRODUCTION,” says Ana Jaklenec, a research scientist at MIT’s Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research. “If, for example, there was an Ebola outbreak in a particular region, ONE COULD SHIP A FEW OF THESE PRINTERS THERE AND VACCINATE THE PEOPLE IN THAT LOCATION.”

THE PRINTER PRODUCES PATCHES WITH HUNDREDS OF MICRONEEDLES CONTAINING VACCINE. THE PATCH CAN BE ATTACHED TO THE SKIN, ALLOWING THE VACCINE TO DISSOLVE WITHOUT THE NEED FOR A TRADITIONAL INJECTION. ONCE PRINTED, THE VACCINE PATCHES CAN BE STORED FOR MONTHS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.

In a study appearing today in Nature Biotechnology, the researchers showed they could USE THE PRINTER TO PRODUCE THERMOSTABLE COVID-19 RNA VACCINES THAT COULD INDUCE A COMPARABLE IMMUNE RESPONSE TO THAT GENERATED BY INJECTED RNA VACCINES, in mice.

Jaklenec and Robert Langer, the David H. Koch Institute Professor at MIT and a member of the Koch Institute, are the senior authors of the study. The paper’s lead authors are former MIT postdoc Aurelien vander Straeten, Morteza Sarmadi PhD ’22, and postdoc John Daristotle.

PRINTING VACCINES

Most vaccines, including mRNA vaccines, must be refrigerated while stored, making it difficult to stockpile them or send them to locations where those temperatures can’t be maintained. Furthermore, they require syringes, needles, and trained health care professionals to administer them.

To get around this obstacle, the MIT team set out to find a way to produce vaccines on demand. Their original motivation, BEFORE COVID-19 ARRIVED, was to build a device that could quickly produce and deploy vaccines during outbreaks of diseases such as Ebola. Such a device could be shipped to a remote village, a refugee camp, or military base to enable rapid vaccination of large numbers of people.

Instead of producing traditional injectable vaccines, the researchers decided to work with a NOVEL TYPE OF VACCINE DELIVERY BASED ON PATCHES ABOUT THE SIZE OF A THUMBNAIL, WHICH CONTAIN HUNDREDS OF MICRONEEDLES. SUCH VACCINES ARE NOW IN DEVELOPMENT FOR MANY DISEASES, INCLUDING POLIO, MEASLES, AND RUBELLA. WHEN THE PATCH IS APPLIED TO THE SKIN, THE TIPS OF THE NEEDLES DISSOLVE UNDER THE SKIN, RELEASING THE VACCINE.

“When Covid-19 started, concerns about vaccine stability and vaccine access motivated us to try TO INCORPORATE RNA VACCINES INTO MICRONEEDLE PATCHES,” Daristotle says.

THE “INK” THAT THE RESEARCHERS USE TO PRINT THE VACCINE-CONTAINING MICRONEEDLES INCLUDES RNA VACCINE MOLECULES THAT ARE ENCAPSULATED IN LIPID NANOPARTICLES, WHICH HELP THEM TO REMAIN STABLE FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.

THE INK ALSO CONTAINS POLYMERS THAT CAN BE EASILY MOLDED INTO THE RIGHT SHAPE and then remain stable for weeks or months, even when stored at room temperature or higher. The researchers found that a 50/50 combination of polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyvinyl alcohol, both of which are commonly used to form microneedles, had the best combination of stiffness and stability.

Inside the printer, a robotic arm injects ink into microneedle molds, and a vacuum chamber below the mold sucks the ink down to the bottom, making sure that ink reaches all the way to the tips of the needles. Once the molds are filled, they take a day or two to dry. The current prototype can produce 100 patches in 48 hours, but the researchers anticipate that future versions could be designed to have higher capacity.

ANTIBODY RESPONSE

To test the long-term stability of the vaccines, the researchers first created an ink containing RNA THAT ENCODES LUCIFERASE, A LUMINESCENT PROTEIN. They applied the resulting microneedle patches to mice after being stored at either 4 degrees Celsius or 25 degrees Celsius (room temperature) for up to six months. They also stored one batch of the particles at 37 degrees Celsius for one month.

Under all of these storage conditions, the patches induced a strong luminescent response when applied to mice. In contrast, the luminescent response produced by a traditional intramuscular injection of the luminescent-protein-encoding RNA declined with longer storage times at room temperature.

THE MOTB

Then, the researchers tested their Covid-19 microneedle vaccine. They vaccinated mice with two doses of the vaccine, four weeks apart, then measured their antibody response to the virus. Mice vaccinated with the microneedle patch had a similar response to mice vaccinated with a traditional, injected RNA vaccine.

The researchers also saw the same strong antibody response when they vaccinated mice with microneedle patches that had been stored at room temperature for up to three months.

“This work is particularly exciting as it realizes the ability to produce vaccines on demand,” says Joseph DeSimone, a professor of translational medicine and chemical engineering at Stanford University, who was not involved in the research. “WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF SCALING UP VACCINE MANUFACTURING AND IMPROVED STABILITY AT HIGHER TEMPERATURES, MOBILE VACCINE PRINTERS CAN FACILITATE WIDESPREAD ACCESS TO RNA VACCINES.”

While THIS STUDY FOCUSED ON COVID-19 RNA VACCINES, the researchers plan to adapt the process to produce other types of vaccines, including vaccines made from proteins or inactivated viruses.

“THE INK COMPOSITION WAS KEY IN STABILIZING MRNA VACCINES, BUT THE INK CAN CONTAIN VARIOUS TYPES OF VACCINES OR EVEN DRUGS, ALLOWING FOR FLEXIBILITY AND MODULARITY IN WHAT CAN BE DELIVERED USING THIS MICRONEEDLE PLATFORM,” Jaklenec says.

I’M NOT TAKING THE MARK OF THE BEAST, NOW WHAT?

THE PRINCE, BEAST, ANTICHRIST BEHEADS THE TRIBULATION SAINTS BY A SWORD WHO DON’T TAKE HIS VACCINATION MARK

FIVE-FOLD SINS RESULTING IN MEN’S ETERNAL DAMNATION:

1. Worship the beast. (6X). (Rev. 13:4, 13:8, 13:12, 14:9, 14:11)
2. Worship the beast’s image. (6X). (Rev. 13:14, 13:15, 14:9, 14:11, 16:2, 19:20)
3. Take the beast’s mark. (6X). (Rev. 13:16, 13:17, 14:9, 14:11, 16:2, 19:20)
4. Take the beast’s number. (2X). (Rev. 13:17, 13:18)
5. Take the beast’s name. (2X). (Rev. 13:17, 14:11)

Commentary: There are a total of eighteen (18) verses that indicate the eternal sins of damnation that result from worshipping the beast, worshipping his image and taking his mark of identification. Three (3) denotes God’s emphasis and intensity. Six (6) denotes the evil number of man = 18, or 6+6+6 = 18, or 666 . . . “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is he number of a man; and his number is Six Hundred and threescore and six (666).” (Rev. 13:18). Worshipping the beast, his image and taking his mark are the eternal sins that men commit during the Tribulation.

There are a total of ten (10) combined references of evil men taking the beast’s mark, number or name. These three descriptions are synonymous with being identified with (or belonging) to the beast and his system. Ten (10) denotes God’s allness or physical completeness regarding things on earth. These ten references indicate man’s complete earthly evilness and damnation resulting from taking either the mark, number of name of the beast and his kingdom.

These men are so deceived and evil, that they not only allow themselves to worship the beast and his fake image, but they allow themselves to be physically ‘branded’ or marked in order to be identified with the beast. Evil men obtain this mark, number or name so they can also participate in the global economy in terms of buying and selling. They have to be identified as having this mark, number or name, physically evident on either their right hand or forehead, in order to be allowed to execute a purchasing or selling transaction. Once evil men worship the beast, his image and take his mark (or number, name), they are damned.

There are three verses regarding a very specific, powerful and clear angelic warning given to men on earth, to NOT worship the beast, or his image, or take his mark (name, number). Three (3) denotes God’s emphasis and intensity.

. . . “And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.” (Rev. 14:9, 14:10, 14:11)

Twice (2) the message is directed at men. The angel repeats himself indicating that the message is for men and what behavior is judged eternally sinful (for ever and ever). Men who worship the beast, his image and take his mark will;

1. Experience God’s wrath.
2. God’s wrath will not be diluted, or held back, but given in full strength.
3. They will be thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone for torment.
4. There torment will be forever and ever (eternity).
5. Their torment will be witnessed by holy angels.
6. Their torment will take place in the presence of the Lamb.
7. They will have no rest day or night, forever and ever (eternity).

There are seven (7) specific results that stem from men worshipping the beast, his image and taking his mark (name or number). Seven (7) denotes God’s divinely determined completeness as to his purpose or plan. Eternal punishment in the lake of fire and brimstone, day and night is the strongest wrath that God gives evil men (and Satan, beast/antichrist and false prophet). There is a specific mention that this torment takes place in the presence of the Lamb. These men, while in their torment, will see or consciously be aware of the existence of Jesus Christ. This will provide added pain, anguish and misery since they will be painfully made aware of the choice of their decisions (to worship the beast, his image and take his mark). They were warned not to do what they did.

The Bible gives plenty of examples of the glory that is given to those who did NOT worship the beast, his image or take his mark. Yet, despite the angelic warning . . . despite the 3 ½ year testimony of two witness and prophets . . . despite the witnessing of Tribulation Saints . . . despite the flying angel who proclaimed the gospel of Jesus Christ . . . evil men still chose to worship the beast, his image and to take his mark, name or number.

They chose to ignore the messages, the warnings, and the testimonies. And now, they are in the lake of fire and brimstone, and will have to pay the price for their evil decision(s), for eternity. They see Jesus Christ, and have become painfully aware of what they could have had through Jesus Christ and instead, they chose the false, empty promises of Satan by worshipping the beast, his image and taking his mark, name or number.

Their extreme bitterness and woeful regret will emotionally torment them for eternity, in addition to the physical pain, suffering and torment that they will experience in the lake of fire for eternity. Through their decision to follow Satan, God gave them exactly what they wanted. They did not want anything to do with Jesus Christ, who paid for their sins with his own blood. As such, God gave them over to Satan, since it was their free decision or choice, and what they desired while they were physically alive on earth.

These evil men did everything humanly possible to ignore warnings, to blaspheme God, to ignore the gospel of Jesus Christ, and instead they accepted and believed in lies, worshipped Satan, the beast and his image. Evil men even went so far as to physically defile their bodies (flesh) by taking the branding (mark, number or name) of the beast. All of these actions and behaviors enabled evil men to give themselves totally and wholeheartedly over to Satan through his system of the beast/antichrist and the false prophet.

There are two visions describing what John the Apostle saw, regarding men who were overcomers (them that had gotten victory) by NOT worshipping the beast, his image or taking his mark, number or name.

. . . “And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints. Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgements are made manifest.” (Rev. 15:2, 15:3, 15:4).

. . . “And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgement was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.” (Rev. 20:4).

Men who do NOT worship the beast, his image and take his mark are described as;

1. They are in heaven (stand on a sea of glass).
2. They have harps of God.
3. They sing praises and worship Jesus Christ for their salvation.
4. They acknowledge that God’s judgements came to pass.
5. They are given thrones upon which they sit upon.
6. They are given judgement.
7. They live and reign with Christ for a thousand years.

There are seven (7) specific results that stem from men NOT worshipping the beast, his image and taking his mark (name or number). Seven (7) denotes God’s divinely determined completeness as to his purpose or plan. These blessings or glories are

the complete opposite of what awaits those men who DID worship the beast, his image and took his mark, name, number.

1. The righteous are in heaven for eternity versus evil men who are in the lake of fire and brimstone for eternity.
2. The righteous are joyful and play harps versus evil men who are bitter, resentful, angry, tormented, cry and wail in anguish.
3. The righteous sing the praise of and worship Jesus Christ versus evil men who once praised and worshipped Satan (through the beast, his image and in taking his mark).
4. Righteous men acknowledge that what God said would come to pass, in fact did come to pass (made manifest) versus evil men who ignored and rejected warnings, the gospel and testimonies of the truth.
5. The righteous are given thrones in heaven versus evil men who are drowning in torment in the lake of fire.
6. The righteous are given judgement versus evil men who are judged.
7. The righteous live and reign with Christ verses evil men who die and fall with Satan.

The avoidance of doing these five (5) eternal sins is one of the most important themes, in the entire book of Revelation. Men must avoid doing these things, literally at all costs. Even to the point of being beheaded or martyred. Men’s eternal destinies depend on it. Worshipping the beast, his image and taking his mark, name or number result in eternal damnation. There is no way of sugar coating or downplaying this reality.

10. . . . “For TRUE AND RIGHTEOUS ARE HIS JUDGEMENTS: for HE HATH JUDGED THE GREAT WHORE, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath AVENGED THE BLOOD OF HIS SERVANTS at her hand.” (Rev. 19:2).
11. . . .And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and THE DEAD WERE JUDGED OUT OF THOSE THINGS WHICH WERE WRITTEN IN THE BOOKS, ACCORDING TO THEIR WORKS.” (Rev. 20:12).
12. . . . “And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and THEY WERE JUDGED EVERY MAN ACCORDING TO THEIR WORKS.” (Rev. 20:13).

JUDGING OR JUDGEMENT IS DESCRIBED AS;

God is the judge and provides judgements or decisions based on the actions, behaviors and deeds of men and angels.

Judgement is a decision requested to be made on behalf of someone (Tribulation Saints) who were wrongfully hurt (beheaded).

Someone (nations) are caught bloody red handed and are angry knowing that they will be judged for their actions, behavior and evil deeds. They are angry because they didn’t get away with it and were caught. They know they are going to have pay a price which they can’t afford.

Judgement is a request that someone be righted a wrong done to them.

Judgement is a request for a reward promised based on a stated outcome.

Judgement is based on timing. An evil act is done, its results are noted and accounted for. Time comes for the evil act to be judged and the resulting judgement exercised or made manifest.

Judgement, or the decision of what should be done has to be acted upon or made to occur (sent to prison). This is known as making a judgement manifest or physically exercised. This is the doing of what should be done.

Witnesses in the public gallery indicate that God’s judgements are “true and righteous.” This means that the public gallery can attest to the fact that God did take everything into account, all the details, actions, deeds, events, behaviors, statements, intents and came to the correct and truthful conclusion regarding the matter. Nothing was left out. Everything was taken into consideration as evidence, properly evaluated and applied against the benchmark, standard and/or law that was being applied. God’s administration of justice and his resulting judgements are found to be accurate, spot on, truthful, correct, no question about it. In Biblical words, “true and righteous.”

God is described as judging the “great whore” a.k.a. Babylon City (the great worldly capital of the beast’s/antichrist’s kingdom).

God is strong, meaning he can’t be swayed or weak in the sense that he lets some evil slide a bit in terms of not being judged or of receiving judgement. He is firm in his judgements and not weak-kneed. He does not fold under public pressure. He can’t be influenced, bribed, manipulated or pushed by a particular special interest group, lobby or entrenched political ideology or group. He is strong, firm, steadfast, unwavering in the application of his administration of justice.

The wrath of his resulting judgements is not watered down or filtered out or held back. He gives the criminal, evil-person no slack and gives them the fullest extent of prison term possible (eternity). They are not sent to a plush prison serving three square meals a day with a basketball court, but to a lake of fire and brimstone. God does not ‘molly-coddle’ the evil, he gives them exactly what they deserve. He does not withhold his judgements, he pours out his wrath in full strength (at just the right time).

God’s judgement comes very swiftly, within “one hour.” There is no long drawn out period of rebuttals, challenges, reviews, counter-suits, passing on to a higher court, etc. A decision is made and done. The action of the decision is made manifest, very quickly. There is no delay in the manifestation of the decision. Babylon City is destroyed within one hour, split into three parts by a very great earthquake, consumed by fire and hammered by 100lb. hailstones (weight of a talent). Period.

There is no punishment meted out in stages, over a long period of time. There is no slap on the wrist that comes with an admonition to don’t do it again. The celestial sledgehammer is dropped quickly and decisively, no force is held back.

God’s judgement includes not only the living but also the dead. Jesus Christ opens his book of life, to see if a dead man’s name is in it. The book of life is not unlike an accounting ledger that records all the debits and credits amassed over a period of time. These debits and credits are referred to as “according to their works.” If a man’s name is found in his book of life, Jesus acknowledges as much to the Father and “confesses the man’s name even to the angels.” Through Jesus Christ and his book of life, God is able to righteously judge dead men. Jesus’ book of life accounts for everyone, past, present and future.

Numbers within numbers, meanings within meanings. Twelve (12) descriptions of judging or judgement and twelve (12) references or verses from throughout the book of Revelation. Judging / Judgement. (Def.); to form a conclusion about a subject or outcome, to decide as in a case of court, to give a verdict about someone or something in court as truthful, applying the administration of justice and truthfulness. Only God and Jesus Christ are the judges. Period.

 Only God and Jesus Christ do the judging. Period. Only God and Jesus Christ reward, withhold or punish. Period. Only God and Jesus Christ are judge, jury, and jailer. God has his wrath. Jesus Christ has the keys to heaven and hell. Having judgement and exercising judgement is derived from authority and rule. One can only be a judge if they have the authority to judge and the right to judge. One has to be competent to judge, to be able to discern right from wrong, truth from lies, good from evil, just from unjust, righteousness from unrighteousness, clarity from deception, godly from ungodliness, saved from unsaved.

To be able to judge, one has to know all the facts, all the outcomes, all the intents, all the behaviors and apply these against a benchmark, a standard, a law that determines whether the data observed meet the benchmark, standard or law. Since God is omnipotent and knows everything occurring past, present and future, he is supremely just in knowing everything to take into account in performing judgement. He is the only one capable of exercising correct, truthful and righteous judgement because he can and does take everything into consideration when exercising his administration of justice.

Jesus Christ is the benchmark, the standard and/or the law. Jesus Christ paid our court fees, he paid the bail, and also paid a very expensive price so we wouldn’t have to go to jail, to the dungeon, to the hangman or to the lake of fire. God’s law of righteousness and truthfulness is;

Admit/Acknowledge/Accept that you are sinner. Ask God’s forgiveness and repent of your sins.

. . .For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)

. . .As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one. (Romans 3:10)

. . .If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. (1 John 1:8)

Believe Jesus is Lord. Believe that Jesus Christ is who He claimed to be; that He was both fully God and fully man and that we are saved through His death, burial, and resurrection. Put your trust in Him as your only hope of salvation. Become a son or daughter of God by receiving Christ.

. . .That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (John 3:15-17). For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)

Call upon His name, Confess with your heart and with your lips that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.

. . .That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9-10)

This is the benchmark, standard and/or law by which God judges men. If Jesus Christ finds a man who meets this benchmark, standard and/or law, he acknowledges and confesses the man’s name before God as belonging to him and having meet the requirements. Jesus Christ acts as our lawyer, on our behalf, in the administration of God’s justice. Jesus saves us in God’s court of law and in the administration of God’s justice.

But the fearful, and UNBELIEVING, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in THE LAKE WHICH BURNETH WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE: WHICH IS THE SECOND DEATH.

SEVEN-FOLD REFERENCE TO LAKE OF FIRE JUDGEMENT:

1. “He that hath an ear, let hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of THE SECOND DEATH (LAKE OF FIRE).” (Rev. 2:11).
2. “The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he SHALL BE TORMENTED WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosover receiveth the mark of his name.” (Rev. 14:10-11).
3. “And THE BEAST was taken, and with him THE FALSE PROPHET that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These BOTH WERE CAST ALIVE INTO A LAKE OF FIRE BURNING WITH BRIMSTONE.” (Rev. 19:20).
4. “And the devil that deceived them was cast into THE LAKE OF FIRE AND BRIMSTONE, WHERE THE BEAST AND THE FALSE PROPHET ARE, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” (Rev. 20:10).
5. “And death and hell were cast into THE LAKE OF FIRE. THIS IS THE SECOND DEATH.” (Rev. 20:14).
6. “And whosover was not found written in the book of life WAS CAST INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE.” (Rev. 20:15).
7. “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part IN THE LAKE WHICH BURNETH WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE: WHICH IS THE SECOND DEATH.” (Rev. 21:8).

The lake of fire is also known as the ‘second death’. This is the final place of burning, everlasting torment for Satan, the antichrist, the false prophet and those un-saved, un-believing souls from throughout the ages found NOT to be in the book of life, at the white throne judgement, at the end of the Millennium. The lake of fire and second death are also reserved for those deceived during the Tribulation who took the mark of the beast and worshipped him and his image.

 The evil dead are resurrected to be judged by Christ for their evil works and for their rejection of Him who offered himself for their salvation and forgiveness of their sins. As a result of their sins and judgment, they are cast into the lake of fire that represents a second death (the first death being physical body death and souls/spirits being in Hell). The evil dead are resurrected into bodies and cast into the lake of fire to be severely tormented, having no rest day or night, and are absent from a loving God and their Savior who offered himself for them.

THE GREAT IRONY IS THAT THESE PEOPLE RECEIVED EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED. THEY REFUSED CHRIST AND WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM, THEY WANTED TO EXIST IN ETERNITY WITHOUT COMMUNION WITH GOD AND CHRIST, ON THEIR OWN TERMS. THEY LITERALLY RECEIVED WHAT THEY ASKED FOR. THE STENCH OF THEIR PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL TORMENT RISES UP IN SMOKE, FOR ETERNITY.

God made both man and angels as eternal beings, hence they will exist forever in one state or another. Which state will any of us choose to exist in? The choice is up to us, and God grants us the freedom to make that choice for ourselves. For better or worse, we have no one to blame (certainly not God) except ourselves for whatever choices we make on earth.
