Commentary; the rider is the ‘beast’ or ‘antichrist’. His being clothed in white suggests ‘3’ false righteousness, false peace and false authority. He has a bow, but no arrows. He rules with lies and threats, but no military or arms. He conquers and subjugates, not with force but with ‘5’ lies, deception, false covenants and false agreements and false promises. He is the world’s greatest ‘political’ leader and deceiver. He is the one who ‘confirms the false covenant of seven years with Jacob’ which starts the tribulation. You should know now of who I speak. His ‘crown’ represents authority, rulership and position. It even literally represents his ‘position’ as Crown Prince, once the tribulation begins. My discernment is that the ‘white horse upon which he sits’ is symbolically a white Arabian stallion.

As the Kingdom continues to advance with this ambitious roadmap, more local corporations and public investment bodies have been recognizing their potential to drive innovation and economic growth through investments in the non-oil sector.
In an interview with Al-Arabiya English, Arun Leslie John, Chief Market Analyst at Century Financial, noted substantial progress in economic diversification, especially in non-oil sectors which grew around 4.6 percent in 2023, driven by robust domestic demand. Speaking at a Davos panel in January, Saudi Finance Minister Mohammed al-Jadaan highlighted the oil sector’s reduced contribution to the country’s GDP, saying it has decreased from 70 percent to 35 percent.
Saudi Economy Minister Faisal Al-Ibrahim also noted at Davos that the Kingdom’s non-oil economy has expanded by 20 percent since 2016, hence surpassing the growth rate in the US. Data from Century Financial shows that from 2005 to 2010, the oil sector dominated the economy, representing 45 percent of GDP, 80 percent of revenue, and 75 percent of exports. However, from 2017 to 2022, diversification efforts reduced these figures to 30 percent, 57 percent, and 60 percent, respectively.
John believes that improvements in the regulatory and business environment have facilitated this diversification. New laws promoting entrepreneurship, protecting investors’ rights, and reducing business costs have also been instrumental. Investment deals and licenses saw substantial growth in 2022, propelled by these reforms, with the Saudi Investment Fund (PIF) playing a role in stimulating private sector investment.
Looking forward, John expects non-oil sectors to drive economic momentum with the oil sector acting as a mature cash cow supporting diversification efforts. The 2024 budget allocates approximately SAR 189 billion ($50 billion), constituting 15.1 percent of total expenditure and signaling a strategic focus despite a slight decrease from 2023.
Sector outlook. John has a positive outlook for three main sectors in Saudi Arabia: Communications, Health and Social Development, and E-Commerce, supported by strategic investments and alignment with Vision 2030.
Communications Sector
The communications and technology market in Saudi Arabia is poised for growth, expected to reach SAR 172 billion ($45.8 billion) in 2024, driven by a 6 percent increase YoY. In Q3 2023, the communications sector displayed growth with a sales surprise of 0.92 percent and an earnings surprise of 22.08 percent.
The main driver of this growth is the increasing demand for mobile data services, which will account for almost 40 percent of the market share in 2024. The mobile data market is fueled by the widespread adoption of smartphones and the availability of high-speed networks, such as 4G and 5G, which enable users to access various online services and applications.

Based on these sectors, Century Financial believes these are the top Saudi stock picks: Saudi Telecommunication Company and Etihad Etisalat Company (communication sector), Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group and Mouwasat Medical Services (health and social development sector), and Leejam Sports Co and Jarir Marketing Company (consumer discretionary).
In a previous interview with Al-Arabiya Business, Abdullah al-Hamid, head of advice at GIB Capital, expected a positive outlook for the Saudi stock market, influenced by global market performances, especially Wall Street, and highlighted the banking sector’s positive outlook.
At the beginning of the year, SNB Capital recommended focusing on stocks in the banking, tourism, and healthcare sectors, specifically highlighting Aramco, STC, Bank, Albilad, SGS, Budget, and Al-Dawaa.
Aljazira Capital’s top picks include Al Rajhi Bank, Alinma Bank, United Electronics Company, Jarir, STC, Perfect Presentation, Mobily, Saudi Ground Services, Seera Group, Theeb, Yamama Cement, Eastern Province Cement, SABIC, and Sipchem. ‘Time of the End’: The Book (7) of Daniel and The Book of Revelation. ‘Bookends’ (7) Regarding Prophecy of the ‘End-Times’, Tribulation.

(7) In Revelation 10, he is opening up the (7) ancient scrolls and ‘little book’ of prophecy (7) that Daniel was told to ‘SEAL UP’.
Daniel was (7) prophetically being told additional things that would (7) transpire or occur ‘in the end of (7) days’, ‘time of wrath’, ‘appointed time of (7) the end’, and during the seven years tribulation.
Revelation ‘10’ And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

(7) The great prophecy angel is NOW HANDING (7) the little book to physically alive men on (7) the earth during the ‘End-Times’ or ‘Last-Days.’ God (7) conveys prophecy to Angels who in turn (7) are ‘messengers’ of God’s prophecy to mortal (7) men alive. Angels, throughout the past 6,000 years (7) have been ‘messengers’ for God to mankind. (7777777) 7×7
9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
(NWN; this is a ‘discernment’ on my part. ‘Take it and eat it’ is a spiritual ‘consumption’ of understanding the End Times and God’s related prophecies to go along with ‘signs of the times.’ It takes ‘7’ knowledge, wisdom, obedience, humility, persistence, prayer and the Holy Spirit’ to work prophecy in man’kind. This is a great and wonderful thing, just like a ‘7’ course meal.
However, once the prophecies are apparent ‘consumed and understood’ they will be prone to make one sick to the stomach because of what they foretell. Just like eating a ’7’ course meal will likely make you feel like you could explode. God’s UNFILTERD WRATH poured on evil man’kind who refuse Him, and refuse His Son Jesus Christ and His eternal offer of salvation.
Seeing prophecy happen and unfold is a wonderful and miraculous thing. Understanding the implications of seeing prophecy unfold, leaves one’s stomach bitter and sour because of the ‘gastrointestinal storm’ that is coming. Pass-the-antacid-pills, please.)
10 And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
(NWN; the prophecy angel was prophesying what would happen to anyone who attempted to reveal what was in the ‘little book.’ This verse ‘confirms’ that what was prophesied, did in fact occur and was experienced by those given the task of being Watchmen. This also ‘suggests’ that some men are ‘willingly’ allowing themselves to be Watchmen because they consciously love prophecy (God’s Word) and are completely open and receptive to it.)
11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
(NWN; since this is verse ‘11’ it suggests a WARNING(S). The purpose of prophecy is to inform, proclaim and WARN. It suggests that the Watchmen who proclaim the Word of God, will have their ‘7’ words, letters, videos, blogs, sermons, articles and books proclaim God’s WILL to those during the End Times / Last Days and Tribulation period. God has ALWAYS used Holy Angels and physical men (Moses, Elijah, Daniel, Enoch, and others) to speak on behalf of God. He will do this also through the Tribulation via; 1. Prophecy revealed to mankind via his ‘little book’ to Watchmen, 2. The ‘two witnesses’, ‘lampstands’ or candles who proclaims God’s light to the world for the first 3.5 years of the tribulation, 3. The various Angel warnings given to men to NOT TAKE THE MARK of the BEAST and lastly, 4. The 144,000 Jewish Evangelists who have the ‘seal of God’ in their foreheads (and NOT the mark of the Beast) who proclaim Jesus Christ’s offer of Salvation ONE LAST TIME, before the 7 year tribulation ends.)
Evil mankind (6) + evil beast/antichrist (6) + evil false prophet (6) = 666 (a literal number represented by the number 6, repeated three times in a linear row.)

The infamous, “Mark of the Beast” and “number of his name is 666” imagery is no different than any of the other generalized, descriptive terms that John the Apostle used, while in his banishment on the Isle of Patmos. Rev. 13:17-18 is probably the most symbolic, well known and most poorly understood two verses in the book of Revelation, and in the entire Bible. “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred, threescore and six (666).” (Emphasis added).
(6) The Number of an Evil Man:
666 – The ‘Number’ of an Evil Man, Evil Beast and Evil False Prophet.
Verse 13:18 clearly states that 666 (6) is a number of a man … not a number of an angel, not a number of Satan (which is ‘5’), Devil, serpent or dragon, nor of any kind of reference to Babylon (city) or Mystery Babylon (false religion). The reference is literally to man (mankind), the beast/antichrist (a literal, physical man) and the false prophet (a literal, physical man). Each of them is judged to be extremely evil and each is therefore assigned a number of six (6) to represent the imperfection, sinfulness and evilness of man, before God.
Combining the number of each type of man leads to 666, this (6) number represents the totality of evil, of the three men. ‘7’ The number three (3) denotes intensity and emphasis. The fact that the number six (6) is repeated three (3) times emphasizes the most intense evil that mankind, antichrist, and the false prophet (6) collectively possess during the tribulation period. Evil doesn’t come any worse, or more intensely than this. Period. When the bible states an important reference to someone or something, the word ‘7’ of God is very specific and literal. There should be no confusion. To understand why the number six (6) represents evil, Verse 13:18 (6) tells us to “count” his number
