Saudi Arabia’s cabinet issued a decision to approve the accession to the agreement on the privileges and immunities of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Saudi state agency reported on Tuesday. Saudi’s foreign minister was advised to complete the necessary legal procedures to join the agreement.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said last year that Riyadh had shown a “commitment to safety for all applications and occurrence of radiation sources in the country.”

Lockheed Martin is looking to develop true partnerships with local companies, a senior official from the weapons firms said Monday, shortly after the company announced that it would begin manufacturing parts for its THAAD system in Saudi Arabia.
“Lockheed Martin’s approach is to develop partnerships and not just transactional suppliers. We focus both on developing core capabilities to do the work in front of us as well as capabilities our partners will need to flourish in the defense market,” Jason Reynolds, the VP and GM of the Integrated Air and Missile Defense told Al Arabiya English. Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, or THAAD, offers protection from short, medium and intermediate-range ballistic missile threats. These systems were on full display around the World Defense Show venue in Riyadh, where the announcement was made.
The sub-contracts for the THAAD system will enhance manufacturing capabilities in Saudi Arabia and transfer expertise to strengthen the country’s defense industry, Lockheed said in a statement to the media. The defense system was first approved for sale to the Kingdom in 2017. The system is also being used to protect the air above Saudi-neighbor UAE. Various reports state that the THAAD system’s first known operation was used to destroy Houthi drones over UAE airspace in 2022.
The American aerospace and defense company has held a decades-long presence in the region, especially in Saudi Arabia. From aircraft to missiles, Lockheed Martin has played an active role in supplying the Kingdom’s defense capabilities.
It is one of many international defense firms prominently aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals, an aspect of which was marked after a formal commitment to THAAD localization in 2019. Since then, “Lockheed Martin has been working with multiple levels of the Saudi industrial base to develop and deliver on localization projects,” Reynolds said on the sidelines of the World Defense Show taking place in Riyadh. In 2021, the Saudi PIF wealth-fund backed Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) agreed to set up a joint venture with Lockheed Martin to transfer knowledge and technology that would aid in training Saudi nationals and localizing the manufacturing process.
“The results of our first two projects can be seen here at the World Defense Show today – the THAAD Missile canister production with MEPC and THAAD Launcher production with AIC Steel. Numerous Saudi companies supported these activities at sub-tier levels,” Reynolds said. The company, he added, has “exciting projects in development and execution with the Saudi industry.”

Hundreds of defense firms are in Riyadh as one of the leading security and defense trade shows in the Middle East kicked off on Sunday. The World Defense Show is being held in the Saudi capital city for the second time after its debut in 2022, featuring the latest innovation across the defense sector. This year’s theme is “Equipped for Tomorrow.” Exhibitor space reportedly sold out five (5) months ahead of the start of the event, despite a 25 percent increase in space.
The defense show will run for five (5) days and feature over 750 exhibitors from over 65 countries, over 23 of which are featuring for the first time in the Kingdom. It marks an increase from 2022 which saw around 600 (6) exhibitors and resulted in nearly $8 billion in total orders and agreements.
The Kingdom has earmarked 269 billion riyals ($71.72 billion) for military spends in 2024, up from 259 billion riyals that was budgeted for 2023. Local partners including Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), stc, and Saudia are some of the main sponsors of the event.
The event is seen as a platform for the Saudi government to showcase its potential to foreign investors, in turn giving international firms an opportunity to explore their options in one of the largest growing economies globally. With a state-led push to develop locally, employ millions of young Saudis and satisfy its high-budget defense needs, the sector is lucrative for many firms to establish a local presence in the Kingdom. It is aiming to achieve a localization rate of over 50 percent of the country’s total military spending by 2030.
Turkey, China, Russia and the US are expected to have a major presence at the show, which is being held at a purpose-built venue indoor-outdoor venue with a functional airstrip about 70 kilometers (43.4 miles) from the city center. China’s Bayi Aerobatic Team and the Saudi aerobatic team will be among the aerial displays, in addition to demonstrations of Unmanned Aerials Systems and live land displays.
Artificial intelligence and electricity-powered vehicles, two areas with abundant interest across sectors, is expected to seep into the defense and security fields also, with showcases featuring these highly anticipated technologies.

The top US military general for the Middle East met with Saudi Arabia’s Chief of General Staff, Gen. Fayyad Al-Ruwaili, on Wednesday to discuss deepening military and defense ties, the Saudi Ministry of Defense said. United States Central Command (CENTCOM) chief Gen. Erik Kurilla visited the Kingdom, where they discussed bilateral relations as well as the prospects for cooperation in various fields, a statement from the Saudi ministry said. Heightened tensions in the Middle East have raised concerns and fears over an all-out conflict in the region. Already, clashes are taking place in Yemen, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Gaza and Israel.

The outbreak in violence came after the Oct. 7 Hamas attack on Israel. Since then, Israel has pounded Gaza for over 100 days and reduced it to rubble. Most recently, three American soldiers were killed and dozens more wounded after an Iran-backed militia targeted a US base in Jordan last weekend.
Wednesday’s meeting between the senior military officials comes after last month’s call between Gen. Al-Ruwaili and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. CQ Brown. They discussed the current security situation in the Middle East and the Houthi attacks in the Red Sea. The Pentagon says that the Houthis have attacked or threatened international and commercial shipping, as well as naval vessels, 37 times since Nov. 19, 2023. The Houthis say they are targeting ships going to and from Israel. But they have targeted commercial vessels that have nothing to do with Israel as well as US and British warships in the region.

The infamous, “Mark of the Beast” and “number of his name is 666” imagery is no different than any of the other generalized, descriptive terms that John the Apostle used, while in his banishment on the Isle of Patmos. Rev. 13:17-18 is probably the most symbolic, well known and most poorly understood two verses in the book of Revelation, and in the entire Bible. “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred, threescore and six (666).” (Emphasis added).
666 – The ‘Number’ of an Evil Man, Evil Beast and Evil False Prophet.
(6) The Number of an Evil Man:
Verse 13:18 clearly states that 666 (6) is a number of a man … not a number of an angel, not a number of Satan (which is ‘5’), Devil, serpent or dragon, nor of any kind of reference to Babylon (city) or Mystery Babylon (false religion). The reference is literally to man (mankind), the beast/antichrist (a literal, physical man) and the false prophet (a literal, physical man). Each of them is judged to be extremely evil and each is therefore assigned a number of six (6) to represent the imperfection, sinfulness and evilness of man, before God. Combining the number of each type of man leads to 666, this (6) number represents the totality of evil, of the three men. ‘7’ The number three (3) denotes intensity and emphasis.
The fact that the number six (6) is repeated three (3) times emphasizes the most intense evil that mankind, antichrist, and the false prophet (6) collectively possess during the tribulation period. Evil doesn’t come any worse, or more intensely than this. Period. When the bible states an important reference to someone or something, the word ‘7’ of God is very specific and literal. There should be no confusion. To understand why the number six (6) represents evil, Verse 13:18 (6) tells us to “count” his number

8. Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Salman. He is the 8th and final ‘future’ king revealed to John the Apostle. He is the ‘beast’, comes from seven (7) kings/lineage before him and goes to perdition. His reign is over the seven (7) years of the tribulation. Born 1985, he will be 35 (7×5) years old in 2020. Seven (7) denotes God’s divine completion to His plan or purpose. Five (5) denotes Satanic influence of men and kings. God’s influence over men in greater than Satan’s influence over men 7>5. Notice that MBS will be the FIRST king who is NOT a direct son of founding King Ibn Saud in 1932.
Becoming the 8th king, MBS represents a ‘new epoch’ a ‘new future’ for the kingdom that forms an ideological break from the past. Eight (8) denotes a new beginning, new timeline, new season, new plan. God is addressing the evil status quo of the House of Saud (bottomless pit of evil, wealth, influence, power, corruption) and ushering in the time of great wrath, the tribulation for Gentile nations. From a spiritual perspective, MBS not being one of the six (6) sons of the founding King Ibn Saud, now holds claim to being the son of perdition under the power and influence of the dragon (Satan).
MBS has no allegiance to his family tree, tradition, other family princes and historical political protocol. Only an extremely evil, pathological soul manipulated by Satan would turn on his own family. In Satan’s plan, he used the ‘bottomless pit’ of evil House of Saud to raise MBS, the beast, the son of perdition to be in the positions he both currently and in future, will hold. At the time John the Apostle was in the Holy Spirit and given a ‘vision’ of the future, 5 of the Saudi Kings were already dead (fallen). He was shown the sixth king, and told that a future 7th and 8th king were coming. The sixth king was a ‘sign post’ of the beginning of the ‘end times’ prior to the tribulation. MBS also plays a prophetic role as Saudi Arabia’s 8th King. This will likely occur before he enters the rebuilt Jewish 3rd Temple and causes the Abomination of Desolation (claims to be god and demands to be worshiped as such). It’s not enough that Satan has deceived almost 2 billion Muslims. He now wants to be worshipped by the rest of the earth by Hindus, Buddhists, et.al. Satan destroys the false ‘mystery religion’ being propagated by the False Prophet, so he can be the only focus of mankind’s worship. These false religions served their satanic purpose by deceiving men and leading men away from Christ, now is time to throw these other false religions into the fire so men are forced to worship Satan, through MBS exclusively.

The timing of when MBS became Crown Prince is known (June 2017). When he becomes king is when his father succumbs the throne to MBS (this could be through death or a short political reign for one reason or another – health?). The actual timing is unimportant, all we are told is that the 7th king’s reign is for a ‘short time or while.’ His term could be 5, 6, 7 or 8 years.
Where else is there a family/political dynasty on earth that has had seven (7) consecutive kings that rule a country from the same genetic line? In the Middle East? During the time of Israel’s rebirth from a valley of dry bones to a budding fig tree? Saudi Arabia’s current 7th king and future 8th king fit the Biblical narratives set forth by the Word of God. 7th and 8th kings from the bottomless pit of evil, money, power, influence, corruption (5 Satanic influences). MBS is prince when he confirms the covenant. MBS becomes an Antichrist when he is worshiped as a Mahdi by Muslims, and then becomes the worldwide Antichrist when he is indwelt by Satan.

The timing of John the Apostle’s vision regarding the 8 Kings from the bottomless pit of the House of Saud – 5 ‘fallen’, 1 ‘is current’, 2 ‘are future’.
Why is this even a topic worth mentioning? What is the point? Is there a point? Yes, there is a point. And it is VERY important, from a prophetic viewpoint. In that, it is a ‘viewing point’ of the latter days, leading up to the tribulation. How so?
First, as Christians, we know that the Triune God gave John the Apostle a vision and knowledge of many things pertaining to the days leading up to and into the tribulation and after. The Holy Spirit carried him into the future, from his particular life in time, to witness things that he then explained in his Revelation of Jesus Christ. One of the visions he was given, while in the Holy Spirit, was of the 5 kings that were fallen, a 6th king he was being shown, and that of a 7th king who had not come (but would rule for a short while at some point in the future). Lastly, he was shown a future and last 8th king known and described as the Beast who would be sent to perdition, udder destruction, the lake of fire and brimstone, the second death … alive.
I have attempted to confirm who the 7th and 8th kings are from our point in space and time, relative to the ‘season of the times.’ What about this mysterious sixth king, the king ‘who is’. Why is this king important that John the Apostle was directly being shown? And what possible prophetic importance can he have? Of the 8 kings, why would God single out this particular man?
The reign of 6th King Abdullah was from 2005 to 2015. This snapshot of time and space is important because it suggests that this time frame is important for us, for Gentiles alive in the final generation. To know that we are indeed in the ‘final season’ prior to our harpazo/rapture and the onset of the tribulation, without any doubt or hesitation. We know that Israel’s prophetic time clock began in 1948. God’s prophetic time clock for the tribulation of Gentile nations suggests that it started during the time of this sixth king.
The time of the sixth king’s reign is a sign post, a flashing light, a notice of when the final season begins and is upon the earth for Gentiles. God has given signs in scripture and the heavens for Jews, and Gentiles alike. The September 23, 2017 occurrence of the ‘great sign in heaven’ is an example of a sign for the Bride of Christ. The 6th Saudi king is a Gentile and a member of the House of Saud and the bottomless pit of evil. His reign (along with all the other past 5 kings and 2 future kings) has been orchestrated by Satan during the growth of this kingdom and the discovery of its bottomless wealth (oil). To a logical mind, clear and sober, this would indicate that God is saying that the age of grace for all Gentiles on earth is coming to a close. It is not important that we don’t know if God considers 2005 or 2015 to be the beginning of the ‘season of the time before the tribulation.’
Just as God spoke generically about the rebirth of Israel, as when you ‘see the fig tree bearing fruit’, he was referring to a time frame or process developing over time. In His divine plan, things develop and take time to grow until their divine timing is ripe to be revealed. Those who can discern can watch this occur, as it happens in ‘real time’ and understand appropriately and accordingly. As God gave a general timeline for Israel, commencing in 1948, he gives a Gentile timeline commencing in 2015. This of course is BEFORE the arrival of the future 7th and 8th kings who would indicate perhaps the middle and end of the ‘Fall Season’ or Season of the Times’ prior to the rapture/harpazo for the Bride and the onset of the tribulation.’
Six (6) denotes evil man/men. Seven (7) denotes God’s (7) divine completion to his plan or purpose. Eight (8) denotes (7) God’s new era, new epoch, new season, (7) new time span, new series of events. (7) The 7th Saud King indicates that God is (7) finished with Satan’s status quo in Saudi (7) Arabia and of the evil Gentile world. (7) The 8th Saud King indicates that God is (7) ushering in a new time of tribulation (7) and trial for mankind, Jews and Gentiles. (7) Remember, the seven (7) year tribulation is also (7) referred to as the ‘time or week (7) of Jacob’s trouble.’ A week being seven (7) years and Jacob (7) being a reference to Jews and Israel. (7) God is turning his attention back onto (7) Israel, the redemption of the Jews, wrath (7) towards the Gentile world and arranging the (7) coming Millennial Reign of Christ on Earth.

Through the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ testifies who is he is and his offer of salvation for mankind, through the forgiveness of their sins, the shedding of his blood and his resurrection. Through the Holy Spirit, Jesus communicates (witnesses) the who, what, where, when, why and how of mankind’s salvation. This is known as the gospel of Jesus Christ. Once again, seven (7) references regarding the Holy Spirit witnessing to Christ denotes God’s divine purpose and plan.
