The End Times Focus On The Forehead: Where Does Your Allegiance Lie?
By Dean Dwyer October 12, 2023 Harbingers Daily (excerpt)
Did you know that the Bible says much about your forehead? It is a part of the body that we don’t pay much attention to – unless we hit it on something hard! However, in the great end times drama, there is intense focus on the forehead of mankind. Why? Because the forehead represents the mind of mankind. Forehead markings are like a brand – a marking of identity and allegiance. It represents decisions made and stands taken, affecting not only your life here, but also where you will spend eternity.
Upon reaching the Book of Revelation, the focus on the forehead intensifies. We again see a reference to the forehead of Jewish people. In the sealing of the 144,000 Jewish evangelists;
Revelation 7:3: “Do (7) not harm the earth, the sea, or (7) the trees till we have sealed the (7) servants of our God on their foreheads.” (777)
Revelation 14:1 also says: (6) “Then I looked, and behold, a (7) Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with (7) Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having (7) His Father’s name written on their foreheads. (777)
(7) But then we have two familiar passages (7) relating to the economic and religious control (7) exercised by the Antichrist and False Prophet.” (777)
Revelation 13:16-17: “He causes (7) all, both small and great, rich and (7) poor, free and slave, to receive a (7) mark on their right hand or on (7) their foreheads, and that no one may (7) buy or sell except one who has (7) the mark or the name of the (7) beast, or the number of his name.“ (7777777) 7×7
Revelation 17:4-5: “The woman was arrayed in (7) purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold (7) and precious stones and pearls, having in (7) her hand a golden cup full of (7) abominations and the filthiness of her fornication. And (7) on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY (7) BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS (7) AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” (7777777) 7×7
Interestingly, because of their idol worship, Israel was also once referred to as a harlot. Jeremiah 3:3: “You have had a (7) harlot’s forehead; you refuse to be ashamed.”
Throughout the Scriptures, (6) we can see that what is (7) in the forehead is a sign of (7) whether one is spiritually clean or unclean. (77)
How interesting it is that there are many Scripture passages focused on the forehead! But it doesn’t end there. After the Millennial Reign of Christ is complete and the new heavens and new earth are created, we read this in
Revelation 22:3-4: “And there shall be (7) no more curse, but the throne of (7) God and of the Lamb shall be (7) in it, and His servants shall serve (7) Him. They shall see His face, and (7) His name shall be on their foreheads.“ (77777)
So, next time you look at your forehead, consider this: there is an intense end-times drama unfolding which will affect the forehead (ie. the mind) of every man and woman. If you have not yet made a decision to accept Jesus Christ as your Saviour, I urge you to do it. Time is short.

What The Antichrist Will Do in 2024 Is Shocking!

G20 Announces Plan For Worldwide Digital ID And CBDC
BY BRYAN JUNG/ACTIVIST POST SEPTEMBER 21, 2023
The world’s leading economies known as the G20 announced last week at its summit in India that they had agreed to build the necessary infrastructure to implement digital currencies and IDs. The group said that discussions were already underway to create international regulations for cryptocurrencies, but claimed that there was “no talk of banning cryptocurrency” at the summit. Many critics are concerned that governments and central banks will eventually regulate cryptocurrencies and then immediately replace them with central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), which lack privacy and security.
Indian Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that discussions were underway to build a global framework to regulate crypto assets since they believe cryptocurrencies can not be regulated efficiently without total international cooperation. “India’s G20 presidency has put on the table key issues related to regulating or understanding that there should be a framework for handling issues related to crypto assets,” Ms. Sitharaman said before the G20 gathering. The top items discussed at the New Delhi summit included “building Digital Public Infrastructure, Digital Economy, Cryptoassets, [Central Bank Digital Currencies].”
Gita Gopinath, the International Monetary Fund’s first deputy managing director, said in a video posted on X that the G20 “helped shape a global perspective on how policymakers should deal with crypto assets.” She also assured Business Today that there was “no talk of banning cryptocurrencies, indicating a global consensus against such measures” in the discussions. However, some of the suggestions call for additional policing of cryptocurrencies, which are decentralized and do not operate under central banks’ control.
Critics say that these proposals could allow government authorities to impose a social credit score system and decide how their citizens can spend their money.
European Commission Chief Reemphasizes Need for Digital IDs
At the summit, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen called for an international regulatory body for artificial intelligence (AI), digital ID systems similar to coronavirus vaccine passports and advocated for global cooperation to address the challenges presented by AI. She called for the United Nations to have a role in AI regulation and called the European Union’s COVID-19 digital certificate a perfect model for digital public infrastructures (DPI), which would include digital IDs.
“Many of you are familiar with the COVID-19 digital certificate. The EU developed it for itself. The model was so functional and so trusted that 51 countries on four continents adopted it for free,” said President von der Leyen. “Today, the WHO uses it as a global standard to facilitate mobility in times of health threats. I want to thank Dr. Tedros again for the excellent cooperation,” she said, referring to WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. The European Union is currently trying to introduce a bloc-wide “digital identity” app that would consolidate various personal information, including passports, driver’s licenses, and medical history.” The future is digital. I passed two messages to the G20. We should establish a framework for safe, responsible AI, with a similar body as the IPCC for climate. Digital public infrastructures are an accelerator of growth. They must be trusted, interoperable & open to all,” said President von der Leyen in a post on social media. The IPCC is the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
Public Support Lacking
The Cato Institute 2023 CBDC National Survey from May found that only 16 percent of Americans support the adoption of a CBDC. At least 68 percent of respondents said they would oppose CBDCs if the government started to monitor their purchases. Most Democrats and Republicans reported concern that the government could control what people spend their money on and potentially turn off access to their bank accounts.
Governments Prepare Way for CBDCs
IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva praised her Indian counterparts via X (formerly Twitter) for leading the way in “setting up a road map for crypto regulations.” She said the IMF was also “contributing to proposals for a comprehensive policy framework.” In a separate press statement, Ms. Georgieva said, “more work lies ahead, including in the realm of digital money and crypto assets.” “To this end, the G20 has tasked relevant institutions to improve regulation and supervision of crypto asset–the IMF is contributing to proposals for a comprehensive policy framework–and advance the debate on how central bank digital currencies could impact the global economy and financial system,” she added. The IMF chief suggested that rather than recognize cryptocurrency assets as legal tender, governments should instead create licensing and registration processes for crypto asset issuers and focus on treating their activities similarly.
Several major economies, including Japan and Russia, will roll out their pilot CBDCs this year. Nigeria launched eNaira, the world’s first issued CBDC, but it has proved unpopular.Less than 0.5 percent of citizens have said they had used the digital currency, and government efforts to encourage its use have failed.
‘The India Stack’
Meanwhile, the World Bank also praised India’s use of digital public infrastructure to “enhance financial inclusion” and delivery of public goods and services in a report written for the G20 summit. The nation’s India Stack DPI system, which comprises the Aadhaar digital ID and the interoperable UPI digital payments platform, has been cited as an example in the report. The G20 believes that DPIs can serve people not just in the financial sector, but also in the domains of health, education, and social welfare. “The India Stack exemplifies this approach, combining digital ID, interoperable payments, a digital credentials ledger, and account aggregation. In just six years, it has achieved a remarkable 80 percent financial inclusion rate-a feat that would have taken nearly five decades without a DPI approach,” said Queen Maxima of the Netherlands, who wrote the foreword to the report.
The queen is the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development (UNSGSA) and was one of the speakers at the IMF’s World Bank annual meeting in Washington last year. “If designed properly, CBDCs could hold great promise to support a digital financial system that works for everyone. But that is an important ‘if,'” Queen Maxima said, adding, “If designed and implemented with inclusion in mind, CBDCs could offer many options to expand access to the unbanked and to serve the vulnerable and the poor.” However, her statements in support of the plan have come under criticism by some in the debate over digitalization in the Netherlands for violating the norm regarding the role of the Dutch monarchy in politics. “Maxima openly advocates for programmable money; power in central banks, without parliamentary accountability,” said Dutch financial journalist Arno Wellens via X, calling the queen “an unelected official who is outside politics under [Dutch] constitutional law,” and said her statements were “a serious attack on democracy.”
October 11th, UNDP releases digital ID governance framework
As digital public infrastructure becomes the norm, governments must adopt digital services to improve access and development. The UNDP released a blog post outlining a rights-based and inclusive digital ID governance framework in response to frequent requests for institutional support. The goal of Target 16.9 of the Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2030 is to provide legal identity and birth registration for all, underscoring the importance of comprehensive civil registration.
But inadequate governance of digital ID systems can worsen the shortcomings of the current systems. The standards, regulations, and privacy protocols governments create in the implementation of digital IDs will have implications on future advancements toward the digitization of public services and DPI more broadly. Leaders must establish robust governance from the start to ensure implementation is effective and serves the public good, the post reads. Proper governance also gives the private sector the confidence to invest in digital transformations and gives end users a sense of trust in the new systems.
The governance framework sets out to establish a standard model of laws and policies that facilitate the digital ID shift while prioritizing individual rights. It also builds on lessons learned from the UN System’s identity management ecosystem that is based on civil registration. The framework consists of nine components: legal and regulatory frameworks, non-discrimination, access to information, legal accountability, capable institutions, user value, procurement and anti-corruption, and data protections.
Currency of Control: How CBDC Implementation Is Leading to Global Tyranny
Central banks step up push for digital currencies
17 Jul, 2023 05:25 RT
A growing number of central banks around the globe are working on digital versions of their national currencies, a survey by the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) published last week has found.
A central bank digital currency (CBDC) is a digital payment instrument denominated in the national unit of account, and regulated by a central bank. There are currently two types: retail, for everyday use by individuals and firms, and wholesale, for transactions between financial institutions. According to BIS findings, 79 of the 86 central banks surveyed said they were studying the possibility of creating some form of CBDC. Over half of the national regulators said they were already conducting “concrete experiments” or working on trial versions of digital currencies.
The study found that most central banks see potential value in having both a retail and wholesale CBDC, and BIS expects there to be at least 15 retail and 9 wholesale CBDCs publicly circulating worldwide by 2030.
The survey found that more banks have come closer to issuing a CBDC within the next three years – their number reached 16% since last year with regard to wholesale digital currencies and grew from 15% to 18% with regard to retail CBDCs.
Opponents of CBDCs have been raising questions over the currencies, particularly regarding their regulation and the privacy of transactions. However, analysts note that traditional financial institutions are increasingly enthusiastic about entering the digital market.
“The BIS survey shows that central banks are more bullish than ever on CBDCs. New use cases abound, and leaders from economies as diverse as Sri Lanka, Singapore and Switzerland are recognizing potential benefits. These include more efficient payments, financial inclusion, and faster monetary policy implementation,” Gilbert Verdian, founder and CEO of Quant, a technology partner on the Bank of England’s CBDC project, told the FinTech news outlet, commenting on the report. “A well-designed CBDC could actually be a huge catalyst for innovation. Businesses and consumers would be able to automate complex and cumbersome processes and implement logic into money,” Verdian added. There are currently four central banks that have issued a retail CBDC, according to BIS – The Bahamas, the Eastern Caribbean, Jamaica and Nigeria.

Commentary; the rider is the ‘beast’ or ‘antichrist’. His being clothed in white suggests ‘3’ false righteousness, false peace and false authority. He has a bow, but no arrows. He rules with lies and threats, but no military or arms. He conquers and subjugates, not with force but with ‘5’ lies, deception, false covenants and false agreements and false promises. He is the world’s greatest ‘political’ leader and deceiver. He is the one who ‘confirms the false covenant of seven years with Jacob’ which starts the tribulation. You should know now of who I speak. His ‘crown’ represents authority, rulership and position. It even literally represents his ‘position’ as Crown Prince, once the tribulation begins. My discernment is that the ‘white horse upon which he sits’ is symbolically a white Arabian stallion.

And here is the mind (7) which hath wisdom. The seven heads are (7) seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. (7) And there are seven kings: five are (7) fallen, and one is, and the other (7) is not yet come; and when he (7) cometh, he must continue a short space. But how can (7) they call on him (Jesus Christ) to save (7) them unless they believe in Him (Jesus Christ)? Jesus Christ’s Offer of Salvation:
The ABCs (7) of Salvation through Jesus Christ (the Lamb)
A. (7) Admit/Acknowledge/Accept that you are sinner. Ask (7) God’s forgiveness and repent of your sins.
. . . “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23).
. . . “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.” (Romans 3:10).
. . . “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” (1 John 1:8).
B. Believe Jesus is Lord. Believe that (7) Jesus Christ is who He claimed to (7) be; that He was both fully God (7) and fully man and that we are (7) saved through His death, burial, and resurrection. (7) Put your trust in Him as your (7) only hope of salvation. Become a son (7) or daughter of God by receiving Christ. (7777777) 7×7
. . . “That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (John 3:15-17). For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13).
C. Call upon His name, Confess (7) with your heart and with your lips (7) that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.
. . . “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10).
. . . “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.” (John 1:8-10).
. . . “And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. (John 2:2).
. . . “In this was manifested the love of god toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.” (1 John 4:9, 14-15).
. . . “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.” (Romans 5:8-10).
. . . “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23).
. . . “Jesus saith unto them, I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6).
. . . “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth.” (Romans 1:16).
. . . “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts: 4:12).
. . . “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” (1 Timothy 2:4-6).
. . . “For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Thessalonians 5:9).
. . . “But as many as received him, to them gave the power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.” (John 1:12).
True Church / Bride of Christ Spared from God’s Wrath:
Romans 5:8-10. “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.”
Romans 12:19. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 1:10. And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.
1 Thessalonians 5:9. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,
Romans 8:35. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Jeremiah 30:7. Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.
Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
