Seven-fold Reference to Christian Patience:
“I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.” (Rev. 1:9).
“I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and they are not, and has found them liars:” (Rev. 2:2).
“And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast labored, and hast not fainted.” (Rev. 2:3).
“I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.” (Rev. 2:19).
“Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” (Rev. 3:10).
“He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and faith of the saints.” (Rev. 13:10).
“Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” (Rev. 14:12).
Commentary: When Christ is using the term patience, he is referring to the patience Christians have with one another. He is referring to the patience he has for us. He is acknowledging our patience in waiting for him and our effort to seek his will and word. It takes time, and patience to effectively study the word of God, and to wait and wait, and wait on God to answer a faithful prayer. Something that is almost gone in our culture today. Christ ranks patience, up there with faith works, charity, service and faith. It is that important, and overlooked by many Christians. It is because of this Christ repeats himself seven times to signify its importance. As an American, I’m just as guilty of this as most of us in our culture. Time is too short things don’t go fast enough. I stress out when I’m stuck in a two hour commute on the freeway, just to get downtown. We want things now, not later. Eternity? What’s that? I’m trying to make it through the day and get the kids to soccer practice by 6:00pm (or earlier).
As I said, patience and time are a lost commodity today, and Christ knows this. Just as an Olympic athlete (as of the time I write this) has had to train hard and for a long time; they know they will have to be patient for their performance to improve, for their times to come down or for their speed or for strength or accuracy to improve. Results and improvements do not happen overnight. It takes patience, dedication and discipline. The same skills Christ wants us to acquire in this life for his eternal kingdom. Physical training for the Olympics and spiritual Christian discipleship both take great patience to overcome the stumbling blocks and setbacks that eventually befall all of us. We have to pick ourselves up, to have the patience to keep moving forward and to not give in to the temptations and idols of this world. Christ knows how hard it is to acquire the skill of patience and values this attribute greatly.

UNTHINKABLE! Many Will Fall Into The Beast System and Take The Mark Because Of This!

“And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.” (Rev. 13:15).
“Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. “And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgement was given unto them: and I saw souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.” (Rev. 20:4).
Commentary: The Bible makes it abundantly clear that the Tribulation Saints are those people that become Christians during the period of the antichrist’s reign on earth, over the seven (7) year period. How do they become Saints in the eyes of Christ? They believe in and accept Christ as their Savior and for the forgiveness of their sins. They do NOT take the mark of the beast or the antichrist. They do NOT worship the beast/antichrist. They do NOT worship his image. They DO witness to the word of God and Jesus. They ARE killed by beheading for believing in Jesus and witnessing for Him. They DO share in many of blessings and rewards that are also awarded to Christians from the Church Age (at the Rapture/Harpazo and Bema Seat Judgement). There is a very clear distinction between Christians redeemed by Christ prior to the Tribulation period, and those Christians redeemed during the Tribulation period. It is clear that they have to come to a saving grace knowledge of Jesus Christ, withstood the best efforts of Satan/Antichrist/ False Prophet to thwart their salvation, and are beheaded for their belief and witnessing in Jesus Christ.
Seven-fold Reference of White Raiment/Robes/Linen to Righteousness:
“Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white; for they are worthy. He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.” (Rev. 3:4-5).
“I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.” (Rev. 3:18).
“And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.” (Rev. 4:4)
“And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow-servants also and their brethren, that sould be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.” (Rev. 6:11).

“Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.” (Rev. 19:7-8).
Commentary: In John’s Revelation of Jesus Christ, white raiment, linens or robes are used as metaphors for having, and describing the righteousness of Christ. Who are these people that are described as having white raiment, linens or robes? Rev. 3:4-5 indicates that they are overcomers (those who remain faithful to Christ until the end of their lives). Rev. 4:4 indicates that they are the 24 crowned elders around the throne of God. These crowned elders represent a select group of redeemed saints from throughout the ages (they are not angels) and are part of God’s divine council of government. The number twelve (12) denotes a divinely constituted organization either in heaven or on earth. The number twenty-four (24) denotes God’s abundant (doubled) organizational arrangement (12×2). Many eschatologists believe that twelve (12) elders are from the Old Testament and twelve (12) are from the New Testament. However, I believe the Bible is silent on this. The verses surrounding Rev. 6:11 indicate that these people who received white robes and were told to wait a little longer are the “Tribulation Saints martyred/beheaded for their belief and witness to Christ.” ( (Rev. 19:7-8) clearly indicates this group of people is the “Bride (church) of the Lamb”, which his redeemed people from the past, present and near future (until the Tribulation).

Commentary; the rider is the ‘beast’ or ‘antichrist’. His being clothed in white suggests ‘3’ false righteousness, false peace and false authority. He has a bow, but no arrows. He rules with lies and threats, but no military or arms. He conquers and subjugates, not with force but with ‘5’ lies, deception, false covenants and false agreements and false promises. He is the world’s greatest ‘political’ leader and deceiver. He is the one who ‘confirms the false covenant of seven years with Jacob’ which starts the tribulation. You should know now of who I speak. His ‘crown’ represents authority, rulership and position. It even literally represents his ‘position’ as Crown Prince, once the tribulation begins. My discernment is that the ‘white horse upon which he sits’ is symbolically a white Arabian stallion.

Christian visitors are helping Saudi Arabia’s vast public relations effort to rebrand under leader MBS

handing out Bibles is illegal in Saudi Arabia. Proselytizing could carry the death penalty. The birthplace of Islam and the Prophet Muhammad ranks among the lowest countries in the world for human rights. It was home to 15 of 19 of the 9/11 attackers.
Delaware resident Pam Laurion loves it.
She has been on three trips to visit sites that tie back to biblical history, encouraged by reforms under Saudi Arabia’s de facto ruler Mohamed bin Salman, who has begun opening to the outside world and says he seeks to promote a more moderate form of Islam even as he is accused of entrenching absolute rule — and of complicity in murder.
“My time and money spent in Saudi Arabia was extremely productive in forming new relationships and lifelong friends, not only for me and our team, but for the Saudis we encountered,” Laurion told Newsweek. “This is a step forward and money well spent.”
Laurion is one of a growing number of Christians from the United States who have seized on the chance to visit Saudi Arabia, and are raving about what they find there.

Those visits can also only help the vast public relations effort being mounted by Saudi Arabia to rebrand the country under the ruler, known by his initials MBS, as an outpost of modernity with a vision of the future rather than an austere and harshly repressive theocracy. Not everyone is convinced that rebranding is accurate.
“While this specific tourism opening can be seen as a small gesture of the Saudi regime towards religious tolerance, it is most likely an attempt to cosmetically mask its extensive history and ongoing legally–enforced practice of religious persecution,” said Javier El-Hage, the chief legal and policy officer of the New York-based Human Rights Foundation.
El-Hage points to the 2022 U.S. Embassy Report on International Religious Freedom for Saudi Arabia and notes that the country raids “home churches,” outlaws the display of non-Muslim religious symbols and persecutes anyone who attempts to organize religious activity in private spaces.

A Biblical Land
The politics is a world away from the one that the Christian tourists are coming to Saudi Arabia to find – one where they feel a closeness to biblical landscapes and history that is not so easy to find in locations where tourism is better developed.
Tours visit the Red Sea, (7) parted by Moses according to the Bible. (7) There is the Split Rock of Horeb, (7) where Moses is said to have miraculously (7) provided water for the escaped Jewish slaves. There is also one of several (7) sites that lays claim to being Mount (7) Sinai, where Moses received the Ten Commandments. (777777) 6×7. Laurion says her 12-year-old grandson discovered a cave with petroglyphs. On another trip, she said she found living quarters thousands of years old with Hebrew inscriptions that are now being deciphered by the Museum of the Bible in Washington and she found a gravestone with what appears to be a menorah carved into it.
“Discovering things without digging is actually easy because the sections we visit had been closed for centuries,” she said. “When you make these kinds of discoveries, you can’t sleep at night. (7) The artifacts testify to the biblical narrative.”
One of the first companies to start (5) taking Americans to Saudi Arabia was Idaho-based Living Passages. It has hosted 14 trips thus far, where 350 mostly Christian Americans have (5) paid an average $5,000 (5) apiece to (5) visit the ‘Arabian’ holy sites, said the firm’s founder, Rhonda Sand. (5555)
“It’s an incredibly important place that has been off-limits to believers. We’re right there. We touch the 3,500 year-old altars,” Sand said.
Joel Richardson, the author, preacher and documentary filmmaker who led Living Passage’s first tourist group in 2019 said: “They’re sitting on arguably the most significant piece of biblical real estate in the world, outside of Israel.”
In a few years Christian and Jewish tourism could be Saudi Arabia’s biggest sources of revenue, he proposes – though that might be ambitious given the country’s vast oil and gas income (5) or even the benefits of (5) the Haj pilgrimage to Mecca, which (6) this year drew over 1.8 (6+6+6) million Muslims.
Another tour organiser is Andrew Jones. He says the tours are small, but growing, with (5) Mormons, Mennonites and Messianic Christians.
“This has been mainly an organic grassroots interest in seeing what more and more people believe are the true exodus-relates sites,” he said. “They tell me stories about coworkers, friends and family expressing concern and wondering why they (5) wanted to visit Saudi Arabia and not Disney World.”
Less Persecution
Open Doors, which supports persecuted Christians around (5) the world, ranks Saudi Arabia (5) as the 13th worst country for (7) persecuting Christians on its 2023 World Watch List, though it noted that there had been a decrease in violence against Christians.
“While in the last year there were no reports of Christians being arrested or forced into marriage, or of (5) Christian houses being attacked, physical (5) violence against converts remains high, and several believers were (5) forced to leave their homes,” it said. It said that earlier improvements had included removing anti-Christian content from textbooks, as well as descriptions (5) of Christians and Jews as (5) “infidels” and “enemies of God.” (55555) 5×5
In another sign of relaxation, Christianity Today reported that it was legal to sell Christmas trees and Santa Claus hats last year. There are an estimated 2 million Christians in Saudi Arabia — mostly foreign workers—compared to over 32 million Muslims, according to Open Doors.
It remains (5) illegal to hand out Bibles, though tourists can carry personal Bibles. Members of the tour groups also have plenty of opportunities to meet local people.
“It’s been flawless. Nothing negative has happened,” said Sand of the 14 trips. “It’s (5) all rumor and innuendo that (5) Saudis are hostile to Christians.”
Richardson said the first reports of Christian visitors had prompted some local criticism on social media of a “Zionist” invasion of the holy lands, but that other Saudis had told the complainers to shut up.
“There’s a contingency that doesn’t want change, but most are hospitable and fun,” he said. “I’m in love with the country. The desert, the hundreds of miles of virgin beaches with mind-bending Scuba diving — and the Bedouins are like Texans; they love their fast cars, four-wheeling, hunting and camping, and they’re some of the funniest people you’ll ever meet.”
Jason Bivins, a professor of religion and philosophy at North Carolina State University, said that the Christians suddenly visiting Saudi Arabia are overwhelmingly conservative evangelicals and that their positive view of the country is a reflection of how reactionary it was (5) prior to MBS assuming power.
But Everett Piper, president emeritus of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, a private Christian college, likens American Christians traveling to Saudi Arabia to them visiting the former Soviet Union under Communism, and says it can be a productive endeavor, (5) even if dangerous or controversial.
“The key is that (7) we do not compromise who we are. We can be (7) gracious to our hosts while also being (7) clear about the hope that lies within,” he said. (777)

He said that MBS called (5) the killing a “heinous crime” and (5) pledged to arrest those involved, but he also (5) acknowledged that the killers likely (5) believed they were carrying out (5) an assassination that he’d support, given Khashoggi’s criticism of him. Strains
The diplomatic relationship between Saudi Arabia and the United States has been strained at times. President Donald Trump reportedly had a cordial relationship with MBS, but on the campaign trail President Joe Biden had said the country should be a “pariah” (5) for the killing of Khashoggi. Becoming the 8th king, MBS represents a ‘new epoch’ a ‘new future’ for the kingdom that forms an ideological break from the past.
