Romans 10:14 “But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?”

Matthew 9:37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.

Luke 10:2 He told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.

… And great earthquakes shall be in diverse places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. (Luke 21:11).

… Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken; (Luke 21:26)

Matthew 24:21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again.

Ezekiel 33:6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.

Seven-fold Symbolic Descriptions of Evil:

… “And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.” (Revelation 12:3). (Emphasis added).

… “and behold a great dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.”  (Rev. 12:3-4). “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon the horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth and the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and his great authority.”  (Rev.13:1-2). (Emphasis added).

… “And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgement of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters. With whom the kings of earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.” (Rev. 17:1-3). (Emphasis added).

“And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornications. And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which the seven heads and ten horns. The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.” (Rev. 17:4-8). (Emphasis added).

“And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet: but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.” (Rev. 17:9-13). (Emphasis added).

These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is the Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with are called, and chosen, and faithful. And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations and tongues. And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. For God hath put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled. And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.” (Rev. 17:14-18). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: These descriptions are probably the most difficult and troublesome images to understand and interpret. People have wrestled with them for ages, trying to decipher what they mean and represent. The symbolism and imagery in the book of Revelation can be daunting. All terms and images are spirtually oriented and have to be understood in this context. In a proverbial nutshell, these are spiritually and prophetically based descriptions of Satan, the antichrist, the false prophet, great city of Babylon, Mystery Religion Babylon, nations supporting the antichrist’s empire and the sea of people from all nations drinking the spiritual KoolAid poison that the evil system offers.

  1. The ‘Dragon’ is Satan.
  2. The ‘Beast’ is the antichrist. AKA 8th King,  ‘Son of Perdition’, ‘Man of Lawlessness’, the ‘Wicked One,’ Prince, First Horseman of the Apocalypse, ‘Confirmer’, ‘Blasphemer,’ ‘One-World Government Leader,’ Man by Satan ‘MbS.’ The ‘One’ who causeth the ‘Abomination of Desolation.’
  3. The ‘beast with two horns’ is the false prophet / evil world ‘religious’ leader.
  4. The ‘seven mountains or heads’ is the geography, physical location of NEOM Babylon City.
  5. The ‘Great Whore/Mother of Harlots’ is Mystery Religion Babylon (false, evil spiritual religion).
  6. The ‘Ten horns/crowns’ are the ten kings or heads of state’ forming the beast’s political/military backbone. Generally believed to be from the geographical footprint of the ancient Roman Empire, which extended far into the Middle East / Africa, including Saudi Arabia.
  7. The ‘Waters/Sea’ are the nations, peoples, tongues, kindreds, tribes and multitudes from throughout the earth.

‘7’ Paul Rolland, Night Watchman, Night Watchman Ministries:

Probably the most difficult part of understanding John The Apostle’s Book of Revelation of Jesus Christ is understanding all the odd and bizarre descriptions and metaphors of various players, participants or ‘entities’ throughout the book. Yes, most are bizarre and perplexing to most people. We know the Word of God is true, so why are the participants so hard to sort out?

I think I can answer this fairly easily. All the names, terms and descriptions are for complex times and complex systems and complex people. Think about it. How would John The Apostle describe ‘nuclear war,’ a ‘micro-needle vaccination infrared vaccination mark’, a deceiving ‘religious leader,’ international biometric scanning, global satellite systems, a ‘cashless society,’ a ‘one world leader’ who is the most evil world leader to ever exist? Get my point? 2,000 years ago, no one could have possibly understood what all this ‘stuff’ had to do with Christ’s return. God chose John The Apostle to write in a way, that describes these things in a ‘general way’ to convey the meaning appropriately to the people of those centuries and afterwards. The literary method used were analogies, metaphors and brief descriptions. The term ‘angels’ is well understood, general enough to be easily understood. HOWEVER, ‘Strong Delusions’ (fallen angels, sons of god, the ‘watchers’) is definitely a more complex concept that requires a more detailed description.

Who or ‘what’ is a Beast? There are actually two ‘different’ beasts. A BIG BEAST and a little beast (who lies like the dragon.) A ‘BEAST’ can man many things. EXACTLY. Both ‘beasts’ act and behave like whatever comes to mind when one thinks of a beast. Fearsome, ferocious, loud, proud, devouring, manipulating, consuming, deadly, stealthy, vain, etc.

When thinking in terms of ‘metaphors’, Revelation starts making sense in being able to understand the ‘players, positions and strategies’ deployed during the Tribulation. There are MANY ‘players’ in the 7 year tribulation. For the sake of brevity, I will attempt to explain, highlight describe or name only the most difficult participants. Consider this a bit of a ‘glossary’ or ‘whose who’ in the Tribulation, using today’s accepted common speech.

Three-fold Reference to Life (Book of Life / Tree of Life / Water of Life):

  1. Book of Life. (7X). (Rev. 3:5, 13:8, 17:8, 20:12, 20:15, 21:27, 22:19)
  2. Tree of Life. (3X). (Rev. 2:7, 22:2, 22:14)
  3. Water of Life. (3X). (Rev. 21:6, 22:1, 22:17)

Commentary: The book, tree and water of life. Tree of life and water of life, each have 3 (three) references, denoting God’s emphasis and intensity regarding a subject, action or event. The tree of life exists in the heavenly city, New Jerusalem. It has 12 (twelve) manner of fruit, a different fruit for each month, and the leaves of which are used for medicinal purposes by the men and nations of earth. The tree of life does not exist on earth, but is physically located in New Jerusalem. Only redeemed men or the saints, are able to have access to the tree of life to enjoy its heavenly fruit. The water of life also only exists in New Jerusalem and flows directly out of or from the throne of God. God allows anyone who freely wants to drink from the crystal pure river, to drink as much as they want. Whether the reference to water is figurative (word of God) or literal (crystal clear, pure water), either result is the same. Saints or the Bride of Christ are able to access either freely and God will supply abundantly. There is no shortage of the word of God, or the water of life. Being the case is made for physical fruit from the tree of life, it is most likely accurate to believe that the water of life is also a physically crystal clear and perfect water. The book of life receives the most references, seven (7) which denotes God’s divinely completed purpose or plan. The book of life is so important (for a man’s name to be in it), that the Holy Spirit refers to it 7 (seven) times.

The book of life is a sort of book-of-ledgers (using an accounting term). It reflects and contains the names of men who have accepted Jesus Christ as their savior, through his forgiveness of their sins and the shedding of his blood. They have acknowledged that Jesus Christ is Lord and believed he is who he said he was, while they were alive on earth. The book of life also contains a record of these men’s deeds, both good and bad, even though they are saved by the grace of God and Jesus Christ. In some cases, men will be rewarded for their faithful service and/or not lose any of the rewards that were set aside for them. Other saved men, however, might have some rewards withheld from them for something they did or didn’t do to benefit the kingdom of Christ. Only Christ knows what any of these rewards or withholdings are.  The Bible does indicate that Christ sets aside as many a 5 (five) various crowns for Christian overcomers depending on either what they had to endure while alive, or what they did for the benefit of Christ’s kingdom. In any event, these things are accounted for in the book of life. The most eternally important thing is to have your name “listed in” Christ’s book of life and to NOT have your name “blotted out of the book of life.” If you die and have not accepted Jesus Christ’s offer of salvation through the forgiveness of your sins by the shedding of his blood, your name is erased, removed or blotted out from his book of life. Jesus Christ is the author of life, and your name has to be in the book he authored in order to receive eternal life, receive the rewards he has set aside for you and to escape the lake of fire, also known as the “second death.”

Three-fold Reference to Rod of Iron:

  1. ”And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.” (Rev. 2:27). (Emphasis added).
  2. “And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.” (Rev. 12:5). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.” (Rev. 19:15). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: A rod of iron is something that is unbreakable, stiff, strong, will not bend, firm and commanding when held in the hand. These verses are not to suggest that Jesus Christs or his co-rulers, the saints, will go around carrying rods of iron. Instead, the verses suggest that Jesus Christ will rule over the nations firmly. His rule will be unbreakable, his authority firm and commanding. His decisions will be strong and unyielding. There will be none of mankind’s waffling, inertia or bureaucratic bottlenecking or sinful ruling by government authorities on addressing problems and needs of their citizens. Imagine, no corrupt, bungling politicians, administrators or shadow government.  No tolerance for political posturing or threats to gain territory at another countries expense. Jesus Christ knows mankind’s motivations, political tendencies and the need for man to have help in his governance. Jesus Christ’s omnipotence enables him to know everything it will take to peacefully and effectively rule his kingdom. The kind of bickering, posturing and lying that goes on today from countries represented at the United Nations, will thankfully, become a distant and soon forgotten memory. The evilness and sinfulness of the beast’s/antichrist’s government will become a distant memory as yet another failed attempt at worldwide government. Only Jesus Christ will rule mankind peacefully and effectively, during his millennial kingdom. He will rule as if he had a rod of iron at his side or in his hand. His decisions will stand and be the law. History, will ultimately show, that mankind is unable to successfully govern himself, without the guidance, strength and leadership of the one who has the rod of iron. Just as children are incapable of governing themselves and need a parent, Jesus Christ will provide the governing strength and absolute authority needed to rule mankind.

Three-fold References to White:

  1. White Raiment. (Rev. 4:4). Twenty-four (24) Elders.
  2. White Robes. (4X). (Rev. 6:11, 7:9, 7:13 and 7:14). Tribulation Saints.
  3. White Linen. (3X). (Rev. 15:6, 19:8 and 19:14). Church Saints and Angels.

Commentary: White raiment is used to describe what the twenty-four 24 elders are wearing in God’s throne room. White robes are used to describe what the Tribulation Saints are given. White linen is used to describe the clothing of Church Saints and Angels. White is symbolic for righteousness. White Robes is referenced four (4) times, White Linen is reference three (3) times. Within these three verses are three references to white and three references to a form of clothing. This another double of a double (3+3) of three (3). The group of four (4) entities identified; 24 elders, Tribulation Saints, Church Saints and Angels all have the righteousness of Christ and participate in his government in heaven and on earth.

Three-fold Symbolic References to Israel being a Mother:

  1. Giving birth to the Children of Israel. (Tribes of Israel). (3X). (Rev. 5:5, Rev. 7:4-8, Rev. 21:12).
  2. Giving birth to a Man. (Jesus Christ). (Rev. 12:5).
  3. Giving birth to a Child. (Christian Church). (3X). (Rev. 12:2, 12:4, 12:5).

Commentary: Israel is divinely credited with giving birth to its twelve (12) Tribes, to Jesus Christ (through the genetic line of David) and of the redeemed saints of Christianity through their Judaic spiritual heritage. (Child, Bride of Christ). The Children (Tribes) of Israel and the Child (Christian Church) are each given three references, denoting emphasis of their status as related to Israel. All three entities combined are given a total of seven (7) references, denoting God’s divinely determined completeness to his plan or purpose.

Three-fold Reference to the Child (Christian Church):

  1. “And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.” (Rev. 12:2). (Emphasis added).
  2. “And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.” (Rev. 12:4). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.” (Rev. 12:5). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: These three verses, along with other verses in Chapter twelve (12) of Revelation have come under intense scrutiny over the 2017-2018 time period in light of the actual celestial fulfillment and occurrence of Rev. 12:1 on September 23/24, 2017; … “And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars.” It is not my intention to go into great detail regarding who, what, why, where, when and how of this prophetic fulfillment. There are a number of excellent resources available online, by others who are more experienced in commenting on this subject matter and in providing proof of its occurrence. Personally, I go on record in believing that this celestial phenomena in fact did occur, in the manner described in Rev. 12:1. I only bring this up now, because it weighs heavily on our understanding of end times events when taken into context with the supporting verses referenced above (12:2, 12:4, and 12:5).

The “woman being with child” referred to is Israel. The “child” is the Christian Church. Israel/Judaism gave birth to Christianity. Genetically speaking, Israel gave birth to Jesus Christ through the lineage of David. Thus, both Jesus Christ and the Christian Faith were born from Israel. When the Jews/Israel rejected Jesus Christ as their Messiah, Christ then proclaimed his message of salvation to the rest of the world (Gentiles) which was accepted and became known as the Christian Faith. Verses 12:1 through 12:5 use symbolism to describe the characters/entities being referenced. The imagery suggests that the woman (Israel) is pregnant, in labor, and about ready to give birth to the child (Church). In an attempt to not get lost in the forest explaining this, the child (Christian Church Age Believers) has not been born yet. The Christian Church was conceived at Pentecost over 2,000 years ago. As a child, it has gestated for a long time and undergone various permutations of development as exhibited by Christ’s seven letters to the seven churches in Asia-Minor. It is a somewhat commonly held belief that at some point (only known to God), that the child will be ready to be born. It will have gone through the process of being conceived, growing and developing and coming to the point where it can be born and brought home. As stated elsewhere in my commentary, the devil or Satan wants to devour or destroy the Church and to deceive men into not coming to the knowledge of the saving grace of the forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ. As such, the dragon is waiting to devour the child as soon as it is the process of being birthed or born. Miraculously, just as the child is being born, it is caught up and taken home (throne of God) to heaven before the devil can cause it any harm.

This is also known as the blessed hope or the rapturing/harpazo of the Church. Verse 12:5 tells us that the child was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. We know this to be the Church, or redeemed believers from the Church Age because there are many supporting verses that indicate overcomers or Christians will be granted authority to co-rule with Christ, during his Millennial Kingdom. This may come as a surprise to many Christians, but Christ does in fact promise that we will co-rule with him. The Bible is silent on who from Christendom will be granted authority to co-rule with Jesus Christ, or in what capacity. That is to be determined, probably at the Bema Seat of Christ when he judges what each of us have done for his kingdom, while on earth. It is possible that co-ruling with Christ will a special reward or role for a Christian, based on something they did for Christ. We don’t know.

The important thing to understand in the three verses is that Israel is ready to give birth to the Church. That the devil is waiting to destroy, consume or otherwise devour the church once it is deemed full-term by God. And God then rescues the church supernaturally as it is being born. Only God knows how many souls it will take to fill his Church’s nursery or birthing room, or when the conditions for birthing are just right. These three verses also provide strong support to a pre-tribulation rapture of the child, or the Church.

Three-fold Symbolic Women (Mother, Bride, Whore):

  1. Woman – Mother (Israel). (2X). (Rev. 12:1, 12:4).
  2. Bride (of Christ). (3X). (Rev. 19:7, 19:8, 19:9).
  3. Whore (Mystery Religion Babylon). (4X). (Rev. 17:1, 17:15, 17:16, 19:2).

Commentary: Israel is symbolically described as a mother in Revelation 12:1-5. These verses take place in context to being a heavenly sign, “a great wonder.” Celestially speaking, this sign Rev. 12:1 is widely believed by the eschatological community to have literally occurred on September 24, 2017. Personally, I also believe that the “great wonder” sign of Revelation 12:1 did in fact occur, based on the evidence. Israel is described as being with child and travailing in labor. She is also described as given birth to a man (Jesus Christ) and a child (Christian church). Both of whom will rule the nations with a rod of iron. There are other references in Revelation that describe Israel as a woman, but verses 12:1-5 clearly describe her in the context of being a mother and giving painful birth. Some teachers and students of eschatology have suggested that Revelation 12:1 is an ‘exit sign’ of sorts for the Child (or Bride of Christ, if you prefer). Just as signs on the highway tell us we are getting closer and closer to Disneyland, there always comes an exit sign that tells us that a particular exit is the one we have been looking for on our long trip.

The Christian Church is easily understood to be a Bride or Wife (of Christ) in verses 19:7-9. The three consecutive verses are to be taken into context all together as they are describing the same thing (the church). There is a marriage, she has made herself ready, she is arrayed in fine linen, clean and white (righteous), and there is a marriage supper. Those who participate in the marriage supper are also described as blessed. Interestingly, all of these verses describe the Bride or Wife in the past tense, as having already happened and will not occur at some point in the Tribulation future.

The four (4) references to the whore or great whore, require a little bit of discernment. There is an actual, physical, literal city that is given the name Babylon. There is a Mystery Religion Babylon which is the false, evil, tempting religious system propagated by the beast, false prophet and ten kings. Mystery Religion Babylon represents false and idolatrous religious doctrines and blasphemous worship of false idols. The whore or great whore is each used twice in the four verses referenced above. A whore is a temptress that diverts man’s attention away from his true bride or wife. Mystery Religion Babylon is the spiritual whore that seduces men, during the Tribulation period, away from understanding the gospel of Jesus Christ, salvation, redemption, forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ and the proper worship of Jesus and God. The great whore offers up anything and everything for men to worship, other than the true God and Jesus Christ. Hence, the Holy Spirit uses the proper description or metaphor of whore to describe Mystery Religion Babylon.

Three-fold Reference to Beast’s Kingdom:

  1. “And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain.” (Rev. 16:10). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.” (Rev. 17:12). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “For God hath put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.” (Rev. 17:17). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: The beast/antichrist will have or occupy a seat of authority, as a king over a kingdom. He will give ten kings political authority to administer his will, this occurs for a very short period of time or one hour. These ten kings unify themselves and give their sovereignty directly to the beast, as a result of God putting this desire into their hearts. As such, these ten political leaders give up their status as kings (have received no kingdom), but still are given power as of a king. The beast/antichrist is so vain, that he prompts the ten political leaders to give up their ruling titles. In exchange for their allegiance and military might, he then allows them to maintain authority/power in each of their respective countries. This has the net effect of providing the beast/antichrist with exactly what he wants, to be a CAESAR with supreme authority over his kingdom and to have a powerful group of political allies that provide him with the military muscle needed for the enforcement of his kingdom and will. It is unusual, and not normal, for a leader of any country, to willingly give up the country’s sovereignty for any reason. No king or political leader willing wants to give up his authority. Threats against sovereignty usually result in warfare. Surprisingly, these ten political leaders are willing give up their sovereignty to the beast/antichrist. Verse 17:17 indicates that God put his will into these ten leaders to willingly give up their sovereignty. These three verses indicate that God is in control, He is allowing the beast/antichrist’s kingdom to form, His will determines how long their effort will last (one hour). God is so much in control that he even dictates whether or not light will shine in the beast’s kingdom. Everything is part and parcel of God’s plan and purpose. The ten kings or political leaders would not give up their titles, status and country sovereignty unless God’s prompts them to do so.

Three-fold Reference to Satan’s Battle in Heaven:

  1. … “And there was a war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels,” (Rev. 12:7). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.” (Rev. 12:8). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” (Rev. 12:9). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: The rebellious mutiny in heaven is put to an end. Satan knows his time is short and his evil influence on things is coming to an end. At a point in the Tribulation, God has determined that Satan has had enough time in heaven and access to the throne of God (accusing the brethren day and night). Nothing that Satan does goes without God knowing about it, or allowing it. Time is up. And like a belligerent, screaming three-year old child, Satan does not want to permanently leave heaven and his access to it. He fights, kicks and screams to stay up past his bedtime. God will have none of this and orders one of his mightiest warrior angel generals (Michael) to kick Satan and his cohorts out of the house, permanently. Satan fights back, and loses (for the umpteenth time). Michael has a 2:1 ratio of ‘good guys’ (holy angels) to Satan’s ‘bad guys’ (evil angels). Satan is finally kicked out of heaven “neither was their place found any more in heaven.” When Satan is kicked out of his heavenly home to the curb, where does he end up? Earth, “he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” Satan is not cast out to the sun, moon, mars or some far away galaxy. He gets booted to earth, along with his army of deceiving angels. Could this be a foreshadowing of the Great Deception allowed upon the earth for mankind? What will this massive influx of fallen angels do on earth when they arrive?

Twice in the book of Revelation, we are told that John, the Apostle (one of Christ’s most holiest and key apostles) was inclined to fall at the angel’s feet and worship his heavenly messenger. Revelation 19:10 and 22:3-4 both indicate that John received a stern admonition from the angel, “See thou do it not.” This exact phrase was repeated twice (solid confirmation of a matter). He is told to worship God. Let this sink in for a moment. John the Apostle almost worshipped an angel, a heavenly messenger from God! Few scholars would argue against John being one of the major Apostles for Christ. Yet, here he is, almost worshipping an angel. Let us consider this scenario. Evil angels are kicked out of heaven (along with Satan) and sent to earth. What do they do during this time on earth during the Tribulation and Great Tribulation? No, they don’t play X-Box or a PS3 gaming system. Satan knows his time is short and rallies and motivates his troops to cause all kinds of mayhem and deception. These evil angels are not going to sit quietly on the sidelines and watch what transpires on earth. THEY ARE INVOLVED. I believe their deceptive activities along with those of the beast/antichrist/man of sin and false prophet is to lead men away from the gospel, Christ and the saving knowledge of forgiveness through Christ’s shedding of blood and resurrection. If it took the holy angel to warn John to not worship him, what will restrain evil men from worshipping fallen angels (that will encourage such worship). ‘Worship us and we will tell you the mysteries of the universe.’ I can only imagine evil men being sucked into these abominations of lies. The fallen angels will back up these boasts with false miracles, to extend the scope of deception among mankind. Mark 13:22 states “For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.” This deception is so great that even if there were Christians on the earth, they could possibly be deceived, as much as John the Apostle might have been.

Just for the sake of clarification, it is not possible to deceive Christians, since they are not on earth during the Tribulation. “If it were possible” is a figure of speech. Satan’s rule on earth during the Tribulation through his antichrist, false prophet and fallen angels is founded on deception and lies, plain and simple. Lies, deceit, forgery, false substitutes, smoke and mirrors, false miracles, false doctrines, false religions, false worship, false peace, false security, false resurrection, false immortality. His angels will play a role in the Great Deception, having been kicked out of heaven. They are angry, bitter and resentful of man. They hate God, Christ, man and the other Holy angels. They are on the losing side and they know it. However, when they show up on the earthly scene, they want evil men to think that they are on mankind’s side and have their best interest in mind! A major deceptive lie! Those in heaven are thrilled, they are told to rejoice once the troublemaker is kicked out of the house, “Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them.” (Rev. 12:12). Conversely, why do you think the Bible continues to say in Rev. 12:12, “Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.” First thing the great voice in heaven says is “WOE.” The great voice knows the mayhem and deceit that will be unleashed when Satan and his corp. of devils arrive on the worldly scene. The great voice in heaven knows that Satan is beyond angry or ticked off, he has “great wrath” (or fury). The great voice in heaven also knows that Satan “knoweth that he hath but a short time.” Satan is kicked out of heaven and has his back against the wall on earth. The angriest and deadliest animal is one that is cornered or wounded (pride). Satan is both.

Three-fold Reference to the serpent:

  1. “And the great dragon was cast out, the old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” (Rev. 12:9). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.” (Rev. 12:15). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years.” (Rev. 20:2). (Emphasis added).

Commentary:  serpent is not capitalized. serpent is intended as a description, not a name or title. The reference of the description is to that of the serpent in Genesis; lying, deceiving, intent on destroying and manipulating, corrupted, slithering in the shadows and hiding in the dark (spiritually). These adjectives can be summed up one description … serpent. The descriptive use of serpent is included in a foursome (4) referenced as dragon, serpent, Devil and Satan. dragon / serpent are two (2) descriptions, Devil / Satan are two (2) names. (2 + 2 = 4). This is a double of a double, or a duplicate measure of two (2). Four (4) denotes foursquareness in symmetry and balance of plan or purpose. Two (2) signifies that God is solidy confirming a matter by adding an equal measure. Flood is mentioned twice (2), casting out is mentioned twice (2). The two descriptions plus two names perfectly indicate who is being mentioned. There is no question as this entities status or who he is. Two (2) things happen to him, 1st he is cast out of heaven and onto the earth, the 2nd occurs when he is bound and placed into the bottomless pit for 1,000 years. These verses also indicate that he does two (2) things; the 1st is that he deceives the whole world, the 2nd is that he tries to destroy Israel by a flood. Here again, there is a “double of a double”, (2 +2 = 4), he does two things and two things are meted out to him. The last double of a double in these verses occurs when the foursome of descriptions/names (dragon, serpent, Devil, Satan) is repeated twice, once in 12:9 and one again in 20:2.Through the Holy Spirit, God uses a description element of serpent three (3) times in Revelation.

Four (4) Heavenly Beasts:

… “And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face of a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle. And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,” (Rev. 4:6-9). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: The fact that these beings are described as beasts is interesting because of what they are not described as. They are not described as angels. The bible is very clear when a being referenced is of angelic nature. I won’t go into the various classes or groups of angels, suffice it to say that the Bible has ample verses relating to the existence and service of various types of angels. Beasts are not angels, nor are they human. God is not limited in his creation, on heaven or on earth, or of the types of beings he has (or perhaps will) create(d). Elsewhere in this book, I have identified numerous references to the four heavenly beasts and their roles. God created them to be very close to him and his throne. They serve a special worshipping role. They serve a role to administer God’s decrees. They serve a role to give glory to God. They are extremely unique beings, as there are only four (4) in existence in heaven. They apparently do not visit earth as do some angels, but are relegated to being near the throne. Why do these beasts have animal and human features? Frankly, I don’t know. It was God’s pleasure to create them in this fashion, for his special pleasure and purpose. Function follows form. It would be logical to deduce that the features of these beasts enable them to perform their service for God. Six wings and eyes all around. Wings suggest travel, in any direction. Eyes-all-around suggest vision to everywhere. Taking a supernatural view of their supernatural features, travel and vision everywhere is logical. Why would these beasts need the ability to travel anywhere or to have vision everywhere? We don’t know, the bible is silent on this. In any event, the four verses (Revelation 4:6-9) serve a very unique purpose in identifying that there are additional beings in heaven. Besides angels and redeemed men, the four beasts worship God and serve him in a very unique capacity.

Four-fold Reference to Robes:

  1. “And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow-servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.” (Rev. 6:11). (Emphasis added).
  2. “After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;” (Rev. 7:9). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? And whence came they.” (Rev. 7:13). (Emphasis added).
  4. … “And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which out of the great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.” (Rev. 7:14). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: White robes are a sign or symbol of righteousness. The people (Tribulation Saints) wearing them are clearly those redeemed by Jesus Christ (made white by the blood of the Lamb), during the Great Tribulation. The fourfold reference of white robes, strongly suggests that this group of saints (Tribulation Saints) are easily identified because they are wearing white robes, as opposed to white rainment or white linens that other heavenly beings wear. White robes are given to those who did NOT worship the beast or his image, who did NOT take his image, mark or name, who DID repent and believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior through the forgiveness of their sins, and who were martryed (beheaded) for their testimony of Jesus Christ.

Four-fold Reference to the “Child” (Rapturing of the Church):

  1. … “And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.” (Rev. 12:2). (Emphasis added).
  2. … ”And his tail drew the third part of the stars (fallen angels) of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it were born.” (Rev. 12:4). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. (Rev. 12:5). (Emphasis added).
  4. … “And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought for the man child.” (Rev. 12:13). (Emphasis added).

Commentary:  These four short verses, are the only direct reference to the child of God (Church) being raptured or harpazoed (caught up quickly) to heaven, prior to Satan’s rule on earth through his beast / antichrist / man-of-sin. “She” is the nation of Israel. Just as the “man” (Jesus Christ) was born of, or came out of the national of Israel and the Jewish Faith, the Christian Church also came out of or was born from Israel and Judaism.  There are numerous other scripture references that indicate both Jesus Christ and God’s redeemed children will co-rule together during Christ’s Millennial Kingdom. Both Jesus Christ and his overcomers will rule with a rod of iron over the nations on earth and mankind from the earthly city of Jerusalem. This is unmistakeable and repeated numerously. Why isn’t the “man” (Jesus Christ) caught up to heaven, along with the “child” (Church). Rev. 12:4-5 specifically indicates that the dragon is not waiting to devour Christ and that Christ is not caught up to God and his throne. Period. Christ doesn’t need to be caught up. He has already won, he has already ascended in glory, he is not threatened by Satan. Satan knows he can’t attack Christ directly, which is why he is waiting for the church to be born, 2,000 years after its conception at Pentecost.

Throughout history, the lesser of two adversaries who is incapable of attacking his opponent directly, has always resorted to attacking the stronger opponent’s family or loved ones. In the case of Satan, he wants to literally kill all Christians, Christ’s redeemed, ‘the child’ or church, before it can be rescued or caught up to heaven. The Church does not ascend to heaven in glory, our blessed hope is literally a search and rescue mission on a spiritual, global scale by God. Through God’s omnipotence and omnipresence, he knows exactly what Satan wants to do, when he wants to do it, and to whom he wants to do it to. God cuts Satan to the chase and rescues men who have placed their faith in and forgiveness of their sins through the shedding of Jesus Christ’s blood and his resurrection. These four veses are very clear involving which entity is “caught up”, where the entities came from, what the entities are prophesied to do in the future kingdom on earth. Interestingly, once the “child” (Church) is “caught up to heaven”, Satan then refocuses his attention and goes after the next in the line… the woman (Israel) who is still on earth and who gave birth to both the man (Jesus Christ) and the child (Church, redeemed men on earth). Once again, Satan goes after the beloved people of God, the Jews or Israelites and tries to destroy them with a flood as they try to escape Jerusalem. There are other verses throughout Revelation that imply a pre-tribulation rapture and are so noted throughout the entirety of this complete analysis. This important reference to the rapture of the Church should be a large, bold checkmark on the logical list of reasons (mathematical axioms) as to the reality of a pre-tribulation rapture of the Church.

Four-fold Reference to the Woman (Bride of Christ):

  1. “Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. (Rev. 19:7). (Emphasis added).
  2. “And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.”(Rev. 19:8). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.” (Rev. 19:9). (Emphasis added).
  4. … “And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and with me saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” (Rev. 21:9). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: All four verses combine to provide an image of a marriage, of a beautiful bride, of a marriage super and of a wife. These verses should be read as a whole and taken into context with one another. They speak directly of the Bride of Christ A.K.A. the Church (redeemed men). The Church/Bride has made herself ready by accepting Jesus Christ’s offer of salvation and the forgiveness of their sins through the shedding of his blood and his resurrection. They have repented of their sins and strived to follow the word of God. The Lamb’s wife is adorned in a spectaculary white, clean linen garment(s), symbolizing righteousness … to be considered forgiven, with Christ in his presence and in heaven. The marriage super is a literally a special feast and joyful celebration. People will become suddently aware that their faith and belief was correctly placed and they are receiving a first taste of what heaven is like. Everyone will see Christ exactly as he is, in his glory.

The marriage celebration will be ecstatic because we have finally reached our eternal home. Misery, death and pain of the past life on earth are gone … for ever (eternity). The food at the super will be unlike anything we have ever tasted. Imagine the joy of a Christian who was forced to endure survival on a subsistence diet of insects or experienced continual malnutrition in Africa or Asia, suddenly being confronted with a supper of immeasurable proportion, delight, beauty and taste. This marriage supper is literally befitting a feast worthy of The King of kings and the Lord of lords. A marriage supper or banquet of this magnitude will have never existed on earth previously and can only occur in heaven. Wow! (is an understatement). The statement “blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb,” (Rev. 19:9) is true both figuratively and literally. Blessed refers to the general status of raptured Christians, but also directly related to their participation at the wedding supper. This confirms their acceptance by Christ. This confirms their gift or promise of participating in the supper. This confirms that they are going to enjoy something that is beyond their imagination, at the Lamb’s wedding supper table. It is at this time that the impact of accepting Christ’s forgiveness for their sins will start sinking into their consciousness and they will realize that their faith is being rewarded and great and unknown things are awaiting them throughout eternity. The marriage super/feast is just the beginning of all the wonderful, amazing things that God and Jesus Christ have planned for those who love God and Jesus Christ.

Four-fold Reference of a “Sword ” as the Word of God:

  1. “And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.” (Rev. 1:16). (Emphasis added).
  2. “Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with sword of the my mouth.” (Rev. 2:16). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the wine-press of the fierceness and wrath of Almight God.” (Rev. 19:15). (Emphasis added).
  4. “And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.” (Rev. 19:21). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: A sword references something long, sharp, cutting, piercing, refined to a laser-like sharpness and strength by fire. It requires handling with skill, accuracy and determination to be used in fighting and for judgement, and for killing. A sword can also represent pagentry, royalty, status, kingship, authority and power. The word of God that Christ’s speaks at his second coming, has every single one of these attributes. The word of God does it all. His word will rightfully judge and execute Christ’s enemies on the Day of the Lord. There is so much power and truth in God’s spoken word, that Christ does not need mechanized weapons to destroy his enemies. All he needs to do is literally speak the word of God, and his enemies will cease to exist. He will have the army of heaven accompanying him (redeemed men). I believe our role in the army is more symbolic in that we will add to the glory of his appearing at his second coming. There is no fighting or effort on our part that would aid Christ in defeating his enemies. The word of God is strong enough, that it doesn’t need redeemed mens’ help in any way shape or form. Just as Christ defeated death and sin on our behalf, he will defeat evil enemies also on our behalf and for his glory. Christ will command and control (a military term) the word of God, just like a skilled swordman does with his sword. The word of God is a powerful sword that speaks literal truth and will literally kill Christ’s enemies. All four references indicated that this power comes directly out of the mouth of Christ, as he literally speaks the words of God. There is omnipotence in the word of God and Christ!

Four-fold Reference to the Two Supernatural Witnesses:

  1. … “And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.” (Rev. 11:3). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.” (Rev. 11:4). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.” (Rev. 11:10). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: two (2) a double, solid confirmation of a matter or subject. God didn’t send one or three supernatural entities, he sent two (2). They are described as 2 (two) witnesses, olive trees, candlesticks and prophets. As two (2) witnesses, they provide a testimony to the saving gospel of Jesus Christ, through his forgiveness of sins, through his shedding of blood and through his resurrection. All that evil men have to do is confess their sins, believe in Jesus Christ and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Since this is during the Tribulation, any man who accepts the gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ, will most likely also end up being martryed and beheaded for their belief in Jesus Christ. As two (2) prophets, they prophesy to evil men throughout the world as to what is coming in the days, weeks, months and years ahead. As two (2) candlesticks, they are metaphors for shining the light of Christ into a dark, evil world. As two (2) olive trees, they bear fruit in faithfully representing Christ and spreading the good news of his salvation for evil men. Not surprisingly, evil men are “tormented” by these two witnesses or prophets. They don’t want to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ. They reject it. They are distraught over having their consciences constantly tweeked by these two witnesses who remind them, time and time again, to give up being evil and to turn to Christ. They don’t want to hear it. They are comfortable and happy in continuing to do whatever evil it is that they are doing.

These evil men wish that the two (2) prophets would just die, and go away and leave them alone. These two (2) prophets are a continual reminder, for the first 3 ½ years of the Tribulation, that what men are doing is evil in the sight of God. Evil men reject and deny everything they hear from the two (2) witnesses. Evil men can’t get rid of, or kill these two (2) prophets since God has given them supernatural power to be able to withstand any forceable attempt on their life. Additionally, they are able to physically torment evil men with various supernatural plagues, as they see fit. The two (2) supernatural witnesses or prophets are God’s last attempt at using holy men to try to reach the minds and spirits of evil men with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Ultimately, the beast/antichrist is allowed to kill these two (2) witnesses and their bodies will lay out in the open street for 3 ½ days, decaying and decomposing, for the whole world to see. The whole world is so ecstatic that these prophets have been killed, that they celebrate, “rejoice and make merry” and “buy one another gifts.” After the 3 ½ days, God resurrects the two (2) witnesses and instructs them to “come up hither” in heaven (home). God’s patience has run out in using holy men, words, logic, meanings, testimonies and exhortations in trying to get evil men to willingly repent of their sins and evil actions. For the most part, all of the efforts of the two (2) witnesses have fallen on deaf ears, blind eyes, dumb minds and on the deceived spirits of evil men. In summary, the four-fold references of them being witnesses, olive trees, candlesticks and prophets attests to their purpose and ministry on earth during the first 3 ½ years of the Tribulation.

Four-fold Descriptions/Names of Mystery Religion Babylon:

  1. Mystery Babylon. (Rev. 17:5)
  2. woman. (6X). (Rev. 17:3, 17:4, 17:6, 17:7, 17:9, 17:18)
  3. whore. (4X). (Rev. 17:1, 17:15, 17:16, 19:2)
  4. Mother of Harlots. (Rev. 17:5)

Commentary: Two terms are capitalized, meaning a name or title (Mystery Babylon, Mother of Harlots). Two terms are not capitalized, meaning they are descriptive references (woman, whore). The descriptive use of woman is used six (6) times which denotes imperfection (less than godly), something not normal, monstrous, evil. Throughout the book of Revelation, anything being referenced exactly six (6) times is extremely evil, at its essence. God uses the number six (6) expressly for the purpose of representing anything evil. Lastly, all four (4) terms combined are used a total of exactly twelve (12) times throughout the book of Revelation. Twelve (12) constitutes God’s divine organization as applied to either heaven or earth. The use of woman and whore (lowercase, descriptive terms) are used in total ten (10) times. In this instance, ten (10) denotes God’s allness or completeness in a physical way, as to things pertaining on earth. Through God’s wisdom and intent, the use of woman and whore completely describe the earthly abomination that has the name Mystery Babylon and Mother of Harlots. Mystery Religion Babylon A.K.A. Mother of Harlots seduces men into worshipping false idols, devils, false doctrines of false religions … anything and everything other than worshipping the true and rightful one, God and Jesus Christ. These terms have also been used when thinking about the actual city know as Babylon. However, the context in which these terms are used, specifically refers to the Mystery Religion of Babylon, and not the city directly. You will see elsewhere in this analysis, where names and descriptions are expressly used for the actual city of Babylon. Just as in the preceding analysis regarding the names/descriptions of the evil one, there are numbers within numbers, truth within truth, meaning within meaning, layers upon layers. God’s wisdom, preciseness and mathematical accuracy keeps revealing itself, over and over and over to those who will look and attempt to understand his ways. In a proverbial nutshell, the feminine use of whore, woman, harlot all suggest that the Mystery Religion of Babylon completely and totally lead men away from true worship, and lead men away from being made aware of their potential salvation and forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ and the shedding of his blood. This has always been another one of Satan’s strategies over millennia, to do everything in his power to prevent mankind from ever learning about the salvation and forgiveness that Jesus Christ offers them.

Four-fold Reference to the False Prophet/2nd Beast:

  1. … “And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.” (Rev. 13:11-12). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.” (Rev. 16:13). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived themn that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimestone.” (Rev. 19:20). (Emphasis added).
  4. … “And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimestone, where the beast and false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” (Rev. 20:10). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: All of the references used are lowercase and descriptive in purpose. The term false prophet (used three times to signify emphasis and intensity) and another beast, two horned lamb, speaking as a dragon are all used only once. Why the descriptive use of false prophet? A prophet is someone who claims to speak the word of God directly to men, based on the authority and conviction of the Holy Spirit. A false prophet is someone who is attempting to deceive men with a word or doctrine that is not of or from God. It is not divinely inspired with authority or conviction from the Holy Sprit, but rather, comes from someplace else (hell, bottomless pit, mouth of Satan, demons, devils). The doctrine and worship is false as opposed to true. Thus, the false prophet is promoting false objects of worship and false doctrines of man made religious practices and rituals. Since he is a real, physical man, his name will not be known until he assumes his evil role, once the the beast / antichrist / man-of-sin shows up on the scene.

The symbolism of the false prophet having two horns like a lamb, yet speaking like a dragon is interesting. The small, two horns on a lamb are not powerful, they can’t hurt anyone or cause any damage. Neither can a lamb. Lambs are meek and mild creatures, easily scared and frightened. They do not possess any power or strength. They ‘bleat’ and do not ‘roar.’ Dragons, on the other hand, roar with fierocity. This false prophet roars with satanic conviction and authority. He is given his power from the beast/antichrist, to speak things and perform false miracles while in his presence. Unclean spirits are also sometimes referred to as demons. The false prophet has the ability, through the antichrist, to cast into the world an unclean spirit or demon from his mouth. All of these special abilities and powers come directly from the beast, who gets his power, authority and seat from Satan. Just like black, smelly sludge in a pit, evil flows downhill … from Satan, to the beast, to the false prophet, to men. There is a double (2) reference that the false prophet will end up in the lake of fire and brimestone (2nd death). This double emphasis of an equal measure or weight indicates that there is no error in the fact that the false prophet is destined for the lake of fire and brimestone (2nd death), along with the beast at the end of the Tribulation period. Satan will be joining them also in the lake of fire and brimestone (2nd death), but at the end of Christ’s Millennial 1,000 year reign. The false prophet, like the beast / antichrist / man of sin, and Satan, will be tormented for ever and ever (eternity) in the lake of fire and brimestone (2nd death).

Four-fold Reference the the (s)erpent:

  1. … “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out unto the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” (Rev. 12:9). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.” (Rev. 12:14). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.” (Rev. 12:15). (Emphasis added).
  4. “And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years.” (Rev. 20:2). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: Notice that (s)erpent in not capitalized, serpent is used as a descriptive element. It is intended to describe Satan/Devil as a serpent. In the garden of eden, a serpent deceived and lied to Eve. (s)erpent is thus a reference to describe Satan/Devil as a lier and deceiver. Using the meaning of universalness and foursquareness, Satan/Devil is universally and completely a lier and deceiver, no matter from which angle you view him. Lying and deception envelope him on all sides of his being.

Four-fold Reference to the Woman (Whore):

  1. … “And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgement of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: ” (Rev. 17:1). (Emphasis added).
  2. “And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations and tongues.” (Rev. 17:15). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And the ten horns which thou sawests upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.” (Rev. 17:16). (Emphasis added).
  4. “For true and righteous are his judgements: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servents at her hand.” (Rev. 19:2). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: Two (2) references directly indicate that the whore is judged for courrupting the earth with false relgious doctrines (Mystery Religion Babylon), and she is judged for killing the servents of God by beheadings. The whore sits on all the peoples, multitudes, nations and tongues. Again, this is an anology for the false religious doctrines, of the tribulation period,  being widespread and encouraged around the world to all peoples, multitudes, nations and tongues (everyone, everywhere). The whore facilitates the adoption of these blasphemous, evil, man made religious doctrines and subsequent false religious worshipping. Babylon is described as a whore because she is tempting men away from the rightful and true worship of God (through his Son, Jesus Christ). Mankind is being tempted with a cheap, water-downed, hodge-podge, ‘do as thou wilst’, no strings attached kind of evil, religious soup from the smorgasbord of lies. Another terse analogy is that the whore tempts the world with a cornucopia of religious crap, that the world is deceived into thinking that it is right, good and healthy for them. Mankind consumes this evil religious soup and empties their bowl to the last drop. All of these expressions support the fact, that as a spiritual whore, Babylon tempts mankind with bad, evil and blasphemous alternatives to the true worship of Jesus Christ and God. Satan is deceivingly giving mankind what they want think is best for themselves, instead of men considereing what God rightfully offers them. They fall for the lie, instead of stand for the truth.

The third verse, 17:16, taken by itself will appear to be confusing because it sort of sits at odds with the other verses. However, this is not the case when taken into context with other verses, throughout Revelation that discuss Babylon and Mystery Religion Babylon. In a nutshell, the whore, both city of Babylon and the Mystery Religion of Babylon are ultimately destroyed. The physical city of Babylon is destroyed and split into three parts, in one hour by a massive earthquake, on The Great Day of the Lord. Mystery Religion Babylon is destroyed by the ten (10) kings/political leaders who form the axis behind the beast’s/antichrist’s power base. At the midpoint of the tribulation, Satan does away with all of these mystery, man-made religious doctrines and worship practices, to declare that the entire world now has to worship him directly as God. The ten (10) kings/political leaders force the destruction (eat her flesh, burn her with fire, hate her) of all of the wordwide, false religious worship, at the demand of the beast/antichrist.

This paves the way for the world to have only one object of worship, during the last 3 ½ years of the tribulation… Satan, who possesses the body of the antichrist/beast until Christ’s return on The Day of the Lord. The great deceiver, Satan/Devil, plays the world with the greatest spritual/religious ‘bait-n-switch’ of all time. Once he gets them in the door, luring them in with every religious/worshipping lie (Do as thou wilst) they want to hear, he gets them to sign on the dotted line by taking his Mark of identification and allegiance. Now he has them, bait-hook-line-sinker. Once they are hooked, he throws away the old bait (blasphemous religious doctrines and worship), and tells mankind that they now have to worship him, only him, directly. They can’t refuse, turn back, tear up the contract or deem that it is null and void. They ‘marked the deal’ with their signature, when they allowed the false prophet to brand them with the beast’s mark. It is a done deal. Signed in blood. They are now damned for eternity for believing in lies and corrupting themselves physically and spiritually. They no longer have the possibility of redemption or of being the imagers of God, but rather, are the physically and spiritually corrupted, polluted imagers of Satan. The physical and spirtual corruption is now permanent and for eternity. Satan owns them.

Foursome (double of a double); a double reference to whore plus a double reference to great whore.  Foursome (peoples, multitudes, nations, tongues). Foursome (desolate, naked, flesh, fire). Foursome (two references to seeing the whore, two references to where the whore sits). Thus, there are four – foursomes, another doubling of a double, this time of four (4) and not two (2). There is a double of seven’s (7), (seven angels and seven vials). The whore is one of the targets of the seven angels with the seven vials. Judgement is referenced three (3) times (denoting emphasis and intensity), judgement has two (2) descriptions (true and righteous). There are two (2) descriptions of what the whore does, first she corrupts the earth with her fornications (false religious doctrine/worship), and secondly she sheds the blood of Christ’s Saints (Tribulation Martyrs) via beheading, for their witnessing of Jesus Christ.

Five-fold Reference to the Devil:

  1. … “Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days; be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.” (Rev. 2:10). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which decieveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” (Rev. 12:9). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.” (Rev. 12:12). (Emphasis added).
  4. … “And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years.” (Rev. 20:2). (Emphasis added).
  5. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimestone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” (Rev. 20:10). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: Three lowercase (d)evil, two uppercase (D)evil. The distinction is important. When the term is capitalized, it refers to a name or title. Devil (capitalized twice) is the name of the evil one, devil (lower case, three times) is a descriptive reference to the evil one. D(d)evil is the only term that is used interchangeably as a name and also as a descriptive reference. God’s word is so precise, logical and mathematically arranged that even the use of capitalization and the sequencing of a name/description has meaning within meaning. In the use of the word ‘D(d)evil’; the first instance of it being used is in Rev. 2:10 and is not capitalized and is represented with a small ‘d’. Every following instance of this word alternates between the capital ‘D’ and the lowercase ‘d’, as such; d – D –d – D – d.  When referencing the evil one, the Word of God alternates, in exact sequence, to the name of the evil one and a description of the evil one. Consider the ordering or context describing the evil one. He is described as casting individual Christians into prison, next he is described as deceiving nations, next he is kicked out of heaven and has great wrath, then he is bound in prison for 1,000 years, lastly he is cast into the lake of fire and brimstone. These verses quickly summarize the actions and results of the angel once known as Lucifer. God is in control and through the word of His Holy Spirit, informs us that Satan/Devil will end up in the lake of fire and brimstone.

Five-fold Descriptions / Names of the Evil One:

  1. *Lucifer. (Isaiah 14:13)
  2. dragon. (12X). (Rev. 12:3, 12:4, 12:7, 12:9, 12:13, 12:16, 12:17, 13:2, 13:4, 13:11, 16:13, 20:2)
  3. Satan. (7X). (Rev. 2:9, 2:13, 2:24, 3:9, 12:9,  20:2, 20:7)
  4. serpent. (4X). (Rev. 12:9, 12:14, 12:14, 20:2)
  5. D(d)evil. (5X). (Rev. 2:10, 12:9, 12:12, 20:2, 20:10) Three lowercase devil, two uppercase Devil. The distinction is important.

Commentary: There is a lot to comment on regarding these four words. There is even some hidden truth within these four words. When the term is capitalized, it refers to a name or title. Satan and Devil (capitalized twice) are the names of the evil one. dragon and devil (lower case, three times) are descriptive references to the evil one. D(d)evil is the only term that is used interchangeably as a name and also as a descriptive reference. God’s word is so precise, logical and mathematically arranged that even the use of capitalization and the sequencing of a name/description has meaning within meaning. In the use of the word D(d)evil; the first instance of it being used is in Rev. Amazing.

Notice that the descriptive term of dragon (lowercase) is mentioned twelve (12) times throughout the book of Revelation. In keeping with God’s consistency of mathematical perfection and meaning, twelve (12) refers to his divinely constituted organization either in heaven or on earth. Even in regards to the most evil of entities, God is in omnipotent control … even down to the level of how this entity is so named and described with mathematical and sequential perfection. Satan (uppercase) is used seven (7) times by the Holy Spirit. Once again, seven (7) denotes God’s divinely determined completeness as to his purpose or plan. Naming the evil one as a Satan (uppercase) occurs exactly seven (7) times in the book of Revelation, no more no less. This is the exact number times God’s chooses to use this word in naming the evil one, and underscores his divine purpose or plan in dealing with the evil one. When combining both the naming and descriptive references of Satan and D(d)evil, there are a total of twelve (12) combined uses of the these worlds (7+5=12). Twelve (12) refers to God’s divinely constituted organization either in heaven or on earth. This is entirely accurate since the evil one has access to heaven and earth, until such time as he is permanently removed from heavenly access and is cast down to earth at the midpoint of the Tribulation period.

*Lucifer; this evil one’s name is not found in the book of Revelation. The only time it appears in the Bible is in the description of the evil one’s fall from his lofty position in heaven (Isaiah 14:13). This angelic name was given to him before he was corrupted by his sin of Pride and desire “to be like the most high.” Once he was found to have the spirit of iniquity in him, he received two new names and two new descriptions. Now, he is the serpent and dragon, and is also called Satan/Devil. Numbers within numbers, truth within truth, meaning within meaning, layers upon layers. God’s wisdom, preciseness and mathematical accuracy keeps revealing itself, over and over and over to those who will look and attempt to understand his ways.

Five-fold Reference to Persecution of the Woman (Israel) by the serpent/dragon:

  1. … “And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.“ (Rev. 12:13). (Empahasis added).
  2. “And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time (3 ½ years), from the face of the serpent.” (Rev. 12:14). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.” (Rev. 12:15). (Emphasis added).
  4. “And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.” (Rev. 12:16). (Emphasis added).
  5. “And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” (Rev. 12:17). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: The descriptive use of (d)ragon and (s)erpent are used a total of 5 (five) times in the context of persecuting Israel (the woman). The dragon goes to devour the child (Church) as soon as it is born, only to be thwarted by God’s miraculous “catching up” (rapture/harpazo) of the Church. Next, the dragon goes to persecute the woman (Israel) by trying to destroy her with a flood, only to be thwarted miraculously by the earth that swallows the flood. The dragon is getting exceedingly angry wroth with the woman because he can’t catch and destroy her. Since the woman (Israel) is supernaturally protected in the wildnerness for 3 ½ years, the dragon does the only thing left for him to do. He goes after and makes war with the remnant of the woman’s (Israel’s) seed. The remnant are redeemed Jews that have come to believe in Jesus Christ as their savior or “have the testimony of Jesus Christ”, and have accepted forgiveness of their sins, through the shedding of Christ’s blood and not through animal sacrifices. There are two important points or themes made in these concise, five verses; the dragon (Satan) literally tries to destroy, devour or kill those who are loved by God and Christ. The child (Church age believers), the woman (Israel) and her remnant (144,000 redeemed Jews from the 12 tribes). In every attempt, Satan is kept from causing any of these groups harm. All three goups are supernaturally protected. God protects those who love him and the Lamb, and have placed their faith and salvation in Jesus Christ. The Church, Israel and her remnant are so important and a desired prize to the dragon (Satan), that he persecutes and tries to devour them himself. The beast/antichrist’s role is to deceive evil mankind and the nations. Satan targets the most important prizes for himself.

Five-fold Satanically Empowered Counterfeits:

  1. Beast. … “And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, seat, and great authority.” (Rev. 13:2). (Emphasis added).
  2. Beast Worship.“…and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast.” (Rev. 13:14). (Emphasis added).
  3. Beast Image / Worship. … “And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.” (Rev. 13:15). (Emphasis added).
  4. False Prophet. … “And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.” (Rev 13:12). (Emphasis added). “…he had power to do in the sight of the beast.” (Rev. 13:14). (Emphasis added). “…and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them…” (Rev. 19:20). (Emphasis added.
  5. False Prophet Miracles. … “And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.” (Rev. 13:14). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: These four (4) verses clearly indicate that Satan provides the beast directly, with his “power, seat and authority”, and the false prophet indirectly, “with all the power of the first beast, to do miracles in the sight of the beast.” The beast and false prophet are satanically driven puppets that are only able to exercise their evil power, as a result of receiving it from Satan. Satan’s power is not omnipotent or omnipresent. Satan’s power is limited in scope and requires his presence. The false prophet can only exercise his power and deceptions when he is in sight (close proximity) of the beast.

Five-fold Reference to Men Worshipping the Beast:

  1. “And they worshipped the dragon, which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him.” (Rev. 13:4). (Emphasis added).
  2. “And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.“ (Rev. 13:8). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.” (Rev. 13:12). (Emphasis added).
  4. “And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand.” (Rev. 14:9). (Emphasis added).
  5. “And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image and whosover receiveth the mark of his name.” (Rev. 14:11). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: One verse or reference is an angelic warning NOT to worship the beast, his image, or to take his mark. The other four (4) verses indicate that this is exactly what men choose to do, they choose to worship the beast, his image and take his mark. Four(square) denotes balance in symmetry, form or function and a doubling of meaning or value. Descriptions of worshipping the beast:

  1. Men worship the beast because they are in awe of him, they are deceived by his physical size and attributes. They declare that no one is like him and he is so strong that no one is able to make war (fight) with him. He is unique (satanically) and no one else on earth is like him.
  2. Everyone on earth (those that dwell upon the earth) will worship him. These are evil men whose names are not found or written in the Lamb’s book of life.
  3. The beast’s deadly wound is miraculously healed (false resurrection from the dead), as such, the false prophet uses this satanically contrived event to further mislead people into worshipping the beast because of his false resurrection.
  4. The five references end (Rev. 14:11) indicating these evil men who worshipped the beast are tormented for eternity in the lake of fire and brimestone (2nd death). They will have no rest, day or night from their torment, forever.

Five-fold Reference to Men Worshipping the Beast’s Image:

  1.  … “And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.” (Rev. 13:15). (Emphasis added).
  2. “And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand.” (Rev. 14:9). (Emphasis added.)
  3. “And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image and whosover receiveth the mark of his name.” (Rev. 14:11). (Emphasis added.)
  4. … “And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.” (Rev. 16:2). (Emphasis added).
  5. “And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a  lake of fire burning with brimestone.” (Rev. 19:20).(Emphasis added).

Commentary: Very, very, very interesting. The false prophet tells men to build an image of the beast AFTER there is apparantly an unsuccessful attempt to kill the beast by an unknown party(ies). The beast is satanically healed and lives again. This is a fake ressurection of the antichrist which mimics the real resurrection of Jesus Christ. Remember, Satan ALWAYS tries to discount, discredit, falsify and otherwise lie about anything and everything God or Jesus accomplished. Anything that is done or represents holiness, righteousness or is of a redemptive nature, Satan mocks and counterfeits it with something of his own making. Trying to pass it off as an original in order to deceive evil and weak-minded men. Satan is the proverbial shady man, standing on the street corner, who opens his coat and tries to entice you to buy a fake Rolex or Gucci watch. Tribulation man swallows the lie, hook-line-sinker. Satan laughs because he is depositing your soul in his bank account in hell.

An image is a created likeness or fake represenation of something that is meant to represent the original. We normally think of images as photographs, paintings, drawings, etc. An image can also be a statue, made out of wood, marble, iron, concrete, stone, resin or any other natural resource. An image can represent a person of historical importance, be a piece of artwork, or an artistic abstraction of one sort or another. Complex images, require the combined work of multiple artisans or craftsmen. In the context of the above verses referenced from the Bible, it is obvious that a successful attempt will be made at creating a man made image of a person.

We don’t know what materials or resources will be used, or how big the images will be. With today’s 3D manufacturing, reproducing technology, the image could be made with a striking resemblance or exactness to the original person. Additionally, robotics, voice algorithms,  animatronics and articial intelligence could all play a role in creating something montrous enough that people willingly worship something obviously man made. We know it is man made because Rev. 13:14 specifically says that the false prophet tells “them that dwell on the earth that they should make an image to the beast”.

Five-fold Sins Resulting in Men’s Eternal Damnation:

  1. Worship the beast. (6X). (Rev. 13:4, 13:8, 13:12, 14:9, 14:11)
  2. Worship the beast’s image. (6X). (Rev. 13:14, 13:15, 14:9, 14:11, 16:2, 19:20)
  3. Take the beast’s mark. (6X). (Rev. 13:16, 13:17, 14:9, 14:11, 16:2, 19:20)
  4. Take the beast’s number. (2X). (Rev. 13:17, 13:18)
  5. Take the beast’s name. (2X). (Rev. 13:17, 14:11)

Commentary: There are a total of eighteen (18) verses that indicate the eternal sins of damnation that result from worshipping the beast, worshipping his image and taking his mark of identification. Three (3) denotes God’s emphasis and intensity x six (6) denotes the evil number of man = 18, or 6+6+6 = 18, or 666 … “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six Hundred and threescore and six (666).” (Rev. 13:18). (Emphasis added). Worshipping the beast, his image and taking his mark are the eternal sins that men commit during the Tribulation.

There are a total of ten (10) combined references of evil men taking the beast’s mark, number or name. These three descriptions are synonymous with being identified with (or belonging) to the beast and his system. Ten (10) denotes God’s allness or physical completeness regarding things on earth. These ten references indicate man’s complete earthly evilness and damnation resulting from taking either the mark, number of name of the beast and his kingdom. These men are so deceived and evil, that they not only allow themselves to worship the beast and his fake image, but they allow themselves to be physically ‘branded’ or marked in order to be identified with the beast. Evil men obtain this mark, number or name so they can also participate in the global economy in terms of buying and selling. They have to be identified as having this mark, number or name, physically evident on either their right hand or forehead, in order to be allowed to execute a purchasing or selling transaction. Once evil men worship the beast, his image and take his mark (or number, name), they are damned.

There are three verses regarding a very specific, powerful and clear angelic warning given to men on earth, to NOT worship the beast, or his image, or take his mark (name, number). Three (3) denotes God’s emphasis and intensity.

… “And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.” (Rev. 14:9, 14:10, 14:11) (Emphasis added). Twice (2) the message is directed at men. The angel repeats himself indicating that the message is for men and what behavior is judged eternally sinful (for ever and ever). Men who worship the beast, his image and take his mark will;

  1. Experience God’s wrath.
  2. God’s wrath will not be diluted, or held back, but given in full strength.
  3. They will be thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone for torment.
  4. There torment will be forever and ever (eternity).
  5. Their torment will be witnessed by holy angels.
  6. Their torment will take place in the presence of the Lamb.
  7. They will have no rest day or night, forever and ever (eternity).

There are seven (7) specific results that stem from men worshipping the beast, his image and taking his mark (name or number). Seven (7) denotes God’s divinely determined completeness as to his purpose or plan. Eternal punishment in the lake of fire and brimstone, day and night is the strongest wrath that God gives evil men (and Satan, beast/antichrist and false prophet). There is a specific mention that this torment takes place in the presence of the Lamb. These men, while in their torment, will see or consciously be aware of the existence of Jesus Christ. This will provide added pain, anguish and misery since they will be painfully made aware of the choice of their decisions (to worship the beast, his image and take his mark). They were warned not to do what they did.

Six-fold Descriptions of the Beast (antichrist):

  1. Who: Beast, Antichrist (a man).
  2. What: He represents the physical manifestation as the son of Satan and is Satan’s attempt at providing the world with a false, deceiving, lying version of the true and faithful, only begotten Son, Jesus Christ of God. Jesus is the true (holy) Christ, the antichrist is the ‘anti’ or opposite (evil) of Christ. Just as God empowers his Son, Jesus Christ; Satan empowers his son with the spirit of iniquity.
  3. Where: Capital of his kingdom is a city called NEOM Babylon. Rev. 17:8-9, indicates that the beast/antichrist comes out of the bottomless pit (House of Saud) and establishes his city in area contained within seven mountains or mountain ranges. “The beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.” “The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.” (Rev. 17:7-8). (Emphasis added).
  4. When: The first 3 ½ years of a period that is known as the tribulation. (Rev. 13:5…”power was given to him to continue forty and two months.”). (Emphasis added). The ‘beast’ becomes Satan, when Satan ‘possesses’ him during the final 3.5 years of the ‘Great’ Tribulation so Satan can be worshipped by the earth’s inhabitants.
  5. Why: Satan is given only seven years to set up, establish and implement his evil kingdom on earth to “try by fire” the nation of Israel and evil mankind. God uses Satan’s evil machinations, through the antichrist, as one form of his wrath towards mankind. Satan uses the antichrist to establish his kingdom on earth.
  6. How: The beast/antichrist receives his power, seat and authority from the dragon (Satan/Devil). (Rev. 13:2).

Commentary: Why is he beast/antichrist only given power for the first 3 ½ years of the tribulation to blaspheme God, as a man? At the midpoint of the seven (7) year tribulation, Satan literally possesses the man known as the beast/antichrist. Satan does this so he can be worshipped directly in the rebuilt Jewish temple (Abomination of Desolation). When possessing the antichrist, Satan stops the Jewish traditional practice of animal sacrifices for the atonement of their sins with God, and demands that the Jews worship him exclusively as God. He also demands that the entire world worship him as God. It is at this point that the Jews realize they have placed their faith in the wrong messiah and woe their mistake. Although the body of the antichrist still exists in human form, it is now entirely indwelt by Satan. Therefore, for the last 3 ½ years of the tribulation, it is Satan speaking and being worshipped through the antichrist’s body, and not the antichrist himself directly. Satan/antichrist and the false prophet also do away with (destroy) the false religious system (Mystery Religion Babylon) that was endorsed for the first 3 ½ years in order to allow for and mandate the exclusive evil worship of Satan for the final 3 ½ years of the tribulation period knows as the Great Tribulation. The Great Tribulation (final 3 ½ years) is described as such, because this period is now when God pours out his strongest wrath on mankind and the earth.  Prior to the midpoint (end of the first 3 ½ years into the tribulation), Satan/antichrist allows every false, blasphemous form of worship imaginable and false religious doctrines, to be practiced globally as a means to insult and blaspheme God and to set up a spiritual worship ‘bait-n-switch’ for men.

At the midpoint, Satan forces men to worship him exclusively as God. By this midpoint in time, I believe everyone who wants to take the mark of the beast and his allegiance, will have already done so in order to participate (buying, selling) in the world economy. Some of these men will also already be practicing beast and image worship and will have no problem transitioning this evil worship to Satan, once Satan indwells the antichrist. Other people around the world, who have been practicing the blasphemous worship of other false religious doctrines, will now be forced to transfer the object of their worship directly to Satan, via his incarnation of the beast/antichrist’s body. This is literally a forced ‘bait-n-switch’ tactic that works to damn millions of people. One of the five (5) “I Wills” (Isaiah 14:13-14) has been the desire of Satan forever to be worshipped as God. Being worshipped as God, is one of Satan’s top five (5) goals or strategic priorities in his existence. His ‘bait-n-switch’ worshipping tactic is successful in deceiving most of mankind during the tribulation, through his possession of the antichrist. Through his antichrist, Satan fools most of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but he can’t fool God. Or, the Tribulation Saints that believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ for their salvation and forgiveness of sins, to the point of being martyred because they refuse to be deceived by the man of sin/beast/antichrist.

There is a very perplexing and puzzling meaning contained within the two verses of Rev. 17:7-8, which clearly indicate that the beast “ascendsOUT OF THE BOTTOMLESS PIT. Ascend means rises up from, or out of as opposed to descend, which means go down into or fall into. If taken very literally, this means that an evil man comes out from the bottomless pit, and not from the nations, peoples or seas of people on the earth, but from an established kingdom on earth (House of Saud). Wonder the people of the world when they see him coming up from the bottomless pit … “they that dwell on the earth shall WONDER; whose names are not written in the book of life, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.” (Rev. 17:8). (Emphasis added). Wonder means to question, to puzzle, to evaluate, to guess, to find meaning. Jesus ‘came out of’ the House of David. The ‘beast’ or antichrist ‘comes out of’ the House of Saud. The ‘bottomless pit’ of (5) evil, money, power, influence and corruption.

The people on earth will be fooled and confused by this reality, they truly wonder how this is at all humanly possible. Sort of overlooked in Rev. 17:8 is another qualification that says these people had names that were not written in the book of life. In other words, they are the deceived, unbelieving men that do not know God and think that this man, coming of out of this kingdom is somehow extremely special or significant and smart enough to lead them in solving the world’s problems. They guess, that just maybe, this man from the pit, comes from a false god to help them deal with the intense world/global problems of the day. He (beast/antichrist) has special characteristics of skill, personality and appearance that appeal to them, that make them forget he came from a kingdom extremely evil. It really does not matter to them that he came out of an evil kingdom. All they know is that he looks great, sounds great, stands great, dresses great, say’s great things and the right things (things we want to hear), claiming he has the solutions to the world’s problems. They will be told that if they follow him and his solutions (lies) all things will be great and as they should be.

Those whose names are not in the book of life, will be deceived, and will say and think that this sounds good to me, sign me up, what do I need to do to get on the band-wagon? The beast/antichrist will simply say, Let me give you a special symbol of the new world system, and you’ll be good to go, you can start buying your new luxury car now. Would you like my special mark of approval on your right hand or forehead? It is just a little mark, kind of like a luxury clothing brand symbol, or a skin blemish you will get after being vaccinated.  Nothing spooky or sinister evil sounding about that. Using a very old expression, everything will be ‘hunky-dory’, just do what I say and believe in me, you’ll be fine. He will be a politically astute shark and tell them the words and things they desperately want to hear.  Borrowing a term from the political world, the beast/antichrist/man will be really ‘slick and polished, a real professional’.  Want to worship cannabis? Go ahead. Want to worship wealth, luxury? Go ahead. Want to have unfettered sex with someone from your own gender? Go ahead. You crave heroin? Go ahead. You have a favorite celebrity, sports hero or sports team and are obsessed with them? Go ahead. You can continue worshipping them, along with everything else you desire. Want to worship me? Go ahead, oh by the way, you can also worship my image at your local shopping mall or outdoor plaza on a digital billboard. Remember, I gave you permission to go ahead and get that new luxury car you lusted after.

This is not make believe or a fabrication. Pictures, images of Kim Jong-un are everywhere in North Korea. Pictures, images of Cuba’s past leadersare everywhere in the country, including homes. These leaders forced their citizens to worship them as God, and have their images plastered everywhere, throughout their respective countries.  I know that at one time, the Chinese government had pictures/images of Mao-Tse Tung hanging everywhere, throughout China. I don’t know if that is still the case, or not, but the respect paid was close to that of worship. Those are just the ones I know about. Back in the 1930s and 1940s, a despot named Hitler, had his image plastered everywhere, and demanded utmost loyalty and allegiance, some would also include worship. Yes, almost all countries around the world have various pictures or images of past or present leaders on coins, currency, bill-boards and in magazines, etc. This is to be expected and is not at all unusual. However, most countries (or leaders) do NOT require the worship of political leaders as God.  However, the beast/antichrist will absolutely, positively, forcefully require people to worship him and ultimately Satan, as God, once the Devil possesses the antichrist’s body at the midpoint of the tribulation and when the false religious doctrines are disposed of.

Satan will say at his Abomination of Desolation;

You are commanded NOT to worship Allah / Budda / Virgin Mary / Statues / Baal / Ashtiri / Ancestors / Gaia / Drugs / Sex / Yourself / Artificial Intelligence / Money / Gold / Porn / Celebrities / Sports Heroes or Talk Show Hosts anymore, and henceforth; you have to worship me – and only me, as God, you are mine, you belong to me, you took my mark and received my approval and you gave me your allegiance, you signed your name in blood, worship of me is now the official law and religion of the world, you can’t turn back, you absolutely, positively, upon death… have to worship me as God and nothing else … gotcha sucker!

An infamous Satanist, whom I will not mention, once summed up in writing, the philosophy at the foundation of satanic religion as “do as thou wilst”. Satan knows that man inherently wants to do his own thing, to be accountable to no one, and do anything and everything that comes to his mind that is not of God or of Christ. This is a partial description of Sin. This is in direct contradiction and blaspheme to doing what is right and just in the sight of God and in the order to which he created things. The beast’s/antichrist’s actual on-earth name is completely irrelevant and time is wasted trying to figure who he might be. Christians, for centuries, have struggled in vain in trying to figure out the name and number of the beast. You can speculate all you want and look at today’s worldwide leaders and power brokers. None of them, not one, currently fits the bill compared to the political/leadership ticket punched by the man of sin at the beginning of the tribulation period. No one is going to come up the ranks, or is hanging out in the political power wings, or on the leadership sidelines, from any country or political ideology, ready to jump and say Here I am, I have all the answers, put me in charge!

The bible is silent about what the bottomless pit looks like. We know that is a type or sort of spiritual high security prison for the evilest and deadliestof Satan’s rebellious hordes, of evil creatures. Some of these entities have been thrown in there, and have been in there, since Genesis. The bible says that the beast/antichrist/man of sin won’t be revealed (ascend from the pit) until it is the right time for him to do so, at the onset of the tribulation period. God wants us to know what this evil man represents, what he does, how he does it, and to whom he will do it to. Again, the man of sin’s name is irrelevant and non-consequential. For all we know, his name could be SpongeBob Squarepants. It doesn’t matter. It really doesn’t. Even if we knew his name, it wouldn’t change anything regarding what he is planning to do and how he is going to do it. His name will probably be revealed when he ascends out of the pit, so people will know what to call him and how to address him. By them knowing his name, at that time, does not change their wonderment and awe at who he is and what he is telling them. Lies, lies and more lies. Is his on-earth name really that important? No. His name is no more important than my name, your name, or your neighbors’ names.

Could the bottomless pit be a literal smoking pit that opens up somewhere in the Middle East, as a result of volcanic or earthquake activity, and the man of sin walks out? It makes absolutely no difference or have any eternal significance as to what door the man of sin walks through or ascends and slithers up from, to enter the world. If he arrives on our world scene through scientific or geological means, or through a post-hole in my backyard, who cares?  The word of God warns us, clearly, distinctly and literally. Those who seek God NOW will know the purpose of this beast of a man of sin. There will be no wonder, no guessing, no ‘woulda-coulda-shoulda-aughta-mightbe’s,’ or wonderment. Our names are written in Christ’s Book of Life. We will not be deceived by this man, we know who he is and what he wants. I don’t care what his on-earth name is or what door he crawls through, or what black pit he climbs out of. He still stinks to heaven. We will not be here to see this abomination enter the world, to deceive mankind through his lies and false promises, and rise to political and military power. Our eternal salvation is sealed through the shedding of Christ’s blood, through his forgiveness of our sins and through his resurrection. We won’t be deceived by a ‘Slick-Willy’ politician, warmonger, Hollywood hunk or the perfection of deception. Thank God. Praise Jesus.

Six-fold Reference to the Woman (as Babylon City and Mystery Religion Babylon):

  1. “So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.” (Rev. 17:3). (emphasis added).
  2. …”And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication.” (Rev. 17:4). (emphasis added).
  3. … “And I saw the woman drunken with blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.” (Rev. 17:6). (emphasis added).
  4. … “And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.” (Rev. 17:7). (emphasis added).
  5. … “And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.” (Rev. 17:9). (emphasis added).
  6. … “And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.” (Rev. 17:18). (emphasis added).

Commentary: Six (6) references. Six represents imperfection, something not normal, monstrous, evil. The descriptive name of woman is used interchangeably as referring to both the physical Babylon City and the Mystery Religion of Babylon. Sometimes, the distinction is clear as to whether the reference is to the actual city or to the mystery religion that comes from the city. In other instances there is interchangeability in how the descriptive elements are used in referring to the city or the evil religion.

The six (6) verses are meant to be read in context with another. The woman is a great city, sitting on seven mountains and reigns over the kings of the earth (or, is the political capital of the beast’s empire). Initially, the evil religion that originates from this city is carried throughout the world (supported by) the ten kings who form the beast’s political and military backbone. The city (like a woman) is adorned with the most luxurious and expensive, precious stones, gold, finest linens, etc. The city and evil religion (like a whore) seduce men and kings from around the world to practice evil, blasphemous religious doctrines and false worship of evil things. The city and evil religion (like a whore) are drunk or intoxicated with the blood of those whom were martryed for believing in the gospel of Jesus Christ. They are intoxicated or drunk in the sense that they are exceedingly giddy in having defeated and killed those who do not subscribe to their evil doctrines. They feel vindicated, that their evil way is the right way. They are joyful and happy that their religious enemies (Christians) are literally being killed before there eyes for not converting to false religious dogma or blashpemous forms of worship. In a nutshell, the evil ones of Babylon City and those who practice Babylon’s Mystery Reliigon are absolutely giddy that blood (scarlet wine) is spilt from those they are successfully beheading (martyrs for Christ). The evil men feel that they are gaining victory over Christianity through the untold slaughter/beheading of many, many men who are converted by the gospel of Jesus Christ during the Tribulation Period.

Six-fold References to the Name Babylon as a City and as a Mystery Religion:

  1. … “And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.” (Rev. 14:8). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.” (Rev. 16:19). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” (Rev. 17:5). (Emphasis added).
  4. “And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.” (Rev. 18:2). (Emphasis added).
  5. “Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour is thy judgement come.” (Rev. 18:10). (Emphasis added).
  6. … “And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.” (Rev. 18:21). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: Only six (6) references. Six represents imperfection, something not normal, monstrous, evil. The number of evil man. These six references are to a name or title, and are not descriptive, since Babylon is capitalized in every case. ‘That great city’ is used twice as a desciptive element. ‘the great’ is used three times as a desciptive element.

3X + 2X = 5X (the great + that geat city). Denotes the satanic influence behind and operating within the city.

3X + 2X +1X = 6X (the great + that great city + Babylon). Adding the name Babylon from the first verse or reference with the two desciptive elements indicates that Babylon is an extremely evil city of men. Six (6) references is the evil number representing man.

5X + 1X = 6X (Babylon City + Mystery Babylon). Babylon is referenced 5X as a city and once as Mystery Babylon. Mystery (Religion) Babylon is a spiritual or religious reference to the evil and false religion(s) eminating from the city causing spiritual fornication around the world. Depending on how the word Babylon is used, in context and with descriptive elements, it can mean either the actual, physical city of the Beast’s worldwide capital, or it can mean the false, evil, mystery religious fornication that is spewed forth from the city. Generically speaking, the Babylonian System is not mentioned in the Bible, however, it is used to descibe the entire Babylon footprint on the earth; the beast, the fasle prophet, the mark/name/number, the ten kings (political, military backbone for the beast), the physical city of Babylon, the false, fornication of evil religion and spirituality, the satanic influence behind the beast, the false prophet, Babylon City and Mystery Religion Babylon. The Babylon System also includes the worldwide systems behind the beast’s empire that allow him to govern the earth; electronic commerce, communications, military, political, and religious. Babylon and Mystery Religion Babylon are further described as:

  1. She made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
  2. God remembers the evil caused by her and pours out the “wine of the fierceness of his wrath” for her to drink. In turn, she is divided into three parts and the cities of the world are leveled by the greatest, most powerful earthquake in the history of mankind “as long as men have walked the earth.”
  3. She is described also as being the ”mother or harlots and abominations of the earth.” Taken into context with MYSTERY, this refers to the spiritual fornication that is generated from the city and propigated around the world.
  4. The physical city becomes the ”habitation of devils, the hold of every kind of foul spirit, and the cage of every unclean and hateful bird.”  These descriptive elements suggest that physical Babylon City will attract anything and everything that is evil, foul, devilish, unclean and hateful. Both of spirits and of men.
  5. Physical Babylon City is literally destroyed in one hour. The smoke and fire of her destruction is seen so far away that men (merchansts, kings) stand back or away, least they be consumed by her destruction. They see Babylon City’s destruction and are afraid to come near it because they fear that the destruction might come upon them. Everyone who stands afar off watching the aftermath of Babylon City’s destruction marvel at her destruction and the immensity of it. They grew rich from selling their merchandise and luxuries to the evil people of Babylon City. The kings of the world maintained their political power under the beast by committing spiritual mystery religion fornication with the evil religious doctrine(s) the city provided the world. Everyone who ‘benefitted’ from their relationship with the evil city and its evil religious dogma is now distraught because their fortunes and benefits have been lost. They never thought that such a ‘great city’ could fall or be destroyed, let alone in under  just one hour. They are scared for themselves and won’t come near the city.
  6. Lastly, an extremely strong angel casts or throws a millstone (heavy object) into the sea indicating that Babylon City will likewise be cast aside with violence and found no more. Babylon City was not unlike a millstone that hung around the necks of men, causing them to sink to the depths of hell. Symbolically, as the millstone sinks to the bottom of the ocean and will never be found again, so it will be with Babylon City. It is violently destroyed and cast aside, never to be found again.

Once again, Six (6) detailed descriptions of Babylon and Mystery Religion Babylon.  Six represents imperfection, something not normal, monstrous, evil. The number of evil man.

Six-fold Descriptive Names of Babylon City:

  1. queen. (Rev. 18:7)
  2. mighty city. (Rev. 18:10)
  3. no widow. (Rev. 18:7)
  4. great city. (7X).  (Rev. 14:8, 17:18, 18:10, 18:16, 18:18, 18:19, 18:21)
  5. woman. (6X). (17:3, 17:4, 17:6, 17:7, 17:9, 17:18)
  6. whore. (4X). (Rev. 17:1, 17:15, 17:16, 19:2)

Commentary: Descriptive references (not name or title conventions). Four of the evil references are related to a female (queen, no widow, woman, whore). The remaining references are to an evil city. We know these references are evil because there are six (6) of them and they describe the evil, physical city of Babylon City and those who dwell within it.

X = reference(s) to descriptive name.

7X = (great city). Denotes God’s divinely determined completeness to his plan or purpose.

6X + 1X = 7X (woman + queen). Denotes God’s divinely determined completeness to his plan or purpose.

6X + 1X = 7X (woman + no widow). Denotes God’s divinely determined completeness to his plan or purpose.

6X + 1X = 7X (woman + great city). Denotes God’s divinely determined completeness to his plan or purpose.

4X + 1X + 1X + 1X = 7X (whore + queen + no widow + great city). Denotes God’s divinely determined completeness to his plan or purpose.

6X + 4X = (woman + whore). Denotes imperfection, monstrous, not normal and evil (plus) universalness. Numbers within numbers, meaning within meanings, truth within truth. Six (6) evil references or verses describing the evil Babylon City. Seven, six and four repetitions of the evil descriptive elements have divine meaning. Even the combinations of the evil descriptive elements and the number of their repetitions contain divine meaning and truth.

Six-fold Reference to 10 Evil Horns/Crowns (Kings) of the Beast’s Empire:

  1. … “And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.” (Rev. 12:3). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.” (Rev. 13:1). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.” (Rev. 17:3). (Emphasis added).
  4. … “And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman and beast that carrieth her, which hat the seven heads and ten horns.” (Rev. 17:7). (Emphasis added).
  5. … “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power of kings one hour with the beast.” (Rev. 17:12). (Emphasis added).
  6. “And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.” (Rev. 17:16). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: These 6 (six) verses describe the political and military backbone of the beast’s evil empire. The 10 (ten) kings are a consortium of political leaders that collectively give up their political and military sovereignty to the beast/antichrist. In exchange, he grants them “power as kings for one hour.” They will come from what is represented as a revived Roman empire (geographically, politically and militarily). The above reference in verse 17:12-14 indicates that these 10 (ten) political leaders act in a collective unison (with one mind), and give up their political and military might (power and strength) to the beast (based upon the will of God). This verse also continues on to indicate that these kings “for one hour” are active military participants against Jesus Christ on the Lord’s Day at the battle of Armageddon. Two verses reference the influence that these 10 (ten) kings have on Mystery Religion Babylon. Verse 17:7 indicates that these kings act in collective unison and purpose in supporting (and enforcing) the worldwide acceptance of the whore, Mystery Religion Babylon. They are the ‘muscle of the means’ or the part of the beast that supports (carries) the domination of the mystery religion worldwide. The last reference, verses 17:16-17, indicate that midway through the Tribulation, these 10 (ten) kings turn on and destroy the whore, the Mystery Religion of Babylon.

Why would these 10 (ten) kings, who have worked for 3 ½ years to build up and support the whore, the worldwide mystery religion system, suddenly turn on her to “make her desolate and naked and shall eat her flesh and burn her with fire?”  The answer lies in the religious or spiritual ‘bait-n-switch’ that Satan pulls off on evil mankind. At the beginning of the Tribulation, to gain easy acceptance and domination over the world’s peoples, Satan allows them to worship anything and everything (but God and Jesus Christ) and to also enforce his worship through the beast/antichrist and false prophet. The worship of anything and everything (but God and Jesus Christ) is known as Mystery Religion Babylon, which also includes Satanic worship. Halfway (3 ½ years) into the Tribulation, Satan physically indwells the beast and commits the Abomination of Desolation in the rebuilt Jewish Temple. The satanically indwelt beast places himself in the holiest part of the rebuilt temple and declares himself to be God and demands to be worshipped directly as such, under the pain of death and beheading of not doing so. As a result, men who have taken the mark of the beast and perhaps have been worshipping idols of gold or silver, have no choice but to give up their mystery religion and are forced to worship Satan/beast exclusively.

Most of those deceived men who have already been worshipping the beast and his image will have no problem in continuing to worship the satanically indwelt beast. Their worship will just be more of the same, except that Satan is now the direct object or recipient of their worship. Conversely, those men who were actively participating in the mystery religion of worshipping whatever they wanted, now have to turn their worship exclusively to Satan. Thus, Satan has effectively pulled-off a successful religious ‘bait-n-switch’ of historical proportions. Evil men thought they could get away with chasing whatever they wanted, and now, Satan/beast has a firm grasp of them ‘bait-hook-line-sinker.’ Evil men have to worship him, they are forced to worship him under threat of death. They have physically and satanically defiled themselves through taking the beast’s mark (or name, number) and thus, they have given themselves over totally, completely and whole heartedly to the beast’s kingdom and system. Now, the whole mystery religion system has been destroyed “burned with fire, flesh consumed,” and replaced with the singular, exclusive worship of Satan. The ten (10) kings helped carry the whore throughout the whole world, and conversely, helped destroy her when the time was right and dictated by Satan. Just as the beast and false prophet are puppets of Satan, the 10 (ten) kings are the ‘puppet thugs’ or ‘heavy muscle goons’ that carry the beast’s system and mystery religion (for 3 ½ years) throughout the world.

Seven-fold Reference to Golden Candlesticks and Stars:

… “And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks. And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle … The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches … Unto the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks.” (Rev. 1:12-13, 16, 20, 2:1). (emphasis added).

Commentary: The seven (7) golden candlesticks are the seven (7) churches (Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, Laodicea). The seven (7) stars are literally seven (7) angels that Christ has put in charge to oversee each church. Interestingly, Matthew 5:14 indicates that the Christian should be the light of the world and that their light cannot be hidden. Just as in the analogy of the Christian giving off light, the analogy of the church giving off light being as a candlestick also applies. Historically, some candlesticks could hold many lights or candles. These passages indicate that Christ literally holds sovereign control over the stars or angels of the seven (7) churches and that he walks in the midst of the seven (7) lampstands or churches. As divine Lord, Jesus Christ is powerful over and present with his people. He is omnipotent and omniprescent.

Seven-fold Symbolic Figures:

  1. … “a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.”  (Rev. 12:1-2). (Mother – Israel).
  2. 12:3-4). (Satan-Devil).
  3. (Antichrist, his political/military kingdom, and the location of his capital – NEOM Babylon City).
  4. …”So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blashphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. (Rev. 17:3). (Mystery Religion Babylon and the ten nation political/military confederacy which supports the mystery religious system).
  5. … “And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.”  (Rev. 13:11-12). (False Prophet).
  6. “And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.” (Rev 12:5). (Rapture/harpazo of the Chruch – Bride of Christ).
  7. “And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all of the tribes of the children of Israel.” “And I looked, and lo, a Lamb stood on the mout Zion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.” “These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb withersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.” “And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.” (Rev. 7:4, 14:1, 14:4, 14:5). (Jews who accepted Christ as their Savior, and are among the first men in the Tribulation to do so).

Commentary: Historically, Babylon has been used interchangeably to mean the actual, physical city where the antichrist has his capital, and to also mean the false religious system, and also to represent his evil political-military kingdom. Verse 17:9 clears up the mystery of what the seven heads with seven crowns mean …”The seven heads are seven mountains (not hills), on which the woman sitteth.” The geological description clearly suggests that where the city and false religion reside is nestled within mountains or mountain ranges. A crown was also historically used to describe a tall or large mountain. Seven Heads – Seven Crowns – Seven Mountains all mean the same thing and are used interchangeably. The ten (10) horns represent 10 kings or political rulers that make up the backbone of the antichrist’s political/military engine. They provide him with the political and military backing he needs to enforce his rulership. These 10 kings and nations support the false religion initially sold to the deceived masses of the world. It is likely that they will enforce the new mystery religion, along with beast worship, as the official religion of their nations/states/kingdoms. Their decision to endorse the false, mystery religion (Mystery Religion Babylon), acts as a form of politcal endorsement of the antichrist’s official religion.

Once Satan demonically possess’ the antichrist at the midpoint of the Tribulation and enacts his Abomination of Desolation in the rebuilt Jewish Temple, he demands total and complete world wide worship of him as God. The mystery religion of Babylon served its purpose to buy him time to get his system up and running, and also served as an effective ‘bait-n-switch’ strategy. Satan and the antichrist no longer need the services of their mystery religion and hence forth outlaw it and destroy it. The 10 kings follow this policy in lock-step fashion and proceed to abolish the mystery religion from their nations/states/kingdoms. The official religion of Satan/Antichrist/False Prophet is now the exclusive worship of the antichrist (indwelt by Satan himself). This is the only way that Satan can get mankind, nations and peoples of the world to worship him directly (is through his indwelling of the antichrist). The Dragon is clearly Satan, and he is literally kicked out of heaven with one-third  1/3rd  of the angels (his fallen angelic co-horts and conspirators). He is thrust down to earth, with these evil co-horts, and immediately begins setting up his evil kingdom to be ruled by the antichrist. Satan commences to give the beast/antichrist his power, seat and authority.  Once he is on earth, Satan also wants to devour (destroy) the woman (Israel) and the child (Church), as the Church is in the process of being born (by being raptured).

It is generally understood (although some may suggest otherwise) that the current Church Age was conceived at Pentecost, by the indwelling of the Holy Spirity. Conversely, after nearly 2,000 years of gestation, the child (Church) will be born at some point in the near future as suggested by Rev. 12:1-5. Interestingly, Satan appears to know when this birth will occur and is waiting to destroy the child as it is being born. Miraculously, the child (Church) is caught up unto God immediatley as it is born. The child (Church) does not ascend up to heaven in glory as Christ did 2,000 years ago, instead, it is literally caught (just as a baby is caught immediately as it leaves the birth canal) and taken directly to the Grandfather (God and his throne). The man is Jesus Christ, he does not ascend, nor is he caught up unto heaven, nothing in these verses suggest anything like this. Notice, Satan is NOT sitting and waiting to devour the man (Jesus Christ), he is only waiting to devour the child. It is relatively easy to explain, why this is the case. Jesus Christ has never been threatened by Satan, in the past, present or future. There is no reason for God to catch up the man in verse 12:5. Jesus has already risen and sits at the right hand of God. To suggest that this verse refers to Christs ascension is not logical. The reference to Christ as the man occurs only once in the entire context of the surrounding verses 12:1-6. The word of God mentions the man in order to reference Christ’s ruling authority, with a rod of iron over the nations. Man (Christ) is co-mentioned with the child (Church) because the raptured Church is promised to co-reign with Christ, with a rod of iron over the nations. The concept of the Church co-reigning with Christ is repeated often throughout Revelation and is not a mystery or topic of great debate or discussion. Most Christians, who study the bible, know this promise and reward from Christ. The reference to both Christ and the Church co-ruling together is valid and unmistakeable as referenced in Rev. 12:5. The woman (Israel) is the mother who gave birth to Jesus Christ (man), through the line of Jacob and also birthed the Church,  Christianity (child).

Another reason that Satan won’t attempt to attack Christ is because Satan knows he is incapable of confronting and defeating Jesus Christ. Christ has already defeated Satan and Satan knows it is absolutely futile to attempt to confront Jesus Christ. A tactic used throughout history by two uneven adversaries, is for the lesser of the two adversaries to attack the loved ones / family / wife of the greater adversary. This is exactly the case here, Satan knows it is impossible to win against Christ, so he thinks of doing  the next best thing … going  after the loved ones of Christ, the Church, the Bride of Christ. God literally rescues Christ’s loved ones / Church / family / Bride and catches or snatches them before Satan can cause any harm. Grandpa (God) to the rescue! At this point, Satan is really ticked-off because he knows he can’t fight Christ, he knows the opportunity to destroy Christ’s family of loved ones was quickly grabbed away from him. So, he does the only thing left for him to do … he attempts to go after and destroy Israel, with a flood (Rev. 12:13-17). Notice his priority is to go after everything related to Jesus…first! He wants to attack Christ, but knows he can’t. He wants to go after the child (Church) and can’t. He goes after Israel with flood, but the earth opens up and diverts the flood waters away from the fleeing Israelites. They are then provided supernatual protection and sustenance for 3 ½ years. Yet, once again, Satan’s attempt through his antichrist fails miserably. Next in the pecking order of potential victims, Satan/antichrist goes after a remnant of Jews (the 144,000 virgins, from the tribes of Israel,  supernaturally sealed with God’s protection because of their faith in the Lamb). God shows us, repeatedly in these passages, that he loves and protects those who are his. They are spared his wrath which is intended for evil and evil mankind.

A final thought regarding all of these symbolic and mysterious references is that it helps to understand that Satan has ALWAYS tried to (unsuccessfully) duplicate what God has already done. Satan’s five (5) “I WILL” (Isaiah 14:13-14) indicates he desires to be and act like God. The only thing he can do is to falsely attempt duplicating whatever God has done. God offer salvation through his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Satan offers eternal damnation through the beast/antichrist (his false version of Jesus Christ). Jesus had John the Baptist and other saints proclaim and witness to his arrival. The beast/antichrist use a false prophet to sell the masses on a series of lies and false worship, that people desperately want to hear and swallow ‘hook-line-and-sinker’, to their eternal doom. Christ was crucified, died and buried, and on the following third day, he rose again. As such, there appears to be a either a political-military coup or a direct attempt at killing the beast/antchrist and he appears to be mortally wounded. However, he is Satanically healed, lives again to the wonderment of the world. Once again they are deceived by this extremely evil, false and blasphemous facsimle of Christ’s death and resurrection. Another relevant analogy of Satan attempting to duplicate God’s glory is through the establishmnt of the antichrist’s capital of Bablylon. It is an oppulent city of immense wealth, luxury, glitter and ‘bling’. Materialism and wealth worship unleashed. This is Satan’s idea of glory, give the people what they want, not what they need. This is obviously in sharp contrast to the city of New Jersusalem. Although New Jersusalem is an extremely beautiful city made of precious materials, the glory that powers this city is not wealth or the worship of wealth, but rather, it is filled with the glory of and powered by God and Jesus Christ. Jesus is the wealth of the city, not lucre. It is driven by true worship of Jesus, and not by the worship of money and/or luxury. Satan takes something holy and beautiful, created by God, and turns it completely inside-out and upside-down, into something evil, horrible and immensely ugly. Always has, always will.

The Sword of the Spirit is the Word of God.

  4. “And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the folws were filled with their flesh.” (Rev. 19:21). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: A sword references something long, sharp, cutting, piercing, refined to a laser-like sharpness and strength by fire, handled with skill, accuracy and determination, used in fighting and for judgement, for killing. A sword can also represent pagentry, royalty, status, kingship, authority, power. The word of God, that Christ’s speaks at his second coming have every single one of these attributes. He will have the army of heaven accompanying him (angels and redeemed men). I believe our role in the army is more symbolic in that we will add to the glory of his appearing at his second coming. There is no fighting or effort on our part that would aid Christ in defeating his enemies. The word of God is strong enough, that is doesn’t need redeemed mans’ help in any way shape or form. Just as Christ defeated death and sin on our behalf, he will defeat evil enemies also on our behalf, for his glory.

Seven-fold Reference of White Raiment/Robes/Linen to Righteousness:

  1. “Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white; for they are worthy. He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.” (Rev. 3:4-5). (Emphasis added).
  2. “I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.” (Rev. 3:18). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.” (Rev. 4:4) (Emphasis added).
  4. …: ”And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow-servants also and their brethren, that sould be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.” (Rev. 6:11). (Emphasis added).
  5. …” After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; … And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? And whence came they? And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of the great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.” (Rev. 7:9, 13, 14). (Emphasis added).
  6. … “And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.” (Rev. 15:6). (Emphasis added).
  7. … “Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.” (Rev. 19:7-8). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: In John’s Revelation of Jesus Christ, white rainment, linens or robes are used as metaphors for having, and describing the righteousness of Christ. Who are these people that are described as having white raiment, linens or robes? Rev. 3:4-5 indicates that they are overcomers (those who remain faithful to Christ until the end of their lives). Rev. 4:4 indicates that they are the 24 crowned elders around the throne of God. These crowned elders represent a select group of redeemed saints from throughout the ages (they are not angels) and are part of God’s divine council of government. The number twelve (12) denotes a divinely constituted organization either in heaven or on earth. The number twenty-four (24) denontes God’s abundant (doubled) organizational arrangement (12×2). The verses surrounding Rev. 6:11 indicate that these people who received white robes and were told to wait a little longer are the “Tribulation Saints martryed/beheaded for their belief and witness to Christ.” (Rev. 15:6) indicates these are the “righteous seven angels who pour out God’s wrath in the seven last vial plagues.” (Rev. 19:7-8) clearly indicates this group of people is the “Bride (church) of the Lamb”, which his redeemed people from the past, present and near future (until the Tribulation). As the Bible indicates in the above verses, white rainment indicates righteousness of both saints and angels as given to them by Christ.

Seven-fold Reference to the Book of Life:

  1. “He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out him name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.” (Rev. 3:5). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” (Rev. 13:8). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And the beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.” (Rev. 17:8). (Emphasis added).
  4. … “And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things were written in the books, according to their works.” (Rev. 20:12). (Emphasis added).
  5. … “And whosover was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” (Rev. 20:15). (Emphasis added).
  6. “And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsover worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.” (Rev. 21:27). (Emphasis added).
  7. “And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”  (Rev. 22:19). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: Somehow, God has a way or a system, that accounts for the actions of men, their behaviors, their works and whether or not they accepted Jesus Christ’s offer of salvation through the forgiveness of their sins by the shedding of his blood and his resurrection. These things are kept or accounted for in what appears to be a book of ledgers (using an accounting term). Verse 21:27 is very explicit in stating that this book belongs to the Lamb (Jesus Christ). He is able to account for his own people, whose names are in his book. Conversely, if someone’s name is not in the book, he doesn’t know them (or, they never accepted his offer of salvation). If a person’s name is found in the book, then Jesus confirms to the Father “confess his name before my Father” that this person belongs to him. Those not found recorded in the book of life are lost and thus cast into the lake of fire. Just as a ship has a log or an accounting of every passenger who has paid, and is allowed on the ship, anyone found that is not on the log is cast away. In regards to Jesus Christ, he has already paid for us to be in his book of life and we accepted his ticket.

Seven-fold Worship of God by the Twenty-four (24) Elders:

  1. … “And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.” (Rev. 4:4). (Emphasis added).
  2. “The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, Though art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” (Rev. 4:10-11). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders felldown before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.” (Rev. 5:8) (Emphasis added).
  4. … “And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever. (Rev. 5:14). (Emphasis added).
  5. “And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God.” (Rev. 7:11-13). (Emphasis added).
  6. … “And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God.” (Rev. 11:16). (Emphasis added).
  7. “And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.” (Rev. 19:4). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: The number twelve (12) denotes a divinely constituted organization either in heaven or on earth. The number twenty-four  (24) denontes God’s abundant (doubled) organizational arrangement (12 x 2). Many eschatalogists believe that 12 elders are from the Old Testament and 12 are from the New Testament. However, I believe the Bible is silent on this. The 7 passages of worship describe what the 24 elders look like, where they are, what they are doing and why they are doing it. They are clothed in white raiment and have golden crowns on their heads. This suggests that they are a very special, select group of redeemed people from throughout the ages who received their righteousness through Christ and were each awarded  any number of five (5) crowns that were promised to all believers (Crown of Righteousness – 2 Tim.4:8, Crown of Rejoicing – 1 Thessalonians 2:19, Imperishable Crown – 1 Cor. 9:24-25, Crown of Glory – 1 Peter 5:4, Crown of Life – Rev. 2:10). Rev. 4:4 also states that these crowns were gold. These gold crowns are promised to men/women, and not angels. Using an analogy from the sports world that most of us are familiar with, I liken these twenty-four (24) elders to Christ’s ‘MVPs’ (most valuable players) on his team throughout the ages. This doesn’t mean that he loves these people more than you or me. He loves everyone equally, both sinner and saint. MVPs in sports are rewarded and acknowledged for their exemplary accomplishments for the benefit of the team. Rather, I believe the descriptions of the twenty-four (24) elders suggests that at some point in history, they played a very special role and had a very special outcome for the benefit of Christ’s Kingdom. All the verses surrounding the Bema Seat judgement indicate that every Christian believer will receive awards (or have some of their potential rewards witheld), based on what they did (good works, fruit of the spirit) during their brief time on earth for the benefit of Christ.

The acts of worhip then continue indicating that these elders fall down and worhsip God/Christ. Prostrating oneself before God is showing divine worship by physically acknowledging God’s rule on his throne. They acknowledge and testify to the entire heavenly host (angels and saints) that God and Christ are worthy to be worshipped because He lives forever. These twenty-four (24) elders also publicly recognize and acknowledge God’s glory, honour and power (holy attributes). Next, they cast their crowns before Him. No, they are not given their crowns back to Christ or casting them aside. They remove their crowns to publicly acknowledge and admit that they were nothing, without Christ. They only have these crowns because of what Christ did for them and what the Holy Spirit did through them. I believe there is a two-fold intent for the casting of crowns at God’s throne. First, this is a heavenly public display and reminder that everyone, who has been saved, is in heaven because of God’s gift of mercy and salvation through Jesus Christ. Regardless of whether or not all of us receive one crown or another (or none), we are only in heaven because of what Christ did for all of us. Even these greatest, ‘MVP’ saints of Christ humbly acknowledge their redeemed status by casting their crowns at the throne of God, acknowledging from where these crowns originated.  Secondly, the act of physically removing crowns and placing them around the throne of God serves as a unique form of worship to God and Christ. A golden crown(s) would be briliant and shimmering greatly in heaven’s light, giving off blinding glory. The act of placing golden, shimmering crowns around the throne of God has the affect of figuratively and literally giving Him glory!

Next in the series of worship, the twenty-four (24) elders are descried as having harps (musical instruments) and vials full of the prayers of saints. This suggests that now, the elders are presenting and giving to God two things that are very pleasing to Him. First, music is a form of worship that pleases God. Secondly, the prayers of saints please God because they are evidence that his children are communicating with him and acknowledging who HE is (our Father). We don’t know if the vials are literal or symbolic. However, the point is that these elders somehow possess supernaturally the prayers of Christians and then present these to God as worship. Obviously, God/Jesus already know who pray to him. However, the public display of presenting these prayers to God, also acknowledges his glory and worthiness to receive the prayers. Prayers are a form of worship and should only be directed at God and Christ. The last several verses that describe the twenty-four (24) elders worshipping God/Christ indicate that they fell on their faces. This is one of the common themes or acts of worship in the sevenfold throne room acts worship of God. “I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.” (Isaiah 45:23).(emphasis added). Now, the twenty-four (24) elders appear to be worshipping God/Christ at a higher, more intense level by actually falling onto their faces. Knees bowing and faces falling are physical acts of worship.

Last, but not least, tucked away in these verses are strange references to four beasts (or creatures). Other verses attempt to describe what these beasts look like. Their role, like those of the twenty-four (24) elders, appears to be that of worshipping God. These creatures are clearly not redeemed saints or angels, but a unique creation of God, which live in heaven. In the sevenfold worship of God/Christ, these beasts serve a specific role and place in worshipping. They were created to have the ability to worship God since he created them as well as us (and they perhaps have the ability for other forms of heavenly service, as well). Why would heavenly beasts be included in the sevenfold worship of God? Not only is it right for men to worship God, but the rest of his creation will acknowledge and worship him, both heavenly and earthly created beings.

Seven-fold Reference to The Day of the Lord:

  1. … “And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? (Rev. 5:16-17). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.” (Rev. 16:14). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And he gathered them together into a place called  in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.” (Rev. 16:16). (Emphasis added).
  4. … “And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.” (Rev. 14:19-20). (Emphasis added).
  5. … “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings on hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chose and faithful. (Rev. 17:12-14). (Emphasis added).
  6. … ”And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse: and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness hedoth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the wine-press of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.   (Rev. 19:11-16). (Emphasis added).
  7. … “And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.” (Rev. 19:21). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: References to “The Day of the Lord” have been thrown around enough to be interpreted as pertaining to events occuring throughout the seven (7) year combined Tribulation period, or to be directly related to the very last day when Christ comes to earth (his second coming) with the armies of heaven. Using the seven references listed above as a guide to God’s word, it is clear that an understanding to “The Day of the Lord” is to mean the triumphant return of Christ and his victory over his enemies at Armageddon. Each verse is very clear in describing Christ and what happens during this day. Although not directly described in these verses, other verses indicate that NEOM Babylon (city) is destroyed in just one hour, during Christ’s second coming. Christ returns like a lion, roaring, full of glory, strength, judgement, righteousness, wrath and a sharp two sided sword that is the word of God. He is able to destroy his enemies with just a word from his mouth, no multitipped nuclear missiles are needed. Christians who propose and subscribe to a ‘pre-trib’ rapture/harpazo (as do I), will quickly and accurately note that Christ returns with a unique army from heaven. He is followd by people riding white horses clothed in white linen (righteousness). These are the redeemed in Christ who have been given righteousness through their belief in Christ’s salvation from the forgiveness of their sins. Only the KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS can give this righteousness to a person who has been raptured, glorified, partakes of the Bride’s supper and Bema seat judgement. The ‘blessed hope’ of these events occur seven years prior to, and well in advance of the Day of the Lord’s second return to earth to conquer his enemies. Artists for countless centuries have tried, with varying degrees of success, to capture the immense glory and power of Christ during his second coming on the Day of the Lord. Man is woefully inadequate in his skill to capture and portray this event in its glory, intensity and scope.

Seven-fold Title of Jesus:

  1. Lord. (1X). (Rev. 11:15)
  2. Jesus. (3X). (Rev. 17:6, 19:10, 22:16)
  3. Christ. (1X). (Rev. 11;15, 12:10)
  4. Lord Jesus. (1X).  (Rev. 22:20)
  5. Jesus Christ. (4X) (Rev. 1:2, 1:5, 1:9, 22:16)
  6. Lord Jesus Christ. (1X). (Rev. 22:21)
  7. Lamb. (24X). (Rev. 5:6, 5:8, 5:12, 5:13, 6:1, 6:16, 7:10, 7:14, 7:17, 12:11, 13:8, 14:4, 14:10, 15:3, 17:14, 19:7, 19:9, 21:9, 21:14, 21:22, 21:23, 21:27, 22:1, 22:3)

Commentary: These are capitalized titles and names, and are not descriptive elements.

X = the number of time a Title was referenced.

Jesus Christ (4X) + Jesus (3X) = 7 Title References = Completeness of God’s divine plan or purpose.

Jesus Christ (4X) + Christ (2X) + Lord (1X) = 7 Title References = Completeness of God’s divine plan or purpose.

Jesus Christ (4X) + Christ (2X) + Lord Jesus (1X) = 7 Title References = Completeness of God’s divine plan or purpose

Jesus Christ (4X) + Christ (2X) + Lord Jesus Christ (1X) = 7 Title References = Completeness of God’s divine plan or purpose.

Lamb (24X) = 24 Title References = God’s abundant / doubled organizational arrangement.

The mystery of God’s omnipotence of truth in the titles of his only begotton son, Jesus Christ. Numbers within numbers, still equal God’s truth, no matter how you calculate them! Layers upon layers. Truth upon truth. Mystery upon mystery. Meaning upon meaning. Changing the sequence in the combinations of His titles does not change the value or meaning associated with his title(s)! No matter the order, they still come up 7X (seven combined title references). Only God could have designed the combinations of Jesus’ titles in such a way that all the combinations still equal or reflect the completeness of God’s divine plan or purpose in his Son, Jesus Christ.

2 times the referene of something = Solid Confirmation.

3 times the reference of something = Emphasis and Intensity.

4 times the reference of something = Foursquareness, solidness and balance of symmetry, intelligence of purpose or design.

7 times the reference of something = Divinely determined completeness as to God’s purpose or plan.

12 times the reference of something = Divinely constitued organization either in heaven or earth.

24 times the reference of something = God’s abundant (doubled / 2 x 12) organizational arrangement.

The title of ‘Lamb’ is extremely significant or important. Through this name or title of Jesus, God is reminding us twenty-four (24) times  that Jesus died for the forgiveness of our sins, he was slaughtered as a lamb so that we could be saved. This fact is so important to God, of what Christ did for us on the cross, that it keeps getting repeated and repeated and repeated above all the other titles or names of Jesus. The number twenty-four (24) also indicates that Jesus will be the ruler (King of Kings and Lord of Lords) over his kingdom/government on earth. Yes, the bible has many verses attesting to Jesus’ government on earth, in Jerusalem, during the millennium. Also, indicated throughout the the book of Revelation (and referenced in this analysis), redeemed Christians are promised a role in the participation and co-reign of Jesus’ government on earth. The bible is silent on the extent of these roles, or how they will be administered. Nonetheless, we will participate with Jesus in administering his government for the one thousand year period known at the millennium. Last, but not least, notice that there are no (none, zero, nada) references of five (5) or six (6) names or titles to Jesus. The number five (5) is reserved for Satan, and the number six (6) is resereved for evil man (mankind, beast, false-prophet – 666). God, through the Holy Spirit is so accurate in his naming of Jesus, that he specifically leaves out five (5) or six (6) number of references since these numbers refer to evil. Mind boggling accuracy and truth within truth, numbers within numbers and meaning within meaning.

Seven-fold Themes of Revelation:

  1. The Church, its spiritual condition, the Rapture/Harpazo, wedding feast, co-heirs and co-rulers with Christ.
  2. Redemption of Israel and fulfillment of convenants making Jerusalem the center of the world and Christ’s Kingdom on earth.
  3. Wrath of God on a sinful world through wars, famines, plagues, pestilence, great natural disasters, demonic persecution and supernatural destruction. God allows man’s sin to run its course, God allows evil to run rampant, God allows supernatural calamities to affect both unrepentant man and the world’s environment, which sustains man.
  4. Destruction of Jesus’ enemies (Babylon, False World Religion, Satan, Antichrist, False Prophet, Demonic Hordes, Fallen Angels, Unrepentant Man, Ressurected Evil Dead), Day of the Lord, White Throne Judgement, Lake of Fire.
  5. Contiued proclamation of the Gospel and offer of salvation from two supernatual prophets/witnesses, one mighty angel proclaiming the gospel, 144,000 jewish witnesses,  and witness/testimony from the tribulation saints/marytrs.
  6. Judgements of Christians, the non-saved and nations (Bema Seat, White Throne, Sheep vs. Goat). Resurrections of the dead in Christ (rapture, good works in faith rewarded at Bema Seat) and the evil dead who are ressurected at the end of millenium to be judged at the White Throne judgement and sent to the lake of fire. The evil dead are not found in the book of life. Conversely, those redeemed by Christ are found in the book of life.
  7. Establishment of Christ’s Kingdom and rule on earth, transformation/renewal of the earth, the heavenly New Jerusalem and the Millenium, continuation of eternity.

Commentary: These seven (7) themes sum up what Revelation is all about and God’s divine plan and purpose for both evil man, redeemed man and Israel (Jews). These themes tend to be interwoven togther throughout the book of Revelation. However, when discernment is utilized and applied to the book as a whole, these themes become apparent. These seven (7) themes are Revelation ‘in a nutshell’. Kind of a ‘cliff-notes’ of sorts regarding the scope to the Revelation of Jesus Christ. Every single theme is prophecy related. Virtually every theme occurs AFTER the rapture/harpazo of the Church (Bride of Christ). As of the day I write this, everything is future (but imminent).

Seven-fold Perspectives of Christ’s Work in Revelation:

  1. Seven (7) Churches; (Rev. 2:1-3:22). Jesus is building his church, shepharding  to its strengths/weaknesses, promising blessings to the faithfull overcomers. Jesus reigns over his kingdom on earth along with his redeemed overcomers, during the millenium.
  2. Seven (7) Seals; (Rev. 4:1-8:1). Jesus is the only one worthy in heaven to administer God’s judgement because he is the Lamb who was slain.
  3. Seven (7) Trumpets; (Rev. 11:3-12, 14:6-7). Jesus continues to offer salvation to mankind via his two supernatural witnesses (candlesticks of the gospel) and a mighty angel having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them on earth. Jesus continues His redemptive process to those who do NOT take the mark of the beast (anti-christ), nor worship the beast and his image.
  4. Seven (7) Vials; (Rev. 15:1-16:21). Jesus brings God’s final judgements upon unrepenting mankind and the physical earth.
  5. Seven (7) Symbolic Figures; (Rev. 12:1-14:20) Jesus has victory over his enemies. Satan, the antichrist, the false prophet, Babylon City, Mystery Religion Babylon, kings’ armys at Armeggedon, evil nations and evil mankind. Jesus also has victory over sin and death through his death and resurrection.
  6. Seven (7) Wonders of New Jerusalem; (Rev. 21:1-22:7). Jesus creates a heavenly city, New Jerusalem to tabernacle with his saints for eternity.
  7. New heaven and new earth; (21:1). The old, fomer things are past away. (Rev. 21:4). Jesus transforms our bodies, earth and heaven into something new, glorious and miraculous.

Commentary: As glorious and unfathomable is Jesus’ work of salvation for us, he does more than save us. I have bolded comments after each applicable verse in Revelation that highlight his continued work in creation, on behalf of God the Father. He wins victory over evil and his enemies. He conquers death. He provides eternal life. He makes all things new. He rules earth during the Millennium. He builds a new heavely city (New Jerusalem), he tranforms our bodies, he completes and manifests many other promises made to those who love him. Most of the New Testament focuses on the salvation provided by Jesus Christ, through the forgiveness of sins, shedding of his blood and his resurrection (as it should). The book of Revelation thus provides a picture of the additional things that Christ does on earth and in heaven. These activities give insight to his divinity, his power, his love, his rulership and his status. God’s redemption of man and renewal of creation is made manifest through the work of his only begotten son, Jesus Christ.

Seven-fold References to the ‘Great City of NEOM ‘Babylon’:

  6. … “And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! For in one hour is she made desolate.” (Rev. 18:19). (Emphasis added).
  7. “And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.” (Rev. 18:21). (Emphasis added).

Commentary:great city” is a descriptive reference for the physical city of Babylon. This is not a descriptive reference to Mystery Religion Babylon. Babylon City is described as “great” (not in a positive sense, but in a negative sense) because of what the city does throughout the earth during the Tribulation. It serves as a home-base for the Mystery Religion of Babylon. It serves as the capital for the Babylon kingdom. The city is decked out in massive, earthly wealth and material splendor. The glory of Jesus Christ or God is not found anywhere in Babylon City.  Worship of Jesus Christ and God is not found anywhere in the city. The city is home to all sorts of foul, evil/unclean spirits and likewise men. As far as the values of evil men, the great city of Babylon has it all. Everything evil can be found in Babylon City, the “great city.” Nonetheless, Babylon City is crushed within one hour during the Day of the Lord’s return. A massive, worldwide eqrthquake splits this city into three parts. The destruction so great and consuming, that smoke of her burning can be seen many miles away at sea. Businessmen and merchants don’t want to go anywhere near the “great city” because they are afraid that they might receive the same fate due to association. They lament, because their best customer just got hammered and their gravy train has ended. Thus, their profits and gain have so ended. So much for the “great city.” It was quickly thrown away and destroyed just like a giant mill-stone thrown into the sea. Never to be found again.

Seven-fold Description of Evil Men:

  1. … “And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they would worship devils, and idols of gold, silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk.” (Rev. 19:20). (Emphasis added).
  2. … “Neither repented they of their murders, not of their sorceries, or of their fornication, nor of their thefts.” (Rev. 9:21). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory. And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their grievous sores, and repented not of their deeds. And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of hail; for the plague thereof was exceedingly great.” (Rev. 16:9, 16:11, 16:21). (Emphasis added).
  4. “And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of mountains. And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?” (Rev. 6:15-17). (Emphasis added).
  5. “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolators, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimestone: which is the second death.” (Rev. 21:8). (Emphasis added.
  6. … “And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the book of life.” (Rev. 21:27). (Emphasis added).
  7. “For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolators, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. (Rev. 22:15). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: Three great, natural plagues (scorching sun, grievous sores, hail stones) are sent upon men which cause them to blaspheme God and his name (blasphemers). They are also described as worshipping devils/false idols which they made with their hands. They are murderers, liers, love other things than God, worship other things than God, practice paganism/witchcraft/drug use, chase after anything that is not of God, righteous or holy. When God sends his wrath upon them, they fear him and do not repent. They also don’t believe in the saving grace and forgiveness of sins by Jesus Christ. These men come from every strata of life, from kings to bondman and freemen. From captains and owners of commerce and industry, to their employed workers. The rich elite and politically powerful. And, those who are struggling to get by. They all have the mark of the beast so they can participate (buying/selling) in the global economy, and to also participate in the political kingdom of the antichrist. Collectively, they would describe NEOM Babylon as being ‘Fabulous Dahhh’ling!’

God says and thinks otherwise. Not surprisingly, God provides us with another example of numbers within numbers, meanings within meanings, and truth within truth. Yes, there are seven (7) verses referenced.  Within three (3) of these verses, there are seven (7) items mentioned pertaining to the descriptions of men. Verse 16:15-17 includes the following seven (7) types of men; kings, great men, rich men, chief captains, mighty men, bondmen, freeman. Verse 22:15 includes the following seven (7) descriptions of men; dogs, sorcerers, whoremongers, murderers, idolators, those who love a lie, those who maketh a lie. Verse 19:20 describes six (6) (the number of evil man) idols worshipped made by man’s hands: devils, gold, silver, brass, stone and wood. These verses indicate the types of evil men, describe the evil men, and describe what the evil men do.

Seven-fold Reference to Lake of Fire Judgement:

  1. … “He that hath an ear, let hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death (lake of fire).” (Rev. 2:11). (Emphasis added).
  2. “The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimestone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosover receiveth the mark of his name.” (Rev. 14:10-11). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.” (Rev. 19:20). (Emphasis added).
  4. ”And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimestone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” (Rev. 20:10). (Emphasis added).
  5. “And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.” (Rev. 20:14). (Emphasis added).
  6. “And whosover was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” (Rev. 20:15). (Emphasis added).
  7. … “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. (Rev. 21:8). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: The lake of fire is also known as the ‘second death’. This is the final place of burning, everlasting torment for Satan, the antichrist, the false prophet and those un-saved, un-believing souls from throughout the ages found NOT to be in the book of life, at the white throne judgement, at the end of the Millennium. The lake of fire and second death are also reserved for those deceived during the Tribulation who took the mark of the beast and and worshipped him and his image. The evil dead are resurrected to be judged by Christ for their evil works and for their rejection of Him who offered himself for their salvation and forgiveness of their sins. As a result of their sins and judgment, they are cast into the lake of fire that represents a second death (the first death being physical body death and souls/spirits being in Hell). The evil dead are resurrected into bodies and cast into the lake of fire to be severely tormented, having no rest day or night, and are absent from a loving God and their Savior who offered himself for them.

The great irony is that these people received exactly what they wanted. They refused Christ and wanted nothing to do with him, they wanted to exist in eternity without communion with God and Christ, on their own terms. They literally received what they asked for. The stench of their physical and emotional torment rises up in smoke, for eternity. God made both man and angels as eternal beings, hence they will exist forever in one state or another. Which state will any of us choose to exist in? The choice is up to us, and God grants us the freedom to make that choice for ourselves. For better or worse, we have no one to blame (certainly not God) except ourselves for whatever choices we make an earth.

Seven-fold Evils of the False Prophet:

… “And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.”  (Rev. 13:11-13). (Emphasis added).

… “And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.”  (Rev. 13:14-15). (Emphasis added).

…. “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom, Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of man; and his number is Six hundred three-score and six.”  (Rev. 13:16-18). (Emphasis added).

  1. Exercises all the demonic power of the antichrist. (Rev. 13:12)
  2. Causes people on the earth to worship the beast/antichrist. (Rev. 13:12)
  3. Deceives those on earth by false miracles or wonders, but is only able to do these when the antichrist is present. (Rev. 13:13-14)
  4. Requires people on earth to build an image of the beast/antichrist. (Rev. 13:14)
  5. Gives false life to the man-made image enabling it to speak. (Rev. 13:15)
  6. Forces all people to receive the antichrist’s mark of ownership in their forehead or right hand, forces buying and selling to be contingent upon having this mark. Causes the martyrdom of those not willing to worship the beast or his image. (Rev. 13:15-17)
  7. Causes people on earth to worship the beast’s image. (Rev. 13:15)

Commentary: The False Prophet is the Antichrist’s ‘right hand’ man, propaganda minister, and #1 religious cheerleader, in an all-in-one package. A ‘yes’ man of the most evil sort. Adolf Hitler had very similar people operating in this capacity during his evil attempt to enslave the world. The false prophet will be demonically or satanically inspired to perform the deceit and false miracles that lead the weak-minded and spiritually dead to falsely worship the beast/antichrist. Interestingly, the False Prophet can only conduct these false miracles when he is in sight/proximity to the beast. This indicates that Satan’s power is not omnipresent, but can only be conveyed to a willing participant within close proximity to Satan. Whereas God’s power is unlimited by time and space, Satan’s power is not and is strictly limited. Just as Hitler forced the Jews to take a tattoo or mark of the Star of David, for identification, so too will the beast/antichrist force citizens to take his mark for identification. Additionally, Hitler forced Jews to have a number tattooed on them in concentration camps, for more detailed recognition and identification. Scripture continues to tell us that the Antichrist/Beast will also force the number of his name to be forced onto people. Impossible you say? See my detailed analysis of the sevenfold markings by the beast/antichrist. The false prophet is also the ringleader to get men to make a false image(s) of the beast and to have men worship it. Impossible you think? Read my detailed analysis on the sevenfold image of the beast. The false prophet is the enabler of spiritual fornication on a global, worldwide scale all with the endorsement, approval, sanctioning and blessing from the Beast. Satan gives the false prophet just enough power, through the beast/antichrist, to ensure this satanic abomination is accomplished.

Seven-fold Reference to the Beast’s Mark/Name/Number:

  1. “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads.” (Rev. 13:16). (Emphasis added).
  2. … ”And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand.(Rev. 14:9). (Emphasis added)
  3. … “And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name”.  (Rev. 14:11). (Emphasis added).
  4. … “And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.” (Rev. 15:2). (Emphasis added).
  5. … “And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.” (Rev. 16:2). (Emphasis added).
  6. … “ And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimestone.” (Rev. 19:20). (Emphasis added).
  7. … “And I saw the thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgement was given unto them: and I saw souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hand; and they live and reigned with Christ a thousand years.” (Rev. 20:4). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: The beast/antichrist uses a mark to identify those who belong to his evil kingdom. The mark of the beast is physically apparent on the forehead or right hand of his citizens. What this mark will look like is a matter of debate and conjecture. It could be a stamp using non-removable die, a tattoo, or even a physical blemish that results from genetic manipulation. Cattle are often marked or branded by their ranchers or owners for identification. The process of cattle branding uses extremly hot fire to heat up a metal die or stamp (at the end of a long metal pole). The metal stamp is heated until the point of being red hot (glowing), or hot enough to burn a mark, initials or emblem into the leathery, thick skin of the cattle. This leaves a mark deep enough, that the cattle cannot outgrow the rancher’s mark of ownership. They permanently belong to him, until they are sold and slaughtered. By the beast/antichrist using a mark to identify his ownership of unredeemed souls, he views them as cattle…ready for the slaughterhouse of hell. The marking of unredeemed souls compares very differently to the seals or sealing used by God on those redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. (Rev. 3:12, 7:3-4, 7:5-8, 14:1).

Historically, a seal was placed by a king on a document to authenticate the document’s origin and ownership. In many cases, wax would be heated to the point of melting and dripped onto the document’s edges. As the wax was drying, the king would use a signet ring or royal stamp to put his initials, mark, or royal crest (emblem) into the wax. As long as the seal was not broken, the person receiving the official document, sealed and in tact, immediately knew who sent the document and that it was not tampered with. The recipient could then be assured of the document’s authenticity and accuracy. God applies his seal of ownership to redeemed souls, through Jesus Christ. We have a royal seal of the spirit as opposed to the  physical marking characterized by the antichrist. We have been spared a bloody slaughtering, as Christ was already bloodily slaughered on the cross for our behalf. By contrast, the cattle owned by the antichrist/beast will experience a bloody slaughtering at Armegeddon. (Rev. 14:20 “blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hudred furlongs”). The mark of the antichrist/beast indicates the corrupted physical and spiritual image of those he owns. Whereas, the seal of God, through Jesus Christ, indicates our imager status as belonging to God and of being citizens of heaven and the New Jersusalem. I would rather have the loving, royal seal of God, given to us by Christ, in my heart and head…than to have an ugly, stamp forced or burned onto my forehead or hand.

Once again, in his Revelation to John, the Apostle, Jesus mentions seven (7) times that the mark of the beast will lead to eternal damnation. He cares enough about all of us, to keep repeating himself and reminding us, over and over. Unfortunately, there will be millions (or billions) who ignore or don’t care about his warnings and offer of salvation. The beast/antichrist forces his mark on souls, whereas Jesus, gives us his mark. He doesn’t force himself on anyone who doesn’t want to be idenfied with him or his kingdom. Just as Jesus indicates what happens to “those who take the mark of the beast” (white throne judgement, lake of fire), He also indicates what happens to “those who do not take the mark of the beast”.  We are victorious, live and reign with Christ for one thousand years, have harps of God, stand on a sea of glass, sit on thrones. What a contrast in eternal existence!

Seven-fold Description of Mystery Religion Babylon:

  1. … “And ther came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, sayin unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thess the judgement of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:“  (Rev. 17:1). (Emphasis added).
  2. “Wih whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.“ (Rev. 17:2). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.“ (Rev. 17:3). (Emphasis added).
  4. “And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication.” (Rev. 17:4). (Emphasis added).
  5. “And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” (Rev. 17:5). (Emphasis added).
  6. “And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.“ (Rev. 17:6). (Emphasis added).
  7. “And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee a mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.“ (Rev. 17:7). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: This will be a long commentary, so hang-on and be patient while reading this. Before I start my commentary, it would be helpful to provide a few definitions and explanations regarding the terms used in these analogies and metaphors, and elsewhere in my analysis. Definition of a whore (most everyone will know immediately that this is a sexual reference, however, the term has more meaning than that); someone who is disparaging and offensive, a person who sacrifices personal principles or uses someone or something in a base or unworthy manner. To pursue a faithless, unworthy or idolatrous desire. The origins of old European languages suggest additional definitions; prostitute, harlot, one who desires, adulterers, fornicators, physical filth, slime, moral corruption, sin, bitch – of uncertain origin. These are obviously not kind or enduring words to describe someone (male or female). Bringing this back into context with the above verses in Revelation, just replace “faithful, true, just, holy worship of God and Jesus Christ” with the obiminations, lies, deceit, uncleaness, immorality of false and baseless Mystery Religion Worship in Babylon. The Mystery Religion of Babylon is founded on complete and total evil and deceit.

There is not an ounce of holy worship of God or Christ, whatsoever. It is a rancid porridge or jumbalaya of falsehoods, spiritual deception and idolotry all stirred together into something that is unidentifiable and has a horrible, stenchly smell, in other words, a sickening ‘mystery’.  What could it be? A blending of wordwide religions into one stinking, religious cauldron of evil worship; Buddhism, Toasim, Catholicism, Hinduism, False Christianity, Islam, Satanism, Idol (Baal, Sports, Celebrity) Worship, Luxury/Materialism Worship, Worship of Homosexuality, Gaism (earth, environment worship), paganism/witchcraft, ancestry worship, transhumanistic worship, aritificial intelligence worship, cannabis worship, drug worship, where does his end? It’s a ‘mystery.’ An extremely infamous santanist (who I will not name) perhaps summed it up by saying, “Do as thou wilst”.  No rules, no moral compass or limits, no self control or love for someone else (love yourself above all else), establish your own definition of truth and reality, ignore anything that threatens your ego or that can knock you off of your self-centered throne. Worship whatever makes you happy and allows you to coexist with your neighbors who are also worshipping strange things. There is no right or wrong, morality or immorality, holy or unholy worship. Relativism run amok. Hey, whatever makes your boat float (using an old figure of speech). You can see where I am going with this…

Therefore, Mystery Religion Babylon is a systematic, fully beast endorsed, satanically inspired, form of religion that allows mankind to worship anything and everyting, EXCEPT God and Jesus Christ. The false prophet makes sure of this, and this is one of his seven (7) forms of abominations. Not only is Mystery Religion Bablyon an unholy trainwreck mess, the false prophet also requires (forcibly), worship of the image of the beast/antichrist. This is virtually identical to the days when Christ had his ministry on earth. The Ceasars in Rome, demanded to be worshipped as God and had statues of themselves placed in many/most of the major cities throughout the Roman empire. Depending on the locality and local customs of an area, Rome also permitted idol and pagan worship, in one form or another. Thus there was an official, government sanctioned form of worship (Ceasar) and allowed forms of worship. In a number of cases, even the Jewish religion was allowed to coexist along with Ceasar worship, paganism, etc. This will undoubtedly be the case during the first 3 ½ years of the Tribulation. The antichrist does allow traditional Jewish rituals for sin atonement in their rebuilt temple, until the midpoint of the Tribulation.

At the mid-point of the Tribulation, the satanically possessed antichrist will cause the “Abomination of Desolution” to occur in the rebuilt Jewish temple. He forces the end of the jewish practice of animal sacrifices for the atonement of their sins and forcibly demands, that they (and the entire worldwide poplulation) worship him and his image exclusively. It becomes obvious that Satan’s plan allowed for the rebuilding of the Jewish temple, so he could put himself in it and demand to be worshipped as God. It is also at this time, that the antichrist literally destroys the woman, or Mystery Religion of Babylon, because she/it served his plan and purposes for the past 3 ½ years. Now, Satan, wants absolutely nothing competing with the world’s worship of him and his image. Since everyone already has his mark, and his mystery religion is dissolved, your worship now exclusively belongs to him. There is no escaping. He baited and switched you, you took the ‘bait, hook, link and sinker.’  He used the false, mystery religious system for his own purposes and gains,  and now it is time to discard the old religious system and force complete and total worship directly upon himself. (Rev. 17:16); “And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore (mystery religion babylon), and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire”. (emphasis added).

The “great whore”, Mystery Religion Babylon exists all over the earth, on the “sea” of peoples, tongues, nations, kindreds and tribes.” The “kings of the earth” have fallen in love with this false religious system and fully endorse it (perhaps because they maintain their political power and status from the beast/antichrist for endorsing this system of religious worship in their countries). What king is going to say no to the worship of the antichrist’s image in his kingdom? It will come to the point that kings could care less what their citizens worship, as long as the kings maintain their status quo and power from the antichrist. The inhabitants of the earth are ‘drunk’ because of this system. Everyone in this religious system is enjoying the form of their individal worship to excess. As a result, the poison or ‘intoxication’ from excessive false worship makes them stumble and not able to walk straight or on stable ground or truth, spiritually speaking.

The woman sits on the beast” is clearly understood that the beast’s/antichrist’s ten (10) nation confederacy and political/military empire allows the false system of worship to be carried and spread throughout the worldwide empire. The mystery religion of babylon does not exist, without the support and endorsement by the antichrist AND the false prophet. Remember, the antichrist forces everyone to take his mark, and the false prophet forces worldwide inhabitants to worship the antichrist, and to worship his image. Just as Caeser could not be in every city at evey moment to be worshipped, the antichrist will also have images of himself created and placed throughout the world, so those who have his mark can worship him.  “Seven heads, Ten horns”. Eschatalogists have speculated that the seven heads are seven mountains, or a geographically specific area, where the Mystery Religion and physical city of Babylon will exist and be headquartered. The ten horns are believed to be the heads of state, presidents from the countries of the reinvigorated Roman Empire of the European region. They are in political and military alliance with the antichrist and form his base of power.

“Arrayed in purple and scarlet and decked in gold, precious stones and pearls.” Today, we would use the term ‘blinged-out’ to describe someone physically in this manner. The description is symbolic and a metaphor for something religious or spiritual. “Purple and scarlet” are colors of blood, temptation, wine and authority. “Gold, precious stones and pearls”, are metaphors for earthly things of value, luxury or wealth, as opposed to heavenly spritual values and spritual wealth from God and Jesus Christ. “Golden cup of abominations and filthiness of her fornications”, the cup symbolizes holding those things that the world values and is greedily drinking. As long as it tastes good, they will drink it, even if it is utter poison. This compares to the offer of Christ who says to anyone thirsty (spiritually), to drink from the water of life, freely. Christ povides healthy, refreshing water from the river of life! “And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.” (Rev. 22:17).

Ten-fold References to Worship (Spiritual) Fornication:

  1. ”But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who traught Balac to cast a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit fornication.” (Rev. 2:14). (Emphasis added).
  2. “Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.” (Rev. 2:20). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.” (Rev. 2:21). (Emphasis added).
  4. “Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, not of their fornication, nor of their thefts.” (Rev. 9:21). (Emphasis added).
  5. … “And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.” (Rev. 14:8). (Emphasis added).
  6. “With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.” (Rev.17:2). (Emphasis added).
  7. … “And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication.” (Rev. 17:4). (Emphasis added).
  8. … “For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.” (Rev. 18:3). (Emphasis added).
  9. … “And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously  with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning.” (Rev. 18:9). (Emphasis added).
  10. … “For true and righteous are his judgements: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.” (Rev. 19:2). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: Ten (10) also denotes a doubling of Satan’s evil influence (5X2=10). In a previous commentary, I went into great length as to what constitutes spiritual fornication. At its core, it involves worshipping anything and everything else, other than Jesus Christ and God. It is any false religious, man-made doctrine that relies on something else (other than Christ) at its foundation. It leads and deceives people away from understanding the true gospel of Jesus Christ, that of His forgiveness of our sins through the shedding of his blood and resurrection. Through the Holy Sprit, God declares that through these ten (10) verses, spiritual fornication is at its fullest and most evil consumation during the Tribulation and Great Tribulation period. Spiritual fornication does not come on earth in any greater degree than during this period. If it were not for God’s two supernatural witnesses proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, or for the special angel flying through the earth proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, or for the witnessing of the Tribulation Saints prior to their martyrdom … the gospel of Jesus Christ would be gone from the earth during the Tribulation and Great Tribulation period. Mankind is totally given over to worshipping everything false and evil and want’s absolutely nothing to do with Jesus Christ, God or the saving gospel of Jesus Christ. Christians, pastors, teachers and true churches are gone as a result of the rapture/harpazo. No one is left to proclaim Christ’s gift of salvation, except the three entities just mentioned.

Ten (10) Evil Horns/Crowns (Kings) of the Beast’s Empire:

In exchange, he grants them “power as a king.” It is commonly believed that these ten political leaders who will be given “power as kings for one hour” will come from what is currently represented as the European Union (UE). The above reference in verse 17:12-14 indicates that these ten (10) political leaders act in a collective unison (with one mind), and give up their political and military might (power and strength) to the beast (based upon the will of God). This verse also continues on to indicate that these kings “for one hour” are active military participants against Jesus Christ on the Lord’s Day at the battle of Armageddon. Two verses reference the influence that these ten (10) kings have on Mystery Religion Babylon. The last reference, verses 17:16-17, indicate that midway through the Tribulation, these ten (10) kings turn on and destroy the whore, the Mystery Religion of Babylon.  Why would these 10 (ten) kings, who have worked for 3 ½ years to build up and support the whore, the worldwide mystery religion system, suddenly turn on her to “make her desolate and naked and shall eat her flesh and burn her with fire?”

The answer lies in the religious or spiritual ‘bait-n-switch’ that Satan pulls off on evil mankind. Halfway (3 ½ years) into the Tribulation, Satan physically indwells the beast and commits the “Abomination of Desolation” in the rebuilt Jewish Temple. Thus, Satan has effectively pulled-off a successful religious “bait-n-switch” of historical proportions.

The ten (10) kings that helped carry the whore throughout the whole world, and conversely, helped destroy her when the time was right and dictated by Satan. Just as the beast and false prophet are puppets of Satan, the ten (10) kings are the ‘puppet thugs’ or ‘heavy muscle goons’ that carry the beast’s system and mystery religion (for 3 ½ years) throughout the world. ten (10) is a doubling of Satan’s evil number of 5 (five), (5×2=10). In the context of God’s divine mathematics, these “kings for an hour with the beast” represent a double portion of Satanic evil or worldly strength. ten (10) also represents a doubling of the satanically empowered beast’s kingdom, or a doubling of any kind of Satan’s influence.

Twelve-fold References to the 24 Heavenly Elders who Worship God:

Commentary: Numbers within numbers, meanings within meanings. There are 12 (twelve) references to 24 (twenty-four) “elders”.

These 24 (twenty-four) elders are described as:

  1. Each being around the throne. They are in the presence of God, in his throne room and can visibly see his throne.
  2. Each elder having a special “seat”, thus there are 24 (twenty-four) seats around the throne for the eldes to sit on. These are defined as “seats” and not as “thrones.” The 24 elders do not sit on thrones.
  3. Each being clothed in “white” raiment. Raiment is form of clothing. White is analgous to righteousness, holy, redeemed.
  4. Each having a crown(s) of “gold.” A physical, gold crown identifies status, position, reward, righteousness, and authority.
  5. Each falls down and worships God.
  6. Each cast their crown(s) before the throne. This is a symbolic act of worship and acknowledges him who gave them their crown(s).
  7. Each gives glory and honour to him who sits on the throne.
  8. One elder identifies who Christ is and that he is worthy to open the seals of the book (of wrath).
  9. Each has a harp (musical instrument) that is played in the presence of God for his enjoyment.
  10. Each has a vial full of odour (something pleasing to God) which are the prayers of his saints.
  11. One elder identifies and describes the Tribulation Saints who were beheaded and martryed during the Tribulation.
  12. Each falls on their face and gives thanks to God for being God (reigning).

Twelve (12) descriptions contained in twelve (12) references or verses that come from throughout the book of Revelation. The twenty-four (24) elders are part of God’s divine government and serve as a sort of divine council of righteous representatives. They serve several main functions for God. They worship him. They represent his righteousness. They identify him, who he is, what he does, what he has done. They identify and acknowledge other righteous entities (Jesus Christ, Tribulation Martrys, Prayers of Saints). They do things that are pleasing to God, such as playing harps and giving him vials of the prayers of saints. Thus, they serve the Lord God. The Bible is somewhat silent on exactly who these twenty-four (24) elders are. However, it is commonly believed (rightly or wrongly) that twelve (12) are Old Testament Saints and twelve (12) are the New Testament Apostles. In any case, collectively, they represent the MVP’s  (most valuable players) on Jesus Christ’s team. They are not loved any more or less than any other redeemed man, God and Jesus Christ love everyone equally. However, these ‘MVP’s’ did something extraordinary or extremely unique or beneficial for the kingdom of God and Jesus Christ when they walked the earth. What these things might be, we don’t know. Only Christ and God know. In any case, whatever they did was extremely beneficial and pleasing to God which earned them the special status of being an ‘MVP’ and on the ‘dream team’ (using a sports term). They were also awarded special crowns to reflect whatever the did or endured, while on earth. They truly have an extremely unique role in the kingdom of God and are so noted since they receive twelve (12) references by the Holy Spirit. Of the billions of people that have or will walk the earth, only twenty-four (24) people have earned the reward, right and status of being one of the elders around God’s throne.

Twelve-fold References to the Four Beasts who Worship God:

  1. And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,” (Rev. 4:6-9). (Emphasis added).
  2. “And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.” (Rev. 5:6). (Emphasis added).
  3. … “And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.” (Rev. 5:8). (Emphasis added).
  4. … “And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worth is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.” (Rev. 5:11-12). (Emphasis added).
  5. “And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.” (Rev. 5:14). (Emphasis added).
  6. “And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the four seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.” (Rev. 6:1). (Emphasis added).
  7. … “And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.” (Rev. 6:6). (Emphasis added).
  8. “And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.” (Rev. 6:7). (Emphasis added).
  9. “And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, Saying Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.” (Rev. 7:11-12). (Emphasis added).
  10. “And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.” (Rev. 14:3). (Emphasis added).
  11. “And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.” (Rev. 15:7). (Emphasis added).
  12. “And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen, Alleluia.” (Rev. 19:4). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: The fact that there are four (4) special beasts or creatures suggests God’s divine foursquareness of balance and symmetry, of equal weight and measure. No one beast/creature is more important than the other, they are created slightly differently, with different physical features or appearances, but collectively, they serve God in the same way. Their differences stay consistent with the fact that God creates all of his creatures to be uniquely different and special. Just as with angels and men, these creatures have identifying similarities within their own created order, however, within their created order, they are each unique. They all complement one another in divine balance of purpose. What is that purpose? They exist before God’s throne, they worship God day and night, they have access to God, and they are given and take God’s vials of wrath and thus authorize seven angels to pour the vials of wrath upon evil mankind. They give God, glory and honour and thanks. They publicly proclaim God as the one who sits on the throne. The four beasts instruct John, the Apostle, to “Come and see.” The four beasts also publicly announce and describe God and his attributes. They are a perpetual heavenly group of four (4) witnesses. Some Bible students believe these four beasts are angelic beings, of one sort or another. However, these four beasts or creatures are not described in a manner consistent with those of angels.

When verses describe the entire heavenly hosts worshipping God, there are specific separate mentions of angels and the four beasts. They are two separately designated groups of created beings or entities. Thus, we can conclude that the four beasts are not angels, but rather, an extremely unique, heavenly group of beings that are not angelic or human. They are extremely unique and so special, there are only four of them in the universe and heaven. They are one of the very few entities who are allowed in close proximity to God, his power and glory. The references to the beasts having many wings and eyes suggests that God has given them very special, unique abilities to see throughout his creation and to move or travel in some kind of divine manner. Inherently implied is that these four creatures are also eternal. The fact that they are described in physical ways suggests that are in fact, a very physical creature but having very divine abilities created within them.

I like to think of them as God’s special-operations team. They are assigned very divine jobs by God, in the orchestration of his creation. Most (all?) angels do not appear to have anywhere near the roles or responsibilities of these unique creatures, nor does any created man. Taken into context with the twenty-four (24) elders, these four beasts play a complementary role with the elders. Both these two special groups of designated entities continuously praise and worship God. They continuously acknowledge who he is to the heavenly hosts. They are constantly reminding the heavenly hosts, who sits on the throne and is worthy of worship, honour, glory, praise and power. Both, the four (4) beasts and twenty-four (24) elders have a divinely assigned mathematical number, by God, that references their roles in his divinely constituted order or things in heaven. They are part of his government, both statistically speaking and of course, through their actual roles and responsibilities. While the various classifications and groups of created angels have their own specially assigned roles and responsibilities throughout heaven and earth, the four (4) beasts and twenty-four (24) elders are uniquely situated to continually stay in front of God’s throne and to execute his direct commandments. We are given no indication, whatsoever, that the beasts or elders transcend heaven and travel to earth to do God’s will. Only angels appear to have the role of interacting directly with mankind as fellow-servants, on God’s behalf. Using God’s divine mathematics helps in understanding the important distinctions within God’s created order in heaven and on earth

Twelve-fold References to Judge / Judging / Judgement:

  1. “And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth.” (Rev. 6:10). (Emphasis added).
  2. “And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.” (Rev. 11:18). (Emphasis added).
  3. ”Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgement is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.” (Rev. 14:7). (Emphasis added).
  4. … “Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy are made manifest.” (Rev. 15:4). (Emphasis added).
  5. … “And I heard the angel of the water say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.” (Rev. 16:5). (Emphasis added).
  6. “And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.” (Rev. 16:7). (Emphasis added).
  7. “And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgement of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:” (Rev. 17:1). (Emphasis added).
  8. … “Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.” (Rev. 18:8). (Emphasis added).
  9. “Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour is thy judgement come.” (Rev. 18:10). (Emphasis added).
  10. “For true and righteous are his judgements: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.” (Rev. 19:2). (Emphasis added).
  11. …”And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.” (Rev. 20:12). (Emphasis added).
  12. “And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.” (Rev. 20:13). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: Judging or Judgement is described as;

  1. God is the judge and provides judgements or decisions based on the actions, behaviors and deeds of men and angels.
  2. Judgement is a decision requested to be made on behalf of someone (Tribulation Saints) who were wrongfully hurt (beheaded).
  3. Someone (nations) are caught bloody red handed and are angry knowing that they will be judged for their actions, behavior and evil deeds. They are angry because they didn’t get away with it and were caught. They know they are going to have pay a price which they can’t afford.
  4. Judgement is request that someone be righted a wrong done to them.
  5. Judgement is request for a reward promised based on a stated outcome.
  6. Judgement is based on timing. An evil act is done, its results are noted and accounted for. Time comes for the evil act to be judged and the resulting judgement exercised or made manifest.
  7. Judgement, or the decision of what should be done has to be acted upon or made to occur (sent to prison). This is known as making a judgement manifest or physically exercised. This is the doing of what should be done.
  8. Witnesses in the public gallery indicate that God’s judgements are “true and righteous.” This means that the public gallery can attest to the fact that God did take everything into account, all the details, actions, deeds, events, behaviors, statements, intents and came to the correct and truthful conclusion regarding the matter. Nothing was left out. Everything was taken into consideration as evidence, properly evaluated and applied against the benchmark, standard and/or law that was being applied. God’s administration of justice and his resulting judgements are found to be accurate, spot on, truthful, correct, no question about it. In Biblical words, “true and righteous.”
  9. God is described as judging the “great whore” A.K.A. Babylon City (the great worldly capital of the beast’s/antichrist’s kingdom).
  10. God is strong, meaning he can’t be swayed or weak in the sense that he lets some evil slide a bit in terms of not being judged or of receiving judgement. He is firm in his judgements and not weak-kneed. He does not fold under public pressure. He can’t be influenced, bribed, manipulated or pushed by a particular special interest group, lobby or entrenched political idealogy or group. He is strong, firm, steadfast, unwavering in the application of his administration of justice. The wrath of his resulting judgements are not watered down or filtered out or held back. He gives the criminal, evil-person no slack and gives them the fullest extent of prison term possible (eternity). They are not sent to a plush prison serving three square meals a day with a basketball court, but to a lake of fire and brimstone. God does not ‘molly-coddle’ the evil, he gives them exactly what they deserve. He does not withhold his judgements, he pours out his wrath in full strength (at just the right time).
  11. God’s judgement comes very swiftly, within “one hour.” There is no long drawn out period of rebuttals, challenges, reviews, counter-suits, passing on to a higher court, etc. A decision is made and done. The action of the decision is made manifest, very quickly. There is no delay in the manifestation of the decision. Babylon City is destroyed within one hour, split into three parts by a very great earthquake, consumed by fire and hammered by 75lb. hailstones (weight of a talent). Period. There is no punishment meted out in stages, over a long period of time. There is no slap on the wrist that comes with an admonition to don’t do it again. The celestial sledgehammer is dropped quickly and decisively, no force is held back.
  12. God’s judgement includes not only the living but also the dead. Jesus Christ opens his book of life, to see if a dead man’s name is in it. The book of life is not unlike an accounting ledger that records all the debits and credits amassed over a period of time. These debits and credits are referred to as “according to their works.” If a man’s name is found in his book of life, Jesus acknowledges as much to the Father and “confesses the man’s name even to the angels.” Through Jesus Christ and his book of life, God is able to righteously judge dead men. Jesus’ book of life accounts for everyone, past, present and future.

Numbers within numbers, meanings within meanings. 12 (twelve) descriptions of judging or judgement and 12 (twelve) references or verses from throughout the book of Revelation. Judging / Judgement. (Def.); to form a conclusion about a subject or outcome, to decide as in a case of court, to give a verdict about someone or something in court as truthful, applying the administration of justice and truthfulness. Only God and Jesus Christ are the judges. Period. Only God and Jesus Christ do the judging. Period. Only God and Jesus Christ reward, withhold or punish. Period. Only God and Jesus Christ are judge, jury, and jailer. God has his wrath. Jesus Christ has the keys to heaven and hell. Having judgement and exercising judgement is derived from authority and rule. One can only be a judge if they have the authority to judge and the right to judge. One has to be competent to judge, to be able to discern right from wrong, truth from lies, good from evil, just from unjust, righteousness from unrighteousness, clarity from deception, godly from ungodliness, saved from unsaved. To be able to judge, one has to know all the facts, all the outcomes, all the intents, all the behaviors and apply these against a benchmark, a standard, a law that determines whether the data observed meet the benchmark, standard or law. Since God is omnipotent and knows everything occurring past, present and future, he is supremely just in knowing everything to take into account in performing judgement. He is the only one capable of exercising correct, truthful and righteous judgement because he can and does take everything into consideration when exercising his administration of justice. Jesus Christ is the benchmark, the standard and/or the law. Jesus Christ paid our court fees, he paid the bail, and also paid a very expensive price so we wouldn’t have to go to jail, to the dungeon, to the hangman or to the lake of fire. God’s law of righteousness and truthfulness is;

  1. Admit/Acknowledge/Accept that you are sinner. Ask God’s forgiveness and repent of your sins.

…For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)

…As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one. (Romans 3:10)

…If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. (1 John 1:8)

  1. Believe Jesus is Lord. Believe that Jesus Christ is who He claimed to be; that He was both fully God and fully man and that we are saved through His death, burial, and resurrection. Put your trust in Him as your only hope of salvation. Become a son or daughter of God by receiving Christ.

…That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (John 3:15-17). For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)

  1. Call upon His name, Confess with your heart and with your lips that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.

…That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9-10)

This is the benchmark, standard and/or law by which God judges men. If Jesus Christ finds a man who meets this benchmark, standard and/or law, he acknowledges and confesses the man’s name before God as belonging to him and having meet the requirements. Jesus Christ acts as our lawyer, on our behalf, in the administration of God’s justice. Jesus saves us in God’s court of law and in the administration of God’s justice.

Twelve-fold References to the dragon:

  1. … “And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and  seven crowns upon his heads.” (Rev. 12:3). (Emphasis added).

  12. … “ And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years.” (Rev. 20:2). (Emphasis added).

Commentary:  The term dragon (lowercase) is used as a descriptive reference. dragon is one of the two descriptive references (along with serpent). dragon and old serpent are twice used in conjuciton with one another (verses 12:9 and 20:2). Two (2) or twice denotes God’s solid confimation of a matter. The last verse referring to the dragon is significant because it contains all four refernces or names of the evil one. dragon, serprent, Devil and Satan. The Holy Spirit uses the two descriptions and two names of the evil one so that there is absolutely no mistake or error or confusion surrounding what happens to the evil one after the battle of Armageddon. Regardless of the description or name used, the evil one is bound for 1,000 years. If you carefully notice the content of each verse you will quickly realize that combined, these verses describe in a nutshell the role and activities of the one described as a dragon over the course of the Tribulation and beyond. The dragon is cast to earth after loosing a battle in heaven. The dragon persecutes Israel. The dragon goes to war against Israel’s remnant. The dragon gives the beast his power, seat and authority (evil kingdom). The dragon is worshipped in the evil kingdom. The dragon uses unclean spirits to gather together kings and their armies for Armageddon. The dragon is bound and chained for 1,000 years.

Twelve-fold References to a heavenly book:

  2. “And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?” (Rev. 5:2). (Emphasis added).
  3. “And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.” (Rev. 5:3). (Emphasis added).
  4. “And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.” (Rev. 5:4). (Emphasis added).
  5. “And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.” (Rev. 5:5). (Emphasis added).

  8. “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou are worth to take the book, and open the seals thereof: for thou was slain, and has redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation:” (Rev. 5:9). (Emphasis added).
  9. … “And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth.” (Rev. 10:2). (Emphasis added).
  10. … “And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.” (Rev. 10:8). (Emphasis added).

  12. “And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.” (Rev. 10:10). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: Rev. 5:1-5, 7-9, reference the book of wrath that has the seven seals which Christ is the only one worthy enough to open. Rev. 10:2, 8-10, references a little book of prophecy that “tastes sweet, but when eaten, becomes bitter in the belly”. Both books are prophetic in nature. The book which Christ opens is obviously a series of prophecies that indicate the judgements Christ administers to start the Tribulation. The second book of prophecies handed by a mighty, glorious angel to John is a bit of an enigma. The book could contain prophecies regarding other events in the Tribulation period that we don’t know about, or events that we do know about as stated in the book of Revelation. As the book of Revelation is generally considered the largest book in the Bible concerning prophecy, the two heavenly books described above (Christ’s book of seals, the mighty angels little book of bitterness) are two prophecy books contained within the prophecy of Revelation. Prophecies within prophecy. Interestingly, Revelation is chock-full of references to books being used in the administration of God’s order of things. There is of course the two books I have just referenced in this commentary. There is also a book of life referenced many places throughout Revelation. Extremely important things in God’s administration are “written down in books” (or ledgers, if you want to use an accounting term). Ultimately, every Christian’s name is written down in the book of life. John the Apostle was instructed by the Holy Spirit to ‘write’ down what he saw and/or heard.

Twelve-fold Descriptions of the Two Supernatural Witnesses:

  1. Are given power to prophecy the first 3 ½ years of the Tribulation. (Rev. 11:3)
  2. Dressed in sackcloth. (Rev. 11:3)
  3. Called two witnesses, two olive trees, two candlesticks, two prophets. (Rev. 11:3, 11:4, 11:10)
  4. Supernatural ability to defend themsevlves against anyone who tries to kill them. (Rev. 11:5)
  5. Supernatural ability to cause plagues, no rain, turn waters to blood. (Rev. 11:6)
  6. The beast/antichrist kills them at the end of their prophecy ministry. (Rev. 11:7)
  7. Their dead bodies will lie in a street of a great city for 3 ½ days. (Rev. 11:8, 11:9)
  8. People through out the world will see their dead bodies and make no effort to bury them in graves. (Rev. 11:9)
  9. People through out the world will celebrate and buy each other gifts because the two prophets were killed. (Rev. 11:10)
  10. God resurrects the two prophets 3 ½ days after they were killed. People watching are afraid. (Rev. 11:11)
  11. They are commanded by a voice in heave to “come up hither” and there enemies watch them ascend to heaven. (Rev. 11:12)
  12. The same hour that they ascend into heaven, 7,000 men are killed by a great earthquake and the remant give are afraid and give glory to God. (Rev. 11:13)

Commentary: Twelve (12) denotes God’s divinely constituted organization either in heaven or on earth. There are several interesting takeaways (or more) contained within these twelve references or verses. The two supernatural men are given four (4) names, which are descriptive in nature since they are not capitalized, (witnesses, olive trees, candlesticks, prophets). Each of these descriptive names has a unique meaning behind it. Witnesses bear testimony of Jesus Christ and the gospel. They testify to the saving grace of Jesus Christ through the forgiveness of sins from the shedding of his blood, and his resurrection. They are olive trees in sense that they bear fruit for the kingdom of Christ by speaking of God’s word and work, and by providing oil for the lamp of Christ in a dark world. They are candlesticks in the sense that they shine forth the light of Christ in dark, evil times. Lastly, they are prophets because they prophesy what is coming to evil men, if they don’t repent of their sin and evil ways. They will be telling people, in no uncertain terms, what awaits them if they don’t accept the salvation offered by Jesus Christ. Yet, these men are tormented by the two supernatural teachers. They are reminded over and over and over again, for the 3 ½ years, regarding their sin and spiritual status. They don’t want to hear it, they want nothing to do with it, they try to ignore it, they try to kill them (and are killed in return), they want nothing to do with Jesus Christ or his gospel. They are tormented because of the droughts and plagues that these two supernatural men from God provoke them with. These evil men just wish that the two prophets would just go away and die and leave us alone.

Another intersting fact is that verse 11:11 indicates that these two men will lay dead in the street, rotting for 3 ½ days. The time that they lay dead, 3 ½ days mirrors the 3 ½ years that they witness and prophesy. This is not a coincidence. Just as Christ died, was buried and rose again after 3 days, it seems that God’s pattern repeats itself, once again with the subsequent resurrection of these two men after the world gloats over them for 3 ½ days. Shortly after Christ’s death on the cross, their was a long lasting eclipse and earthquake. With the two prophets, there is also an earthquake (within the same hour of their resurrection) where 7,000 men are killed. The remnant of men who are not killed by the earthquake, become afraid for their own lives, not only because of the earthquarke but also because they literally see the ascendance of the two supernatural witness to heaven.  At this point in time, they realize that these two men spoke the truth and were truely messengers from God. As such, in fear, these men give glory to God. Hidden, underneath this whole series of events is the fact that these two supernatural men, and their witness, prophesy, death and resurrection are all televised and witnessed by the whole world. The beast/antichrist makes sure that his victory over and killing of these two men is broadcast as far and wide as possible, throughout the world, so he can gloat and boast. People worldwide are given to celebration and buying each other gifts, sort of an international boxing (presents) day. This of course, all happens before the two prophets are supernaturally resurrected by God and ascend into heaving. Now, their joy and celebration (over 3 ½ days) turns quickly to shock and fear. The tables are suddently turned on them. Historically, both the righteous and evil who died were afforded the minimum of a grave burial, of one type or another. However, these two men are so despised by the world that the authorities and common men make no attempt (to suffer) to put their bodies in a grave. They choose to leave them out in the open, under extreme heat, rotting with flies buzzing around so there dead bodies can be televised to the world. They know that they can’t televise two bodies, buried in graves. What fun is that?

The last interesting fact to comment on regards the 7,000 men killed by the earthquake that occurs during the same hour as the two witnesses’ resurrection and ascendancy to heaven. Seven (7) denotes God’s divinely determined completeness to his plan or purpose. 7,000 is obviously a multiple of seven (7×1,000=7,000). The number of men killed by the earthquake is very exact and specific, no more – no less. These two special, divine, supernatural men of God represent his last attempt at using men to witness, to prophecy, to exhort, to testify of God, Jesus Christ and the forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ. For over 2,000 years, God has used men to spread the gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ to other men. This is it, this is his last attempt. Enough is enough, men will still not listen to the good news of salvation. They still are evil, hard hearted and reject anything and everything of Christ. God’s patience has finally run out from over the millennia and the centuries. Next up, he unleashes his supernatural wrath through the seven (7) trumpet and seven (7) vial wraths, not only against man, but also against man’s physical environment and those natural resources which allow man to sustain life on earth.

Commentary: Names and Titles are Capitalized, descriptions are not. Three individual names of God and be joined to form four (4) combinations of names, all properly representing the power, majesty and glory of God. God refers to himself as Lord, seven (7) times. Seven (7) represents God’s divinely determined completeness to his plan or purpose. Lord suggests supreme rulership and authority. His name of God, is repeated seventy (70) times. (7×10=70). Ten (10) represents God’s allness or completeness. This name of God, is the ONLY subject, in all of Revelation, to have seventy (70) references. The combinations of God’s names result in fewer references, but they are all derivatives his three (3) basic names, Lord – God – Almighty. By using these three basis names, God is intensly emphasizing who he is. By arranging them into additional combinations, adds another measure of importance and description as to who He is. The name of Jesus Christ, also shares the same naming characteristics as the Father’s names.

Commentary: What denotes a political rule or system? References to a kingdom, power, seat, authority, kings, power over nations, etc. Considered and understood in totality, these verses describe the formation of the beast’s Babylonian system and kingdom. They describe where the beast/antichrist/man of sin gets his evil power, seat and authority (Satan gives this to him directly). Satan has the power to do exactly this, in Matthew 4:8-9, Satan tempts Jesus with; “Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things I will give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.” (Emphasis added). Power is given to the beast/antichrist/man of sin over all kindreds, tongues and nations. The ten horns are ten political leaders, who in exchange for giving up their geographical political sovereignty, receive the designation as kings from the beast, while he remains in power (four an hour). God puts it into their minds to collectively give control of their national sovereignty over to the beast. As such, the beast gains a formidable political and military support system to carry out his rule. Politically, it appears that Babylon City is the beast’s capital city and supports the man made religious heartbeat of the evil mystery religion (Babylon Mystery Religion – Whore). At the midpoint in the Tribulation, the ten (10) kings destroy Mystery Religion Babylon to make way for the sole worship of Satan through his indwelt possession of the beast/antichrist/man of sin. In Rev. verse 17:14, scripture also indicates that these ten (10) kings will also participate at the battle of Armageddon against Christ.

  24. “And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into ta lake of fire burning with brimstone. (Rev. 19:20). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: The fornication referenced to is obviously not sexual in nature, but spiritual. However, the analogy and symbolism is accurate. True worship belongs to Jesus Christ and God. During the Tribulation, all sorts of man-made religious doctrines, practices and worship take place, other than to the true worship of God, and Jesus Christ. The beast and false prophet also require worship of the beast AND his image.  All of this false, evil worshipping is an abomination to God. As a result of all of the false worship taking place on earth, the Holy Spirit refers to it as fornication. Fornication is pursuing a false religious experience at the expense of foregoing a true and rightful worship of Jesus Christ and the Father. Mystery Religion Babylon is an evil smelling, cornucopia of religious lies and deceptions of everything imaginable from throughout the entire world. Babylon City (the capital of the beast’s kingdom) is also the seat where all the world’s mystery (false) religions are given acceptance and accommodated. Kings from around the world buy into these false religions to keep their constituents back home happy. “I don’t care what you worship, as long as I keep my throne and the beast does not attack our country,” say the kings. At the core of reigning, kings want to maintain their authority and sovereignty at all costs. Allowing and endorsing false worship of all sorts of devils and idols is a very easy price for them to pay to keep their throne seat (and most likely their necks as well). The beast and beast image worship is also part of the world’s intoxicating, evil soup of spiritual fornication.

During Roman times, the official worship of the land was reserved for the Caesars’s. However, in many cases, local religious or historical worshipping practices were allowed or tolerated. Thus, many places practiced a mix of both Caesar and idol worship, side by side. It will be no different during the first 3 ½ years of the Tribulation. The beast/antichrist/man of sin and false prophet utilize this strategy of allowing mystery religion to coexist with beast/image worship for the first 3 ½ years, in order to gain easy buy-in or acceptance by the world’s population. Evil men throughout the world, want to do what they do … and to continue doing it without any threats or consequences. The Beast lets them … until the midpoint of the Tribulation. At that point, Satan indwells the beast/antichrist/man of sin, causes the “Abomination of Desolation” (defiles the holiest section of the rebuilt Jewish Temple) and declares himself to be God and to be worshipped as such. Satan, through his beast puppet, pulls off the greatest religious ‘bait-n-switch’ in the history of mankind. Men are no longer allowed to continue worshipping their false mystery religions and idols. Satan/beast declares and demands that everyone in the world must worship him as God under the threat of death (beheading). His ten (10) nation confederacy (who first supported and endorsed mystery religion worship), now is being instructed by Satan/beast to destroy any and all mystery religion worship. Satan demands exclusive worship of him as God, through his indwelling/possession of the beast/antichrist/man of sin.

Continuing on, in linear fashion with the twenty-four (24) verses, we see that at the end of the total seven (7) year Tribulation/Great Tribulation, that Babylon City is utterly destroyed. We also see that the beast and false prophet are cast alive into the lake of fire and brimstone. Taken in literal order, we are told about the spread and the onset of mystery religion worship and beast/image worship at the beginning of the Tribulation, through to its eventual destruction as a result of Satan demanding worship of him as God. And with the ending of the beast and false prophet meeting their doom.

Twenty-four References to the Beast:

(Emphasis added).
  16. … ”And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.” (Rev. 17:11). (Emphasis added).
  17. … “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.” (Rev. 17:12). (Emphasis added).
  18. … “These have one mind, and sahll give their power and strength unto the beast.” (Rev. 17:13). (Emphasis added).

  20. … “For God has put in their hearst to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.” (Rev. 17:17). (Emphasis added).
  21. … “And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.” (Rev. 19:19). (Emphasis added).

(Emphasis added).
  24. … “And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” (Rev. 20:10). (Emphasis added).

Commentary: Taken in a literal, sequencial manner, we see the onset and arrival of the beast/antichrist/man of sin onto the stage of the world, then all the way to when he is cast into the lake of fire and brimestone. However, God is ultimately in control. He is in control of all events, entities and outcomes. He is in control of Satan and the kingdom he sets up on earth, including the beast puppet. As such, these twenty-four (24) attributes attest to God’s divinely organized and abundant organizationl arrangement as pertaining to Satan’s beast/antichrist/man of sin.

Twenty-four Attributes of the Beast’s Evil Babylonian System:

  1. Feet
  2. Body
  3. Mouth
  4. Power
  5. Seat
  6. Authority

  19. Blaspheme God
  20. Repent Not
  21. Wars

Commentary: These twenty-four (24) attributes make up the majority of what constitutes the beast’s/antichrist’s evil Babylonian kingdom on earth for seven (7) years. There is not one positive, holy or righteous item on the list. This could be considerd a “list of sin” and abominations. All these attributs are woven together to deceive men and drag them to eternal damnation in the lake of fire. They are woven to together, by Satan, to keep men from evern knowing, understanding or accepting the gospel of salvation and forgiveness offered by Jesus Christ, throught the shedding of his blood and resurrection. This is Satan’s largest attempt, in the history of mankind, to keep men from coming to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Satan uses his puppets, the beast/antichrist/man of sin and false prophet to keep men in the dark so they never see the light.

“But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?” —Romans 10:14

Jesus Christ’s Offer of Salvation:

The ABCs of Salvation through Jesus Christ (the Lamb)

A. Admit/Acknowledge/Accept that you are sinner. Ask God’s forgiveness and repent of your sins.

. . . “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23).

. . . “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.” (Romans 3:10).

. . . “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” (1 John 1:8).

B. Believe Jesus is Lord. Believe that Jesus Christ is who He claimed to be; that He was both fully God and fully man and that we are saved through His death, burial, and resurrection. Put your trust in Him as your only hope of salvation. Become a son or daughter of God by receiving Christ.

. . . “That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (John 3:15-17). For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13).

C. Call upon His name, Confess with your heart and with your lips that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.

. . . “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10).

. . . “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.” (John 1:8-10).

. . . “And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. (John 2:2).

. . . “In this was manifested the love of god toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.” (1 John 4:9, 14-15).

. . . “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.” (Romans 5:8-10).

. . . “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23).

. . . “Jesus saith unto them, I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6).

. . . “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth.” (Romans 1:16).

. . . “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts: 4:12).

. . . “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” (1 Timothy 2:4-6).

. . . “For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Thessalonians 5:9).

. . . “But as many as received him, to them gave the power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.” (John 1:12).

True Church / Bride of Christ Spared from God’s Wrath:
