Ten ‘10’ Denotes God’s divine ‘COMPLETENESS’ as to things on EARTH. In Revelation 10, he is opening up the ancient scrolls and ‘little book’ of prophecy that Daniel was told to ‘SEAL UP’ and not write of what was spoken. He was prophetically being told additional things that would transpire or occur ‘in the end of days’ and during the 7 year ‘tribulation.
Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the ‘time of the end’: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh ‘7’ angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
(NWN; Seven ‘7’ denotes God’s divine completion to his plan or purpose for this ‘7th’ prophecy angel to commence and complete prophecy related to the Last Days and End Times. Think of the Great Prophecy Angel as a ‘General’ and the ‘7th’ prophecy angel as a Major or Colonel or someone of rank who has been given authority to physically ‘begin something or start something.’)
8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open (NWN; notice that the ‘little book’ is OPEN) in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
(NWN; the prophecy angel(s) are HANDING the little book to physically alive men on the earth. In essence, they are handing or ‘transferring’ the ‘little book of prophecy’ to physical men ALIVE on the EARTH during the ‘End Times’ or ‘Last Days.’ God conveys prophecy to Angels who in turn are ‘messengers’ of God’s prophecy to mortal men alive. Angels, throughout the past 6,000 years have been ‘messengers’ for God to mankind.)
9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
(NWN; this is a ‘discernment’ on my part. ‘Take it and eat it’ is a spiritual ‘consumption’ of understanding the End Times and God’s related prophecies to go along with ‘signs of the times.’ It takes ‘7’ knowledge, wisdom, obedience, humility, persistence, prayer and the Holy Spirit’ to work prophecy in man’kind. This is a great and wonderful thing, just like a ‘7’ course meal. However, once the prophecies are apparent ‘consumed and understood’ they will be prone to make one sick to the stomach because of what they foretell. Just like eating a ’7’ course meal will likely make you feel like you could explode. God’s UNFILTERD WRATH poured on evil man’kind who refuse Him, and refuse His Son Jesus Christ and His eternal offer of salvation. 10 And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
(NWN; the prophecy angel was prophesying what would happen to anyone who attempted to reveal what was in the ‘little book.’ This verse ‘confirms’ that what was prophesied, did in fact occur and was experienced by those given the task of being Watchmen. This also ‘suggests’ that some men are ‘willingly’ allowing themselves to be Watchmen because they consciously love prophecy (God’s Word) and are completely open and receptive to it.)
11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
(NWN; since this is verse ‘11’ it suggests a WARNING(S). The purpose of prophecy is to inform, proclaim and WARN. It suggests that the Watchmen who proclaim the Word of God, will have their ‘7’ words, letters, videos, blogs, sermons, articles and books proclaim God’s WILL to those during the End Times / Last Days and Tribulation period. God has ALWAYS used Holy Angels and physical men (Moses, Elijah, Daniel, Enoch, and others) to speak on behalf of God. He will do this also through the Tribulation via; 1. Prophecy revealed to mankind via his ‘little book’ to Watchmen, 2. The ‘two witnesses’, ‘lampstands’ or candles who proclaims God’s light to the world for the first 3.5 years of the tribulation, 3. The various Angel warnings given to men to NOT TAKE THE MARK of the BEAST and lastly, 4. The 144,000 Jewish Evangelists who have the ‘seal of God’ in their foreheads (and NOT the mark of the Beast) who proclaim Jesus Christ’s offer of Salvation ONE LAST TIME, before the 7 year tribulation ends.)

RT investigative unit The Detail has reviewed the disturbing dimensions of (5) a report on human augmentation recently issued by (5) the UK Ministry of Defence’s (5) Development, Concepts and Doctrine Centre.
Drawn (5) up in conjunction with Germany’s (5) Bundeswehr Office for Defence Planning, the document starts by noting that while “significant thought” has been given to the implications (5) of “advances in life sciences” for (5) “artificial intelligence, automation and robotics,” comparatively little has been dedicated to “what this means from a human perspective.”
The MoD considers this a grave shortcoming, for “our potential adversaries will not be governed by the same ethical and legal considerations that we are,” and are allegedly (5) “already developing human augmentation capabilities.” As such, (5) “establishing advantage in this field” is of paramount urgency.
“Advances in (5) artificial intelligence, robotics and autonomy mean (5) that human processing power, speed (5) of action and endurance are (5) being rapidly outpaced by machines,” the report states. “People are defence’s most valuable asset but also a key vulnerability; people get hungry, tired, scared and confused. (5) Machines on the other hand (5) are incapable of these things…The (5) role of people is being (5) challenged in three key areas: data, complexity and speed…Human augmentation is the missing part of this puzzle.”
The implication of this view of people is that the legal and ethical considerations apparently holding back the MoD’s vital work should be scrapped. (5) People are just too weak to deserve the protections of legal rights preventing the (5) military from implanting tech in (5) their bodies to ‘augment’ them.
The report proceeds to delve deeply into a (5) wide array of augmentation options, (5) including wearable tech, psychedelic drugs, (5) gene editing and engineering, exoskeletons, (5) sensory augmentation devices, invasive implants such as “brain interfaces.” Bizarrely, it likens such sinister, sci-fi-reminiscent applications to “augmentation” such as “humans [adorning] themselves with decorative garments to increase their social standing.”
Overwhelmingly too, the focus is on (5) the theoretical positives of augmentation. Even a section noting that, “if not effectively regulated by law, such areas of inconsistency and/or ambiguity create the potential for individual privacy to be breached through what could come to be known as ‘under-skin’ surveillance methods,” is negated mere pages later by a passage seemingly advocating (5) augmenting soldiers “against their will,” on the basis they could be “guilty of disobeying a (5) lawful command” if they refused.

Accordingly, discussion of the (5) hazards inherent in human augmentation is vanishingly rare in the report, beyond brief references to how (5) “bioinformatic data, implants and wearables (5) will create vulnerabilities that could (5) be exploited by malign actors,” the “electromagnetic signature” (5) of devices such as exoskeletons “could be easily detected” on a battlefield, and “implanted technologies” (5) or “data reliant human augmentation” could be “disrupted at a moment of an adversaries [sic] choosing.”
These prospective pratfalls are fairly severe failings, one might think, particularly (5) given implanted brain-related tech could be hacked into, raising the horrifying prospect of someone’s mind and body being infiltrated and hijacked by sinister external actors.
Naturally, the MoD does not consider itself to be a “malign actor,” and the report argues such hacking to be a far lesser threat to that of (5) “surrendering influence, prosperity and security” to countries more willing (5) to experiment, invest and innovate in the field.
This cavalier approach extends also to (5) ethical considerations regarding human augmentation. The report characterizes such concerns as “significant but not insurmountable,” on the basis that getting bogged down in trifling moral debates on the topic would result in “the ethics (5) of human augmentation [being] decided (5) for us” by other states. Indeed, “the imperative to use human augmentation may ultimately not be dictated by any explicit ethical argument, but by national interest.”
That is to say, if the MoD simply (5) ignores ethical concerns and limitations, (5) and adopts human augmentation regardless, ethical arguments become a moot point. Quite the vicious circle.
“National regulations dictating the pace and scope of scientific research reflect societal views, particularly in democracies that are more sensitive to public opinion. (5) The future of human augmentation should not, however, be decided (5) by ethicists or public opinion,” the paper ominously states.
The analysis goes even further, demanding that Western governments (5) not only adopt, but optimize (5) their use of human augmentation, stating, (5) “governments will need to develop a (5) clear policy position that maximises (5) the use of human augmentation in support (5) of prosperity, safety and security.”

The (5) Development, Concepts and Doctrine Centre (DCDC) (5) goes so far as to (5) argue augmenting people may in (5) itself be a “moral obligation…particularly in cases (5) where it promotes well-being or (5) protects us from novel threats,” suggesting in fact (5) that augmentation could even “controversially” (5) produce “moral enhancement” of humans and (5) personally “to prevent malicious activity.”
If it (5) looks like a dystopian nightmare, (5) walks like a dystopian nightmare, and (5) quacks like a dystopian nightmare, then it’s probably (5) a report from the MoD.
The DCDC’s entry for the Philip K Dick award furthermore notes approvingly that (5) “ethical perspectives on human augmentation will change and this couldhappen quickly,” recording (5) how “creating genetically modified humans has been widely considered unacceptable for many years and is formally prohibited in over 40 countries,” but (5) there are welcome indications this (5) stance “is being challenged by (5) the advent of new technologies.” No doubt the British state would also be eager and able to “nudge” citizens into reconsidering their “ethical perspectives” on the matter.
“The impact of (5) legislative changes on moral beliefs is also important, with some evidence suggesting that changes to morality are (5) often caused by legislative changes,” the report observes. “Defence, however, cannot (5) wait for ethics to change (5) before engaging with human augmentation.”
Disquieting stuff indeed, although even more troublingly, (5) a determination to transform soldiers (5) and citizens alike into cyborgs isn’t restricted to Britain. NATO’s ‘Innovation Hub’ throughout 2020 and 2021 published a number of bizarre papers and convened several conferences on (5) the subject of “cognitive warfare” – a doctrine (5) seeking “militarisation of brain science” and answers to the burning question of (5) “how to free humanity from (5) the limitations of the body.”
The US-led military alliance aims to achieve dominance in this speculative, sinister sphere by 2040, and in service of (5) the project the Innovation Hub (5) employed a number of “futurists” to forecast scenarios for securing such primacy, and kickstarting “cognitive war.”
One resultant contribution was a 33-page fable authored by (5) a French evolutionary biology professor, which imagined how in 2039, autopsies conducted on Chinese soldiers killed in skirmishes with US and Australian troops over Beijing’s Silk Road initiative in Zambia would find (5) the dead were “supra-human,” the product (5) of gene-editing in a lab, whichimbuedthem (5) with superior muscles, night vision, and “resistance to sleep deprivation, thirst, extreme heat and humidity.” A “cognitive war” was duly declared the next year.
The academic concluded by declaring that (5) the “human mind should be (5) NATO’s next domain of operation.” Deranged doggerel the work may have been, but it was clearly influential – 10 months after publication, then-US Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe accused Beijing of “developing (5) soldiers with biologically enhanced capabilities.” Despite providing no evidence for the bombshell assertion, media outlets the world over eagerly amplified his incendiary remarks without criticism or question.
Clearly then, just as in the Cold War, where bogus claims of Soviet nuclear supremacy prompted a planet-threatening arms race lasting decades, and crazed conspiracy theories about Chinese brainwashing prowess triggered unconscionable experimentation on unwitting human subjects, fear (5)mongering over purported enemy state (5) progress in the field of (5) human augmentation is being used (5) to justify a whole host (5) of immoral policies and practices.
This time round, though, rather than entrenched medical ethics being criminally and covertly circumvented, they’re simply being rewritten to accommodate the national security state’s wanton and egregious excesses. After all, the West must maintain “full-spectrum dominance” in all matters, at all times – even if the threat that’s reportedly being countered is fantastical, farcical, or literally science-fictional.
