Each of us are watchmen on the wall. If you stand behind a pulpit or preach to a congregation in whatever media you use, you have a responsibility to warn those who are in danger of hell fire and all that it represents. God does not send anyone to hell, as it is a decision that each of us must make, but the Word of God must start with men and women who are commissioned by God to take the Word of Truth to those who are in their sins.
Whether a minister believes he is a watchman or not, he is commissioned by God to spread the Gospel to the lost. He is to preach the penalty of sin. He is to abandon a feel good “gospel”, prosperity gospel, or a social speech of humanism and being just a “good citizen”. This won’t save anyone. It will not warn those who are walking the wide road and gate to destruction, but will only placate them that they are OK…they are not OK, as they do not have Jesus in their hearts. It is a minister’s job to take the message of salvation to his congregation, his community and the rest of the world.

Prepping for ‘Mr. Fix-It’
Society is being prepped for the Antichrist, and as prophecy-loving believers try to warn, the words are falling on a lot of deaf ears.
The stage is being set for a closing act. The players are getting into their proper positions. Heads of state are meeting to plot and scheme and deny even more rights. In places like Australia, Lithuania, and Austria, good people are enemies of the state even though they are upstanding citizens.
World leaders have no comprehension they are majoring in minors. To them, it makes perfect sense to obsess over carbon emissions. During the Tribulation, this will fade from their memories as they cope with Seals and Trumpets and Bowls. These will spark “climate change” they cannot imagine!
Most receiving this newsletter are “watchmen.” Ezekiel 33 tells us that if you don’t warn, the blood is on your hands, so you cannot be silent.
Brace yourself to be shocked daily by things you read and watch. Satan is getting more active, and wickedness is rising, so God’s people must shine more brightly.
But for the believer, a glorious event will happen soon. It is known as the Rapture of the Church. It is any day. Any hour. Any minute. So don’t grow weary!
And yes, if a believer is a Rapture skeptic, they get the surprise of their life someday soon. Then you’ll have the privilege of saying, “I told you so.”

Ten ‘10’ Denotes God’s divine ‘COMPLETENESS’ as to things on EARTH. In Revelation 10, he is opening up the ancient scrolls and ‘little book’ of prophecy that Daniel was told to ‘SEAL UP’ and not write of what was spoken. He was prophetically being told additional things that would transpire or occur ‘in the end of days’ and during the 7 year ‘tribulation.
Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the ‘time of the end’: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
Daniel 12:9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the ‘time of the end’.

(NWN; I ‘discern’ that these are seven ‘7’ other great prophecy angels who are ‘confirming’ that NOW IS THE TIME to OPEN DANIEL’S ‘END TIME’ Book of Future Prophecy.’)

(NWN; The Great Prophecy Angel is proclaiming the ‘LAST DAYS or END TIMES’ have come, in no uncertain terms, and that NOW IS THE TIME to reveal prophecy related TO the Last Days or End Times and Tribulation.)
7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh ‘7’ angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
(NWN; Seven ‘7’ denotes God’s divine completion to his plan or purpose for this ‘7th’ prophecy angel to commence and complete prophecy related to the Last Days and End Times. Think of the Great Prophecy Angel as a ‘General’ and the ‘7th’ prophecy angel as a Major or Colonel or someone of rank who has been given authority to physically ‘begin something or start something.’)
8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open (NWN; notice that the ‘little book’ is OPEN) in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
(NWN; the prophecy angel(s) are HANDING the little book to physically alive men on the earth. In essence, they are handing or ‘transferring’ the ‘little book of prophecy’ to physical men ALIVE on the EARTH during the ‘End Times’ or ‘Last Days.’ God conveys prophecy to Angels who in turn are ‘messengers’ of God’s prophecy to mortal men alive. Angels, throughout the past 6,000 years have been ‘messengers’ for God to mankind.)
9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
(NWN; this is a ‘discernment’ on my part. ‘Take it and eat it’ is a spiritual ‘consumption’ of understanding the End Times and God’s related prophecies to go along with ‘signs of the times.’ It takes ‘7’ knowledge, wisdom, obedience, humility, persistence, prayer and the Holy Spirit’ to work prophecy in man’kind. This is a great and wonderful thing, just like a ‘7’ course meal. However, once the prophecies are apparent ‘consumed and understood’ they will be prone to make one sick to the stomach because of what they foretell. Just like eating a ’7’ course meal will likely make you feel like you could explode. God’s UNFILTERD WRATH poured on evil man’kind who refuse Him, and refuse His Son Jesus Christ and His eternal offer of salvation. Seeing prophecy happen and unfold is a wonderful and miraculous thing. Understanding the implications of seeing prophecy unfold, leaves one’s stomach bitter and sour because of the ‘gastrointestinal storm’ that is coming. Pass-the-antacid-pills, please.)
10 And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
(NWN; the prophecy angel was prophesying what would happen to anyone who attempted to reveal what was in the ‘little book.’ This verse ‘confirms’ that what was prophesied, did in fact occur and was experienced by those given the task of being Watchmen. This also ‘suggests’ that some men are ‘willingly’ allowing themselves to be Watchmen because they consciously love prophecy (God’s Word) and are completely open and receptive to it.)
11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
(NWN; since this is verse ‘11’ it suggests a WARNING(S). The purpose of prophecy is to inform, proclaim and WARN. It suggests that the Watchmen who proclaim the Word of God, will have their ‘7’ words, letters, videos, blogs, sermons, articles and books proclaim God’s WILL to those during the End Times / Last Days and Tribulation period. God has ALWAYS used Holy Angels and physical men (Moses, Elijah, Daniel, Enoch, and others) to speak on behalf of God. He will do this also through the Tribulation via; 1. Prophecy revealed to mankind via his ‘little book’ to Watchmen, 2. The ‘two witnesses’, ‘lampstands’ or candles who proclaims God’s light to the world for the first 3.5 years of the tribulation, 3. The various Angel warnings given to men to NOT TAKE THE MARK of the BEAST and lastly, 4. The 144,000 Jewish Evangelists who have the ‘seal of God’ in their foreheads (and NOT the mark of the Beast) who proclaim Jesus Christ’s offer of Salvation ONE LAST TIME, before the 7 year tribulation ends.)
The Coming Infrared Biometric Vaccination Mark of the Beast System:
(Five (5); Digital ID, Vaccination Passport, Biometric Infrared Scanning, Vaccine ‘Mark’ or ‘code/number’ of Approval or Authorization, 5G Technology/Network.)
The ‘coming’ mark will most likely involve a ‘subdermal’ (non-hypodermic needle) application of the next wave of vaccinations, that will include a form of ‘digital data memory’ indicating date and time of vaccination. This ‘mark’ of vaccination will involve a sub-dermal outline or image representing a ‘branding’ that can be scanned and revealed by infrared light at a retail checkout point scanner. Just as many people have a physical vaccination ‘mark’ on their arm from getting shots in the 1960s, the coming vaccination mark will be subtle and reside ‘inside’ the human body affecting and indicating a genomic change in the recipient. This is an abomination viewed by God and causes the recipient to lose ‘Imager Status before God’ and results in eternal damnation. The vaccination ‘mark’ has to be easily accessible by scanners and retail checkout points, hence the recipient will have the option of receiving the vaccination ‘patch’ either on their hand or forehead for ‘scannability.’ The patch or medium itself ‘dissolves’ on the exterior of the skin, as the vaccination and information is administered or delivered under the skin. Some technology is currently under development that will possibly allow for the recipient’s health status and response to the vaccine to be ‘scanned’ and ‘verified’ or ‘validated’ at retail or social checkpoints. The purpose of which is to identify whether or not the vaccine has actually worked (and is working) on the recipient’s body / immune system / genetics / RNA / DNA, in addition to informing authorities as to date, time, dosage and manufacturer of said ‘medicine.’

5G + Biometric Facial / Hand Scanning + Digital / Cashless Transactions + Mark of Approval / Authorization = Tomorrow’s Economy (2020-2027). Why 2020? Because these ‘things’ have already occurred (past tense) elsewhere (China, India, Asia and a few countries in Europe) in the world in 2020, even though they have not yet occurred in the ‘United’ States.
Biometric scanning used for migrant/border control, secure identity verification and approval, government benefits, domestic and international travel security, economic inclusion of everyone, buying/selling transactions and fund transfers, instantaneous speed of transaction and convenience, VAT/taxation collection, mobility, social credit score and ranking, population movement and tracking, monitoring political and religious ‘extremism’ (terrorists). ‘Mark, number or name’ for verification and approval.
‘Any foreign material(s) should NOT be injected into the human body that causes any kind of change in genetic makeup or structure of a human being. This could be five (5) genetic ‘manipulation’, ‘enhancement’, ‘cutting’, ‘modification’, or ‘alteration.’
And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image. [Symptom or result from having ‘received’ the mark, a result from having changed or damaged a person’s RNA, DNA, Immune System or Genetics].
Both American vaccines use messenger RNA (mRNA) to combat the virus. That is an advanced genetic therapy that uses the virus’ own genetic material against it. Kendrick, however, warns that the technology isreally new and untested, meaning no one really knows how it could affect human health, since it literally hijacks the cellular reproduction mechanism. “We really do not know what these things might end up doing after a prolonged period of time.”
“The plague year of 2020 will be remembered as the time when traditional vaccines were supplanted by something fundamentally new: genetic vaccines, which deliver a gene or piece of genetic code into human cells. The genetic instructions then cause the cells to produce, on their own, safe components of the target virus in order to stimulate the patient’s immune system.”
‘The MARK’ may not be here just yet, but it will be shortly … in terms of a year or two (2023). Verification that a ‘genetic manipulation’ has been administered and will be evident, either in the hand or in the forehead by infrared biometric scanning to enable travel, buying and selling. Do you still ‘want to take’ the jab even if it is not yet administered in your hand or in your forehead in some other manner? If you are curious, please read my other analyses on ‘why’ getting ‘the mark’ is such a bad (understatement) thing in the eyes of God. It is one thing to understand that people in the extremely near future should NOT GET THE MARK. It is another thing to UNDERSTAND WHY THEY SHOULD NOT GET A MARK. This is not a ‘conspiracy theory,’ but the Word of God. I have provided the requisite verses from the Bible, regarding God’s comments about ‘the mark’ of the coming world beast system.
NO ‘MICROCHIP’ NEEDED. Implantable Quantum Dot Microneedle Vaccine INFRARED Delivery System:
MIT researchers have now developed a novel way to record a patient’s vaccination history: storing the data in a pattern of dye, invisible to the naked eye, that is delivered under the skin at the same time as the vaccine. This technology could enable the rapid and anonymous detection of patient vaccination history. The researchers showed that their new dye, which consists of nanocrystals called quantum dots, can remain for at least five (5) years under the skin, where it emits [near-infrared light] that can be detected by a specially equipped smartphone. To create an “on-patient,” decentralized medical record, the researchers developed a new type of copper-based quantum dots, which emit light in the [near-infrared spectrum]. The dots are only about 4 nanometers in diameter, but they are encapsulated in biocompatible microparticles that form spheres about 20 microns in diameter. This encapsulation allows the dye to remain in place, under the skin, after being injected. The researchers designed their dye to be delivered by a microneedle ‘patch’ rather than a traditional syringe and needle. Such patches are now being developed to deliver vaccines for measles, rubella, and other diseases, and the researchers showed that their dye could be easily incorporated into these patches. The microneedles used in this study are made from a mixture of dissolvable sugar and a polymer called PVA, as well as the quantum-dot dye and the vaccine. When the patch is applied to the skin, the microneedles, which are 1.5 millimeters long, partially dissolve, releasing their payload within about two minutes.
By selectively loading microparticles into microneedles, the patches deliver a pattern in the skin that is invisible to the naked eye but can be scanned with a smartphone that has the [infrared] filter removed. The patch can be customized to imprint different patterns that correspond to the type of vaccine delivered. “It’s possible that this ‘invisible’ approach could create new possibilities for data storage, biosensing, and vaccine applications that could improve how medical care is provided, particularly in the developing world,” Langer says.
The quantum-dot patterns could be detected by smartphone cameras after up to five (5) years of simulated sun exposure. The researchers are also working on expanding the amount of data that can be encoded in a single pattern, allowing them to include information such as the date of vaccine administration and the lot number of the vaccine batch. “Storage, access, and control of medical records is an important topic with many possible approaches.” “This study presents a novel approach where the medical record is stored and controlled by the patient within the patient’s skin in a minimally invasive and elegant way.” The research was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Koch Institute Support (core) Grant from the National Cancer Institute.
APPLE FACE and PALM ‘INFRARED Photo Detectors’ biometrics planned in 2023 iPhones.
Face ID Infrared biometrics cameras are coming to Apple devices in 2023. A series of patent filings by Apple have hinted at the company’s work on under-display biometric cameras, with the latest published in February (2021). Apple eyes next-generation biometric scanners for under-display Touch ID. ‘[Infrared photodetectors] could be used for biometric user identification and authentication in the palm or face.’ A new patent application by Apple is signaling the company’s emphasis on biometric ‘photodetector’ technology for under-display touch identification to be potentially deployed on its devices. The sensors include biometric sensors, depth sensors, and cameras. Apple’s listed uses of the photodetectors include security and health monitoring. Arrays of these photodetectors may be deployed to scan fingerprint, palm print, 3D face, or eye biometrics. The [photodetectors could be used for biometric user identification and authentication.] Photodetectors emit electromagnetic radiation against an object such as a finger, face, or stylus. Once reflected by the object, this radiation returns a backscatter which then passes back through the display to register the object’s information. The document also refers to the possibility of using optical, ultrasonic, thermal or other sensing technologies within the system. In addition to this, the photodetectors are also capable of obtaining ophthalmic scans, ECG, and pulse for health monitoring. Other uses of the scanners include palm scanning for social matching and social networking. Apple’s research and development of technology for monitoring health metrics, three patent applications describe [Infrared transceivers] for object recognition. The [infrared transceivers], which may be used in telephones include beam-steering technology and will likely be used for augmented object recognition via visible and [infrared light]. According to the filing, the device can sense objects in a variety of light conditions including visible light, UV, and [infrared spectrum] ranges.

My discernment is that;
2023 / 2024 will mark the ‘roll-out’ of the ‘MARK’ of the BEAST.
2025 will mark the ‘mid-point’ of the 7 Year Tribulation, the Abomination of Desolation revealing the BEAST to be the ANTICHRIST, the Destruction of ‘Mystery Religion’, the beginning of worshipping the BEAST and his IMAGE, and the ‘BEHEADING’ of those who refuse the Beast’s MARK, refuse to worship the BEAST or his IMAGE. Until 2025, Christians will be ‘protected’ under the MYSTERY RELIGION doctrine of (5) ‘inter-religious dialogue, brotherhood, human fraternity, coexistence and false religious / political peace.’ Upon the enactment of the Antichrist’s Abomination of Desolation and the abolishment of the Mystery Religion, is when BOTH the Jews will become persecuted and have to flee Jerusalem AND Christians will start to be BEHEADED because they will refuse to get the mark and refuse to worship the BEAST and his IMAGE. Beheadings will last during the FINAL 3.5 years of the Tribulation (Great Tribulation) and cease at the end of 2028 / 2029.
God will NOT let Christ’s Bride be Deceived by the Dragon, or his ‘MARK.’

The ‘mark’ comes shortly, during the tribulation, but the Bride is ‘not here.’ The ‘current’ vaccine(s) are NOT the mark, yet. But they are a ‘precursor’ (‘NORMALIZATION’) of the beast system process, getting people accustomed to getting ‘tagged’, ‘marked’ or ‘branded.’

The (5) World Bank Group’s ID4D (Identity for Development) division (5) continued to work throughout the (5) COVID-19 pandemic on projects and research across 49 countries, with (5) $1.5 (5+5+5) billion in financing in 35 countries. Its ‘ID4D & G2Px Report 2021 ‘5’ covers (5) the setbacks and challenges as (5) well as progress for both (5) its ID programs and government-to-person (5) payments initiatives around the world. (5) While work did go ahead, many of the larger (5) reports and papers will not be (5) released until later in 2022 ‘6’.

The (5) organization responded to the impact (5) of the ongoing pandemic to (5) address issues impacting ID programs. It released notes (5) such as ‘The Role of (5) ID systems in COVID-19 Responses’ on how (5) countries have used ID systems for the (5) “design, targeting, and delivery process (5) of COVID-19 response programs, including to move from (5) physical cash to digital payments, as well as (5) to facilitate mobile and online (5) access to benefits or vaccines.”
Its practitioner’s note on ‘Digital ID Systems as an Enabler of Effective COVID-19 Vaccination’ (5) provided a more practical guide, and (5) emphasizes that ID should never (5) be a requirement for vaccination.
Pushed down the order past all the repositioning work come the updates to projects around the world. In 2021 ‘5’, (5) ID4D worked on design and (5) implementation of “inclusive and trusted” (5) ID and civil registration ecosystems in 49 countries. 35 countries (5) are receiving World Bank financing with (5) the “potential to provide better (5) IDs and civil registration documentation to (5) up to 500 ‘5’million people (5) over the next 5-7 years. Much of this work (5) is done in partnership with (5) other donors and development partners. (5) Demand increased significantly as countries (5) sought to use ID systems to respond to—and recover from—the COVID-19 pandemic.”
The report caries snippets on the (5) countries where it is working, though with some intriguing details emerging from 2020, such as (5) the fact National ID and (5) Civil Registry staff in Lesotho issued 6,187 new digital IDs (5) on horseback in remote regions.
We learn that (5) pilots will soon be underway on (5) Ethiopia’s Fayda foundational ID system; the (5) Digital Gabon Project for foundational (5) ID approved in July 2021 ‘5’ with large pieces of assessment also (5) completed to allow digital transformation; (5) the WURI foundational ID system for six ‘6’ (5) West African nations saw capacity building and (5) in Guinea a small pilot registered 8,000 persons with (5) the MOSIP open source platform and (5) Togo enacted its e-ID law; the technical side of (5) a mobile ID app will (5) be launched as part of (5) the Philippine Identification System in 2022 ‘6’.
Such (5) projects are supported by regulatory (5) and legal work by ID4D. In this section we get a little more (5) insight into involvement in Nigeria:
“A legal (5) assessment of the enabling environment (5) for ID has been completed, which identified a (5) number of opportunities to reform (5) the legal and regulatory framework of (5) the Nigerian Identity Management System (NIMS) to align better (5) with the ‘Principles on Identification.’
“Recommendations and (5) support are also being provided (5) to assist government in ensuring that (5) the proposed data protection law is in (5) line with international good practice. ID4D continues to (5) provide implementation support to enhance (5) the draft data protection bill and the national (5) ID law to increase inclusivity, reduce the (5) risks of exclusion or discrimination, and to better protect (5) ID holders and data subjects.”
A (5) ‘collective paradigm shift’ for ID ecosystems
(5) “Going forward, a paradigm shift (5) in how ID ecosystems and (5) G2P programs are designed and (5) implemented will be called for, to allow for the (5) coverage, speed, scale and sustainability that are (5) needed to reap transformational benefits, while (5) also ensuring inclusion and trust,” writes (5) Mari Pangestu, World Bank managing director (5) for Development Policy and Partnerships, and chair of the (5) ID4D and G2Px High-level Advisory Council, in (5) her foreword to the report.
(5) Countries that already had strong (5) digital ID, digital databases and payments before the pandemic could (5) use them to respond efficiently (5) such as with social assistance. (5) The infrastructure allowed these countries (5) to operate remotely more easily. Yet (5) there are inefficiencies and problems (5) surrounding exclusion in many countries, including those (5) with more advanced ID infrastructure.
(5) The organization is planning to build on its (5) ‘Principles on Identification for Sustainable Development,’ updated in 2021 ‘5’, to achieve a (5) “collective paradigm shift” for ID systems. (5) The agency has run workshops with (5) civil society organizations on the Principles (which also get a new website), and (5) the report has a list of (5) elements which will play their (5) part in the continued shift. Here a couple of the more noteworthy.
(5) ID4D wants to escalate identity programs up (5) through government hierarchies or provide (5) autonomy to separate ID agencies:
(5) “There are multiple challenges to (5) shifting these paradigms and addressing (5) them requires the ability to (5) cut through bureaucracy and obstruction. Leadership should be at (5) the highest levels of government, (5) providing an overall vision, but (5) also at the technical levels…
(5) “Depending on the country context, it can be (5) beneficial to provide autonomy to (5) ID agencies or move them (5) to ministries that are more (5) conducive to the paradigm shift, a (5) service-mindset, and the adequate skillset, such as ministries (5) of ICT and digital economy.”
Another point is to (5) make the most of opportunities to (5) decentralize digital IDs and data:
(5) “Centralized ID systems and other (5) registries can play important roles as (5) authoritative sources of relevant data. However, advances (5) in federated and decentralized protocols and (5) standards have enabled the creation of (5) ID and credential provider ecosystems and (5) personal data wallets that offer (5) alternative approaches to verifying identities and (5) other data with the same (5) levels of trust and assurance.
(5) “They also have the additional (5) benefits of interoperability and portability (5) and providing people with greater (5) control over their personal data.”
(5) Identity and biometrics reports still to come
Whether (5) it is down to COVID, a large take-up (5) of projects or a bottleneck, there seems to (5) be a lot of papers (5) coming up in 2022 ‘6’ rather than 2021 ‘5’.
The organization will release (5) its primer on federated digital (5) ID ecosystems early this year. (5) It examines countries where multiple (5) ID providers are in operation as opposed (5) to a single central one. There (5) are benefits such as competition, (5) but challenges such as supervision. The report will translate (5) lessons from countries with federations – mostly high-income – to the context (5) of low and middle-income economies.
(5) ID4D has created “a suite of (5) knowledge products designed to help (5) practitioners better understand the benefits (5) and risks of biometric recognition (5) and reduce the information asymmetries they (5) often face when deciding whether (and if so, how) (5) to use this technology responsibly”, coming in early 2022 ‘6’. (5) The ‘Biometrics Primer’ will provide: “an overview (5) of when and how biometric (5) recognition can be appropriately used (5) in foundational ID systems; guidance (5) on designing biometric systems that (5) align with the Principles on (5) Identification and mitigate common problems (5) related to exclusion, technology failures, and (5) vendor lock-in; and good practices to (5) ensure that the deployment of (5) biometric technology in ID systems is (5) fair, accessible, inclusive, and protective (5) of people’s data and privacy.”
The primer will (5) be accompanied by another paper, ‘Establishing (5) Unique Identities Using Biometrics and Alternatives’, (5) and two new evidence notes (5) that provide more data on (5) experiences with the use of (5) biometric verification at the point of (5) service- and cash delivery for social (5) protection programs and other services.
(5) Case studies are also forthcoming such (5) as a biometric-based cash transfer (5) system for women in Pakistan.
(5) Back to a global scale, (5) the ID4D Global Dataset underwent (5) an extensive data collection effort, which will (5) include an expanded set of (5) qualitative indicators on ID system (5) features and level of digitalization. After peer-review, its (5) mid-2022 ‘6’ release will include an (5) update to global coverage estimates, (5) incorporating new data from the 2021 ‘5’ (5) ID4D-Global Findex Survey with data gathered from (5) publicly-available information from official sources (5) on ID systems across 198 economies.
(5) ID4D has also been working (5) with the African Union Commission (5) and a range of agencies (5) to develop a Framework for (5) Digital ID Interoperability for Africa. The (5) ultimate goal of “enabling people (5) to use their digital IDs (5) to access services and payments, from anywhere” is (5) in line with continental efforts to (5) reach a free trade agreement.
ID4D provided inputs (5) on the proposed technical architecture and (5) advocated for a flexible solution, which (5) can accommodate a multitude of (5) credentials that may be used (5) across borders such as academic (5) qualifications and certificates, driving licenses.
The scope (5) is ambitious, akin to frameworks (5) being devised in the EU:
“The African (5) Union Interoperability Framework for Digital ID (5) outlines the foundations of trust (5) and interoperability for digital ID (5) systems across the African continent. This consists of (5) defining common requirements to represent (5) existing proofs of legal identity (5) issued by Member States in (5) a digital format, whose authenticity (5) can be verified by relying (5) parties in other Member States. Under the (5) proposed approach, Member States retain (5) full control and choice over the (5) design of their national systems, while also enabling recognition (5) of proof of legal identity (and (5) other credentials in the future) across the continent.”
Things are (5) going to get moving in 2022 ‘6’ as (5) it is hoped that heads of (5) state will adopt the framework (5) at the African Union Summit. ID4D will continue its (5) support and work on integrating (5) regional programs such as WURI.
On a more granular but vital level, (5) ID4D is working with the (5) Smart Africa Trust Alliance (SATA) initiative, to help (5) people access services across borders (5) such as obtaining SIM cards (often requiring ID verification). ID4D will (5) work on pilots in Benin, (5) Tunisia and Rwanda in 2022 ‘6’.
And to sum it up: “With the (5) introduction of a continental framework (5) for interoperability of digital IDs, (5) African countries will be able to realize (5) considerable economic and social opportunities, (5) accelerating progress towards Agenda 2063: The Africa We Want.”
