Pestilence Update

‘Increasing Pestilence in Diverse Places’; Marburg virus panic as 155 (5+5+5, 5) could be infected with illness that makes you ‘bleed to death’ from every orifice.

Ezekiel 33:6

But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.

Mark 13

3 And as he [Jesus Christ] sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,

4 Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?

5 And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:

6 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

7 And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. (Seven (7) Year Tribulation is STILL TO COME).

8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

… And great earthquakes shall be in diverse places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. (Luke 21:11).

Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken; (Luke 21:26)

John 13:19 Now I tell you before it come, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that I am he.

16 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the [‘Infrared Vaccination’] mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.

3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.

4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.

6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat [NEOM BABYLON] of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,

11 And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.

12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.

13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

16 And he [Beast, Prince, Antichrist, 8th King, Son of Perdition, Man of Sin, Man of Lawlessness, The Wicked One, Man by Satan, Man by Sword, Mr. Bone Saw, ‘MbS’] gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

19 And the great city [NEOM BABYLON] was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

Marburg virus panic as 155 (5+5+5, 5) could be infected with illness that makes you ‘bleed to death’

FEARS over an outbreak of deadly Marburg have been heightened by the revelation that a man who died after contracting the virus earlier this week may have spread it to 155 people.

By CIARAN MCGRATH PUBLISHED: 11:47, Wed, Aug 11, 2021 | UPDATED: 15:12, Wed, Aug 11, 2021

The disease, which can cause victims to bleed to death, has appeared in Guinea in west Africa for the first time, prompting concerns the incident could escalate. Experts believe the Ebola-like illness, which can be up to 88 percent fatal, and for which there is no known treatment or cure, could “spread far and wide”.

Health authorities in the country are now monitoring 155 people who may have been in contact with the confirmed case, the World Health Organisation said.

The patient died in Gueckedou in southeastern Guinea – also the location of the 2014-16 West Africa Ebola outbreak.

Georges Ki-Zerbo, the WHO country head in Guinea, said: “There is no known secondary case.

“The contacts have been traced, and 155 people are under observation for three weeks.

“It is active surveillance. The contacts are kept at home, isolated from other members of the family.

“They are visited every day to check on potential symptoms.”

The patient became symptomatic and visited a small health clinic near his village on August 1.

Marburg and Ebola are closely related and transmission between humans is usually through contact with blood or other bodily fluids.

Guinea was declared free of Ebola two months ago, following an outbreak that killed 12 people

Marburg fatality rates in past outbreaks have varied from 24 percent to 88 percent of those infected.

But Mr Ki-Zerbo insisted Guinea was better prepared to handle an outbreak than it had been when Ebola struck in 2014.

The discovery of the Marburg case also indicated improved ability to detect such infections, he stressed.

Mr Ki-Zerbo added: “Guinea has built a robust health security system since the last Ebola outbreak in 2014 to 2016.”

He emphasised the use of rapid response teams, disease detectives, epidemiologists and social anthropologists, as well as better coordination with neighbouring countries.

He added: “Globally, the approach to combating Marburg would not be different from Ebola.

“The only difference is that there is no vaccine or drug specifically directed to the virus.

“Only supportive care is available.”

In a statement issued on Sunday, the WHO said: “Guinea’s health authorities have responded rapidly to this event, and measures are being quickly implemented to control the outbreak.

“The affected village is in a remote forested area located near the border with Sierra Leone and Liberia.

“Cross-border population movement and community mixing between Guinea and neighbouring Sierra Leone and Liberia may increase the risk of cross-border spread and as such, the Ministry of Health and Sanitation has proactively assessed the situation together with stakeholders and the district health leadership in Kono and Kailahun districts of Sierra Leone have been alerted.”

Health authorities in Sierra Leone and Liberia had activated contingency plans and have started public health measures at the points of entry with Guinea, the WHO said.

It warned: “Additionally the potential transmission of the virus between bat colonies and humans also pose an increased risk for cross-border spread.

“These factors suggest a high risk at the national level, requiring an immediate and coordinated response with support from international partners.

“The risk at the regional level is high, based on the fact that the Guéckédou prefecture is well connected to Liberia and Sierra Leone, although authorities are already taking action.

“The risk associated with the event at the global level is low.”

Marburg virus: People were left bleeding ‘from every orifice’ after Germany outbreak

THE Marburg virus left people bleeding “from every orifice” after an outbreak killed dozens of people in Germany and Serbia, unearthed accounts show.

Described as the “deadly cousin of Ebola”, fears regarding the Marburg virus have erupted after health officials in Guinea confirmed the first case of the disease had been found in West Africa. The announcement was made after a man died in the country, with the World Health Organisation (WHO) issuing a panicked statement, demanding the virus be “stopped in its tracks”. Little is known about the Marburg virus in Europe, as it has only been taken out of Africa and onto the continent twice in the last 40 years.

This is largely as the virus kills around nine in 10 people it infects, and kills those it has inhabited so quickly, it often doesn’t have a chance to find a new host.

But throwback reports showed the devastation the virus once caused while it was in Europe, as it killed 31 people in Frankfurt, Germany, and Belgrade, now-Serbia, in 1967.

Priya Joi, communications consultant at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, detailed the horrifying scenes as the virus began infecting those, describing their symptoms as having “a high fever, chills, muscle ache, and vomiting”.

Writing in April for her employer, Ms Joi said: “The patients worsened over the next few days, until they began bleeding from every orifice in their body, including needle puncture wounds.

“Three months after this outbreak, virologists in Marburg had discovered the first filovirus, a cousin of the equally-deadly Ebola virus.

“The virus had been carried by infected African green monkeys from Uganda.”

During her article, Ms Jol posed the question as to whether “increasing globalisation” could make the Marburg virus “erupt around the world”.

She added: “Marburg virus can persist in the eyes and testes of people who have recovered, and in pregnant women it can persist in the placenta and amniotic fluid as well as breast milk.

“This can be extremely dangerous.

“In early 2021, there were reports that Ebola, closely related to Marburg, could lay dormant in people only to emerge many months after an epidemic had ended, triggering another outbreak.”

Reports show that the largest known outbreak of the Marburg virus was found in Angola, in 2004 – which saw over 250 infected, with a fatality rate of 90 percent.

According to research, it is transmitted through humans by bodily fluids, and was given to people by fruit bats.

But cases remain incredibly rare, with the last known major outbreak 16 years ago.

Scientists say there is no treatment to protect infected individuals, but doctors argue “drinking plenty of water and treating specific symptoms improves a patient’s chances of survival”.

The WHO’s Africa director Dr Matshidiso Moeti said was concerned about the new case in Guinea, admitting the virus could “spread far and wide”.

But she praised “the alertness and the quick investigative action by Guinea’s health workers”.

As well as the Egyptian fruit bat sometimes carrying the virus, African green monkeys are also known to have spread the infectious disease to other African countries.

The Government’s guidance claims that fatal causes “usually exhibit some form of bleeding” which often come from “multiple sites”.

It adds: “Many of the early symptoms of Marburg hemorrhagic fever are similar to those of other infectious diseases, such as malaria or typhoid.

“Confirmation of the disease requires laboratory testing.”

Marburg virus: Expert warned disease is ‘scary and deadly’ as WHO sounds alarm

THE MARBURG VIRUS is “deadly and scary”, an expert warned in 2017 during an outbreak in Uganda as the World Health Organisation raises fears of a new scare in West Africa.

By CHARLIE BRADLEY PUBLISHED: 13:53, Tue, Aug 10, 2021 | UPDATED: 16:23, Tue, Aug 10, 2021

Health authorities in the West African country of Guinea have warned of a new case of the Marburg virus as the World Health Organisation (WHO) announced a death today. This represents the first time the virus has been identified in Western Africa, just two months after Guinea had declared itself free of Ebola, after a spike in cases earlier this year. Matshidiso Moeti, WHO’s regional director for Africa, warned this week: “The potential for the Marburg virus to spread far and wide means we need to stop it in its tracks.

“We are working with the health authorities to implement a swift response that builds on Guinea’s past experience and expertise in managing Ebola, which is transmitted in a similar way.”

There have been 12 major Marburg outbreaks since 1967, mostly in southern and eastern Africa.

One outbreak occurred in Uganda in October 2017 – the country has previously had four small outbreaks between 2007 and 2014.

There were only two cases confirmed during the 2017 outbreak, but when they were discovered, one expert summarised why the virus is feared so much.

Amesh Adalja, a spokesman for the Infectious Disease Society of America explained at the time, said: “Marburg is a virus that is in the same family as Ebola, and it basically has very similar characteristics.

“So it spreads in blood and body fluids and thrives in areas in which people are not able to do effective infection control and take care of patients with appropriate personal protection equipment.

“Although Marburg is a scary, deadly disease, it’s not very contagious.

“You have to remember that Uganda has dealt with Ebola and Marburg outbreaks for several decades. They are usually very adept at dealing with these.

“It’s not completely foreign the way Ebola was in West Africa.”

As Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance outlines on its website, the disease was first discovered in Marburg, a town in Germany, in 1967.

The largest known outbreak of Marburg virus, in Angola in 2004, infected over 250 people and had a 90 percent fatality rate.

However, the WHO says that the fatality rate of outbreaks have varied from 24 percent to 88 percent, depending on virus strain and case management.

The Vaccine Alliance adds that, given globalisation has made travel and the movement of goods much easier, the risk for global spread can be “high.”

Marburg virus is one of two viruses of the Filovirus family, the other being the Ebola virus.

Marburg virus can cause severe and fatal hemorrhagic fever – other symptoms include headache, vomiting blood, muscle pains and bleeding through various orifices.

As Mr Adalja highlighted, the virus can spread through blood and other bodily fluids, such as saliva and vomit.

The Egyptian rousette fruit bats often harbour the virus. African green monkeys have, in the past, spread the virus to people in Uganda, but pigs can also become infected and can be a source of infection.

The Government guidance adds: “Fatal cases usually exhibit some form of bleeding, often from multiple sites.

“Many of the early symptoms of Marburg hemorrhagic fever are similar to those of other infectious diseases, such as malaria or typhoid.

“Confirmation of the disease requires laboratory testing.”

Jesus Christ’s Offer of Salvation:

The ABCs of Salvation through Jesus Christ (the Lamb)

A. Admit/Acknowledge/Accept that you are sinner. Ask God’s forgiveness and repent of your sins.

. . . “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23).

. . . “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.” (Romans 3:10).

. . . “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” (1 John 1:8).

B. Believe Jesus is Lord. Believe that Jesus Christ is who He claimed to be; that He was both fully God and fully man and that we are saved through His death, burial, and resurrection. Put your trust in Him as your only hope of salvation. Become a son or daughter of God by receiving Christ.

. . . “That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (John 3:15-17). For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13).

C. Call upon His name, Confess with your heart and with your lips that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.

. . . “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10).

. . . “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.” (John 1:8-10).

. . . “And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. (John 2:2).

. . . “In this was manifested the love of god toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.” (1 John 4:9, 14-15).

. . . “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.” (Romans 5:8-10).

. . . “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23).

. . . “Jesus saith unto them, I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6).

. . . “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth.” (Romans 1:16).

. . . “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts: 4:12).

. . . “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” (1 Timothy 2:4-6).

. . . “For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Thessalonians 5:9).

. . . “But as many as received him, to them gave the power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.” (John 1:12).
