Ezekiel 33:6

But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.

Revelation 8:7-9

7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;

9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

Green meteor buzzes Turkey’s Izmir, prompting rumors of rocket debris and SATELLITE falling from the sky (VIDEOS)

31 Jul, 2021 14:41

A green-tinted meteor has been spotted near the Turkish city of Izmir, falling in the mountains with a loud bang. The occurrence sent shockwaves through social media, eliciting wild rumors.

The meteor fell to Earth early on Saturday, its path captured on film by a number of people. Its descent was reportedly followed by a loud, explosion-like bang.

Footage circulating online shows the meteor had a greenish tint that lit up the night sky. It wasn’t immediately clear whether it had actually reached the ground or fully disintegrated mid-descent.

Its unusual color prompted the wildest rumors online, with some users believing it was a piece of rocket debris. Others suggested it was a depreciated satellite that had fallen out of its orbit.

The associate director of the Aegean University Observatory, Dr. Hasan Ali Dal, came up with a much more mundane and likely explanation for the occurrence, however. The scientist told local media the object was part of a meteor shower that began ‘raining’ over Earth last week and will continue to do so until the end of next month.

“The Perseid meteor shower, which started on July 24, will continue until August 24. The number [of meteors] will increase in the coming days,” he stated.

The shower, which occurs every year, is associated with the cloud of dust and larger particles emitted by its parent comet, Swift-Tuttle. It usually peaks around August 11, with some 50 (5) meteors per hour observed at that point. The objects are rarely large enough to reach the ground, however.

The green tint of the Izmir meteor has a simpler explanation, too. The color of its trail likely stems from its chemical composition, signaling that it contains large amounts of nickel.

Long-lasting fireball over Puerto Rico

Posted by Teo Blašković on July 20, 2021 at 11:16 UTC

A large meteor entered the atmosphere over the Caribbean Sea at around 08:55 UTC (04:55 LT) on July 16, 2021, and was visible for 27 seconds. The object had a turquoise green color, suggesting it contained magnesium and copper.

Eddie Irizarry, vice president of the Caribbean Astronomy Society (SAC), said this event was significant.

“We managed to capture images that show it was visible for 27 seconds,” Irizarry said. “Despite the long duration of the meteor, it was not space debris, but a natural meteor, that is, a space rock disintegrating through the atmosphere.”

According to his estimates, the object was between 2 and 5 m (6.5 – 16 feet) in diameter.

The object began to disintegrate at a height of 110 km (79 miles) over northwestern Puerto Rico, near Isabela, and moved east toward the small island of Culebra.

“Several cameras that we have in different parts of the island show that it began to be visible at 04:55 with 35 seconds, and culminating at 04:56 with 2 seconds. It practically crossed the sky almost from one end to the other,” said Juan González Alicea, president of the SAC.

Very bright fireball explodes over Taiwan

A very bright fireball exploded over Taiwan shortly after 16:02 UTC on July 6, 2021 (00:02 LT, July 7). The event lasted around 40 seconds before the object disintegrated.

The fireball was recorded by Lulin Observatory, located at the summit of Lulin Mountain in Nantou County, and numerous residents.

The object flashed four times, with each ignition causing the fireball to grow bigger and brighter.

Bright fireball over Bosnia and Herzegovina

A bright fireball streaked through the night sky over Bosnia and Herzegovina at 00:10 UTC on July 22, 2021. The event was captured by 9 Global Meteor Network cameras.

The fireball ended at the height of 35.2 km (21.9 miles) with a final velocity of 5 km/s.

“Unfortunately, no meteorites,” said Denis Vida of Global Meteor Network.

Very bright fireball over southern Norway, hunt for meteorites underway

Posted by Teo Blašković on July 26, 2021 at 11:40 UTC

A very bright fireball entered Earth’s atmosphere over southern Norway at around 23:09 UTC on July 24, 2021 (01:09 LT, July 25). The event lasted for about 5 seconds before the object disintegrated in a series of flashes.

A spokesperson for the Norwegian Meteor Network, Steinar Midtskogen, said the meteor lit up the sky as if broad daylight.

“A minute later or more, a loud rumbling sound could be heard over a large area, perhaps up to 100 km (62 miles) away from where the meteor was seen straight overhead,” Midtskogen told CNN, adding that some people reported feeling a shockwave.

Doors and hatches were blown open and there were gusts of wind but no damage has been reported.

Videos analyzed by the network suggest that the meteor first appeared 55 miles over Kjerkeberget in Nordmarka, north of Oslo, and moved in an SW direction over Sollihøgda and Holsfjorden where it began to fragment in several flashes of light and went out approximately 23 km (14 miles) above the ground 5 km west of Sylling.

“Several fragments may have continued further southeast into Finnemarka west of Lier, but the exact path is further affected by wind conditions that we have not yet investigated. Uncertainties in the video bearings can also give deviations from the actual trajectory of a few km.”

NORSAR — the Norwegian Seismic Array, confirmed the area around Lier recorded the airblast hitting the ground as a seismic event, Midtskogen added.

A search is underway for possible meteorites on the ground.

Midtskogen said the object could have weighed a few hundred kg, but only small parts of it would reach the ground.

An interesting finding in the analysis is that the meteor does not appear to originate in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, as most meteors have.

Instead, almost the entire orbit is inside the Earth, which is often called an Athens-type orbit. This makes any discovery of meteorites particularly exciting for science.

“We encourage hikers west of Lier to be aware of special rocks, often dark, that seem to lie in a place where they do not belong. In the event of a discovery, the Natural History Museum or the Norwegian Meteor Network should be contacted to assess whether it can really be a meteorite. Note that discoveries of smaller meteorites in open country will normally belong to the finder, but it is important that it is reported so that it can be scientifically investigated and registered. An unregistered meteorite is usually of little value,” Midtskogen said.

Bright fireball explodes over Idaho, U.S.

A very bright fireball exploded over Idaho, U.S. at around 04:48 UTC on July 4, 2021. The event lasted 5 or 6 seconds, culminating in a flash that illuminated the sky.

The American Meteor Society (AMS) received 84 reports from Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

Make Your Decision for Christ NOW!!!!!!! Time is Up!!!!!!!

Jesus Christ’s Offer of Salvation:

The ABCs of Salvation through Jesus Christ (the Lamb)

A. Admit/Acknowledge/Accept that you are sinner. Ask God’s forgiveness and repent of your sins.

. . . “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23).

. . . “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.” (Romans 3:10).

. . . “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” (1 John 1:8).

B. Believe Jesus is Lord. Believe that Jesus Christ is who He claimed to be; that He was both fully God and fully man and that we are saved through His death, burial, and resurrection. Put your trust in Him as your only hope of salvation. Become a son or daughter of God by receiving Christ.

. . . “That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (John 3:15-17). For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13).

C. Call upon His name, Confess with your heart and with your lips that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.

. . . “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10).

. . . “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.” (John 1:8-10).

. . . “And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. (John 2:2).

. . . “In this was manifested the love of god toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.” (1 John 4:9, 14-15).

. . . “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.” (Romans 5:8-10).

. . . “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23).

. . . “Jesus saith unto them, I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6).

. . . “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth.” (Romans 1:16).

. . . “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts: 4:12).

. . . “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” (1 Timothy 2:4-6).

. . . “For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Thessalonians 5:9).

. . . “But as many as received him, to them gave the power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.” (John 1:12).

True Church / Bride of Christ Spared from God’s Wrath:

Romans 5:8-10. “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.”

Romans 12:19. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

1 Thessalonians 1:10. And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

1 Thessalonians 5:9. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

Romans 8:35. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Jeremiah 30:7. Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.

Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
