‘Seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.’ = NEOM Babylon sits on the seven (7) tallest mountains in the Midian Mountain range in the Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia. Tallest mountain is Mount Sinai. These mountains are scarlet and purple colored due to volcanic origin and related minerals deposited in rock. NEOM Babylon is a $500 (5) billion (5) technological, hedonistic, humanistic, luxurious, blasphemous paradise. No mention or acceptance of Christ. NEOM Babylon ‘flows’ around the seven scarlet and purple mountains like a ‘dress on a woman.’ (5) Hedonistic living, great wealth and luxuries, technological marvels, false miracles, blasphemy. NEOM Babylon, he Beast’s ‘SEAT,’ that which is destroyed in just ‘one-hour’, by magnitude 10.0 worldwide, tectonic, plate shifting earthquake DIRECTLY BELOW the ‘great whore or harlot.’ That which is divided, split, cut or fractured into THREE (3) ‘intense and emphatic’ parts, because of the Beast’s efforts in dividing – splitting – cutting or fracturing, 7 years earlier, Jerusalem. Jerusalem, the ‘Apple of God’s Eye, that which has his name and stamp of ownership on it.’ NEOM is being built DIRECTLY ON TOP OF ‘or above’ the three (3) largest tectonic plates in that part of the world. It is being built, ‘like a tent on top of the caldera of a venting volcano.’ NEOM is the ‘spiritual seat’ of the world’s great tribulation FALSE MYSTERY RELIGION (5) religious coexistence, brotherhood, fraternity, inter-religious dialogue and false religious/political peace among ALL the world’s FALSE religions. The False Prophet has declared that ALL FALSE RELIGIONS are ‘willed by God’ In a lie.
The seven and eight kings are in reference to the genetic lineage (bottomless pit of evil) of the House of Saud, (5) evil, money, power, influence and corrupion. These are ALL the modern kings since the foundation of modern Saudi Arabia.

1. King Ibn Saud. 9/22/1932 – 11/9/1953. Kingdom founded by conquest. Had six (6) sons that became Kings of the Kingdom. Six (6) is the number of evil man/men. The ground work for this kingdom was being created at the same time as the ground work for the State of Israel. Satan started establishing his ‘chosen people’ (those who worship the dragon and beast) at the same time God was re-establishing his ‘chosen people’ (the Jews) over the 1930’s to late 1940’s. 1 of the 5 ‘fallen/dead’ kings.
2. King Saud. 11/9/1953 – 11/2/1964. 2 of the 5 ‘fallen/dead’ kings.
3. King Faisal. 11/2/1964 – 3/25/1975. 3 of the 5 ‘fallen/dead’ kings.
4. King Khalid. 3/25/1975 – 6/13/1982. 4 of the 5 ‘fallen/dead’ kings.
5. King Fahd. 6/13/1982 – 8/1/2005. 5 of the 5 ‘fallen/dead’ kings.
6. King Abdullah. 8/1/2005 – 1/23/2015. The king ‘that is.’ This is the 6th king revealed by the Holy Spirit to John the Apostle. He is the signpost for the ‘season of the times’ of the latter days, prior to the tribulation. A sign for the evil Gentile nations.
7. King Salman. (King 1/23/2015 – 2021/2022?) This is the 7th and ‘future’ king revealed to John the Apostle who will reign for a ‘short time or while’. King Salman is the LAST of the six (6) sons of Ibn Saud to be King of Saudi Arabia.
8. Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman. He is the 8th and final ‘future’ king revealed to John the Apostle. He is the ‘beast’, comes from seven (7) kings/lineage before him and goes to perdition. His reign is over the seven (7) years of the tribulation. Born 1985, he will be 35 (7×5) years old in 2020. Seven (7) denotes God’s divine completion to His plan or purpose. Five (5) denotes Satanic influence of men and kings. God’s influence over men in greater than Satan’s influence over men 7>5. Notice that MBS will be the FIRST king who is NOT a direct son of founding King Ibn Saud in 1932. Becoming the 8th king, MBS represents a ‘new epoch’ a ‘new future’ for the kingdom that forms an ideological break from the past. Eight (8) denotes a new beginning, new timeline, new season, new plan. God is addressing the evil status quo of the House of Saud (bottomless pit of evil, wealth, influence, power, corruption) and ushering in the time of great wrath, the tribulation for Gentile nations. From a spiritual perspective, MBS not being one of the six (6) sons of the founding King Ibn Saud, now holds claim to being the son of perdition under the power and influence of the dragon (Satan). MBS has no allegiance to his family tree, tradition, other family princes and historical political protocol. Only an extremely evil, pathological soul manipulated by Satan would turn on his own family. In Satan’s plan, he used the ‘bottomless pit’ of evil House of Saud to raise MBS, the beast, the son of perdition to be in the positions he both currently and in future, will hold. Just as Jesus Christ had an earthly family tree and lineage, Satan used the House of Saud as the earthly family tree, lineage for his son of perdition, the beast, the coming Antichrist.

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and the ensuing global economic slowdown, top exporter of crude oil Saudi Arabia at the end of March announced a large-scale campaign to combat climate change and decrease carbon emissions within the kingdom, dubbed the Saudi Green Initiative.
The ambitious plan includes the target of generating half of the kingdom’s energy through renewables by 2030. In Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s (Man-by-Satan, Mr. Bone Saw, MbS’) words, “We reject the false choice between preserving the economy and protecting the environment.” That statement and the announcement of the initiative signal an important rhetorical commitment from the world’s biggest producer of crude oil to finding new sources of energy production, although it is unclear how realistic these goals are.
At present, only Iceland and Norway obtain more than 50 percent of their primary energy from renewables, illustrating how ambitious the target is. According to the International Energy Agency in 2018, renewables comprised 0.05 percent of Saudi Arabia’s electricity supply, with about 42 percent of the kingdom’s power generated through oil in 2018.
Neighbouring UAE has a similar stated aim of reaching 50 percent energy production through renewables by 2050, with Abu Dhabi aiming to do so by 2030, largely through existing solar energy and nuclear power projects which have received handsome government investments.
It is still unclear, however, whether either will concomitantly reduce their export of oil and petrochemical products in the process of developing renewable energy, although it has stated a commitment to pursuing “clean hydrocarbon” projects.
The Saudi Green Initiative is part of Vision 2030, the fate of whose associated megaprojects like NEOM has been uncertain given the worldwide economic downswing in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. This economic slowdown has revealed, however, the vulnerability of states dependent on oil for their income, and so a move towards solar power could help insulate Saudi Arabia from oil price shocks of the type seen in 2020. The project is set to receive both government and private sector investment, the amount of which is unknown.
As part of the broader initiative, Saudi Arabia also announced the launch of a massive forestation plan, aiming to plant 10 (5+5) billion trees in the country over the coming decades and to work with other states in the region on a “Middle East Green Initiative”. As the world’s largest reforestation programme, it plans to plant 40 billion additional trees throughout the region. It is unclear, however, how or if this programme will be feasible in some of the areas targeted, particularly in parts of the Middle East such as Saudi Arabia which lack water resources.
Indeed, planting is so challenging in parts of the Arabian Peninsula that some GCC states have bought land abroad, particularly in Africa, to cultivate agricultural land as a means of achieving food security. And while planting trees would help stop the process of desertification, it is unclear whether the initiative could also help some countries, particularly those in the GCC, become more self-sufficient in terms of, for instance, of food supply, since developing local sources for such products would lessen their carbon footprint as well.
Although both the Saudi and Middle East-wide initiatives represent potentially promising steps towards addressing the issue of high carbon emissions in the GCC in particular, it is also unclear how much commitment there is to disclosing the gravity of the problem before addressing it.
Indeed, in January Bloomberg reported that Saudi Aramco did not include emissions generated from its refineries and petrochemical plants in its carbon disclosures to investors. It added that if such facilities had been included, the figure of emissions from Saudi Aramco alone could have doubled, illustrating the extent to which the hydrocarbon industry in Saudi Arabia is both multi-faceted and nearly all-encompassing, which will make achieving the goals set out by the initiative challenging.
Regardless of the feasibility and long-term viability of the Saudi and other regional green initiatives, their announcement signals a broader shift in terms of an at least stated commitment to developing sources of renewable energy, and this shift has impacts far beyond Saudi Arabia. Indeed, OPEC has applauded both the Saudi Green Initiative and Middle East Green Initiative, with all of OPEC’s ‘13’ member countries having signed on to the Paris Agreement. (aka, One-World Government ‘doctrines or policies’ or ‘doctrines of devils’.)
Such rhetorical commitment to renewable energy is a step forward, even if compliance with these stated goals may remain elusive. Indeed, Saudi Arabia’s current emissions fall in the “critically insufficient” category and thus fall short of the Paris Agreement’s target which aims to limit global warming to 1.5 (5+5+5)degrees.
