The ‘coming’ mark will most likely involve a ‘subdermal’ application of the next wave of vaccinations, that will include a form of ‘digital data memory’ indicating date and time of vaccination. This ‘mark’ of vaccination will involve a sub-dermal outline or image representing a ‘branding’ that can be scanned and revealed by ultra-violet lite at a retail checkout point scanner. Just as many people have a physical vaccination ‘mark’ on their arm from getting shots in the 1960s, the coming vaccination mark will be subtle and reside ‘inside’ the human body affecting and indicating a genomic change in the recipient. This is an abomination viewed by God and causes the recipient to lose ‘Imager Status Before God’ and results in eternal damnation. The vaccination ‘mark’ has to be easily accessible by scanners and retail checkout points, hence the recipient will have the option of receiving the vaccination ‘patch’ either on their hand or forehead for ‘scannability.’

In potentially worrying news, scientists have discovered another ‘hidden gene’ within the genetic code of SARS-CoV-2, which may explain why the virus has been so difficult to defeat.

The so-called overlapping gene is named ORF3d and has been tucked away within the structure of nucleotides, the building blocks of DNA and RNA, in the coronavirus for months, undetected until now.

“In terms of genome size, SARS-CoV-2 and its relatives are among the longest RNA viruses that exist,” explained the lead author of the research article, Chase Nelson from the American Museum of Natural History.

“They are thus perhaps more prone to ‘genomic trickery’ than other RNA viruses.”

Overlapping genes are relatively common, especially in RNA viruses like SARS-CoV-2, so the discovery is not necessarily shocking, but it marks another challenge to overcome as humanity tries to unlock the mystery of the coronavirus scourge. 

Given how genome scanners are designed to identify individual genes, they can often miss overlapping ones tucked away in between neighboring nucleotides. In this particular case, it may prove to be a major blind spot in coronavirus treatment and vaccine development, but for now, scientists do not know for sure.

“Missing overlapping genes puts us in peril of overlooking important aspects of viral biology,” Nelson says.

“Overlapping genes may be one of an arsenal of ways in which coronaviruses have evolved to replicate efficiently, thwart host immunity, or get themselves transmitted.”

Nelson adds that the gene is “recently evolved” and is therefore a “top candidate to explain some of the unique biological attributes of the virus.”

It has yet to be established exactly what capabilities ORF3d affords the coronavirus and whether it might impact current and ongoing vaccine research, but scientists do know that it triggers a strong antibody response.

This particular gene has only been identified once before, in a variant of the coronavirus discovered in pangolins. 

“We don’t yet know its function or if there’s clinical significance,” Nelson adds, but given that the novel coronavirus only has 15 (5+5+5) known genes, discovering a hidden one this far into a global pandemic makes for sobering news, regardless of widely heralded vaccine breakthroughs. 

The gene is missing from the original SARS-CoV, which caused a deadly outbreak between 2002 and 2004. Scientists suggest it may explain why the novel coronavirus is so effective at spreading among humans compared to its predecessor

Associate professor of molecular and comparative pathobiology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine Fabio Romerio called  the revelation “a new piece of the SARS-CoV-2 puzzle that scientists are trying to put together to understand the virus’ biology” and suggested it could be used in the development of vaccines or therapies.

Scientists discover ‘grappling hook’ which makes coronavirus so much more infectious than its SARS predecessor

Researchers have found the secret weapon used by SARS-CoV-2 which makes it so much more infectious than its predecessor SARS-CoV was 17 years ago, potentially unlocking new ways to fight the spread of the pandemic.

Much like the original SARS, SARS-CoV-2 uses the ACE2 receptor to access our cells and spread rapidly throughout our respiratory systems and beyond. 

“The starting point of our study was the question why SARS-CoV, a coronavirus that led to a much smaller outbreak in 2003, and SARS-CoV-2, spread in such a different way even if they use the same main receptor ACE2,” says University of Helsinki virologist Ravi Ojha.

Researchers from the Technical University of Munich in Germany and the University of Helsinki in Finland examined the virus’ spiky coating under an electron microscope and compared the genomes of the two viruses.

They found that the novel coronavirus had ‘learned a new trick,’ so to speak, picking up a kind of ‘hook’ used by other nasty pathogens like Ebola, HIV and avian flu, to latch onto human tissues more aggressively. 

They discovered that the coronavirus uses this ‘grappling hook’ on the receptor neuropilin-1, which lines the nerve tissues inside the human nasal cavity. 

To confirm their suspicions, the researchers then deployed monoclonal antibodies (an antibody made by cloning white blood cells), which they engineered to block access to neuropilin-1. 

They then introduced ‘pseudoviruses,’ designed to mimic SARS-CoV-2 behaviors but without any of the intense self-replication properties, which found it far more difficult to infect cells when the neuropilin-1 was blocked.

If you think of ACE2 as a door lock to enter the cell, then neuropilin-1 could be a factor that directs the virus to the door,” says Balistreri. 

Given the density of neuropilin-1 along nerve tissues in the human nasal cavity, it essentially acts as a welcoming party for SARS-CoV-2 which then only needs to flash its ACE2 before it can engage in a free-for-all inside the human body, with destructive consequences witnessed the world over. 

Experiments on mice confirmed the receptor’s role in the virus gaining access to their nervous system, though a direct link to the traumatic damage witnessed on human brains after severe Covid-19 has yet to be properly studied. 

“We could determine that neuropilin-1, at least under the conditions of our experiments, promotes transport into the brain, but we cannot make any conclusion whether this is also true for SARS-CoV-2,” says neurologist Mika Simons from the Technical University of Munich.

The researchers have begun exploring ways to interrupt the connection between the virus and neuropilin-1, with a view to making it less infectious, with promising early results and laboratory tests already underway.

US President Donald Trump has predicted that Saudi Arabia will be among up to 10 further countries preparing to ‘normalize’ their relations with Israel.

The meaning was obvious: The country [Saudi Arabia] is tired of waiting for Palestinians to make peace and is preparing to move on. The message to foreign capitals, perhaps to Washington in particular, is equally clear: The time is coming when a deal may be done.

An ‘exchange’ of sovereignty to get a temple for the Jews and to give the Beast custodianship of al-Aqsa … that which he covets. The plan will be ‘ENHANCED’ (investment wise for the Palestinians) for Seven (7) years. Perhaps the investment amount will also be increased.

Either way, the Rapture / Harpazo / Redemption / ‘Twinkling’ is imminent.
