As many as 11 Christians were killed in a Dec. 6 bus attack carried out by the Somali-based radical Islamic terrorist group Al-Shabaab in Kenya, according to a Christian persecution watchdog group.  

Police said a group of armed men ambushed a bus traveling from Nairobi to Mandera, a region on the border of Somalia with a large ethnic Somali population.

Wajir County Police Commander Stephen Ngetich told news outlets that the terrorists stopped the bus between Kutulo and Wargadud areas in Wajir County then separated locals from non-local passengers before executing victims.  

Reported details of the attack are somewhat inconsistent as the president’s office said that eight people were killed and sources told AFP that 10 people were killed, most of whom were police officers. 

Al-Shabaab, a jihadi organization that has fought for years to overthrow the Somali government, claimed responsibility for the attack. The terrorist group has been known to carry out attacks on both the Kenya and Somalia sides of the border. 

According to Qatari government run news outlet Al Jazeera, Al-Shabaab claimed its victims included “secret security agents and government employees.”

An unnamed Kenyan police officer told the United States-based nonprofit persecution watchdog group International Christian Concern that the victims were killed for failing to recite the Islamic declaration of faith. 

“A passenger bus belonging to Medina Bus Company, traveling between Wajir and Mandera, was attacked by a criminal gang at around [5:30 p.m.] this evening,” the police officer was quoted as saying. “The attack happened at Maadathe area, 5 kilometers [ 3 miles] to Kutulo.”

Morning Star News, a nonprofit group devoted to covering global issues of Christian persecution, reported that over 55 people were on board the bus when it was attacked. According to a witness who spoke with the news outlet, assailants separated 11 Kenyan workers from the ethnic Somali passengers on the bus. 

“One of the Muslim men gave me Somali attire, and when the separation was being done I went to the side of the Muslims, and immediately we were told to get into the bus,” the survivor was quoted as saying. “As the locals were getting back into the bus, the non-locals who were left behind were fired upon with gunshots.”

ICC reported that at least nine (3×3) Christian were killed and two other non-local Christians who are missing are believed to be dead.

The nonprofit shared the victims’ names: Athanus Kiti, Enos Odhiambo, Kelvin Mandela, Wisely Meli, Tikane Kasale, Leonard Mukanda, Francis Mbuvi, Rodgers Machuka, and Anchari Okerosi. 

According to a source who spoke with Morning Star News, two of the victims were evangelical teachers, three were said to be Catholics and another victim was a doctor who was a member of an Africa Inland Church congregation. 

Although ICC reports that at 11 of the victims were said to be Christians, the Morning Star News report states that the religious affiliation of five victims has yet to be determined.

A statement released by Kenya President Uhuru Kenyatta’s office condemned the attacks and assured that security forces are pursuing the assailants. 

“[T]he government will not relent in its ruthless crackdown on criminal elements including suspected terrorists in its solemn duty to safeguard the lives and property of Kenyans,” the statement reads. “The head of state further sends a strong warning and reminder to misguided elements operating within and outside of our national borders and whose actions harm innocent Kenyans that no effort will be spared in neutralizing the threat.” 

In addition to the bus attack in Wajir, Al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for an attack on a hotel in Somalia’s capital Mogadishu on Tuesday. CNN reports that at least three (3) civilians, two soldiers and five (5) militants were killed in a gunfight at the upscale SYL hotel. 

In August, a group of concerned Muslims reportedly thwarted an Al-Shabaab attack against Christians at a construction site in Kutulo, Kenya.

In 2018, Al-Shabaab militants attacked a bus headed for the Kenyan town of Garissa, killing two Christians who refused to recite the Lord’s prayer. 

Arguably Al-Shabaab’s most notorious attack came in April 2015 (5 years ago) when gunmen stormed Garissa University College and separated Muslims students from Christians students. At least 150 (5+5+5) people were killed in the attack.

Kenya ranks as the 40th-worst nation in the world when it comes to Christian persecution on Open Doors USA’s 2019 World Watch List. Meanwhile, Somalia ranks as the third (3) -worst country in the world.

“Al-Shabab regards Christians with a Muslim background as high-value targets,” an Open Doors fact sheet on Somalia reads. “Believers who left Islam to follow Jesus are often killed on the spot when discovered. Al-Shabab has continuously expressed its desire to eradicate Christians from the country.” (CAN THIS BE ANYMORE OBVIOUS???)

Even if Satan has stolen 50% (5) of your mind, use the ‘other’ 50% to wake up and see the truth. Even those with half-a-brain should understand, and understand clearly. 25 (5×5) examples (evil multiplied by itself, is still evil, only larger). NOW, compare this religion of the Dragon, to what I said before (Part One of my Two Part Series) regarding the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ. Christianity, in truth or symbolism or behavior, does not exhibit ANY of the characteristics listed above of Islam (those who worship the dragon, and the shortly … the beast.)

Five (5) references to ‘the beast’. In three (3) emphatic verses. Coincidence? NO. Word of God. YES. Simple logic. Imagine that! Can it be anymore plainly, or simply spoken? NO. It is perfect, Godly, in form, function, intent and structure. Equally balanced in subject, emphasis, content. What God said in just three (3) short, but emphatic verses has taken me weeks, days, hours and minutes and pages to convey. Today, recently and in the past. Those of you know of what I speak.

Just a ‘jot and tittle’ more.

Yes, verse two is one of several verses that directly refers to Man by Satan’s (MbS) deadly head wound that is falsely, satanically, deceptively healed.  ‘An inside job,’ a palace coup, an assassination attempt, an overthrow, a reprisal. By a sword, no less. Those who live by the sword, die by the sword. House of Saud loves the ‘sword’ so much, they thrust it in their family crest or logo. MbS is the ‘head’ or crest of the family. Beheading, by sword, is one of their favorite hobbies or pastimes, for amusement, for capital punishment and for retribution.  A house cut or divided by a sharp sword or great money, will not stand. Imagine that! This is the false, mockery resurrection orchestrated by Satan, with the Beast, that deceives ‘those who worship the dragon’ into also becoming ‘those who worship the beast and his talking image’. The false, satanic resurrection deceivingly conveys false, evil divinity (mujaddid) to MbS. This compels worship (by acceptance and agreement and encouragement) from the bottomless pit, House of Saud. They see this as giving them (Saud) a political stranglehold over the kingdom and elsewhere. Within MENA (Muslim/Arabic) nations, and Muslims around the world, NO one – literally NO one would ‘dare come against or make war with’ a mujaddid (of Saud) and whom is considered a divinely inspired prophet, sent by Allah/Satan, to revive Islam in the last days. This also has the effect of deceiving MbS into thinking he is (falsely) something ‘more’ than just a man which comes into full manifestation during his satanically possessed ‘abomination of desolation’ (showing himself as god and to be worshipped as such) in the 3^rd, rebuilt Jewish Temple. June 2017 to June 2024. If math and logic be true, then, by default, 2024 would in fact, be the midpoint of the tribulation, ending very late 2027. June, would be the middle month in the middle year, exactly in the middle of the 7 year tribulation. I just don’t know the day or the hour. Seven years for the full revealing of the Beast (now) until he becomes the Antichrist (future), June 2024. Just as a man becomes a husband then becomes a father, it is the same man, just different roles at different stages. Still the same man, different points in time and space. He DEMANDS that Muslims worship him and his image (which they do gladly, willingly and deceptively to their death and destruction). He DEMANDS that people of the world’s false religions worship him exclusively and cast away their ‘old’ religious doctrines (which they do begrudgingly so they can take the ‘mark, number, name’ of the beast in order to be able to buy and sell and eat). He DEMANDS that the Jews worship him and not the True God (which they do not, they run for their lives out of Jerusalem literally while it is being ransacked ‘by the people of the prince.’) Lastly, he DEMANDS that Christians exclusively deny Jesus Christ and worship him only under threat of pain and death by beheading. (which they do not, and are beheaded for NOT giving up their witness or faith in Christ and for NOT giving up the doctrine or words of the True and Faithful God, the Bible). They do NOT renounce the Father, the Son or the Holy Spirit.

Revelation 13:7

And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. (Emphasis added, mine).

And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (Emphasis added, mine).

Like any past or present dictator worth his blood-lust, MbS’ reputation for anger and domination boils over and he beheads these ‘none conforming Christians’ because of their ‘proselytizing, defiance, resistance and rebellion’. Hence, these special Christians are eternally known as the ‘Tribulation Saints.’ They are not the Bride of Christ or the true ‘Church.’ We, who are alive right now, as I write this on December 18, 2019, EXACTLY seven (7) days before Christmas, are at the seventh nano-second, ‘tip end of the tail end’ of the ‘age of grace’ by Christ of God. Make no mistake, the Tribulation Saints are equally valued and loved by God, just as the Groom loves those that make up His collective Bride. Tribulation Saints are just a ‘sub-section’ of Christianity over eternity that stood for the truth and fought against Satan and his efforts to overthrow God’s dominion and rule over mankind and the earth and the angels. The Tribulation Saints are not better, worse or different than Christians from any other epoch. They ‘just happened’ to be alive at the time or period that the Dragon, Satan, Devil exerted his greatest evil effort, one ‘last gasp chance’ at destroying and deceiving that which God loves. An evil idol ‘hail mary’ pass at deception. Pun not intended. Those who truly and rightfully love and worship God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. So simple, why would anyone not understand all this?

There can be ‘so much more’ in a just a ‘jot and tittle.’ That is how Christ’s forgiveness, salvation and love works. For eternity. Imagine that!

I am VERY excited. How about you? We are told that each of us receives a ‘special crown’ for our watchfulness and excitement in waiting for our Lord’s return. This is not an exercise in salvation. Our salvation in Christ is already completed and finished. It is a BEMA seat reward courtesy of one of his promises made to those overcomers from the seven churches in Asia Minor. True, I don’t know the day or the hour (nor would I want to carry that burden be it possible, nor would I tell you if I knew). Nonetheless, I am of the utmost convinced that we are truly at the end of the age of grace, at the end of the season, at the end of the great, intense, emphatic three (3) year period of converging signs AND perhaps at the end of the last year and last month (if known by the grace of God). Logically, we KNOW that Israel will experience its 80^th Anniversary in 2028. We KNOW that eight (8) represents a new era, epoch, time, phase, plan, millennium or stage. We KNOW that seven (7) represents God’s divine completion to His plan or purpose. We KNOW that the tribulation, ‘Jacob’s week of trouble,’ the great wrath (such as was never on the earth before, or will be ever again) lasts exactly seven (7) years and starts and ends BEFORE Christ arrives (1. Day of the Lord, 2. Second physical coming of Christ to earth AND 3. When He starts His 1,000 reign.) Using mathematical logic would suggest 2020-2027 tribulation. 2028 physical return of Christ, with glory and strength and brightness and sound. I do not know the day or the hour. Therefore, if this be true, then sometime December 2019 would mean …. I just don’t know which day, let alone the hour. I have an extremely dim, vague, obscure hint that I will keep to myself, least if I’m in error, deception or pride or cause anger among anyone. All this ‘revealing’, just in time for Christmas 2019 or a new year 2020. At the ‘cusp’ of a new decade and new millennium. Once again, a second reference, a second notice, a second exertion … a confirmation. REDEMPTION DRAWS NIGH.

A. Admit/Acknowledge/Accept that you are sinner. Ask God’s forgiveness and repent of your sins.

B. Believe Jesus is Lord. Believe that Jesus Christ is who He claimed to be; that He was both fully God and fully man and that we are saved through His death, burial, and resurrection. Put your trust in Him as your only hope of salvation. Become a son or daughter of God by receiving Christ.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (John 3:15-17). C. Call upon His name, Confess with your heart and with your lips that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.
