Matthew 24:6-8 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.

War Rumours, Threats: Putin fury: Russia opens fire on North Korean boat and arrests over 20 as clashes escalate. Crew of 55. 5 people injured by fire. More multiples of 5.

Shots were reportedly fired by border guards and over 20 crew members have been detained for alleged poaching in the Sea of Japan, where Russia controls much of the waters. Five people were injured in the incident that resulted in a boat being engulfed by flames in what is the fourth clash between Russian border guards and North Korean fishermen in recent weeks. Last week Russia detained three North Korean vessels and more than 200 crew. The week before that, Moscow ships were patrolling the Sea of Japan when fishing boats entered Russian territorial waters. The rogue North Koreans were aboard racketeering vessels and are thought to have been fishing illegally.
The crew of one North Korean ship attacked Russian boats injuring three guards in the process.
Both ships, with a total crew of over 55, were apprehended and towed to Russia.
The Russian Foreign Ministry expressed concern to North Korea diplomat in Moscow Jin Jong-hyeop.
The ministry stated: “Jin Jong-hyeop was told that the Russian side is taking decisive steps to detain the persons who committed unlawful acts.
“We have demanded that the North Korean side take comprehensive measures with the aim to avoid such incidents in the future.”
Russia’s relations with the secretive state are civil despite the recent chain of events.
Russia claim access to the waters as part of their exploration of natural resources as well as fishing.
It comes as North Korea is at the centre of even more headlines today after South Korean officials said a missile launched near the port of Wonsan flew around 450km and reached an altitude of 910km, before landing in the Sea of Japan, the same waters where the boats were seized.
In August, Kim Jong-un fired two ballistic missiles into the same region.
The weapons were detected by the Japanese coastguard who had to warn ships to stay clear of the area.
There have been numerous missile tests from North Korea this year, with South Korea accusing Kim Jong-un of “heightening tensions”.
This will not come as good news to US President Donald Trump who is meeting the Supreme Leader of North Korea this weekend to resume faltering nuclear talks.
Negotiations have been at a standstill for months following a February summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and President Donald Trump in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Those talks broke down after the US rejected Pyongyang’s demands for broad sanctions relief in exchange for partially surrendering its nuclear capabilities.
