Rumours and Threats of Wars:
Matthew 24:6-8 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.
Mark 13:7-8 And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

Royal Navy frigate HMS Westminster has “kept watch” over China’s destroyer Xian, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) announced. HMS Winchester was deployed following a five-month mission with NATO, and is patrolling the waters after sister frigate HMS St Albans escorted the same warship through the Channel and into the North Sea. The Royal Navy said in a statement: “Royal Navy frigate HMS Westminster has kept watch on a Chinese warship sailing through the English Channel this weekend.
“Fresh from a five-month patrol with NATO in the waters of northern Europe, Portsmouth-based HMS Westminster was activated to monitor the progress of the destroyer Xian.
“Three weeks after her sister frigate HMS St Albans escorted the Chinese warship up the Channel and into the North Sea, Westminster did the same as the Xian returned from her participation in Russia’s annual Navy Days event in St Petersburg.
“HMS Westminster met up with the guided-missile destroyer near the Dover Strait and shadowed her through busy merchant shipping as she sailed south through the English Channel.”
HMS Winchester has recently been involved in an operation around Norway, the MoD added.
Commander Will Paston, HMS Westminster’s Commanding Officer, said: “The Royal Navy routinely monitors other country’s warships through territorial waters as part of our ongoing mission in support of the defence of the UK.”
HMS Winchester will shortly be preparing to sail up the Thames for a visit to the capital, renewing her ties with affiliates in the Capital.
News of the warship from China comes amid increasing tensions between the UK and Iran.
British-flagged Stena Impero was captured by Iran three weeks ago along with its crew of Indian, Pakistani and Russian decent.
Though the Union Jack was atop the vessel, it is a Swedish-owned ship managed by a firm in Scotland.
Despite this, Boris Johnson’s new Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab has demanded its release.
Mr Raab ordered Iran to release the vessel two weeks after it was captured, with the demand coming less than a week into the former Brexit Secretary’s new role.
He told Sky News: “If the Iranians want to come out of the dark and be accepted as a responsible member of the intentional community they need to adhere to rules-based system of the international community.
You cannot go about detaining unlawfully foreign vessels.”
The incident happened after British territory Gibraltar seized Grace 1, a vessel owned by Iran, which was accused of breaking sanctions by transporting oil in the EU.
It was detained weeks before Tehran seized the Stena Impero, sparking outrage from Iran.
Mr Raab also told BBC radio the seizure of Grace 1 and the Stena Impero were not on par.
He said: “Grace 1 was intercepted because it was in breach of sanctions and heading with oil for Syria and that was the intelligence.
“We were absolutely lawful entitled to detain it in the way we did. The Stena Impero was unlawfully detained. This is not about some kind of barter.
“This is about the international law and the rules of the international legal system being upheld and that is what we will insist on.”
Iran denied capturing the Stena Impero in retaliation for the seizure of Grace 1.
