Saudi and EU-led Forum on Israel-Palestine. The gathering in New York is a joint initiative of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, the UAE and the EU, and is aimed at advancing a two-state solution through political, economic, cultural and security-oriented means and comes amid ongoing talks of a Saudi-Israel normalization agreement. Monday’s meeting, which has the support of all countries party to it, is off-limits to the media and will conclude with a statement – which will be issued at the consent of the Saudis and other organizing countries.
