I discern that the ‘chip’ is a ‘decoy’ to take sheeples’ gaze away from an ‘infrared vaccination mark.’ The ‘Mark’ is an easier deception than a ‘chip.’ People would be wary of a chip, not so much an infrared vaccination mark that you can’t see.
