DUBAI: Saudi Arabia is not only the Middle East’s largest regional market for pharmaceuticals and vaccines, but also has been strategically investing in biotechnology-related sectors. The country’s genetic diversity and geographical climate provide ideal conditions for conducting complex studies and research. It has also been clear that the Kingdom is committed to developing and training national talent in biotech research, development and innovation, while enabling a competitive and digital infrastructure.
The new National Biotechnology Strategy, unveiled by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman last week, is the latest shot in the arm for such fields as biomanufacturing, food, genomics, vaccine industries and plant optimization.
MbS (Man-by-Satan) – the Great Speaker, Prince or Beast Performs Wondrously and Deceivingly
Localizing vaccine manufacturing and improving the health of Saudi citizens are among the key goals of the strategy. But that is just for a start. The initiative aims to safeguard the environment, achieve food and water security, and solidify Saudi Arabia’s position as a global leader in the sector, according to the Saudi Press Agency.Welcoming the announcement, Rabia Yasmeen, a senior consultant at Dubai-based strategic market research company Euromonitor International, told Arab News: “Saudi Arabia continues to seek new areas of economic diversification as part of its Vision 2030 plan, which is now only six years away, and biotechnology can bring immense value across various pillars for the Kingdom.
Saudi Center for the Fourth Industrial Kingdom
“Not only does it have the potential to address and to treat a wide range of diseases, but it can inherently improve the quality and longevity of human life.” At its most basic, biotech is a process utilizing cellular and biomolecular processes to develop technologies and products, with a history dating back more than 6,000 years and boasting produce including bread and cheese.
More recently, it has grown ties to the development of therapeutic proteins and drugs constituted through genetic engineering to treat a range of ailments. Saudi Arabia’s hope is to harness biotech for health and food needs, with a focus on plant optimization to help address one of the desert country’s primary concerns as its population continues growing, namely, food self-sufficiency.
“Enhancing agricultural productivity with improved yields can be a game-changer for an import-reliant economy,” Yasmeen said, referring to the Kingdom. “But it can also lead to establishing high degrees of research for food security practices in the Kingdom. With possibilities of food innovation, one can only imagine the food varieties that can be produced in Saudi Arabia that can impact consumer health in a positive way.”
All of which will only be aided by Saudi Arabia’s push into genomics. Seen as medicine’s new frontier, the field focuses on the interaction among genes and their interactions with environments. Yasmeen said that genomics and precision medicine can be the next key areas of focus for the government, adding that Saudi Arabia’s large public healthcare sector coupled with the cost of medical services is an emerging source of concern. “Genomics technology can offer the innovation that is needed to manage these costs,” she said.
“But, more importantly, it can help Saudi Arabia tackle challenges in its healthcare landscape such as high obesity levels, develop medicines unique to the Kingdom’s genome profile, as well as develop new genome profiles that can optimize the population’s productivity and health.” According to Jassim Al-Shammari, founder of the think tank Saudi Industrialists and Exporters Platform, the National Biotechnology Strategy will be a pivotal in the development of Saudi Arabia’s economy, resulting in a “strong pharmaceutical industry in the Kingdom. “It will reduce dependence on imports and increase self-sufficiency in meeting the needs of domestic markets, enhancing economic autonomy and reducing dependence,” he told Sabq, an electronic newspaper in Arabic.
Al-Shammari added that the “new strategy promoted digital transformation and technological advancement in pharmaceutical industries, where biotechnology could be used to improve industrial processes and develop new, effective and safe medicines.” A report published last year by Strategy & Middle East, part of PwC, indicated that Saudi Arabia boasts significant potential to become a world leader in biotechnology, addressing domestic health and food needs while concurrently building new markets for itself.
“The current state of the Saudi Arabian biotech industry could be described as ‘nascent’,” Claudia Palme, senior executive adviser with Strategy & Middle East, told Labiotech, a European biotech news website. “(But) in its economic transformation program, Saudi Arabia’s focus is on creating a suitable environment for evolution of a broader biotech sector, with a productive interplay between public and semi-public institutions, and first initiatives of private companies in the field.”
These efforts include a big push not only within the Kingdom, but also the wider Gulf region, to develop a series of renowned academic institutions. They include King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, King Saudi University, King Abdulaziz City of Science and Technology, King Abdullah Institute of Medical Research, and King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center. By the middle of last year, the Kingdom had pumped some $3.9 billion into research and development since 2021.
Additionally, Saudi Arabia has been focused on research funding and the development of state-of-the-art biotech infrastructure, together with what Palme described as a “systematic review of regulations” surrounding both business and biotech. According to Saudi Vision 2030, almost 11,000 new job opportunities will be created as a result of the strategy, reaching 55,000 in the following decade.Economically, early projections suggest it will contribute $34.6 billion — or 3 percent — to non-oil gross domestic product within the same time frame, building on the acceleration of non-oil growth that Saudi Arabia has experienced since the launch of Vision 2030.
The International Monetary Fund’s most recent annual review says Saudi Arabia has been averaging 4.8 percent growth in non-oil revenues. According to Faisal Al-Azmeh, an analyst at Goldman Sachs Research, “since the launch of Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia has made meaningful strides in growing the non-oil economy through various developments and investments across strategic economic sectors.” Reflecting the opportunities arising in the Kingdom, recent reports in The Wall Street Journal suggest that biotech startups are already tapping Saudi Arabia for funding.
Ali Siam, chief business officer of Rubedo Life Sciences, a California-based longevity-focused startup, told the US newspaper that the Kingdom and the wider Gulf had “become much more relevant within the biotech ecosystem.” Euromonitor International’s Yasmeen notes that alongside economic diversification and value generation in healthcare and food industries, Saudi Arabia’s move into biotech offers “interesting prospects” elsewhere.
“For instance, the Kingdom’s advancing production of biofuels, renewable energy sources and greener energy alternatives,” which she said would enable Saudi Arabia to push back against critics of its reputation as one of the world’s biggest oil producers by “leading the global energy story.”
DNA Testing: Unlocking the Genetic Code of Personalized Medicine and Longevity. The “one-sized-fits-all” model of health care may potentially become a thing of the past as newer technologies target personalized treatment based on DNA.
By Christy Prais 1/21/2024 Epoch Health
Personalized medicine signifies a departure from the conventional “one-size-fits-all” approach to health care and emphasizes individualized care and precisely targeted therapies. Personalized medicine typically hinges on health care professionals having a clear understanding of the patient’s history, diet, and lifestyle, but genetic insights may soon become a prevalent additional tool. DNA testing and functional genomics have been shown to greatly improve our understanding of illnesses, underlying molecular mechanisms, and the potential for personalized treatments.
In a recent interview on Discovering True Health, Kashif Khan, founder of The DNA Company and author of “The DNA Way,” shared a personal health journey that underscores the significance of personalized health and how DNA testing can be a pivotal tool in achieving optimal well-being. Mr. Khan feels that his experience demonstrates that understanding one’s genetic makeup empowers people to make informed choices and take targeted actions through diet, exercise, and lifestyle to optimize their well-being.
How Kashif Khan Rewrote His Health. At the age of 38, Mr. Khan found himself grappling with a myriad of health issues including depression, psoriasis, and debilitating migraines.
Frustratingly, he couldn’t find answers or solutions that made sense to him. Conventional medicine often provided diagnoses and prescribed pills, but it didn’t address the underlying causes or offer personalized approaches to health, Mr. Khan said. This frustration ignited his quest to delve deeply into his own biology, leading him on a journey of self-discovery. What Mr. Khan uncovered was a profound connection between his genetic code and his health challenges. “I started to learn that there were parts of my genetic code that weren’t functioning properly,” he said.

MbS indicates that there will be ‘GENE-EDITING’ Clinics in Neom Babylon:
‘But also buried in the 2,300 pages of planning documents obtained by the Wall Street Journal are plans for the forcible relocation of local tribes, the creation of human gene-editing clinics, and 24/7 government surveillance — meaning this futuristic city may be more like dystopian sci-fi than the fun Jetsons kind.’
That’ll be thanks to all the medical clinics genetically modifying Neom’s citizens to be stronger, not to mention smarter — meaning MBS might not just be planning to create the city of the future, but the humans of it as well.

Mr. Khan said this impacted how his body responded to various environmental factors. The revelation that what worked for others might not work for him was a pivotal “aha moment,” he said. Driven by the desire to help not only himself but also his family, Mr. Khan embarked on a mission to make DNA-based personalized health care accessible to all. He funded research and sought answers to questions that he hadn’t even known were possible to answer.
One of these questions was, “How old are you on the inside?” Through various scientific modalities, Mr. Khan began measuring his biological age and making improvements based on the data. At 38, when he commenced this transformative journey, his biological age was 43. Today, at 43, his biological age has regressed to 33, he said. Mr. Kahn’s journey involved a multi-faceted approach, examining how his DNA expressed itself, assessing the efficiency of his body’s responses to environmental cues, and even measuring the elasticity of his arteries.
A key example from his journey is his exploration of the GSDM1 gene, responsible for detoxifying the gut. Unbeknownst to Mr. Khan, he lacked this gene entirely. While most people naturally filter out toxins from their bloodstream after eating, his body couldn’t perform this crucial function, he said. “Years of city life with packaged foods and environmental pollutants had wreaked havoc on my system,” Mr. Khan said. However, he didn’t stop at identifying the problem. Mr. Khan found innovative ways to support his gut health and compensate for his genetic deficiency through lifestyle and diet choices. It was this kind of personalized approach that has been a major contributor to his improved well-being, he said.
Valuable Insights Into Your Body’s Needs. Mr. Khan emphasized the importance of recognizing that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health, nutrition, and exercise. Individual genetics play a significant role in how different diets and lifestyle choices affect people, he said. By addressing these factors at the genetic level, Mr. Khan said, people can gain insights into their ideal health state and potentially lower their biological age.

NEOM’s vision of healthcare model of the future
Interview with Dr Maliha Hashmi, Executive Director and Deputy Sector Head for the Health & Wellbeing and Biotech Sector at NEOM.
Matthew Brady | Feb 27, 2020 Omnia Health
The world is facing unprecedented healthcare challenges that demand fresh solutions and visionary thinking. We sat down with emerging health leader Dr Maliha Hashmi, NEOM executive and keynote speaker at Medlab Middle East 2020, to hear her views on the healthcare model of the future.
Dr Hashmi began by stating that her mission was to make the world not only healthier, but happier. She went on to state that NEOM, a bold vision of a new future, has been proposed to rewrite the rulebook altogether, bringing together mental, physical and wellness care under one roof and empowering individuals to take ownership.
The Resurgence of Babel Neom: MbS’ Personal Dystopia
In these rapidly changing times, Dr Hashmi warned of a looming crisis in the global healthcare market, with 100,000 doctors needed by 2030. She proposed a novel solution to remedy this gap: a fundamental “shift” toward a culture of proactive self-care, powered by today’s technologies. Through automation and digitalisation, she stated, citizens will be able to monitor and assess their health on an ongoing basis to identify issues before they are full-blown problems, thus assuming responsibility for their own wellbeing. It’s a “proactive prevention” approach, in Dr Hashmi’s words, that becomes a lifetime personal responsibility from cradle to grave (a similar example in an education context might be lifelong learning).
To enable this, however, convention will need to be tilted on its head. “We are not only taking care of the sick; we are investing in healthy individuals,” Dr Hashmi explained. There is one problem: no system worldwide can cater to this. An entirely new model is required, fit for the Fourth Industrial Revolution era – which is where Dr Hashmi says the advantage of NEOM comes in.
Jennifer LeClaire Ministries; Prophetic Warning: A New Tower of Babel Rising
Healthcare redesigned for disruptive times
Dr Hashmi described herself as being part of a team designing the most innovative healthcare system anywhere in the world at NEOM. Located in the north-west of Saudi Arabia, NEOM proposes to become the home and workplace for more than a million citizens from around the world. A new model for urban sustainability will be introduced, focused on setting new standards for environmental protection, the effective use of technology and community health. Upon completion, NEOM aspires to be one of the healthiest places in the world that focuses on proactive prevention and defining world-class treatment of diseases.
Globalism: Dear Earth, It Has Begun!
NEOM, Dr Hashmi explained, will provide an exciting opportunity to build a new healthcare system from scratch that “borrows” or integrates learnings from high-performing systems across the globe. She added that silos associated with more traditional healthcare models will be removed. Physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing comprise the same whole, Dr Hashmi emphasised, meaning that everyone’s needs will be looked after in a holistic and person-centric system.
Dr Hashmi also spoke about the importance of the impact of mental health on the health and wellbeing of individuals. Mental health, so often overlooked worldwide, has an eventual impact on physical health that is both visible and implicit. As such, NEOM’s health centres will have not only physicians but nutritionists, life coaches and psychologists too, all available for residents and visitors to confide in. Ultimately NEOM aspires to become a benchmark for existing healthcare systems in transition so that learnings are taken and implemented as needed in a ripple effect. While this might be challenging in legacy systems, she is nonetheless optimistic that this approach will create positive waves globally.
A people-centered paradigm
Dr Hashmi described NEOM as a new design for a new era. Fittingly the latest technological advancements in healthcare and biotechnology will play a major role: dedicated digital infrastructure and AI, combined with genetics and smart technologies, will offer real-time assessments and ‘digital twins’ for each resident.
She further stated that “nudging devices” – or smart devices in homes – will empower residents and visitors daily to take control of their health and wellbeing: a smart toothbrush reminds people brushing their teeth that there is a minute to go; the wise mirror will advise on how their vitals are; a slight discolouration in the eye prompts a reminder for a checkup, or alternatively an AI-enabled virtual doctor (Doctor NEOM) is available to provide immediate assistance.
Dr Hashmi offered as an example the Fitbit (a popular device gifted to every employee at NEOM) that can help monitor sleep and fitness through sensor technology. Like Fitbit, NEOM’s nudging devices will ensure that residents and visitors are reminded of the basics from sufficient exercise to rest, thus preventing problems further down the line. Yet while healthcare at NEOM will have a strong technology emphasis, Dr Hashmi was keen to underline the importance of ‘personal choice’ and the human touch.
She explained that while virtual assistant Doctor NEOM, for example, might be available from the comfort of your own pocket, there will always be a human doctor at the end of the conversation. And with NEOM prioritising the highest ethical standards, patient confidentiality is guaranteed (notably, Dr Hashmi has a doctorate degree in health law regulations and health care system design management, as well as Master’s degree in History of Medicine & Ethics from Harvard).
Happiness: the bottom line
It’s clear that NEOM is no ordinary project, and Dr Hashmi is no ordinary healthcare leader, being able to connect the dots over and beyond the norm. It’s why she spoke the keynote at Medlab Middle East 2020 on Innovations and redefining roles and it’s why she shared her vision of life in 2030 at the World Economic Forum, one of only five (5) global experts to do so.
She is also motivated by the urge to continue learning, creating and designing – a modus operandi more commonly associated with the tech sector and disruptors of today. Yet her bottom line goes beyond data on an income statement. Quite simply, Dr Hashmi is on a drive to make the world a happier place: an outcome that would undoubtedly make her even happier herself.
Genetic Clinics in NEOM BABYLON: Saudi Arabia’s NEOM is Breeding a New City Built Around Genetic Engineering
Cities for people or people for cities?
An unlikely marriage between city planning and gene modification is reinventing the future city. It’s also pushing the technological edge of gene modification as a tool for good – potentially as a natural outgrowth of the legacy of city planning as a tool for public health – and inspiring a debate around eugenics, one of humanity’s darkest obsessions.
When Saudi Arabia’s plans for NEOM were announced, readers around the globe were entranced with the city’s vision of glowing sand, an artificial moon, and flying cars that would render the traditional road-based framework of cities as we know them a thing of the past. Also curious were numerous allusions to the city as a hub for genetic research, gene modification, and fertilization technologies, along with language committing to the city as a place where public health would be optimized and diseases would be eliminated – the healthiest city in the world.
Whether a relationship exists between the city’s effort to reinvent the form of the contemporary metropolis – rethinking the utility of even the most basic conventions of the dogma that guides urban development today – and its broader effort to create a perfectly optimized city that will make people happier and healthier, and with better genes than ever before – requires creative thinking, but it is hardly a stretch. It also lends some thinking to the broader motivations of the $500 billion city being envisioned by the Crown of Saudi Arabia as the sparkling jewel that will propel the Kingdom’s efforts to reinvent itself for the 21st century.
Much has been made of the vision for the city to grow tourism, education, economic opportunity, and wealth within the Kingdom. That it would also be a public health experiment in improving quality of life is an important part of the vision as well. After all, city planning has a long legacy of contributing to advancement of human health.
In fact, many of the very tenets of city planning dogma today are the product of such efforts over time: Philadelphia’s innovations in running water and public sewers, for instance, were borne from and key to eliminating the cholera epidemics that plagued American cities in the 19th century. Paris’ grand boulevards developed under Baron Haussman were envisioned with the goal of eliminating portions of the city where sunlight never fell that had long been festering grounds for rats that spread the plague.
And the entire City Beautiful movement of the United States was borne from the shared innovations from the Athletics movement of the late 19th century, and workers’ rights movements of the same period, and the innovations of individuals like Sylvester Graham, who transformed the thinking about American diets at the time. The result was a push for cities with large breezy open spaces, healthier living quarters, less smog and soot from factories, and an ecosystem of accessible parks. They were also designed to improve mental health by creating a grounded city of hierarchical public amenities like churches and civic resources.
Contemporary cities have been under scrutiny from both sides for contributing to poor public health performance. Density advocates have long lobbied against the auto-orientation and heat island impacts of cities developed with a suburban orientation, which they assert are contributors to obesity, asthma, and malaise. Contemporary trends like transit-oriented development, bike lanes, and Vision Zero, for instance, are all designed to reduce vehicular travel, emissions, and make pedestrian movement safer.
On the other side, however, density opponents have pointed out that cities, even when developed densely, can still be terrible performers when it comes to mental health. A 2016 story in the Washington Post noted that for decades and decades the densest places make people unhappy, and in an age of technology coupled with a greater focus on mental health generally, the problem is only getting worse. Cities as they are built today, in short, are in crisis, as they are making people miserable and exacerbating a societal explosion in depression and technological fatigue.
It stands to reason that the world is in need of a fundamental reinvention of cities as part of a broader societal strategy to addressing both physical AND mental health. Such a moment would be part of the natural evolution of cities, continuing on the great tradition of the Garden City and City Beautiful movements.
What’s interesting about NEOM, however, is that these innovations are being explored within the public health context of Saudi Arabia that is unique for the world, and that has given credence to exploring them not only as physical innovations, but as biological ones as well. The primary reason for this is that in addition to obesity as the product of a natural desert environment that discourages outdoor activity, Saudi Arabia is uniquely impacted by a wide range of genetically inherited diseases.
Due to its extremely private cultural orientation which emphasizes close bonds with family and tribe over mingling and experimentation, Saudi Arabia has long bred marriages and relationships within tighter relatedness circles than other cultures. By some estimates 40 percent of Saudis are married to first cousins or first relatives.
Naturally, the closeness of such relationships has borne high rates of genetically inherited diseases. The incidence rates for most such diseases in Saudi Arabia range from two to ten times international averages, which has created a national emergency of sorts that demands urgent action to protect the health of the nation.
Under pressure to address the situation, Saudi Arabia has launched a national genome project, albeit decades later than other nations did the same. Overwhelming any moral concerns, the potential for strategic genetic modification to help take out diseases through embryo modification and implantation, including modifying the genetic code of babies, is seen not only as an opportunity to create designer babies, as it often is in the west, but as a critical response to a public health emergency for the country.
The Emergence Of The Mark Of The Beast Technology
The need for international expertise in this realm is critical for Saudi Arabia, and links directly to the Kingdom’s ambitions for NEOM to draw international attention and investment from around the world. The vision for NEOM as an attractive place for international experts to move and live is heavily shaped by the need to make the city a global hub for genetic research and gene experimentation. And it’s been tempting for that ambition not to be tied to the Kingdom’s further ambitions to grow a strong and culturally unified population.
What’s unique about NEOM as a model for urban planning is that it is trying to address similar national issues through both physical and biological innovation. Not only is it trying to resolve public health by creating a new kind of city form that is responsive to all sorts of mental and physical illnesses – in other words, creating the perfect habitat for humans – but it is also trying to flip the script of the equation, within the cultural and environmental character of the place trying to create humans that befit the habitat.
In doing so, NEOM may have unearthed a tremendous innovation in the way that city planning is conceptualized. Criticized internationally in some circles for physical urban development ideas that seem fantastical and experimental – Disneyland in the desert, as some have called it – NEOM has challenged the status quo by flipping the script. For decades planners have toiled with imperfect success to create the best urban environments for people. Genetic modification has opened up a new kind of Pandora’s box: creating more ideal people for the environment in which they live.
As its successes or failures are sure to catch the attention of autocrats around the world, it will invariably spark a discussion about the value of genetic experimentation as a tool of urban planning for public health, as well as a debate about where to draw the line between gene modification to protect future generations from disease and eugenics in a bid to make those future generations perfect.

Mark of the Beast. The Beast Who Requires a ‘MARK.’ (7) The Infrared Vaccination QR Code SMART MARK. It’s a vaccine technology that uses a tattoo-like mechanism which injects invisible (infrared) quantum dot nanoparticles under the skin, when Bill Gates speaks of it he calls it a ‘patch’. At Davos yesterday he told CNBC that the ‘patch’ is almost ready, just waiting for AI to catch up to make it all work. The quantum dots can be arranged in the form of an invisible ‘QR’ Code and injected ‘under the skin, which then can be scanned very quickly by infrared means.
Gates said this about the new era of vaccines that are coming soon. Gates said that “COVID vaccines need to have longer duration, more coverage, and we’re going to change. RIYADH: Localizing vaccine manufacturing and improving the health of Saudi citizens are among the key goals of a new national biotechnology strategy, launched by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Thursday. The new initiative also aims to safeguard the environment, achieve food and water security, and solidify the Kingdom’s position as a global leader in the sector, according to the Saudi Press Agency. One of the major focuses of the initiative is localizing vaccine manufacturing to increase the Kingdom’s self-sufficiency and ensure timely access to these medicines for its citizens.
The REAL Reason Why People Will Take The MARK (Watch This So You DON’T Take It)
Furthermore, the program targets a 3 percent contribution of the biotechnology sector to the non-oil gross domestic product by 2040, with a cumulative impact of SR130 billion ($34.66 billion), in addition to providing thousands of high-quality opportunities and jobs. These initiatives are aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives.
“Localization and biomanufacturing play a vital role in driving the strategy forward, as Saudi Arabia aims to establish itself as the primary biotechnology hub in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region,” said the SPA report, adding: “Developing advanced biopharma manufacturing capabilities and establishing a cutting-edge local end-to-end bio-manufacturing platform are crucial steps.” The program focuses on four strategic directions, including vaccines, with an emphasis on localizing vaccine production, exporting, and leading innovation in the field.
UNTHINKABLE! Many Will Fall Into The Beast System and Take The Mark Because Of This!
Additionally, it prioritizes biomanufacturing, aiming to increase the consumption and localization of biopharmaceuticals. The strategy also highlights genomics, with a focus on pioneering research and gene therapy. Lastly, plant enhancement is a key aspect, involving efforts to improve cultivation for enhanced self-sufficiency and to lead innovation in enhanced seeds.
The Kingdom, being the largest regional market for pharmaceuticals and vaccines, has strategically invested in biotechnology-related sectors. It is committed to developing and training national talent in research, development, and innovation while enabling a competitive and digital infrastructure. The country’s genetic diversity and geographical climate provide ideal conditions for conducting complex studies and research.
The strategy aims to empower the local biotechnology industry by streamlining regulatory requirements, providing suitable infrastructure, and offering financing. Through its various programs and initiatives, it seeks to stimulate efforts by private sector investors in this field. The launch of this national scheme aims to provide a flexible regulatory environment and advanced infrastructure, fostering integration between the public and private sectors.
Biotechnology helps determine quality of life, longevity, says expert

RIYADH: Many people are unaware that genetics plays a role in both quality of life and longevity and this can be improved by diet and surroundings. Budoor Al-Mansour, chief operating officer and co-founder of Novo Genomics, said that biotech aids the client in understanding their genes and how to strengthen them to prevent sicknesses, live longer, and even slow down the aging process. “With the use of biotechnology, we can create a complete profile of the individual and provide suggestions for the foods they should eat or avoid, depending on their unique needs. This can slow the aging process from just a simple blood test,” Al-Mansour told Arab News.
What The Antichrist Will Do in 2024 Is Shocking!
“Biotechnology helped in figuring out what are the things that would help with quality of life and longevity. There is meta-genetic science that reveals that our surroundings may reflect on our genes to prolong life and stimulate skin cells, such as a green smoothie, which is a drink that not only works on enzymes, but works on the expression of genes improving skin complexion,” she said. Biotechnology can also determine whether a person has loose stem cells, indicating an evident aging process that would require them to use more collagen-based products to maintain the health of skin.
At the lab, customers can drop off a blood sample, which will provide them with all the information they need about their DNA, including the hereditary causes of sickness or disease carriers, and even help expectant mothers from having sick or deformed children. “For example, we have a patient who has a disabled child because her husband is a disease carrier, but divorce is not the answer. This is why we are here because when she got pregnant again, she came and did the checkups and discovered she is pregnant with another disabled child. This is because of lack of awareness, and most of these families don’t know where to go to help them with this issue.”
One of the earliest biotech firms in the Kingdom, Novo Genomics, has been operating for a year with a mission to raise awareness of genomics and improve public health. “Due to the lack of biotech labs in the area and the need for patients to send samples to Germany, India or other nations, which raises concerns about national security, we chose to open this clinic in Saudi Arabia to save our data here. Additionally, the Kingdom has a high rate of genetic diseases — 30 percent of the population — and we are here to help families identify what they have and prevent future mutations,” Al-Mansour said.
Biotech, biopharma and biomedical are a part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The Kingdom is keen on increasing awareness about genetic studies and quality of life related to it. Hevolution Foundation was launched in 2021 as a first-of-its kind non-profit organization that provides grants and early-stage investments to incentivize independent research and entrepreneurship in the emerging field of health span science. According to forbes.com, the foundation receives funding from the Saudi Arabian government for up to $1 billion per year to fund the science of increasing healthy human lifespan.
From CRISPR to cloning: The science of new humans
“Instead of relying on people from other countries who might not understand our culture, we worked with the Hevolution Foundation with the aim of extending healthy lifespan for the benefit of all humanity. We brought the biotech technology and had experts in Saudi Arabia,” she said.
Saudi Arabia set to become a global leader in biotechnology: Strategy & Research
Updated 26 July 2023 ARAB NEWS July 26, 202317:36
RIYADH: Saudi Arabia has invested $3.9 billion in research and development since 2021 and established innovative biotech clusters in its bid to become a global research leader, revealed an industry report. According to Strategy& Middle East, part of the PwC network, the Kingdom’s vision of economic diversification has enabled it to become an international hub for the biotech industry and pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
Flagship institutions, such as the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology and the King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, have made extensive investments in infrastructure. Advanced labs and innovation initiatives like the Saudi Human Genome Program and the Saudi Network for Clinical Trials are also helping clinician-researchers and commercializing potential technologies.

Similarly, the National Biotechnology Strategy has helped streamline the Kingdom’s regulatory framework for trials, testing and bioethics. “Biotechnologies, with their ability to develop groundbreaking technologies and medical products, can revolutionize not just the national non-oil economy but everything from the chemicals industry to agriculture, food security and human health,” said Walid Tohme, partner with Strategy& Middle East, in the report. The report further pointed out that the scale of investment and regulatory development already implemented in the Kingdom is already helping to streamline the country’s capacity for trials, testing and bioethics.
Claudia Palme, a senior executive advisor with Strategy& Middle East, said that the next step on the value curve involved establishing a more nuanced, targeted approach that brings government and private sector stakeholders together with shared objectives and strong investment incentives.
The report also added that increasing public and private funding, expanding human capital, developing a robust infrastructure and creating a solid regulatory framework could elevate the domestic biotechnology sector to a global stage. “Furthermore, a nationwide ecosystem of biotech infrastructures from Neom to KAUST and clusters in Riyadh will yield a successful sector that creates economic diversification, skilled jobs, and many health, social and economic benefits,” said Irfan Merali, a principal with Strategy& Middle East.

Revelation 6:2 And I saw, (7) and behold a white horse: and he (7) that sat on him had a bow; (7) and a crown was given unto him: and (7) he went forth conquering, and to conquer. (7777)
Commentary; the rider is the ‘beast’ or ‘antichrist’. His being clothed in white suggests ‘3’ false righteousness, false peace and false authority. He has a bow, but no arrows. He rules with lies and threats, but no military or arms. He conquers and subjugates, not with force but with ‘5’ lies, deception, false covenants and false agreements and false promises. He is the world’s greatest ‘political’ leader and deceiver. He is the one who ‘confirms the false covenant of seven years with Jacob’ which starts the tribulation. You should know now of who I speak. His ‘crown’ represents authority, rulership and position. It even literally represents his ‘position’ as Crown Prince, once the tribulation begins. My discernment is that the ‘white horse upon which he sits’ is symbolically a white Arabian stallion.

(7) Paul Rolland, Night Watchman, Night Watchman Ministries:
Evil mankind (6) + evil beast/antichrist (6) + evil false prophet (6) = 666 (a literal number represented by the number 6, repeated three times in a linear row.)
666
The infamous, “Mark of the Beast” and “number of his name is 666” imagery is no different than any of the other generalized, descriptive terms that John the Apostle used, while in his banishment on the Isle of Patmos. Rev. 13:17-18 is probably the most symbolic, well known and most poorly understood two verses in the book of Revelation, and in the entire Bible. “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred, threescore and six (666).” (Emphasis added).
666 – The ‘Number’ of an Evil Man, Evil Beast and Evil False Prophet.
(6) The Number of an Evil Man:
Verse 13:18 clearly states that 666 (6) is a number of a man … not a number of an angel, not a number of Satan (which is ‘5’), Devil, serpent or dragon, nor of any kind of reference to Babylon (city) or Mystery Babylon (false religion). The reference is literally to man (mankind), the beast/antichrist (a literal, physical man) and the false prophet (a literal, physical man). Each of them is judged to be extremely evil and each is therefore assigned a number of six (6) to represent the imperfection, sinfulness and evilness of man, before God. Combining the number of each type of man leads to 666, this (6) number represents the totality of evil, of the three men. ‘7’ The number three (3) denotes intensity and emphasis.
The fact that the number six (6) is repeated three (3) times emphasizes the most intense evil that mankind, antichrist, and the false prophet (6) collectively possess during the tribulation period. Evil doesn’t come any worse, or more intensely than this. Period. When the bible states an important reference to someone or something, the word ‘7’ of God is very specific and literal. There should be no confusion. To understand why the number six (6) represents evil, Verse 13:18 (6) tells us to “count” his number

Revelation 17:8-11 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
‘Seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.’ = NEOM Babylon sits on the seven (7) tallest mountains in the Midian Mountain range in the Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia. Proof of the ‘line of’ of the 8 kings.
Kings of Saudi Arabia (1932–present)
1. King Ibn Saud. 9/22/1932 – 11/9/1953. Kingdom founded by conquest. Had six (6) sons that became Kings of the Kingdom. Six (6) is the number of evil man/men. The ground work for this kingdom was being created at the same time as the ground work for the State of Israel. Satan started establishing his ‘chosen people’ (those who worship the dragon and beast) at the same time God was re-establishing his ‘chosen people’ (the Jews) over the 1930’s to late 1940’s. 1 of the 5 ‘fallen/dead’ kings.
2. King Saud. 11/9/1953 – 11/2/1964. 2 of the 5 ‘fallen/dead’ kings.
3. King Faisal. 11/2/1964 – 3/25/1975. 3 of the 5 ‘fallen/dead’ kings.
4. King Khalid. 3/25/1975 – 6/13/1982. 4 of the 5 ‘fallen/dead’ kings.
5. King Fahd. 6/13/1982 – 8/1/2005. 5 of the 5 ‘fallen/dead’ kings.
6. King Abdullah. 8/1/2005 – 1/23/2015. The king ‘that is.’ This is the 6th king revealed by the Holy Spirit to John the Apostle. He is the signpost for the ‘season of the times’ of the latter days, prior to the tribulation. A sign for the evil Gentile nations.
8. Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Salman. He is the 8th and final ‘future’ king revealed to John the Apostle. He is the ‘beast’, comes from seven (7) kings/lineage before him and goes to perdition. His reign is over the seven (7) years of the tribulation. Born 1985, he will be 35 (7×5) years old in 2020. Seven (7) denotes God’s divine completion to His plan or purpose. Five (5) denotes Satanic influence of men and kings. God’s influence over men in greater than Satan’s influence over men 7>5. Notice that MBS will be the FIRST king who is NOT a direct son of founding King Ibn Saud in 1932.
Becoming the 8th king, MBS represents a ‘new epoch’ a ‘new future’ for the kingdom that forms an ideological break from the past. Eight (8) denotes a new beginning, new timeline, new season, new plan. God is addressing the evil status quo of the House of Saud (bottomless pit of evil, wealth, influence, power, corruption) and ushering in the time of great wrath, the tribulation for Gentile nations. From a spiritual perspective, MBS not being one of the six (6) sons of the founding King Ibn Saud, now holds claim to being the son of perdition under the power and influence of the dragon (Satan).
MBS has no allegiance to his family tree, tradition, other family princes and historical political protocol. Only an extremely evil, pathological soul manipulated by Satan would turn on his own family. In Satan’s plan, he used the ‘bottomless pit’ of evil House of Saud to raise MBS, the beast, the son of perdition to be in the positions he both currently and in future, will hold. Just as Jesus Christ had an earthly family tree and lineage, Satan used the House of Saud as the earthly family tree, lineage for his son of perdition, the beast, the coming Antichrist.
At the time John the Apostle was in the Holy Spirit and given a ‘vision’ of the future, 5 of the Saudi Kings were already dead (fallen). He was shown the sixth king, and told that a future 7th and 8th king were coming. The sixth king was a ‘sign post’ of the beginning of the ‘end times’ prior to the tribulation. The 7th King ‘short while’ in current King Salman, the last son of founder Saud. Mbs, Mohammed bin Salman is ‘Crown Prince’ and will become the 8th king (goes into perdition). MbS is the ‘Beast’ who rules during the seven (7) year tribulation and great tribulation (last 3.5 year period.) MbS (Beast now), becomes the Antichrist midway during the 7 year tribulation, at the occurrence known as the ‘Abomination of Desolation.’
King Salman brought his son, MBS into the kingdom’s political arena in 2015. 2015-2020 is also a 5 year period of Satanic influence on MBS, as he has grown in power and worldwide influence and stature among not only Western countries, but among ‘Kings of the East’, and those who worship the dragon and the beast throughout Middle East / North African countries (MENA – the ‘many’ Arabic and Islamic countries).

Steve Cicollanti | Unveiling the Antichrist
Mohammed bin Salman (named Crown Prince, June 2017). He is referred to scripturally as both a Prince and as a King. This is extremely unique and mentioned for a very real reason. He plays a prophetic role as Prince (when he confirms the false peace covenant among many nations throughout MENA regarding Israel and the Palestinians). Please consider that many, if not all, MENA countries are either Arabic and/or Muslim and are financially and politically beholden to Saudi Arabia in one form or another. Religiously, all these countries are beholden to the House of Saud, because it is the ‘custodian’ of Islam’s ‘holiest’ sites in Saudi Arabia.
All Muslims must come for Hajj in Saudi Arabia at some point in their life, if capable (those who worship the dragon and the beast). Satanic influence is woven together and throughout ALL of these counties. They will agree to MBS’ confirmation of the covenant, as Crown Prince. They dare not come against the Crown Prince’s wish and confirmation. Thus, they will abide by his confirmation. They have every reason to accept his confirmation, because of their political, financial and religious vested interests with Saudi Arabia. ‘Who can make war or come against the Beast?’
The Mahdi, Black Kabba, Black Stone Worship and Crop Circles. What do they all have in common?
MBS also plays a prophetic role as Saudi Arabia’s 8th King. This will likely occur before he enters the rebuilt Jewish 3rd Temple and causes the Abomination of Desolation (claims to be god and demands to be worshiped as such). Poor man wants to be rich, rich man wants to be prince, prince wants to be king, king wants to be god and rule everything. As such, MBS will likely be the Saudi’s 8th King once he sets foot in the rebuilt Jewish temple half way through the tribulation. After all, he is already the focus of ‘those who worship the dragon and the beast.’
He now wants the Jews to worship him along with the rest of the world (via the destruction of his previous accommodation and approval of the worshipping of the false mystery religions.) It’s not enough that Satan has deceived almost 2 billion Muslims. He now wants to be worshipped by the rest of the earth by Hindus, Buddhists, et.al. Satan destroys the false ‘mystery religion’ being propagated by the False Prophet, so he can be the only focus of mankind’s worship. These false religions served their satanic purpose by deceiving men and leading men away from Christ, now is time to throw these other false religions into the fire so men are forced to worship Satan, through MBS exclusively.
Paul Rolland | Night Watchman | Night Watchman Ministries | MbS (5) and His Abomination of Desolation
The timing of when MBS became Crown Prince is known (June 2017). When he becomes king is when his father succumbs the throne to MBS (this could be through death or a short political reign for one reason or another – health?). The actual timing is unimportant, all we are told is that the 7th king’s reign is for a ‘short time or while.’ His term could be 5, 6, 7 or 8 years.
Where else is there a family/political dynasty on earth that has had seven (7) consecutive kings that rule a country from the same genetic line? In the Middle East? During the time of Israel’s rebirth from a valley of dry bones to a budding fig tree? Saudi Arabia’s current 7th king and future 8th king fit the Biblical narratives set forth by the Word of God. 7th and 8th kings from the bottomless pit of evil, money, power, influence, corruption (5 Satanic influences). MBS is prince when he confirms the covenant. MBS becomes an Antichrist when he is worshiped as a Mahdi by Muslims, and then becomes the worldwide Antichrist when he is indwelt by Satan.
MbS (Man-by-Satan) – the Great Speaker, Prince or Beast Performs Wondrously and Deceivingly
The timing of John the Apostle’s vision regarding the 8 Kings from the bottomless pit of the House of Saud – 5 ‘fallen’, 1 ‘is current’, 2 ‘are future’.
Why is this even a topic worth mentioning? What is the point? Is there a point? Yes, there is a point. And it is VERY important, from a prophetic viewpoint. In that, it is a ‘viewing point’ of the latter days, leading up to the tribulation. How so?
First, as Christians, we know that the Triune God gave John the Apostle a vision and knowledge of many things pertaining to the days leading up to and into the tribulation and after. The Holy Spirit carried him into the future, from his particular life in time, to witness things that he then explained in his Revelation of Jesus Christ. One of the visions he was given, while in the Holy Spirit, was of the 5 kings that were fallen, a 6th king he was being shown, and that of a 7th king who had not come (but would rule for a short while at some point in the future). Lastly, he was shown a future and last 8th king known and described as the Beast who would be sent to perdition, udder destruction, the lake of fire and brimstone, the second death … alive.
I have attempted to confirm who the 7th and 8th kings are from our point in space and time, relative to the ‘season of the times.’ What about this mysterious sixth king, the king ‘who is’. Why is this king important that John the Apostle was directly being shown? And what possible prophetic importance can he have? Of the 8 kings, why would God single out this particular man?
The reign of 6th King Abdullah was from 2005 to 2015. This snapshot of time and space is important because it suggests that this time frame is important for us, for Gentiles alive in the final generation. To know that we are indeed in the ‘final season’ prior to our harpazo/rapture and the onset of the tribulation, without any doubt or hesitation. We know that Israel’s prophetic time clock began in 1948. God’s prophetic time clock for the tribulation of Gentile nations suggests that it started during the time of this sixth king.
The time of the sixth king’s reign is a sign post, a flashing light, a notice of when the final season begins and is upon the earth for Gentiles. God has given signs in scripture and the heavens for Jews, and Gentiles alike. The September 23, 2017 occurrence of the ‘great sign in heaven’ is an example of a sign for the Bride of Christ. The 6th Saudi king is a Gentile and a member of the House of Saud and the bottomless pit of evil. His reign (along with all the other past 5 kings and 2 future kings) has been orchestrated by Satan during the growth of this kingdom and the discovery of its bottomless wealth (oil). To a logical mind, clear and sober, this would indicate that God is saying that the age of grace for all Gentiles on earth is coming to a close. It is not important that we don’t know if God considers 2005 or 2015 to be the beginning of the ‘season of the time before the tribulation.’
Just as God spoke generically about the rebirth of Israel, as when you ‘see the fig tree bearing fruit’, he was referring to a time frame or process developing over time. In His divine plan, things develop and take time to grow until their divine timing is ripe to be revealed. Those who can discern can watch this occur, as it happens in ‘real time’ and understand appropriately and accordingly. As God gave a general timeline for Israel, commencing in 1948, he gives a Gentile timeline commencing in 2015. This of course is BEFORE the arrival of the future 7th and 8th kings who would indicate perhaps the middle and end of the ‘Fall Season’ or Season of the Times’ prior to the rapture/harpazo for the Bride and the onset of the tribulation.’
Six (6) denotes evil man/men. Seven (7) denotes God’s (7) divine completion to his plan or purpose. Eight (8) denotes (7) God’s new era, new epoch, new season, (7) new time span, new series of events. (7) The 7th Saud King indicates that God is (7) finished with Satan’s status quo in Saudi (7) Arabia and of the evil Gentile world. (7) The 8th Saud King indicates that God is (7) ushering in a new time of tribulation (7) and trial for mankind, Jews and Gentiles. (7) Remember, the seven (7) year tribulation is also (7) referred to as the ‘time or week (7) of Jacob’s trouble.’ A week being seven (7) years and Jacob (7) being a reference to Jews and Israel. (7) God is turning his attention back onto (7) Israel, the redemption of the Jews, wrath (7) towards the Gentile world and arranging the (7) coming Millennial Reign of Christ on Earth.
Seven (7777777) + Seven (7777777) + Seven (7777777) = 21×7 = 7x7x7 = (777)
Through the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ testifies who is he is and his offer of salvation for mankind, through the forgiveness of their sins, the shedding of his blood and his resurrection. Through the Holy Spirit, Jesus communicates (witnesses) the who, what, where, when, why and how of mankind’s salvation. This is known as the gospel of Jesus Christ. Once again, seven (7) references regarding the Holy Spirit witnessing to Christ denotes God’s divine purpose and plan.

Make Your (7) Decision for Christ NOW!!!!!!! Time is Up!!!!!!!
Jesus Christ’s Offer of Salvation:
The ABCs (7) of Salvation through Jesus Christ (the Lamb)
A. (7) Admit/Acknowledge/Accept that you are sinner. Ask (7) God’s forgiveness and repent of your sins.
. . . “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23).
. . . “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.” (Romans 3:10).
. . . “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” (1 John 1:8).
B. Believe Jesus is Lord. Believe that (7) Jesus Christ is who He claimed to (7) be; that He was both fully God (7) and fully man and that we are (7) saved through His death, burial, and resurrection. (7) Put your trust in Him as your (7) only hope of salvation. Become a son (7) or daughter of God by receiving Christ. (7777777) 7×7
. . . “That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (John 3:15-17). For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13).
C. Call upon His name, Confess (7) with your heart and with your lips (7) that Jesus is your Lord and Savior.
. . . “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10).
. . . “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.” (John 1:8-10).
. . . “And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. (John 2:2).
. . . “In this was manifested the love of god toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
