Ten ‘10’ Denotes God’s divine ‘COMPLETENESS’ as to things on EARTH. In Revelation 10, he is opening up the ancient scrolls and ‘little book’ of prophecy that Daniel was told to ‘SEAL UP’ and not write of what was spoken. He was prophetically being told additional things that would transpire or occur ‘in the end of days’ and during the 7 year ‘tribulation.
Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the ‘time of the end’: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
Daniel 12:9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the ‘time of the end’.
‘Time of the End’:
Revelation ‘10’ And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
2 And he had in his hand a ‘little book open’: (NWN; Daniels ‘little book’ is now being opened by God’s Great Angel of Prophecy) and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven ‘7’ thunders uttered their voices.
(NWN; I ‘discern’ that these are seven ‘7’ other great prophecy angels who are ‘confirming’ that NOW IS THE TIME to OPEN DANIEL’S ‘END TIME’ Book of Future Prophecy.’)
4 And when the seven ‘7’ thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven ‘7’ thunders uttered, and write them not.
5 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,
6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
(NWN; The Great Prophecy Angel is proclaiming the ‘LAST DAYS or END TIMES’ have come, in no uncertain terms, and that NOW IS THE TIME to reveal prophecy related TO the Last Days or End Times and Tribulation.)
7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh ‘7’ angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
(NWN; Seven ‘7’ denotes God’s divine completion to his plan or purpose for this ‘7th’ prophecy angel to commence and complete prophecy related to the Last Days and End Times. Think of the Great Prophecy Angel as a ‘General’ and the ‘7th’ prophecy angel as a Major or Colonel or someone of rank who has been given authority to physically ‘begin something or start something.’)
8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open (NWN; notice that the ‘little book’ is OPEN) in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
(NWN; the prophecy angel(s) are HANDING the little book to physically alive men on the earth. In essence, they are handing or ‘transferring’ the ‘little book of prophecy’ to physical men ALIVE on the EARTH during the ‘End Times’ or ‘Last Days.’ God conveys prophecy to Angels who in turn are ‘messengers’ of God’s prophecy to mortal men alive. Angels, throughout the past 6,000 years have been ‘messengers’ for God to mankind.)
9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
(NWN; this is a ‘discernment’ on my part. ‘Take it and eat it’ is a spiritual ‘consumption’ of understanding the End Times and God’s related prophecies to go along with ‘signs of the times.’ It takes ‘7’ knowledge, wisdom, obedience, humility, persistence, prayer and the Holy Spirit’ to work prophecy in man’kind. This is a great and wonderful thing, just like a ‘7’ course meal. However, once the prophecies are apparent ‘consumed and understood’ they will be prone to make one sick to the stomach because of what they foretell. Just like eating a ’7’ course meal will likely make you feel like you could explode. God’s UNFILTERD WRATH poured on evil man’kind who refuse Him, and refuse His Son Jesus Christ and His eternal offer of salvation. Seeing prophecy happen and unfold is a wonderful and miraculous thing. Understanding the implications of seeing prophecy unfold, leaves one’s stomach bitter and sour because of the ‘gastrointestinal storm’ that is coming. Pass-the-antacid-pills, please.)
10 And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
(NWN; the prophecy angel was prophesying what would happen to anyone who attempted to reveal what was in the ‘little book.’ This verse ‘confirms’ that what was prophesied, did in fact occur and was experienced by those given the task of being Watchmen. This also ‘suggests’ that some men are ‘willingly’ allowing themselves to be Watchmen because they consciously love prophecy (God’s Word) and are completely open and receptive to it.)
11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
(NWN; since this is verse ‘11’ it suggests a WARNING(S). The purpose of prophecy is to inform, proclaim and WARN. It suggests that the Watchmen who proclaim the Word of God, will have their ‘7’ words, letters, videos, blogs, sermons, articles and books proclaim God’s WILL to those during the End Times / Last Days and Tribulation period. God has ALWAYS used Holy Angels and physical men (Moses, Elijah, Daniel, Enoch, and others) to speak on behalf of God. He will do this also through the Tribulation via; 1. Prophecy revealed to mankind via his ‘little book’ to Watchmen, 2. The ‘two witnesses’, ‘lampstands’ or candles who proclaims God’s light to the world for the first 3.5 years of the tribulation, 3. The various Angel warnings given to men to NOT TAKE THE MARK of the BEAST and lastly, 4. The 144,000 Jewish Evangelists who have the ‘seal of God’ in their foreheads (and NOT the mark of the Beast) who proclaim Jesus Christ’s offer of Salvation ONE LAST TIME, before the 7 year tribulation ends.)

World Government Summit: ‘Are we ready (5) for a new world order?’
‘The organizers here are nothing, if not ambitious’ amid a global ‘inflection point’

Considerable (5) attention recently has been drawn tothe (5) World Economic Forum’s “Great Reset” initiative, (5) which regards the COVID-19 pandemic as (5) an opportunity to accelerate the (5) globalist objective of increasingly exchanging (5) national sovereignty for international governance.
A lesser known entity, the starkly named World Government Summit, met this week in the ultramodern Gulf emirate Dubai, which is part of the United Arab Emirates.
Its 2022 meeting opened Wednesday with British journalist and CNN Abu Dhabi-based anchor (5) Becky Anderson asking, “Are we ready (5) for a new world order?” warning that the (5) world “has hit an inflection point.”
“We are certainly living in (5) a unique age of uncertainty (5) and volatility in global affairs,” she said, referring to “the twilight zone that was the pandemic.”
She described the objective of the opening discussion.
“Is the U.S.-led multilateral system created post-World War II to manage international relations so that the world would never see and experience the same chaos and disorder of a world war – is it anything like fit for purpose?” Anderson asked.
“And if not, what is the alternative?”
On its website, the World Government Summit organization describes itself as a (5) “global, neutral, non-profit organization dedicated to (5) shaping the future of governments.”
It was founded in 2013 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates and the ruler of Dubai.
“The Summit, in its various activities, explores the agenda of (5) the next generation of governments, focusing (5) on harnessing innovation and technology to (5) solve universal challenges facing humanity,” the website description states.
The organization says that since its inception, it (5) has “championed the mission of (5) shaping future governments and creating (5) a better future for humanity.”
The seven (7) previous annual meetings of the summit “have successfully (5) established a new model to (5) collaborate on an international playing (5) field to inspire and enable (5) the next generation of governments.”
The summit now (5) is “poised to scale newer (5) heights of excellence and inclusivity.”
Themes at the inaugural meeting in 2013 included building (5) citizen trust in governmental entities, social media as a tool for civic engagement and private-public sector partnerships.
Among the speakers featured at past summits were President Barack Obama, WEF founder Klaus Schwab, U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk.
(5) Biden: ‘A new world order … and (5) we’ve got to lead it’
At a meeting earlier this month in Washington of the Business Roundtable lobbying organization, President Biden used (5) the term “new world order” as he discussed the Russian invasion of Ukraine and (5) major changes taking place globally.
“Now is a (5) time when things are shifting. We’re (5) going to — there’s going to (5) be a new world order out there, and (5) we’ve got to lead it. And we’ve got to (5) unite the rest of the (5) free world in doing it.”
The Independent newspaper of London reported Biden “has inadvertently drawn the attention of conspiracy theorists with remarks he made at the end of a speech about the implications of Russia’s assault on Ukraine.”
The paper said the “‘new world order’ conspiracy theory dates back decades.” The British stated that the theory “holds that a nefarious elite led by the United Nations and other shadowy forces is planning to install a single transnational global government via the use of force – possibly with the involvement of US agencies including the Federal Emergency Management Agency, which some believe is preparing to put Americans in concentration camps.”
However, regardless of what Biden meant when he used the term, (5) his administration is an advocate (5) of the World Economic Forum, adopting (5) its term “Build Back Better,” which captures the (5) idea of a “Great Reset” of (5) capitalism and the world order in the aftermath of the pandemic.
After the November 2020 election, WND reported, former Secretary of State John Kerry and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said in (5) a WEF panel that a (5) Joe Biden presidency would help (5) propel the “Great Reset” plan.
“The (5) notion of a reset is (5) more important than ever before,” Kerry said. “I personally believe … we’re at the dawn (5) of an extremely exciting time.”

Kerry, who has since been appointed Biden’s climate czar, said the rejoining of the Paris Climate Accord by Biden would (5) help drive the “Great Reset.” But rejoining Paris is “not enough,” Kerry said.
“The Biden (5) administration will focus on every (5) sector of the American economy,” he said. “There will be a 2035 goal to achieve net neutrality with respect to power and production.
Kerry said the U.S. is “ready to come back in and help to (5) lead and raise the ambition in Glasgow (5) to accelerate this incredible capacity for a (5) transformation in the private sector.”
Last June, the White House published a statement announcing Biden was set to meet with G7 leaders “to discuss ways to forge a more fair, sustainable, and inclusive global economy that meets the unique challenges of our time.” Among the White House initiatives toward that end is pushing for a “global minimum tax” on multinational corporations of at least 15%.
‘Capitalism as we have known it is dead’
Fact-checkers have dismissed the “Great Reset conspiracy theory,” but WEF founder and Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab made it clear in June 2020 (5) that the COVID-19 pandemic should (5) be exploited as an opportunity (5) to advance the globalist agenda (5) promoted by his Davos conferences, which have pushed for numerous proposals, such as a worldwide carbon tax, to redistribute (5) wealth and shift sovereignty from (5) nation states to global entities.
Schwab wrote that “the (5) world must act jointly and (5) swiftly to revamp all aspects (5) of our societies and economies, (5) from education to social contracts and working conditions” and bring about (5) a “‘Great Reset’ of capitalism.”
At the 2021 Davos meeting, a Fortune 500 CEO affirmed WEF’s assertion that “capitalism as we have known it is dead.”
‘A new (5) world order based on solidarity
One year ago, Pope Francis called (5) for a “new world order” in a book titled “God and the World to Come.” He described the new order as a shift from financial speculation, fossil fuels and military build-up to a (5) green economy based on inclusiveness.
After the coronavirus pandemic, the pope said in an excerpt of the book released by the Vatican, “the world will never be the same again.”
Francis said justice can be healed “by (5) building a new world order based on solidarity, studying innovative methods to eradicate bullying, poverty and corruption,” with “all working together, each for their own part, without delegating and passing the buck.”
He said the world can no longer “blithely accept inequalities and disruptions to the environment.”
(5) “The path to humanity’s salvation (5) passes through the creation of (5) a new model of development, which (5) unquestionably focuses on coexistence among (5) peoples in harmony with Creation,” he said.
Frances said the “dominant speculative mentality” of the (5) global financial system must be reestablished with a “soul” to reduce the gap between those who have access to credit and those who do not.
“It is time to remove social injustice and marginalization,” he said. “If we seize the (5) current trial as an opportunity, (5) we can prepare for tomorrow under (5) the banner of human fraternity, to (5) which there is no alternative, because without (5) an overall vision there will (5) be no future for anyone.”
In his third encyclical, in 2020, the pope declared the coronavirus pandemic proved that the “magic theories” of market capitalism have failed and (5) the world needs new systems (5) that promote equality and unity.
Francis asserted it should be clear that it is not enough to “refine” existing systems. He charged that the “perverse” global economic system keeps the poor on the margins while enriching the few.
He opposes a (5) right to property for individuals, contending a “social purpose” and common good must come (5) from sharing the Earth’s resources.
In November 2018, as WND reported, progressive filmmaker Michael Moore claimed Francis told him capitalism is a sin and urged Moore to continue making his left-leaning documentaries.
